Definitely the best kebab in the area around Nollendorfplatz! Unfortunately, some of the staff are a bit unfriendly. Of course, I can understand being annoyed when the queue feels like 300 meters long at 2 o'clock at night and no one in line knows what they want. Nevertheless, I find it questionable when people make fun of a customer who is asking a question. Apart from that, I like coming here and recommend this kebab to anyone who wants to eat one in the area.

Real good classic kebab with your choice of sauce for 6 €. Friendly and fast service, too. Bring it on! 💯

Great food, bad services and bad atmosphere

So good every single time, never makes me upset. The portions are generous, the meat (chicken) is perfect, not fat, not greasy or dry.

We have returned 12 years later and they are still spectacular and the staff wonderful and friendly!

They are located in the heart of Berlin’s gay neighbourhood, but have little respect for this. Some of the staff are openly homophobic, and I had an unpleasant experience there. A part of it was being handed a horrible kebab. There are many other places serving kebab in this street, and they know what common decency is.

Wow, what a kebab, the best I've had in Berlin so far! Now I know why there is always a little snake there :-) Keep it up! Very good four stars for this, five would have been given if contact and cashless payment had been possible. And a small suggestion for improvement: The price boards are almost unreadable. That could certainly be done better. But these are all small things considering this excellent kebab, thank you very much for that!

After this night I have to correct the previously glowing review. I spent the night with one end of my body in each Hotel spent over the ceramics. I feel more miserable than ever after a meal. Worst vomiting diarrhea. As a few more have already written, the hygiene must have deteriorated so much that I will be cutting out what was once the most delicious kebab. It could only have been the meat. Absolutely risky if you don't want to ruin your vacation in Berlin.

Unfortunately, I agree with the negative reviews about hygiene. I've had a nasty gastrointestinal infection since my last chicken kebab there. And unfortunately you can tell from the look of the store that it isn't very clean. Does that really have to be the case? Can't we be more careful? My goodness ! It's about a good experience and not just wanting to run to the toilet. My last kebab in Berlin. He was a lesson to me again

I read good things in other reviews but had a confusing experience. I got there, chose my items and went to order. It seemed the person taking my order got a kick out of the fact that I only speak English and it felt weird when I was talked about with the people behind me. When I went to pay I was told they do not take card, I left and returned with cash and when I payed the worker called me “habibi” which means “my love” which was very embarrassing. The food ended up being good, I don’t know if this was a one off situation but I would second guess coming here if you only speak English.

Really good kebab. I had the chicken kebab, the meat was good quality & the hot sauce had a good heat. And the thing is well filled and filling 5/5

Its an ok doner kebab nothing special, but the staff is rude if you are a tourist, they were non polite and unfriendly .

I'm reluctant to give this review because I used to really enjoy getting a kebab here. Unfortunately, I won't be buying food there in the future because the hygiene has deteriorated extremely. I bought a kebab, but to be honest I didn't eat it afterwards because I lost my appetite after what I saw (swept the floor, then touched my bread, smoked it, then cut my meat and didn't wash my hands beforehand). The employees then washed their hands while spitting into the sink.

Not regular customer, but visited due to recommendation from friend. Did not listen the order carefully and staff was in rush even there was no other customer was there other than myself. Also miscommunication between internal staff from order taker to Chef. Not worth of visit and no value of money. Additionally it was cold food.

In all honesty i came just before closing time but non the less rushed me and my friends up the older man was somewhat welcoming but the younger guy was a bit rude , the food was honestly lacking i asked for it to be hot but it was all bland until the last bites that set me on fire (badly distributed) and i have to say that i have never seen a döner that had this little meat in it especially that we were literally their last customers and they chose to serve us that even tho they obviously still had meat and all ,weird behaviour if i say so myself and again it may be because of the timing but it was a bad experience not satisfied , döner was 6€ for anyone wondering . I'll have to go again and give them another chance to make sure it's not a time thing but even if it was not acceptable.

