DON'T GO!!! We were at Keio Gourmet yesterday and I was vomiting all night long. The avocado sushi was already BROWN inside, the caviar sushi had WORMS on it and the seaweed salad tasted like sour milk!!! In addition, the waitress took the cheesecake away from us while we were eating!! UNHEARED! And the waitresses told us that we wouldn't eat everything! NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN 🤮🤮🤮

Food doesn’t count. The meat looked stale. The barbecue mentioned is actually Teppanyaki, and the beef and mutton are tough and chewy. Japanese restaurant, Maoxian’s Chinese food.

The food tastes very good and there is a large selection. However, the dishes tend to be a bit salty. The restaurant is very large and there is enough seating. If the weather is good you can also sit outside and eat. Service is mediocre, possibly because there is only one waitress who is very busy. Purchasing drinks is mandatory.

There is nothing to complain about or complain about. It is a buffet restaurant with an area where freshly prepared dishes are also served. Price/performance is reasonably good. The sauces in the dishes were heavily thickened and concentrated, and the dishes themselves were soggy. I strongly suspect that they were prepared the day before and kept warm. The chocolate fountains were out of use, covered in numerous layers of dried crust on the outside and stuck together, apparently for a long time. The fat separated from the chocolate at the bottom of the collecting container and floated to the top as a greasy film. The sushi wasn't refrigerated, so I didn't dare eat it. It is clear to me that for the low price you can at best expect snack quality and convenience food, but at least it could be fresh and appetizing. The staff often shouted at each other and seemed very stressed. The tables and chairs are already very worn. I hope that the other buffet restaurant in Ulm Söflingen will soon be finished with the renovation.

The outside area is nice, the buffet is mediocre at best. The service was unfriendly. Stopped us several times during our conversations and “asked” if we wanted to pay. We finally took the hint and left.

I love Asian Chinese and Mongolian cuisine but I will never go to this shop again. The food, which was supposed to be fresh, was half raw. The fish was just like that. I got diarrhea and stomach cramps after eating. The service was all unfriendly and annoyed will never set foot in this store again

Worst restaurant in Neu-Ulm. Hands off! The sushi offerings and fish in general are not edible there. Both had massive stomach problems after the visit. Went to the doctor because I suspected salmonella. Result: food poisoning. The health home office should definitely stop by here (we were also notified). It is incomprehensible why something like this can even exist. By the way, the restaurant was closed for a long time some time ago (guess why).

Unfortunately, it was a pretty expensive failure. After a 9-hour return trip, we were looking forward to a nice evening, but unfortunately we were far from it. We were 'welcomed' by a somewhat listless, unfriendly lady who clearly didn't enjoy her job at all. The background noise was like that of a Hahnhof hall. Running, screaming children were tolerated. Shortly before 8 p.m. we found ourselves standing in front of a very desolate and sparsely stocked buffet. The food from the grill and the drinks took an outrageously long time and unfortunately both didn't really taste good. The food from the grill was too greasy, but hot. Unfortunately the buffet was cold and completely over-spiced. The iced tea was undrinkable. The whole thing is then topped off with a cost of €31.90 per nose.

The food was anything but good, the service was very unfriendly. I didn't want to drink a soft drink, just beer, but the others wanted the flat rate, then it was either everyone drinks the flat rate, or everyone has to order everything individually, which I don't understand, because you had to order the drinks individually anyway and there was no self-service , like in all other restaurants. The drinks came in 0.75 containers, no longer carbonated, you hardly have the opportunity to order again because no one came over, you also don't have the opportunity to try other drinks because they are such large containers and then your thirst is gone was. Then going from 23€ to 31.90€ for a discount drink is a shame, so my suggestion is to please provide self-service refrigerators, for me and my 3 friends it was a very big disappointment and we won't be coming back

The WORST restaurant I have ever encountered!!!!!! DISGUSTING, you can't put it into words. The food is cold, the meat is not stone hard due to the noodles. The drinks were slapped onto the table in half liter carafes. You could immediately tell that the drinks were from a discount store. The service is so incredibly unfriendly, it's disgusting. NEVER AGAIN Had stomach pain afterwards. Someone from the health department should really come and take a look!!!! IF YOU COULD NOT GIVE STARS I WOULD RATHER DO THAT!

Great buffet for €21.90 per person without drinks. €29.90 with drinks. Food was very tasty. Ice cream could still be improved in terms of taste.

Ambiance, furnishings are ok. Service seems discontinued. It's clean at first glance - I'd rather not take a closer look after I've seen tables being cleared and set up again for the next... I advise everyone from this shop to eat doesn't taste good if you order a menu without a drink you have to pay an extra 3 euros. Employees are rude and cheesecake comes out of the package.

There is a wide range of food variety to choose from. I would recommend the buffet where you choose your raw ingredients and sauce and you get a freshly made stir fry - it was very delicious. The sushi however didnt taste really good as well as the desserts. (Most of them were probably ready bought from somewhere). Its a good restaurant if you value quantity over quality of the food and the price is also very reasonable.

