A truly lovely atmosphere, a great brewery in Lohr, fantastic staff – friendly and competent. Top-notch service.

I only drank, but I'm sure the food is just as good as everything else.

The beer, service, food, and atmosphere are all exceptionally good! A traditionally styled establishment that shines with a refreshingly timeless and creative flair. It's wonderful that top quality doesn't always have to be exorbitantly expensive. Everything here is simply perfect.

Friendly service, and we even managed to get four seats without a reservation on a Sunday. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We were very satisfied.

We just came back from the brewery and are very happy with our evening. The food and atmosphere were perfect; we had burgers and chicken schnitzel. Everything was very good. The burger buns are particularly good; I even think they're bigger at the bottom than at the top, so the meat doesn't slip around as easily. Someone has put some serious thought into this. We'll be happy to come back the next time we're in Lohr.

The restaurant is located directly on the pedestrian zone and has several parking spaces right outside. It's also open for lunch on weekdays, and Thursdays are schnitzel days. You can order various schnitzels for just €10, providing a good base for the day. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere are complimentary.

Our schnitzel with beer sauce was incredibly delicious and very tender, and the portions were very generous. My husband particularly enjoyed the wheat beer. We'll definitely be back.

We visited the brewery to try the house beers. Unfortunately, the Kellerbier wasn't available that day. We drank the Export, which was very pleasant to drink with its pleasant citrus notes and robust finish. The wheat beer, which was great with pineapple and banana flavors, was also excellent. We didn't eat, but the food arrived very quickly, looked delicious, and received consistently positive reviews. The brewery was a great mix of modern and traditional, and the service team was very attentive and prompt.

We cycled by yesterday and tried the cellar beer, simply fantastic! Even though it was busy, they took the time to answer a few questions and even posed for a photo with Sebastian. That's hospitality the way we like it. Today we're going there for dinner 🤗

Nice ambience, nice people, great food and great beers - what more could you want?

It was a straightforward reservation. We were passing through and managed to get a nice table for two adults and a dog at short notice. We were served competently by a very friendly gentleman. The food, a pulled pork burger and shoulder of pork with dark beer sauce. The dumplings were perfect, and the shoulder of pork was nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Based on this positive experience, we will definitely visit this place again and would highly recommend the brewery.

Lucky day: I came by chance and saw that Snitzels are €10 on Thursdays So I took advantage of it with a house beer, of course.

It was a full house. There were 20 of us, and we left the restaurant in a good mood and well-fed. Drinks only took a few minutes, and the food, understandably, took a little longer.

On a warm evening, we sat outside on the terrace with schnitzel and beer. Upon request, two sauces were served with the schnitzel. We drank several varieties of the house beer, all of which were delicious. The staff was very courteous and attentive.

Unfortunately, we only had the limited lunch menu during our visit, but the food was still not bad. What did bother us, however, were the numerous flies that kept coming, probably because of the trash cans in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant.

I've never been served a schnitzel like the one in this restaurant. The Bild newspaper was thicker that day than the schnitzel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of it. The beer was very good, but that alone isn't enough to fill you up. The service and ambiance were fine.

Top service, delicious food and very good beer

Unfortunately, a disappointment. Of the five people, four ate Schäufele and, when served, said it wasn't good. The waiter's only reaction was to ignore our table until we paid. Unfortunately, the Schäufele was very dry, the rind was hard but not crispy, and the whole thing wasn't well seasoned. The dumplings were okay, but the red cabbage was unusual (I'm used to sauerkraut or savoy cabbage with Schäufele), too sweet and overcooked. The fifth person had bratwurst, which were apparently okay. Otherwise, we found the place quite okay, but there seems to be a certain lack of responsibility. When I walk through my restaurant as a landlord or tenant, I can see, for example, when toilet brushes need replacing. So, when black brushes look like this... Well, we'll probably eat our Schäufele at home or in Bamberg in the future. They have juicy, flavorful, and crispy pieces that deserve the name, but they're cooked at a much different pace.

Thursday Schnitzel Day €10. This schnitzel with fries beats almost any schnitzel priced at €18.50 at other restaurants.

The roast and the shoulder of pork are so tender that they almost fell apart when you poke them with a fork. The beer sauce is super delicious and intense. The beer is also incredibly tasty. We'll definitely come back.

Went here for dinner today. I haven't had such a good meal in a long time...I come from the restaurant industry myself, and I was simply thrilled...very tasty. And the service was simply top-notch...the girls were fast and super friendly. That's far too rare. We'll definitely be back soon.

We visited here twice during our vacation. The shoulder of pork is a dream.

The staff is very friendly. The shoulder of pork we ordered was served just 10 minutes after ordering. The meat was mostly completely dry. It had either been kept warm in the oven for far too long or had been reheated the day before. There was no response to our complaint after the meal. A complete disappointment for us, and we wouldn't recommend it.

We'll definitely be back. Even with a gluten allergy, it was no problem to get something delicious there. Our sudhausbraten (sudhouse roast) with dumplings and red cabbage was gluten-free.

The location is great, the beer is delicious, but the food wasn't our cup of tea. The chicken wasn't crispy, and the cheese spaetzle was very runny.

I called with my husband 10 minutes before my visit. I asked for a table outside for two, even though it was a Saturday night and it was a last-minute appointment. The waiter assured me he had a table, and he did! The food was perfect, my schnitzel was perfect, and the dessert was very good! I highly recommend it.