I've been eating here for years, my favorite - classic kebab with herbs and hot sauce. One of the few kebab shops whose hot sauce is really hot!! So be careful. Of course you can't sit down, but there are plenty of places to sit on Maßenstrasse, at least in summer. The taste of the kebab depends on how much heart the person preparing it has in his hand 😉

Very underrated Döner in Berlin. I would say one of the best döner in Berlin. The taste of the sauces are perfect, the beef is tasty and not dry and the freshness of the salads are perfect and by far the best

The soul of the kebab. Delicious crispy bread and juicy meat. The sauces are unusually very good for Berlin and the spicy is finally really spicy. Sheep cheese doesn't cost extra either, so 10/10 definitely try it

The annoyed employee asks three times and then puts in the wrong one. Unfriendly, kebab cold and tasteless, sauces just bland and the whole thing completely overpriced.

I've been eating this kebab for years now and can say: the quality has deteriorated enormously. The service is horrible. I didn't get freshly cut meat, just the cold meat... I had ordered a chicken kebab XL (anything but XL in terms of size), whereupon the young employee packed the cold veal for me anyway. When I responded angrily, everything was taken out of the bread and chicken was put back in the same. The end result was a poorly mixed kebab, without good distribution of sauces and too many vegetables. Absolutely disappointed and annoyed that I gave a tip.

Halal!!!! Read previous reviews for this place and decided to come try it as we were on the look out for some proper donor. It did not let us down. The staff were friendly and we got 1 donorbox with chips and salad and 1 donor in bread with salad. Got all salad and sauces and went to sit on a bench nearby to eat. They had a standing table you could also eat at. The food is yummy! Traditionally this type of food is oily especially in the UK however this had no oil and was very well cooked and tasted nice with all the juices from the meat as well as the sauce and salad. Very reasonably priced for the taste. We will definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend. It will not let you down. It is right near the train station and bus station, so very well located. It is not a sit down place and is a takeaway place. Large box and donor in bread costing less than 15 euros! (2 people) Great taste!

I was staying close by l, saw that this place had good reviews and was gladly not disappointed. Ended up visiting twice having a kebab box and a wrap on the other occasion. Both were delicious and complemented by a nice fresh salad a sauces. The meat was nowhere near as fatty/greasy as the uk. Staff were friendly and were able to undertake my ropey German. They also speak good English.

if i could rate it lower i would. the employe tried to sell me one durum kebab for 13€. so when he gave me the durum i said for that price he should give me a regular kebab as well and he got pissed. in the regular kebab he put a ton of spicy sauce in revenge. in the workers luck i like spicy food and i didnt mind so much while eating. basically he tried to rip me off

Very tastey doner chicken, big portion, very fresh vegetables, yummy roasted vegetables, some cheese, crispy fresh bread, very nice team, smily and working hard and fast!

케밥 오브 케밥 존맛탱.. 그냥 döner 소고기 먹었는데, 현지인? 들은 döner box 많이 먹는거같음(다니면서 먹기 좋아서..? 순전히 내 추측) 무튼 길 다니면서 먹는거 안좋아하는데 맛있어서 멈출수 없었음.. 엑스트라 칠리 하면 베스트 일듯 베를린 첫 케밥집 첫 후기 ㅎㅎ

Wer hier nicht 5☆☆☆☆☆ schmeckt...der hat den Döner nicht verstanden. Mitten in der Nacht sind die Jungs noch voll bei der Sache, auf engstem Raum, freundlich und aufmerksam. Man kann sich auf immergleichen Geschmack freuen, d.h. die Abläufe folgen einem Plan. Jeder hat bestimmt schon mal erlebt, dass Döner o.ä.mal So und dann So schmecken, je nachdem, wer Ihn Zubereitet. Hier ist das nicht so. Immer das, worauf ich mich gefreut habe. Aber Geschmack ist natürlich subjektiv. Service ist nachts um Vier noch wach, Kunden meistens nur noch halb. Aber alle werden gleich gut behandelt. Knallhart selbstbewusst, genau dort eine Dönerbude zu wagen. Aber genau das hat gefehlt. Mir zumindest. Bleibt So!

Viel zu wenig Sauce, dafür viel Fleiscg, Brot war auch ok, insgesamt solider Döner, aber in Berlin eher durchschnittlich zu bewerten..

