Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wesel

Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Received the wrong order. Fries were inedible. The atmosphere was very loud and it was almost impossible to eat in peace.

There was an unbearably loud humming noise coming from a machine behind the counter, I think the ice cream machine. We found the chicken to be way too salty. Both the Colonel Burger and the darker ones in the Mix Box menu. The crispy chicken was okay, not too salty. The burgers had a tiny slice of tomato on them, and otherwise, they were pretty bland, and the other one was missing one altogether. At the drinks station, SchwipSchwap only served orange. The milkshake cost an extra euro to go with the meal, and for that, you get a small 0.3 cup. Of the four people we were with, three were at KFC for the first time, and it's a shame that the experience wasn't good at all.

New attempt. Not recommended, KFC is definitely too expensive and we were still hungry after eating. Additionally we got the driest and coldest Twister ever. We're finally done with KFC.

After a long drive, a quick and plentiful meal at a relatively low price. Will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I now go to KFC because everyone else has had bad accusations and incidents with the health department and mismanagement. Chicken is always good, the staff in Wesel was friendly and accommodating, but I think the food selection is too small, not very innovative and between us, the shop is really expensive.

Order terminals without paper in the printer. So you didn't really know which order was yours. When the employees worked it out, we were given fries without salt that were still half raw and the burger, which had cheese and bacon on it for an additional charge, had nothing of the same on it. We couldn't complain because the receipt wasn't printed out. I usually like to go to KFC but today I would like to give minus stars.

Unfortunately, the chairs outside weren't set up yet, but we sat in the sun anyway. I haven't been here in a long time and was quite surprised at how the price-performance ratio had changed! I certainly wasn't really full after a combo plate like that, meaning fries, drinks, and chicken. And I'm a real light eater!! Well, you can have as many drinks as you want. It's OK for a quick break!

I ate a double burger Colonel original with cheeseburger and bacon for €14.29. The burger was cold, not even the cheese was melted on the burger. The burger patty fell apart straight away and it didn't taste good either. The fries were greasy and not enough for the money. Conclusion overpriced and never again. Staff not exactly friendly. Working there doesn't seem to be fun.

Check your takeaway orders, you come home and there is no salad.

You order vegetarian and you get meat. If you offer vegetarian options you should keep them separate. Food ended up in the trash.

We had to eat in the car because I had a little Ciuhuahua with me. This is allowed at McDonalds. Bites were very tasty, fries 🍟 well, there's something else. You can't put ketchup on a chicken burger. because the great quality of the meat.........

This KFC is my favorite KFc in NRW especially because of the friendly staff! I was very pleased with the quality of the chicken, the spices went really well with the chicken not like other kfc. The milkshake made my taste buds explode and went well with the chicken. The way it looked in the restaurant was great, everything was neat and clean and had lots of decorations so you felt really welcome! I will come much more often in the future

I had the pleasure of dining at this KFC restaurant and it was excellent all around. The service was quick and courteous, the staff extremely friendly. The food was fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. A thoroughly positive experience that I would be happy to repeat at any time.

Very rude staff! I came in with my little dog and was immediately shouted at by a woman who appeared to be of Indian origin: “Get out, get out!” Am I her prisoner or is she the boss of the guests? Have you not conducted any employee training? Is this how you learn how to deal with customers? Even if I broke the house rules, can't it be said in a polite way? If you have such strict rules against pets, why don't you put a clear sign on the door? I will never come here again with such a rude and disrespectful way of dealing with guests.

Everyone's taste is different, I didn't particularly like it. Ordering is only possible online, but the device is easy to use even for inexperienced people. Child friendly. Otherwise the rooms are neat and clean... but nothing remarkable. Okay, if you're hungry.

Unfortunately, the ambience only gets one star. It's all nice and new, but if you can't eat there in peace because of noisy guests lying on the benches and talking on the loudspeaker and the employees don't care about it, you don't deserve anything more!

Food and ambience good. Unfortunately you have to wait forever for your order, 25 minutes for 2 burgers and drinks.

The employee was a bit overwhelmed. He didn't know the time of day. Although the shop was actually empty, first a burger was missing, which was done 3 times until he understood that there was still a burger missing from the box, then a cookie. Tables greasy and dirty. No attention is paid to it at all.

Clean and tasty on site but let the delivery service be easy if you need more than 2 hours.

It was a pleasure to eat there years ago. Unfortunately it has gotten worse every year. We didn't really want to stop in, but we went again as a last chance. The portions have shrunk to at least one and the quality has continued to decline. Yes, the last chance failed miserably. We are aware that we are not in a gourmet temple.

Super modern and newly furnished branch, different seating depending on the group size. Easy ordering via touchscreen, order ready for collection within 5 minutes. Everything hot and freshly prepared. Everything was clean and the tables were constantly cleaned by the staff. We will definitely be back.

The renovation in the store made it very uncomfortable. And I don't think the touch order boxes are good either, it's complicated for older people and the employees aren't exactly very friendly either. The food itself was good.

In our opinion things have gotten worse in the last 3 months or so. We got something before yesterday and again about 2 months ago and the cola was so stale that we couldn't drink it anymore, the paper cup was so soggy and the food wasn't the same as before, the big chicken pieces weren't cooked through , the rest was soggy and fart dry and the taste wasn't that great anymore. The last two times I spent it on the toilet afterwards 👎🏼 it was a shame, otherwise it was always fresh and tasty.

Half the restaurant is being renovated. Food is becoming less and less for a lot of money. Half was missing and had to be added later The other food got cold during that time. Toys were missing from the kits menu. A replacement in the form of a cookie was only available upon request.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the KFC in Wesel and all I can say is that it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I entered the store I felt warmly welcomed and cared for. I was particularly impressed by the employee Derya, who is truly the best! Derya not only greeted you with a smile, but also ensured that my visit was unforgettable with her friendly and professional manner. Her recommendations were excellent and she was always willing to answer any questions I had. Of course the food was also fantastic. Fresh, tasty and exactly what you would expect from KFC. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant were first class. Overall, a great experience that exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Derya and the entire team for the excellent service. I will definitely come back!

Everything was ok, only the food was very expensive at 60 euros and very old. There was nothing "crispy" and the fries were soggy. From pickup to home, nothing can get that muddy. The burgers are a disgrace. Otherwise friendly staff association load cleaner. FOOD unfortunately a disaster.

Service was completely fine. Drinks can be tapped yourself or made up later. The chicken was OK. The sauces are absolutely not my thing. But it's a matter of taste! The fries were soggy and too cold. But I didn't have them replaced. The salad was quite good.
