I ordered at 8 p.m. and at 10:30 p.m. the employees on the phone told me that the order had been overlooked and the driver hadn't left yet, even though Lieferando had already confirmed the order.

Top kebab, taste and quality impeccable. Very friendly and good service. I can highly recommend this snack bar.

When ordering, there is a lack of understanding. Every time the food comes either cold or in the wrong portions or sizes, burnt or you get food that you didn't order. In addition, if you complain about the food you are not taken seriously or you are simply hung up on. Not recommended. Hands off, your wallet will thank you too 😀

The food was super tasty, chicken doner very tender, Manti could have been cooked a little longer, but still very tasty! Price is decent for what you get. It was very warm inside, but dry (due to storm) We enjoyed it and would love to come back again!

Just got a kebab and didn't taste it at all. The meat wasn't as light as my skin. That was the last time.

We ordered there with friends and asked approximately how long it would take. Because we also come from Wesel. We were told on the phone about 30 minutes and the supplier still wasn't there after over an hour. We called them and asked again how long it would take or whether we had been forgotten. We were told very rudely on the phone that the driver would be there shortly and hung up. After two hours the driver was finally there with almost cold food and you couldn't eat the food, whether kebab, kebab plate or iskender. Normally even one star is too many for this store. Will not order here again. Staff very unfriendly and unfortunately the food doesn't taste good at all and arrives cold. So at least that was our experience with this store.

I am satisfied with Cook, the services are good, the food is good, I liked Cook, the doner kebab is 7.50 here and the price is good, tatida is good, cook is 8€-9€ elsewhere, it is a nice business in every aspect👩‍🍳🤌👍

As a tourist coming to Germany, the Lahmacun I ate at Divan Döner was the same as in Turkey. It was very delicious. The service and quality were good.

Doner Doner Doesn't taste any better than other kebabs like normal kebabs and very expensive 1 kebab 7.50 unbelievable price I don't eat there anymore

Raising prices is ok, everyone does it. The snack bar is not more expensive than others, but the big thing is the portions, which have halved in the last few years. I've always been a big fan of this snack bar but the portions have become a disgrace.

Doner kebab is very tasty and fresh, but the price at 7.50 euros is very high, so I ate it once today but not twice at that price

Bad ! 5x mentioned that we need new flyers because there are new prices. The flyers were NOT delivered 5 times! We don't order anymore.

We ordered something to be delivered with an estimated time of about 1 hour. Since we still haven't received our food after 1 1/2 hours, we of course called and asked kindly what our food was like Telephone tried to appease us with “yes, he’ll be right there, the delivery driver has just left”. About 20 minutes later the delivery driver called and said in very bad German “Hospital, in the back? I'm coming now." After we tried to explain where exactly he had to go, he hung up. Of course we had hope that our food would arrive at any moment. But after 2 1/2 hours there was still nothing, the delivery driver was called again, he just said "I'm coming now, I'm already at the door", but that was a lie because he wasn't there. We tried to call the store over 100 times so that they could explain to their driver that he didn't have to come anymore after over 2 1/2 hours (in the time from the first phone call where we tried to explain where he had to go and So much time had passed from further phone calls with him that the food was definitely already cold) but the shop was constantly occupied and it was no longer possible to reach anyone there.

Schönes Lokal mit wirklich gutem Essen! Der Besitzer ist bekannt und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Leider scheinen Aushilfen/Bekannte dort auszuhelfen, die sich den Kunden gegenüber nicht ordentlich verhalten.. Lästereien auf Türkisch über die Kunden finde ich schon sehr grenzwertig. Nur weil man deutsch aussieht, heißt es nicht, dass man nicht doch der türkischen Sprache mächtig ist ;)

Sehr lecker, Qualitativ auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, einfach perfekt!

Für mich persönlich der beste Döner in Wesel ! Portionen sind immer super Das Fleisch schmeckt und der Service ist ebenfalls gigantisch man merkt es ist ein richtiger Familienbetrieb und jeder hat Spass an dem was er da macht. 👌

Also das Fleisch schmeckt wirklich lecker, aber bei einem Dönerteller nur über die Pommes!!!! die Soße drüber machen (diese dadurch matschig/pappig und ungenießbar werden) aber dafür NICHTS über das Fleisch und den Salat zu machen, geht garnicht. Darum auch hier meine negative Bewertung. 11,50€ für ein wenig Fleisch und bisschen Salat, ist dann schon eine frechheit. Dann boett direkt Bratkartoffeln oder Saözkartoffeln dazu an. Dann ist es mot der Soße wenigstens nicht so tragisch und man hat wenigstens was von seinem essen.

Das Fleisch schmeckt einfach und hat die beste Würze. Sehr nett. Liefern anstandslos nach, wenn etwas schiefgelaufen ist.

Das Essen ist immer super ,die Qualität des Fleisch ist super und das Personal ist immer höflich

Wurde mir als bester Döner in Wesel empfohlen. 😂 Ein Witz habe ich bekommen. Ekliges Fleisch und Cocjtailsoße ungenießbar. 3/4 Döner ist im Müll gelandet

Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht wirklich schlimm. Pommes oder Pizzen sollte man sich auf jeden Fall hier nicht holen.

Richtig mega lecker mit Abstand die beste türkische Pizza die ich je gegessen habe 🤩👍 auch mein Mann war mit seinem Döner Teller sehr zufrieden. Alles richtig frisch auch die Cocktail Soße ist ein muss zum probieren . Hammer Laden und sehr nettes Personal können sich alle mal eine Scheibe von abgucken VON ALLEM 👍 5 Sterne sind zu wenig ich vergebe das doppelte.

Das essen ist richtig klasse!!! Trotzdem wenn man bestellt und es sich liefern lässt kommt es ständig vor das das falsche geliefert wird!!!Es kann mal passieren kein Ding, aber ständig??das ärgert mich wirklich und da sollte echt besser drauf geachtet werden!!!
