Unfortunately, we were very disappointed again yesterday and were annoyed that we had spent money here. As you can see from the photo, there was hardly any meat in the burger - about 70% bun, 20% sauce and only 10% meat (Super Deal Box). In addition, our order was not completely delivered: there were three of us and we had ordered three drinks but only received two. The employee insisted on seeing the receipt even though the store was empty and it obviously couldn't be overloaded. The quality of the food was subpar. The only positive thing was the cola from the mix machine. I'm definitely not coming back here again. Fortunately, there are many alternatives in Haan.

I was in your KFC branch recently and I was pretty disappointed. The service was really slow and when I showed a missing item from my order they wouldn't give me a replacement. We came here after a long journey and had two burgers and chicken crispy. Unfortunately, we found the pepper content in the breading to be a bit too strong. We also ordered a children's menu, where we would have expected Chicken Crispy at least without pepper in the breading, since children might not like pepper in large quantities. That's how it was in our case. The absolute no-go was the drinks that you had to get from the vending machine. The apple spritzer didn't taste like an apple spritzer at all. We also had a SchwippSchwapp tapped, which only tasted like orange and was completely over-sweetened. When I asked the employee whether there might be something wrong with the mixing ratio of the beverage system, she simply replied with a curt "that's just the way it is." I told her that as a customer I didn't think this was right and that it was a rip-off of customers and I invited her to try the drinks for herself. She then said that it wasn't her problem and I asked that I at least forward it to management. Well, she was still quite young and probably overwhelmed by my feedback, which I only related to the drinks because I have no understanding of that.

Recently instead of €1.99 it is now €2.29 like in all other KFCs. The condition and presentation of the burgers and chicken depends on who is at the stove. Should there only be women at the counter = 🚩🚩🚩 I tested it several times because other customers here have the same opinion in the reviews and it is like that. When the girls are there, the burgers are mushy with hardly anything on them and the chicken parts are dry. When the Black Brothers are there, the burgers are top and the chicken is juicy 🇸🇳

Disaster! Fast food for which you have to wait over 30 minutes even though there was only 1 car in front of us in the drive-in. Ridiculous! This also shows the work ethic of the "ESLEM" employees, who were not only extremely unfriendly but also insulted us (the paying customers / ex-customers) over the intercom! It's only stupid if you haven't turned off the microphone. Such an employee is unacceptable for an employer! Of course, she didn't want to give us her name to file a complaint. This cabin is just as much of a disaster as it was before the renovation. Unfortunately, the renovation and replacement of the furniture didn't bring the store any shine. Everything is just dirty and the employees don't feel like doing their job and are overwhelmed for no reason when it comes to small orders. Most employees who work in these professions are neither customer friendly nor do they enjoy shift work. You can always tell by how annoyed they look, how they don't feel like talking to customers and how they've already locked up/cleaned half of the store even though they've still been open for an hour and a half. All because they want to finish work on time. Everyone should be familiar with the working hours in retail or catering - there should be no surprises there. I'm writing such a long review because I'm simply annoyed when, as a customer, I come into the store and leave my money there and use it to pay the employees' salaries and the employees are demotivated or the store is dirty. I come from the industry myself and I know that there is another way and for me it is a disappointment that such employees work in such jobs. What's also incomprehensible to me is that with tablets you don't even put paper under the order anymore. Apparently the paper is saved for cost reasons. The tablets are old and broken, out of customer friendliness I disposed of my broken tablet straight away!!! At 10:30 p.m. half the chairs were already on the tables. The store is open until midnight?! The new tables have a device that allows you to slide the chairs under the tables, and this is already broken on half of the tables. At 11 p.m. sharp, the order terminals are switched off and customers are obliged to order from the employee. Why do you close the terminals an hour before closing time even though it actually makes work easier for the employees? Simply pointless! The toilets were dirty and the tiles were already crumbling or plastered at the top?! We won't set foot in this dirty hut again, maybe something should be changed about how this store is run. Unfortunately, the renovation didn't have much positive effect, other than reducing the number of trash cans in the parking lot? This whole concept is just laughable!!!

