The food didn't taste that good, that's my opinion. Employees were good, I was there today and I saw everything I hope the future will be better.

The Zinger Box was simply amazing, nice and warm and everything was fresh and very tasty. The staff were friendly and quick. But the atmosphere is a bit too crowded, lots of children screaming, but what the hell is Kentucky

The food was OK. Fast food is really tasty every now and then, so I like to go to KFC. But the staff on site is unfortunately a bit overwhelmed, not very friendly but also not unfriendly like robots, somehow unemotional. The Pepsi Zero was empty, I let them know, and it wasn't refilled for about 20 minutes during my stay in the restaurant, despite previously saying "yes, we'll do it." Furthermore, the chicken parts were empty, I waited about 40 minutes and I and other customers were offered a crispy part which was quite ok. The location is great, the ambience is great too but the rest is okay

Actually okay. It's a bit more expensive, but one day we caught a batch where something wasn't quite right. Either the oil was old or there was something wrong with the seasoning on the chicken, which meant we ended up throwing away 90% of the bucket. A big plus is that you can refill drinks, which is why it's 4. If it hadn't been for the hot wings, it would be 5 😕

The benches outside are old and dirty but everything inside is clean. But the selection isn't that big

The food at KFC was good as expected, but the service was a real disappointment. The staff was unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in ensuring customers had a pleasant stay. If your staff is unable to serve customers as they should and be polite, then this job is not suitable. Food is ok. Service is ok. Good that they have a touchscreen ordering system now. Toilets available. Easy access for those who come for shopping IKEA, Media Mart, Smyth toys etc...

I always buy and eat meat and this has happened to me twice and it bothers me and I get diarrhea while eating it. It seems like old oil is being used.

There are now also touchscreens there to place orders. The interior of the location has been upgraded and now looks more modern. KFC has Pepsi products instead of Coca Cola products like McDonalds, which I don't like.

That was the first and last time today after the renovation. I ordered a menu each for my wife and I. I had the number 520. The staff lost track and kept calling for 519. They kept looking at me. Until someone shouts at me and says "Hello, you 519". But I have 520. And if you watch them working in the back, no one has a plan. And that was already the case before the renovation. When I looked at my food, I couldn't believe that was all. For 21 euros, I left the store hungry again. Furthermore, you can't see any menu plans or anything like that in the whole store. Only on the order monitors Of which there are 4 or 5 pieces. When there's something going on there and everyone has to see what there is to eat, the line will stretch all the way to the Bauhaus. And then the uncoordinated staff!? That's why for me. Never again.

Dear readers and future KFC customers. When I was there a few days ago, I unfortunately had to make a bad acquaintance with bad staff. I am very pleased about the renovation work, which was also announced in good time. I am a regular customer as I work nearby. Unfortunately, my last visit to the drive was a disaster. I had to wait a very long time at the counter until someone could serve me. The staff was very unmotivated and had no desire to help me. When I moved to the next window with great anticipation and received my food, I had to accept a bitter disappointment. I was handed the food and drink. I was then asked whether I wanted to pay with cash or card when I put my card on the card reader. I was told straight away that card payments were not possible due to a lack of internet connection. But this was not signposted anywhere. I had to return the food and drink. I won't be visiting this store again anytime soon.

After waiting for over an hour, our order from Lieferando was suddenly canceled. Never again! The money has now been refunded to us, but not the tip. Please refund that too!

The incident occurred on June 18, 24 in the evening. I came into the restaurant to grab a quick takeaway and my car was in the parking lot of a supermarket across from KFC. I saw that the restaurant was undergoing renovations, so we couldn't sit inside and only the outside counter was open. I waited for a car to stop and then went to the counter to order. The counter staff looked at me strangely at first, as if I had begged them for something. I told them I would like to order........., they (a girl and a boy) told me that it was only possible with a car. This meant I can't order my food if I'm walking and I have to come here in my car to order. This was so pathetically funny and shameful to me, because to me it was a clear case of partisanship. I only ordered takeout and they wouldn't let me because I don't have a car (isn't that some kind of anger issue with a certain type of people) Nowhere was it mentioned that the restaurant is being renovated and is drive-thru only (not even on the website or Google). Ideally, you can also easily order takeaway from this counter, but somehow they didn't allow me, or maybe they want to, or maybe they don't like my gesture or skin color. I don't know. After this rude answer I have to satisfy my hunger somewhere else. I will never visit this restaurant again.

I found a clear NO here today due to the impossible behavior of a cashier. Apparently there isn't enough politeness here to ask pet owners to go outside AFTER THEIR ORDER. Kfc remains unique for its taste. My daughter goes crazy. Fast and friendly service. In other places they sulk... There isn't always a smile there and this is important to me. 3 star environment! We often ordered/ate at this KFC. Unfortunately the chicken parts always dry and stale. The burgers are sometimes good, sometimes not at all. It's a shame because the food at other KFC branches is actually always of good quality.

I had the superdeal box. The food was somewhere between huge, impudent and physical. Mayhem. Fries were cold and therefore no longer crispy, the citizen was also lukewarm and the two crispy parts were, contrary to their name, crispy and tasty again. At least there is a roof over your head and you can sit in the dry.

Very tasty and healthy… twice a year is fine. Fast service and friendly staff. You could gladly sweep up the fries that are on the floor earlier and not leave them lying around for more than half an hour.

The food was cold, we only got half of our order, the waitress didn't understand a word of German... if you have to communicate in English in GERMANY in order to get to your destination, then something is definitely going very wrong. It can happen that a person comes to this country and still wants to work, but if NO ONE in the service speaks a word of German, I find that really questionable. Of course we are aware that you can't expect a 5 star menu at KFC, but that wasn't possible Luckily we will never dine in this shop again 😂

A modern and fairly new KFC. Well-trained staff and fast service through separate terminals for ordering. As with all KFCs, the food is standardized.

We were there around 11:30 in the evening and our original order was not possible. Statement "We'll close in 30 minutes, there's almost nothing left." Afterwards we got completely messed up chicken burgers (2x completely soaked with ketchup and hardly any chicken) with small (instead of large) fries for 26€ (menu). Only the chicken bucket was neat and tasty. In general, the price-performance ratio is simply not good anymore. For that money you can now easily eat out in a full-service restaurant. We will definitely avoid KFC when passing through Ulm in the future. (The staff was friendly after the complaint and tried to make things better)

My family and I stopped by KFS Drive after a hard day, hoping to have a tasty and satisfying meal, and in the end, having ordered a couple of menus, one of them didn’t include 6 wings.... Although we paid the full price for this menu, 13 euros, and for that we received 3 wings that were cold immediately upon delivery. To say that the impression is not spoiled is to say nothing
