I think the homemade bread really doesn't taste bad. Too many employees working behind the counter. It's amazing that they have set up a system that works so well. The sharpness is really sharp. The other sauces taste delicious too. Unfortunately, I couldn't get used to the kebab meat.

We ordered through Lieferando and waited 2 hours for our food! It may be that the restaurant can't do anything about it, but then disappointing us with the food just isn't possible. The pasta portions were in children's sizes. The Pasta Spicy was with penne instead of spaghetti. The scampi was saved and I neither saw nor tasted the zucchini. Also, the wrong pizza was delivered. Unfortunately it wasn't Pizza Mista and the additional pepperonis we ordered weren't included either. 2 euros for free. We paid over 65 euros and the quality was average and the service was outrageously bad. Never again Lieferando and never again Hamdi Baba

Doner tastes very good. Wrap bread is made fresh after ordering. The staff are very respectful and friendly. We were very pleased.

The best employees. The best price-performance ratio. When it comes to kebabs, I always pay attention to the salad. The skewer is ordered and depending on the quality you get it delivered but for some people the salad is simply bad but here you have really fresh salad and fresh bread.

Very bad service at Hamdi Baba. While all other guests were able to pay by card without any problems, I was refused card payment just because I had cash with me. In Turkish it was even suggested that he preferred cash and that it didn't matter whether I paid with a card or cash. He intentionally disconnected the card device. It is the customer's responsibility to decide whether to pay with cash or card - not the staff's. Very unfriendly and disrespectful.

They love meat even though it looks like a substitute skewer and you won't even get 50 percent full of it. It's completely normal minced meat kebab. I'll never eat it again

One of the best kebabs I've eaten recently, with homemade bread and homemade sauce. I was a huge fan of Hamdi baba Tempelhof, but this beats it even more with the bread and everything else. A ten out of ten The ambience, well, we're not in a star restaurant so the ambience isn't that important to me at the moment. this is mostly about the food.

The kebab is really solid! Freshly homemade bread 9/10, meat solid 8/10, salad also okay 7/10 overall for the kebab with the price a very strong 8/10! Service is always poor when ordering. However, people keep asking for the money even though you have already paid. Even if the store is empty. In addition, unfortunately other customers, I think regular customers, are preferred over time, which is why I had to wait at least 10-15 for the kebab the last few times... I used to go there every week but after that happened 3-4 times in a row, I'm leaving no longer go there. I really gave the store a few more chances but unfortunately it will end at some point. The last time I sat down to wait for the kebab, I was told by an early customer that I should “get the fuck out” of that seat because he wanted to sit down there. I have also been attacked there in a racist manner against Asians. One said he wanted to “get me off” next time. It's really a shame. I really liked the shop and the kebab...

One of the best kebab shops here in Berlin. The meat and sauces are super delicious. Fresh vegetables are also included every day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and takes very good care of their customers. Also has a wide range of delicacies in the menu. For 6-7€ it is very worthwhile to buy a kebab here. 10/10 would eat here every day if I could. 😁👍

Hamdi Baba Döner is a great shop with nice workers.

I really love eating there. I drive 17 kilometers there from Reinickendorf and past 30 kebab shops but nowhere does it taste as good as Hamdi Baba's. The nice thing is that they make the Turkish pizza and dürüm bread fresh. The meat is 100% seasoned.

Wanted 1 kebab and drink. Doner man understands 2 kebabs and no drink. I've already paid the amount for 2 kebabs. Tell that to the kebab man. He says ok. I get 1 kebab, take a drink and want to leave. Everyone shouts at me and suspects me of stealing. Boss says I should talk to him and should have told him. He was somewhere but not at the counter when I told his employee. He probably didn't understand and just nodded. Guys, that was my last visit here. You don't treat customers like thieves.

Simply well-crafted, unfussy kebab. Skewer cut by hand and lettuce cut extremely finely. You can taste all the ingredients with every bite. Professionals at work. Of the very finest.

Top Standard döner hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Würde wieder essen. Leckere kräutersauce auch die 2. Sauce(orange farbig) hat gepasst. Fleisch wird immer frisch geschnitten das der döner auch warm ist hat uns besonders gut gefalllen. Leider in der schweiz nicht so zumindest ich kenne es nicht denn bei uns wird immer so ein wärmebehälter benutzt. Das fleisch darin kommt ist Katastrophe denn man weiss nicht wie lange es im behälter war.

Würde es gehen, würde ich 4,5 Sterne geben. Also runde ich der Fairness halber auf. Absolutes Highlight ist hier das Haus-Brot, welches wie eine Wolke ist. Geschmacklich gehört der Döner zu den besten Berlins, obwohl hier ganz klar das Zusammenspiel von Fleisch, Sauce und dem wolkengleichen Hausbrot den Reiz ausmachen. Was die Gewürze betrifft, gibt es sicher 2-3 bessere in Berlin, aber diesen Döner hier wird man definitiv nicht bereuen und mit großem Genuss essen.

Döner wie aus meiner Kindheit. Brot knusprig und frisch, innen saftig und lecker. Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv.

Ich bin ein sehr großer fan von döner , ich finde Hamdi Baba Schöneberg belegt bei mir Platz 1-2 im ganzen Berlin , allerdings dauert es manchmal für ein döner so lange , als würdest du auf eine Pizza warten.

Ein sehr guter Laden mit sehr gutem Döner und sehr viel Vielfalt an verschiedenen Brot soßen etc lohnt sich hierher zukommen

Genelde sevdiğim bir yerdi fakat son gidişimde çok beklettiler bizden sonra gelenlerin siparişini önceden hazırladılar ve yemeğin kalitesi de önceden tanıklık ettiğim kalitede değildi. Patates kızartması fazla pişmişti döner etide yanmıştı.

Visited to try döner kebap upon recommendations and find it nice and cheap. This small restaurant run by turkish owners is easily accessible via bus. As a person coming from the original home of Doner, wanted to see how do they make the dish here in Berlin. So it is different from Turkish style but still very nice. Unlike the counterpart in Turkiye, they put a lot of stuffing inside the wrap (dürüm) which is similar to what they call it Sarmaşık Dürüm. Aside from those Doner jargon I can say that it was delicious, high quality and value for money.

Kann man Nichts falsch machen... allerdings, meiner Meinung nach, nicht so gut, wie angepriesen. Unbedingt das Hausbrot nehmen!

Ich fahre regelmäßig am Wochenende durch Berlin und probiere für mich neue Döner aus. Dieser hier ist mein absoluter Favorit. Seit nun 5 Monaten komme ich regelmäßig hierher um einen Döner zu essen und hatte bisher keine negativen Erlebnisse. Und zur Info....ich fahre ca. 35 Minuten bis nach Schöneberg. Für mich lohnt sich der Weg.

Der Hamdi Baba original Döner Kebab ist mein Favorit.
