We just ordered €30 worth of food and for reasons I can't explain, a large part of the order was missing, even though the order was correctly listed and attached to the bag. I will probably never understand how it becomes such a challenge for some people on this earth to correctly pack a simple burger order into a paper bag.

I find it strange when it is not possible to order a simple coffee directly and not via the panel when it is completely empty. The prices (3.99) are not appropriate for this.

Impossible staff, four of us standing around, everything in the restaurant was dirty and we waited 45 minutes for food. Staff acquaintances will be preferred. When I complained, I was told to go somewhere else. I'll do it in the future too.

Despite the restaurant being almost empty, every table was dirty. Cold fries. The toilets were partly broken and completely dirty. The drink station was floating and wasn't exactly tasty either. One star is still too many...

The fries were cold and bland. The chicken pieces had been ready and kept warm for who knows how long. Drinks only in the sugar-free version. The only thing that tasted good was the freshly prepared burger.

Not the first time that I was cheated on at the drive-in today: as before, the dips were missing (which I was able to complain about on the spot), and today the contents of the bucket only had 2 bites instead of 6. Of course, you only notice something like that when you've already driven away. Not to mention the long waiting times. So: be careful at the drive-in.

Everything looks modern, clean and fresh. The team continues to be incredibly friendly and the service is lightning fast as usual. The chicken pieces are crispy, juicy and simply delicious - just as you would expect from KFC. The large selection of side dishes and sauces in particular is unbeatable. All around a great experience, I'll definitely be back soon! Big praise to the entire team!

Ridiculously small, maximally below average hotwings. They all felt straight from the chicken. Only zero drinks and NO 2hot4u sauce. Zingerburger only bread. Worst KFC experience north of the equator. No recommendation

The staff is unable to process orders properly! For the second time in a row, the order (which was placed on site at the terminal) was incorrect! The first time there was a complete chrispy menu missing. And when I came back in the car 20 minutes later, none of the three employees at the counter could or would remember who made the order. Any short term memory?? 🙄 Today, September 15th, 2024, we dared to do it again. This time 2 ears of corn worth almost €8 were missing!!! If the staff can't process and check the order properly, then I would fire them and set up a self-service counter!!!. Or just set up machines 🙄 I can't unpack the entire order on site every time and check it for completeness!? And every time you go back and let the rest of the food get cold. I will no longer visit the restaurant from now on! I'm curious whether there will be a response from KFC to the complaint email that has already been sent.

Everything was neat and as clean as possible. Enough seating (inside and outside). Orders are made exclusively via terminals.

Bad, worse, KFC Germany. No people, we know and love KFC from the USA and are real fans, but what you are treated to here in Germany is a real laugh that cannot be compared with the original in the USA. Here you cannot place your order at the counter and are forced to order at a terminal. So terminal or there is just nothing. Then we wanted to order a bucket and found out that it was only available on the menu. (or you are forced to take two side dishes to get the bucket). But we're not in the mood for fries or any mashed potatoes that we don't like. What is that supposed to be???? Just pots outside or what? Outrageous! And the parts that would have been in the bucket would have been sparse wings and clubs. Guys, what kind of business concept is it to not give your customers food if they aren't willing to go to a terminal and order necessary things that they don't feel like ordering? KFC can stay stolen from me in Germany. Then we just left again

I got the completely wrong order and even the Pepsi was as sweet as if I had gotten pure syrup! Actually always happy but just a little pissed!!!!!!

The quality of the fries varies just as much. Many employees appear clueless, disoriented and unmotivated. The store currently seems a bit shabby and run down. I hope the quality, service and cleanliness improve again soon. UPDATE: Unfortunately, despite the renovation, nothing has changed. The employees are also very scattered. If you order mayo with the fries but get ketchup, it's annoying! The drinks also taste different every time. You order Pepsi Max but it tastes like Spezi, don't know if they mix the soda with the Cola to get rid of the soda leftovers?

Store has been remodeled and has become good, although there is nothing unusual about it. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is becoming less and less the same. The quality is good (except for some very small fillet bites) but the prices have become too expensive. 1 fillet bite costs the equivalent of €1. Service was never special and I don't expect it from fast food counter service. The trend is towards ordering terminals everywhere.

I overlooked that, but when the food was ready, a “YOUR FOOD...” isn’t exactly friendly. Are we out of the age of “Enjoy/Please/Thank you”? I'm a young guy and can still handle first-name relationships, but adult customers (like me) will certainly expect to be treated nicely by the other person in order to at least achieve sufficient customer satisfaction. My negative experience during one of our many visits to KFC Krefeld cannot be undone. But the restaurant reacted and did so in an exemplary manner! So they still exist - the people who know what good service is all about! Thank you KFC Krefeld and a special thank you to the people who value it there! If something with my food isn't 100% good, it's immediately replaced and something is usually added on top. But that's rare because our food is always delicious and fresh!

Three employees are talking at the checkout. 6 customers are waiting for their orders despite there being few visitors. Yesterday afternoon we went out to eat. An hour after we got home, my husband started feeling unwell. Today all 3 of us are sitting at home with diarrhea.

I'm not a fan of fast food. I was still curious and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly... the only criticism, if any, was the ordering machine. An employee helped us enter the order. Thank you...very good employees 🙂 Oh, I'm surprised that it didn't smell so strongly of food. The trigger system is definitely worth the money. Extra praise for that. So I would like to recommend it to others. Happy Easter to the team 🐰

The Turkish guy taking my order cheated me on a box of wings. He deliberately arranged it differently so that I could see it only when I got home. he turned the fries upside down and they spilled out when he took them out. Also Vorweg gesagt, am Essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen, klassische KFC Kost, alles gut. Allerdings ist das Personal zu Stoßzeiten (Sonntagabend) gnadenlos überfordert. Ich will nicht mutmaßen ob dies alleine der Qualität der Kräfte geschuldet ist, oder vermutlich auch hier Personalmangel herrscht, aber man wartet sehr lange... und das ist am Ende des Tages etwas, dass den Kunden tangiert, unabhängig von den Gründen. Ansonsten ist alles gut, nur die Wartezeit nervt.

An KFC Krefeld weiß ich zu schätzen, dass wenn ich jedesmal hier essen komme die Produkte immer gleichbleibend lecker schmecken, das neue System mit den Kiosken finde ich auch gut, da man die Sachen bestellt und schon gefühlt nach 30sek fertig sind, natürlich kann man das nicht garantieren, wenn es brechend voll ist. Man weiß hier was man bekommt und darauf kann man sich verlassen