Unser Döner des Vertrauens 🥙✌🏼 Essen kaum andere Halloumi Döner/ Kalbfleisch Döner als diesen. Die Kräuter Sauce ist unser Favorit. Was meinem Partner & mir jedes Mal auf's Neue auffällt, ist dass die Größe des Döners stark vom Personal, das ihn zubereitet abhängt & das geht gar nicht. Das eine Mal ist der normale Döner fast so groß wie ein Big Döner, bestellt man dann mal nen Big Döner, ist der kleiner als nen normaler Döner, das ist nicht fair... Ach und die Öffnungszeiten sind der Knaller, midnight snack gesichert 🚀👏🏼

Eigentlich mein absoluter LieblingsDöner in Berlin, wenn nicht sogar deutschlandweit. Leider gibt es seit einigen Monaten zwei neue Mitarbeiter deren Deutschkenntnisse oder Englisch unterirdisch ist. Bitte stellt das Problem zeitnah ab.

Nur weil viele Kunden warteten hat der Mitarbeiter rohes Fleisch mir in meinen Döner gepackt. Also das Gesundheitsamt würde daraufhin alles schließen was man schließen kann

Der Döner war ziemlich gut, die Tomaten leider nicht mehr knackig und die Soßen waren wirklich schon angetrocknet und sahen nicht mehr appetitlich aus. Ich denke, dass wenigstens die Soße noch frisch sein sollte. Die Container mit der Soße sahen schon drei vier Tage alt aus. Döner ohne Sauce trotzdem gut durch, knusprig und Frisch!

Die scharfen Soßen gibt es in keinem anderen Döner Imbiss der Stadt. Seit 2011 stille ich meinen hungrigen Magen hier und bin sehr froh, dass die Qualität nie gesunken ist 👍

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, fleisch nicht frisch geschnitten, kalt, katzenfutter. Nie wieder.

BABA Döner zumindest für einen Touri. Perfektes Brot, knuspriges Fleisch, Rucola im Salat und die wissen was man meint mit extra Scharf wenn man extra Scharf sagt 🥵

Seit 20 Jahren esse ich hier Döner, wenn ich nach Berlin komme. Zugegeben, ich esse seit ein paar Jahren auch vegetarischen Kebap, aber für mich ist es immer noch der beste Kebap in Berlin. Unbedingt und ohne Frage! Die Schlange ist immer da, aber das Warten lohnt sich.

It is ok. There is space enough for being there, and having a good time, to talk and just sitting there, but I didn't liked the food, especially the meat. The prices though are normal.

In den letzen Monaten hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Es gab auch einen Personalwechsel. Der Dürum schmeckt nach nichts und fällt beim anfassen auseinander. 7,50€ für einen labrigen Dürum.... 3 mal probiert, 3 mal schlecht. Schade...

Posto super per un buonissimo kebab al volo. La piadina è enorme, la consiglio solo se avete molta fame!

Döner war ganz normal und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch okay.

Bin seit über 10 Jahren Kunde und kann es nach wie vor empfehlen. Mitten im Kiez und extrem lange Öffnungszeiten Was unterscheidet diesen Döner von anderen? - die scharfe Sauce ist wirklich scharf! - Saucen generell sind sehr geil - Brot immer knusprig - Fleisch immer knusprig braun gebraten

Ich bat um Döner im Brot mit alles, bekam viele Fleischsehnen mit nur scharfer Sauce. Fast ungenießbar. Service ohne Lächeln, in dieser Straße gibt es besseren Kebab.

Per a mi es el millor Kebab (dels que conec), res a veure amb la majoria. Potser es el Mc Donals dels Kebabs, poc artesana i congelat, però esta bonissim! No aconsello la salsa picant, si no ets molt fan del picant, es molt forta. Li trec una estrella ja que a vegades el personal es molt desagradable, especialment un noi jove prim i alt. Però sens dubte l’has de provar.

Schwer wenn nich aus der ”hood”

Sehr unfreundlich und überheblich. Man ist dort definitiv vor corona freundlicher empfangen wurden. Sehr schade. Bin dort immer gern hingegangen. Das hat sich nach heute erledigt.
