Sehr leckeres griechisches Essen, außergewöhnliche Speisekarte. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren "Perfekten Platz" zum Essen gehen gefunden. Für uns das beste um den Edersee. Super freundlicher Service und leckeres Essen in einem kleinen feinen Lokal. Trotz unserem etwas größeren Hund hat man ein schönes Plätzchen für uns gefunden. Aber wie schon viele andere geschrieben haben: ohne Reservierung kaum eine Chance! Selbst wie in unserem Fall, mitten in der Woche und in der Nebensaison. Leider geht unser Urlaub zu Ende aber morgen dürfen wir das Essen dort nochmal genießen.

Wir sind ohne Reservierung hingegangen und hatten Glück, noch einen Tisch zu bekommen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich habe schon oft und überall in Deutschland griechisch gegessen, aber hier war es einfach noch mal eine andere Liga. Definitiv Top 3 bei mir. Super, danke für den tollen Abend und das sehr leckere Essen.

Bester Grieche im ganzen Umkreis! Super freundliches und professionelles Team, welches IMMER mit Herzblut dabei ist- Egal, wie stressig der Abend ist. Qualität IMMER gleich gut! Weiter so :-)

Das Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen. Ist immer sehr gut besucht und man sollte Plätze reservieren. Ist ein kleines Restsurant. Der Geräuschpegel kann dadurch sehr hoch sein.

Nach einem Ausflug zur Sommerrodelbahn am Edersee sind wir spontan hier zum Essen eingekehrt. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und das Restaurant war gut besucht. Für uns wurden sogar Tische zusammengeschoben, damit wir mit zwei Familien gemütlich zusammen sitzen konnten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service wirklich aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleine Überraschung für die Kinder nach dem Essen. Die Kinder waren glücklich und wir damit natürlich auch. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das ist ein Knaller auf jede weise- Personal - Lokal - Essen - alles perfekt - waren zu "Mutters " 90. dort und es war der Hammer - na h dem Essen gab's für Mutti noch ein Geburtstagseis aufs Haus und das hat man sehr gerne gegeben- vielen Dank für den tollen Abend und das ausgezeichnete Essen - ihr seid bei uns ganz toll rübergekommen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder- .....übrigens wer hier essen möchte sollte UNBEDINGT einen Platz reservieren

Wir waren innerhalb von drei Tagen zweimal dort und empfehlen dringend eine Tischreservierung, da das Restaurant sehr beliebt ist. Beide Male hat sich das Personal sehr bemüht, uns auch kurzfristig einen Tisch zu ermöglichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen war hervorragend und frisch zubereitet. Bei unserem ersten Besuch hatte ich einen Salat, und das war das erste Mal, dass ich mich nach einem Salat so richtig satt und zufrieden gefühlt habe 😋. Die Parkplatzsuche kann etwas schwierig sein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend sind. Vielen Dank!

Heute Abend waren wir hier zum Abendessen - mega lecker und reichliche Portionen. Das ganze Serviceteam war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Lokal bestens weiterempfehlen.

Hier wird Gastfreundschaft ernst genommen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war auffällig positiv. Wir fühlten uns vom Kommen bis zum Gehen hervorragend betreut. Das Essen kam zügig, obwohl einiges los war. Die Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen war gut. Das Ambiente ist ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung sehr positiv und ich kann einen Besuch im Athen sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten telefonisch Reserviert, aber nur noch einen Platz in der "Scheune" bekommen. Unsere Befürchtung war zuerst, das durch die Wegstrecke (liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite), wir uns auf Wartezeiten einstellen müssten. Doch ganz im Gegenteil: das war seit langem der beste Service den wir erleben durften. Schnell, sehr leckeres Essen und wirklich freundlich... Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und das tolle Essen Fam. Sehr nettes kleines griechisches Restaurant in Waldeck. Für uns gern der Startpunkt zu Wanderungen am Edersee und anschließender Einkehr hier. Die Grillgerichte sind sehr lecker und auch die Bedienung ist super freundlich bei sehr familiären Ambiente. Auch toll, das hier über Mittag geöffnet ist. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Vorab reserviert, Platz nur noch in der Scheune, sehr entspannt. Speisen sehr schmackhaft, Änderungen zu 100 % umgesetzt! Preis / Leistung im guten Verhältnis. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich - hier ist man als Gast willkommen und man fühlt sich gut! Quzo wird vor und nach dem Essen auf Kosten des Hauses angeboten! Zum 2. Mal da gewesen, kann man nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank, immer wieder gerne!😉🫠