The food was cold. The employee smiled suspiciously and it turned out that a bucket was missing. Instead of taking care of us, they preferred to laugh with other employees and, strangely enough, put out 3 bags for just one order. We came in around 11:20 p.m. and it looked like they were about to close, even though there were still 40 minutes left. All I can say is that Monday evening/night on July 29, 24 around 11:20 p.m. is not recommended. At these prices you can actually expect that at least the work will be done conscientiously. Especially if you only have one order in front of you.

After a long time (about 3 months) we went to KFC again. For us, what we found there had absolutely nothing to do with ambience or service. This doesn’t mean the employees. Rather, I see it as condescending towards people who have decided on a job in service and for whom direct contact with people plays a decisive role in their career choice. Now there are only terminals inside the "restaurant" where you have to order online, while the service staff about 2m away from you have to stare at the screen to see what you would like to order. You then have to pack this order, without any customer contact, at assembly line level and interpersonal communication begins and ends with the handover of the goods, "Bon Appetit" There are also (apart from water) only artificially sweetened drinks which, as everyone knows and can read, increase insulin production. The health consequences are not exactly small. Everything can be fully verified. For those who believe that this would allow them to eat more health-consciously (because there is no sugar), they should "better not" look at the contents of the salad or the sauces.

I always have to wonder where all the high ratings come from. Either, some maximum ratings result from the maximum satiety of the reviewer, are bought or there is a connection to the operator or his staff. It really can't be the taste of the products on sale; as is well known, like all other competitors in the system catering sector, this should be the same worldwide. However, the ambience is sufficient for pure eating, especially since the operators do not want a longer stay in the system catering for sales reasons. The staff and service are the problem. This gives the impression that it is quite demotivated (based on previous reviews, this has already been criticized several times), disorganized and chaotic on top of that. One would almost like to say that the staff is almost falling over their own feet due to their disorganization. In any case, the waiting times are enormous when the store is full. There seems to be no emphasis on customer satisfaction, but the female staff place even more emphasis on their own perfect make-up, perfectly manicured artificial fingernails and perfectly fitting artificial eyelashes. The wrong priorities in the wrong work environment, so to speak.

With the Msis flask you should choose the butter separately, but this is not possible at the terminal. When you check the cheeseburger and chilli cheeseburger burger only have 1 fillet on it as “meat”. But for the price it should be at least 2. The chilli sauce was a joke. In addition, the burgers were packaged incorrectly! The cheeseburger was as a chilli cheeseburger, and the chilli cheeseburger as a cheeseburger. It wasn't so funny when the person who can't eat "spicy" AT ALL took a bite. Austede was: "It's crowded here and something like that can happen"

Fast food is delicious. Preparing the order took forever. The staff does their best to keep the store clean, but this often fails because of the customers.

Orders only via the so-called kiosk?! That's a nice term for the self-service terminals... what if guests, for whatever reason, feel overwhelmed by them? Or what if you still have questions about what’s on offer? Apparently it's supposed to be quicker, which wasn't the case during my visit today... the service employee wasn't exactly at a high level of motivation... well, at least I got something to eat. If that was it...

The chicken here is good. However the service is disaster. This is my third visit and everytime they are making mistake with order. And I was not alone. I uptraded for large fries only to get same as everyone else. Bye bye forever this franchise.

Wir waren am 1. Weihnachtstage mit 4 Erwachsenen dort. Wir sind extra aus einer anderen Stadt angereist. Ich war entsetzt. Es ist die reinste Massenabfertigung. Es war so eine Menschenmenge dort und dadurch extreme Geräuschkulisse, man konnte es kaum ertragen. Anstellen am Buffet ( davon gab es 3) bis man 1 x um das Buffet rum war dauerte ewig. Und man hatte ja nur 2 Stunden Zeit zum essen. Bis man am Tisch war, war das Essen kalt. Etwas besonderes war das Essen auch nicht. Halt wie bei jedem Asiaten und nichts anderes. Das Einzige was funktionierte, war die Bedienung. Die Getränke waren sehr schnell am Tisch. Das war aber auch das Einzigste. Für mich nie wieder. Schade um den Weihnachtstag. Da gibt es viel entspannter und schönere Restaurants.