Quantity instead of class. If you're hungry, you're in good hands here. If you don't want something special, you definitely don't want it. Everything tastes average. Service tries hard, with room for improvement.

Delicious Mongolian buffet, freshly prepared with 5 different sauces to choose from. Large selection of Chinese buffet, unfortunately some lukewarm. Large selection of sushi, salads, cakes and desserts. Unfortunately, one person in the service was not very attentive, snippy and sometimes bored. It's a shame You are harming yourself by doing so. Nice atmosphere, enough free parking spaces available.

There is an open buffet but there is nothing, ask for the food you want, they say it will come in 1 minute but it won't come in 1 hour 🤮🤮🤮

My girlfriend chose the Keio Gourmet for my birthday. In general it is well presented! When we came in we were greeted with annoyed looks. One of the employees followed us directly to the place and then intrusively wanted to know what we wanted to drink. The food was also quite okay, some was hot, some lukewarm, etc. Payment process was also fine. The goodbyes from me and my girlfriend were simply ignored and she ran away without anything. We definitely won't be coming back, there is something better for the price.

After years it's ok again. But the potato gratin is great. It's a shame that the buffet is only lukewarm.

Auswahl der Gerichte ist minimal. Viele frittierte sachen. Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich. Es war ihr zuviel ( hat so ausgesehen) , die teller der Gäste weg zu räumen. Zur Wahl waren zwei Suppen, wie in jedem buffet essen. Allerdings waren beide die gleichen, die nur aus speisestärke und ei bestanden und sehr sauer waren. Stand aber peking suppe und tom gha kai drauf. Das gabs einfach nicht. Preis ist günstig. Somit darf man nix erwarten. Schade und traurig, denn es war früher soooo viel besser

The offer of included drinks is also a welcome opportunity for people who develop a lot of thirst while eating. The service can be a bit slow in places when there is a lot of activity, as the language barrier gets in the way depending on who wants to take the order, but so far the right drink has finally been served on the second or sometimes third time. When I read the reviews, almost every second review was negative, to my great surprise and fortunately I couldn't understand these reviews after the meal . The food was really delicious, not cold and the price of €163.20 for six adults and one child is, in my opinion, completely acceptable these days. So I can definitely recommend this store 👍

Seit längerer Zeit waren wir heute mal wieder im Keio. Sehr freundlicher Service und Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr vielseitig und super angerichtet. Mit Abstand der beste Chinese dieser Art in Umkreis Ulm/Neu-Ulm.

Very tasty things at the buffet, especially the chili chicken and the sesame balls! Service was relaxed, friendly. It makes sense to me that the tubs at the buffet are not always completely full given the price of food. And I think it's good that people who overfill their plates and then of course can't manage it are also asked to pay.

Отличный ресторан с большим залом,просторный, светлый. Обслуживание хорошее,персонал внимательный, приветливый. Блюда свежие, посуда чистая, но хотелось бы чтобы столовые приборы были более качественные. Но,это мелочь. Морепродукты свежие,ассортимент представлен широкий. Не нашла запечённые 🍣 суши... но была альтернатива. Рекомендую всем ,как для семей,так и просто компании друзей, а также можно мило посидеть одному.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Sonntag Abend hier und aßen vom Buffet. Das Essen vom Büffet war aus meiner Sicht im großen und ganzen zwar okay, jedoch eher unter als überdurchschnittlich gut! Das mongolische Buffet ist hier, leider nicht überraschend, genauso schlecht wie anderswo: Klingt toll, aber erstens braucht es dafür ausgebildete und erfahrene Köche am Grill, und außerdem machen auch nicht alle Kombinationen die sich so manch einer zusammenstellt Sinn! Ich legte mir nur vier Riesengarnelen, Paprika und Zucchini auf den Teller. Ergebnis: Garnelen zu lange gegart und daher trocken, Paprika fast noch roh. Wenn der Koch am Grill ( und es war wenig los!) nicht mal zwei unterschiedliche Garzeiten hinbekommt, wie soll das dann mit fünf und mehreren gehen, geschweige denn, wenn richtig viel los ist? Schade um die Zutaten! Lieber das mongolische weglassen und dafür mehr in die Qualität vom Rest investieren, wäre mein Ratschlag! Ich kann dieses Restaurant in der Form dennoch jedem empfehlen, der grundsätzlich auf chinesisches All you can eat steht empfehlen, da Preis und Ambiente okay sind. Für jemanden mit etwas kulinarischem Anspruch kann ich das Buffet zumindest nicht empfehlen!

Das Ambiente ist etwas Kantinen artig und die Bedienung könnte höflicher und aufmerksamer sein.

