Absolutely disappointing! Unfriendly staff and disrespectful behavior I was truly shocked by our visit to this bowling alley. We had actually been looking forward to a pleasant evening with friends, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were barely noticed – the employee at the bar seemed annoyed and stressed, as if every question bothered him. Any friendliness or even a brief reminder of where we should go? None of that. After a short while, he began to reprimand us in a manner that was simply rude. Apparently, something about our group didn't suit him – even though we were neither loud nor disruptive. Instead of speaking to us normally, he immediately became rude and aggressive. We were truly speechless at how someone who works in customer service could treat guests like that. The highlight of the evening was when he finally kicked us out – for no good reason! We had paid, followed the rules, and just wanted to have fun. But the employee apparently thought he could treat guests however he wanted. I've truly never experienced anything like this before. No consideration, no explanation, no attempt to resolve the situation amicably. Simply rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I think this kind of treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. You should feel welcome in a leisure facility, but here we experienced the exact opposite. We will definitely never come back and can only advise everyone to think carefully about whether they want to spend their money here. There are plenty of other bowling alleys where you'll be welcomed warmly and treated fairly – this one is certainly not one of them.

Very friendly and fast service. The food is perfectly adequate for a bowling alley, and the lanes are very well maintained.

Impossible!!! And never again! For my mom's 60th birthday, we reserved a bowling alley for her from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. When we made the reservation, we were told that the alley is normally reserved from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., but that in my case, it would be no problem to have it from 9 p.m. (If it had been a problem, I would have booked it for 8 p.m., as my mom is a huge bowling fan). On the day of the birthday, I called again shortly beforehand to say that we would be a few minutes late, but of course would pay everything, only to be told by the unfriendly man on the phone that the alley had been given to someone else at 8 p.m. He started arguing with me, saying that it was my fault and that the alley had already been reserved from 8 p.m., even though I had explicitly asked when making the reservation not to get it until 9 p.m. Even though I had left my phone number, they didn't even call at 8 p.m. to ask if we could come or not. Thank you for nothing! My mother would have loved to go bowling with her family, but we were denied this due to the unfriendly and extremely incompetent staff! Thank you for nothing! Our recommendation is to avoid this establishment.

The train was great. The service was friendly. But unfortunately, the food and service were very disappointing. Frozen food and ready meals were simply not made with love. The service was completely overwhelmed and took forever to take orders.

We had a fantastic evening with colleagues. We'd love to come back.

We really like it, everything is just great. The atmosphere is just great. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

We bowlers from Gut Holz Altenstadt will be back. Great hospitality and a blast. At the West Summer Festival.

Food was sufficient and very good. The service was also great. Service on the ball and very friendly. We also received first-class, professional instructions from Sonja at the bowling alley (we were bowling for the first time) 😁 Had a lot of fun and a great evening. Happy to come back 👍

It was really really nice. Food was very good, service was great. Definitely coming back. Is highly recommended.

The meal took far too long. For 6 people, the first two schnitzels came after almost an hour. The others sat there empty and watched the others eat. The salad was only drizzled with balsamic vinegar, oil and vinegar - none! When I asked for balsamic vinegar or oil and vinegar, I didn't get a bottle but the waitress went to the table and drizzled balsamic vinegar on the salad. (As if I was taking the bottle home with me 🙄) Unfortunately a disappointment, far too long waiting times for schnitzel with fries! Despite everything, the service was very friendly.

Essen war bei 5 Personen unter aller Sau Schnitzel schmeckte sehr stark nach Schwein schlechte Qualität haben alles zurück gegeben. Wirt war zu keinem Kompromiss bereit mussten vollen Preis bezahlen .Waren das letzte Mal dort.

Sehr angenehme Umgebung ! Bedienungen freundlich und gut !

Superlustig als Durchreisender ein Samstagturnier mit zu erleben. Alle sehr nett, Personal wie "Einheimische" Gäste/Spieler. Essen: Preis/Leistung absolut empfehlenswert. Hatte ich nicht vermutet... War Zufall das wir da angehalten haben.

Beste beißehimbeer was gibt ist in Pocking bei Kegelhalle!!!!

2 Wochen vorher reserviert, als wir ankamen wurde mir sehr patzig mitgeteilt das die 2 reservierten bahnen wieder aufgehoben worden sind da sie mit einem erneuten Anruf gerechnet haben, warum auch immer. Reserviert ist doch reserviert ? Glücklicher weise waren noch 2 bahnen frei. Preis Leistung Gastro war in Ordnung, essen ortsüblich, bahnen mit 9€/h etwas gehoben. In einer nicht ganz umganglicher weise wurde uns mitgeteilt das e-ziggaretten nicht gewünscht sind. Auf die bitte das beilege sekt Tablett (kein Bediener Tablett) noch stehen zu lassen, wurde uns mit einer dominanten "das brauche ich selber noch" aussage verwehrt. Nachfrage bzg. Öffnungszeiten wurde uns mitgeteilt bis 00:00 Uhr kegeln bis 00:30 Aufenthalt. Als ich noch 2 coins a 20 min. Kaufen wollte um 23:15 wurde mir nur noch einer verkauft mit einer für mich unfreundlichen körperlicher und akustischer Aussage "das wird mir zu spät". Alles in allem, nur sehr bedingt empfehlenswert, es gibt weitaus bessere alternativen.