Das Essen war phantastisch. Definitiv das beste Bifteki, das ich je gegessen habe. Auch das Gyros ein Gedicht. Man spürt die sprichwörtliche griechische Gastfreundlichkeit in jedem Moment. Besonderer Funfact: als Rheinländer bekommt man dort, mitten in Nordhessen, sogar Altbier. 😎

Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Essen, freundlicher und angenehmer Service. Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Die Schweinemedaillons waren sehr zart und sehr lecker. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es passt einfach alles und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Echte Gastfreundschaft und super lecker

Sehr gut hat es geschmeckt. Lammkeule mit griechischen Nudeln - vorab Knobibrot und Kalamari. Alles sehr zu empfehlen! Die Küche war gut vorbereitet, kaum Wartezeit. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, ein Chef, dem man anmerkt, dass er seinen Job mag. Unser Hund durfte auch mit rein. Was will man da noch mehr? Ein bisschen Licht eventuell.. es war schon ein wenig schummrig für mein Empfinden. Ich würde hier aber jederzeit wieder einkehren, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Macht bitte weiter so! Mega, but very small restaurant

I had a snack (appetizers) here after my hike on the jungle trail and received friendly service. The village salad really tasted like a friend's in Greece. Tomatoes, cucumber, onions, feta cheese, oregano, and delicious olive oil. 😋

A very attractive restaurant with delicious food. We felt very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the service extremely attentive. Unfortunately, we were just passing through, otherwise the Athen would have become a regular for us.

Yes, it's good! You can't go wrong here. A wide selection, friendly staff. My highlight was the "gyro with calamari," which was really good. You do have to reserve a table, though. This is where the locals meet! And it's simply delicious.

It was really, really great!!!!!!!! We were treated really nicely and well, and I've rarely had such a good meal as I did there!! Despite being very busy, the staff there are cheerful and relaxed, and they manage to fulfill every wish. The food is simply delicious and the price is completely reasonable. Absolutely. Reservations are recommended. The service is attentive, and all the food arrives at the table at the same time. The ouzo is amazing.

Excellent Greek restaurant. Always very busy. We didn't have a reservation, but we just managed to get a table. The food was delicious. The stifado was way too much, so we were given the rest to take home. As an extra, we received five delicious slices of baguette to dip in the sauce.

Despite the restaurant being full and having many reservations, we were offered a seat for 1.5 hours, which we gratefully accepted. The food was very good, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is highly recommended, but reservations are recommended. We will definitely return here on our next vacation.

I've tried almost every corner of the menu. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious, okay, the buttery-tender leg of lamb was, of course, prepared and tasted delicious, the skewers and minced meat rolls were juicy and tasty, the grilled fish was delicious, the scampi was perfect, and the squid was delicious... the team is unbeatable: friendly, relaxed, helpful, it couldn't be better. The atmosphere is good; even in bad weather, you can sit sheltered under large umbrellas. If it gets too cold, spotlights heat things up from above... it's simply fun to be there; I wish there was a restaurant like that in my city. But: without a reservation, nothing works—who would be surprised?

We've been enjoying the Greek restaurant in Waldeck for years! The food is amazing, and above all, the service is first-class! Relaxed, friendly, and with a smile, they cater especially well to children. They usually even get a surprise afterward. Sitting outside is much nicer than in the small dining room, so I would always recommend making a reservation when the weather is nice! Reservations are usually a good idea, too.

Once you've hiked up the mountain to the village, you'll be in for a treat: friendly service, truly delicious food, and, of course, a welcome drink.

The food was excellent, the portions were very good. The meat was first-class. The service was very attentive. The ambiance was very good. It was a bit chilly under the awning, but the heating lamps made it manageable. All in all, a real hidden gem 👍

The restaurant was packed, but we were allowed to sit on the terrace! The owner welcomed us kindly and immediately turned on the heater. Large menu, something for everyone! We didn't have to wait long for the dishes, it was ready within 15 minutes, despite the fact that it was so busy! Cosiness, nice atmosphere, extremely friendly service! We enjoyed it!

The atmosphere was very friendly and the food was excellent. Since the weather was nice, we sat in the beer garden. We were also able to bring our dog, which made us very happy. I highly recommend this place.

I would love to give more than 5 stars, the food was incredibly delicious (we had the pork medallions and the lamb fillet in red wine sauce and both are highly recommended!!!) and the service was perfect, super friendly, fast and attentive.

Great team. Attentive, fast, and friendly. Everything was delicious; ouzo was available before and after, and if you wanted something in between, too. It's best to make a reservation in advance.