Selten ein so schreckliches Buffet gesehen.... Lustloses Personal, auf die bitte leere Schalen noch bisschen aufzufüllen, keine Reaktion ! Auswahl war vor einiger Zeit wirklich super ( Mittagsbuffet ) Ente total ausgetrocknet Kein Fisch --- kein frisches Obst ---- fast keine Beilagen --- sushi minimalistische Auswahl ... Defintiv nicht zu empfehlen !!!!!! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht Nie wieder

Essen schmeckt gut. Jedoch muss man hier Getränke bestellen und nicht selber holen wie üblich. Bier kostet dann Extra und das wird einem auch nicht gesagt. Die Bedingungen kommen auch nicht regelmässig. Aber Essen ist gut.

Das war mal früher mein Lieblings all you can eat Chinese. Wurde Seit Corona aber eigentlich konstant schlechter. Gestern war ich dann schockiert wie schlecht. Fad Gewürzt, schlecht gebraten, vieles schon kalt, sehr viele Sachen waren mit Öl überladen und die Bratstation hat mir rohen Fisch gebracht. Und das für 23,90€! Sehr enttäuschend. Vermutlich mein letztes mal gewesen. Hier muss einiges passieren, dass ich dieses Lokal wieder empfehlen würde.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Hatten dort eine Firmenfeier. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich. Leere Gläser und Teller wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt. Auch für die Neubestellung kam lange kein Personal..obwohl an der Theke darauf hingewiesen wurde.

Ich war hier am Samstag zum essen. Das Essen selbst war jetzt echt nichts besonderes. Als ich mit der Vorspeise fertig war, wurde mit mitten beim Essen die Rechnung gebracht, ohne zu fragen ob ich überhaupt noch was möchte. Als ich mit dem Teller auf dem Weg war mir was zum Essen zu holen, wurde mir mitten auf dem Weg das Getränk in die Hand gedrückt und nicht an den Tisch gebracht. So das ich selbst erst mal wieder zurück musste um dann nochmal neu auf dem Weg zum Essen zu machen. Ich habe hier echt das Gefühl gehabt das man nur kurz zum Essen kommen soll und gleich wieder gehen soll.

Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist riesig, wir empfanden es eher unangenehm und laut. Reservierung ist nicht notwendig, weil es sind genügend Tische vorhanden. Außer man geht mit mehreren Personen oder einer Gruppe, in diesem Fall, sollte man reservieren. Es gibt eine große Auswahl am Buffet. Die Speisen sind aber eher Masse als Klasse. Die Qualität der Speisen hat uns nicht überzeugt. Es ist viel zu teuer, zwar ist die Auswahl riesig, aber auf manche Speisen verzichte ich lieber weil es nicht schmeckt oder viel zu lange fritiert wurde. Genau so die Nachspeise, grüne und rote Götterspeise in kleine Würfel geschnitten und fertig Kuchen aus der Tiefkühltruhe , Nein Danke, dass brauche ich in Restaurant nicht. Wir kommen nicht nochmals.

Wer viele Menschen ,dazu lautes Ambiente und Asiatisches Essen mag .Gepaart mit schlechtem Service ,der ist hier richtig. War nicht meine Vorstellung von einem schönen Abend.

netter Laden , hatten Buffet. Eine Bedienung war was wenig deswegen lange gedauert bis wir Getränke bestellen konnten . Essen zum Teil sehr kalt( bei Pommes, Ente, und Hähnchen doof) ansonsten Lecker.

Die Auswahl ist okay. Aber die Speisen sind für meinen Geschenk ein wenig zu salzig.

Mussten leider umplanen da die andere Seite überbucht war. Anhand der Bewertung sind wir dann hier angekommen. Wir wurden zwischen Tür und Angel auf freie Platzwahl hingewiesen ( ein Hallo wäre auch ok ) da meine Freundin nicht mal 1 Glaß leer bekommt und ich mit 4 nicht zufrieden bin wollte ich einmal das Menü für 22.90 und einmal das mit Flat Drinks für 30.90€. Die überforderte und einzigste Mitarbeiterin meinte entweder beide Flatrate Menü oder Single. Also habe ich natürlich 2x 22.90€ bestellt. Zurecht! Die Cola , wäre abgestanden besser als diese. Zum Essen: wir wollen wenn wir zum Asiaten gehn Sushi. Die 3 Platten waren leer. Der Rest was üblich ist sah nicht einladend aus. Geschmeckt hat es leider nicht. Garnelen waren wahrscheinlich Inflationsbedingt auch leer. Obst und Nachtisch braucht man 100 Zeugen um es so zu nennen. Das mongolische ist bei allem sehr plank. Die soßen davon waren OK. Die Atmosphäre war so ruhig und flach das es zum einschlafen einlädt. Der Boden war sauber und nicht rutschig wie bei anderen Läden. Wohlmöglich weil jeder ohne Essen an Tisch ist. Man findet immer Platz aufjedenfall, keine Reservierung nötig. Ich wurde leider enttäuscht und hatte mich eigentlich sehr gefreut. Park Möglichkeiten sind gegeben. 55€ 45min leider weg.
