Friendly service at the checkout is probably overrated.

The steak meat was simply amazing!

It was awful, I can't recommend it to anyone!

I came to order a djonner, they laughed at me, there were some strange jokes at my expense, the djonner was almost without meat, 8 euros is not worth it at all

We arrived, we waited a long time, a friend ordered dyum, said not spicy, they made it very spicy, it was impossible to eat, I ordered, there was no meat, a salad, everything was cold and tasteless, I do not recommend going there

I should be getting compensation for what they call a doner kebab. The bread was a rubbery slab with tasteless meat. Their German isn't very good either. All in all, way too much money for bad food. Never again.

It was my first time at KEP'UP... superbly organized and delicious... the meat was excellent, the sauces were great, and the salad selection was also fantastic with arugula, etc.... I added feta cheese as a topping, and the homemade ayran was also top-notch... I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

The food is tasty, but unfortunately the portions are smaller than I'm used to. The service is very unfriendly; they need to learn how to treat customers. Therefore, 3 stars.

We only wanted a kebab for lunch, but unfortunately, we regretted it! The two men behind the kebab skewer were extremely rude and couldn't handle criticism at all, and they were insulting, too! The kebab was drenched in fat and over-seasoned...never again.

I only order food there, they have the best kebabs and are very friendly. Mr. Hussein and Musafer are very kind and nice to deal with people.

The food is very tasty but the staff are really rude. They discuss and make kebabs without any love and slap the sauce on the bread and don't pay any attention to whether there is too much meat or something else. The guy with the transplanted beard puts you in a bad mood at first glance. I definitely won't be going back.

The "steak" doner meat is delicious, I've never experienced anything like it before, and the spicy sauce is really hot! €13 for a doner plate with salad, sauce, and a side dish (we had it without) is certainly a big deal. But it's worth it. The fresh ayran is also highly recommended! Friendly staff and excellent doner, we'll be back.

When I went there yesterday to get a kebab for my family and me, I received a friendly welcome and was served promptly. However, the lemons weren't appealing, to put it mildly, due to discoloration and the small creatures crawling on them. There were a lot of flies in the glass panes of the salads, etc., and despite the salad being almost empty, no more salad was added. I was given the careless leftovers, some of which were already lying on the edge of the container, that were scraped together and placed on my order. For €8.50 per kebab, you definitely expect more; it was the last time we'll eat there for a long time. If I experience such conditions next time, I won't be coming back.

Was a regular customer until today, all well and good, but their kebab consists of a lot of salad and little meat. I will never buy kebab again, it has happened more often now, especially the boy with the cap can't make a kebab at all, puts a lot of salad and little meat in it

The food was great The staff is super friendly and works quickly, even though the store was busy. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, which is a big plus for me. Price-performance ratio is also absolutely right.

The shop is okay, but the kebab was very disappointing, again and again. Press the bread completely flat so that the bread rises again at the bottom and everything runs out. The meat tastes very dry and therefore has no flavor, and in the kebab you could see 3/4 salad to 1/4 meat. So it's all pretty disappointing.

Simply mega! The selection is varied and very tasty. The new approach with the unusual sauces, as well as the fried vegetables and lemon make the kebab perfect. The light mint in the vegetables is dosed in just the right amount. Whether chicken, steak, falafel or halloumi. Great cinema! The employees are friendly, fast and competent!

The steak kebab is delicious and filling. But it's still just a standard kebab - nothing that particularly stands out. Very solid. The service is friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the two counters where you could sit weren't completely clean; there were still old fries on them. Nevertheless, the shop is a tip because Nienburg doesn't have that much good food. And here you get quality for the money.

A good kebab and not a rotisserie

I have never eaten such a tasty doner in my life, and I ate quite a few of them. It was the most expensive but also the tastiest kebab I have ever tasted. What captivated me most of all was the meat, it is not an ordinary ball of power ground up so that only flakes of meat are visible to everyone. There are also huge differences in taste. I asked if it was lamb and I got the answer that it was steak. I don't know what kind of meat it was, but it was worth every €. Apart from the meat, there were fresh vegetables, grilled vegetables, cheese on top, all sprinkled with lemon juice. Absolutely delicious doner. The bun also does the job, tasty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was quick, very nice guys. As for the disadvantages, the portion is not the largest, I have not committed the sin of gluttony, but it also has its advantages. I recommend it with a clear conscience

The food is really damn tasty, the service was very good, after less than 5 minutes the food was already ready, very nice staff and a nice atmosphere both inside and outside in the seating area. The visit was definitely worth it and highly recommended👍🏼

-Visit on July 1st, 2024 at approx. 1:00 p.m.- I got a chicken plate with fries for €13. Chicken freshly cut from the spit, juicy, tasty and well marinated. Frozen fries from the deep fryer, you can't go wrong and they also tasted good, were crispy and well seasoned. The salad was nice and fresh and crunchy, nothing to complain about. 13€ is a bit much, but given the quality it's completely okay. Drink prices are very good (between €1.50 and €2.00). Poor/mediocre was: - Dishes (spoon, knife) were still dirty - Music in the interior a little too loud = not inviting - small space, but not too small Additionally good was/is: - Lots of food, fills you up - Card payment possible - Friendly service/team - Good and noticeable opening times Summary: 4 out of 5 stars

I've eaten kebab many times - always very good and really tasty. Today, unfortunately, an unacceptable negative experience: hardly any meat (at least only a fraction of the usual), salad left on display for too long - overall tasteless and unacceptable for 8.50 euros. At least another employee was insightful - perhaps a next attempt.

The best kebab in town. Sauces are very tasty and the ambience for kebab shops is definitely above average.

Cleanliness and staff were top. But I expected something different from steak meat. The meat and the sauces were relatively bland. There should be more seasoning here.

Haven't been here for a while and I really have to say there's no comparison to the other top ones, I would give more stars like 5 if possible :-)
