One of the best tasting kebabs in the area. The wait time is reasonable.

The salad was delicious, and the ambiance was also very nice. The only thing that bothered me was the statement that the food would be ready at 7:00 p.m., with a bit of a wait. In the end, it wasn't ready until 7:50 p.m., and that was just too long a wait for me.

The food is okay. Everything seems fresh and delicious to me. The only thing that's really off-putting is the incredible wait time. If you don't pre-order, you can end up sitting in the shop for over an hour, waiting for a simple kebab or pizza. These are basics that should be served quickly. They really need to work on this.

I don't like burgers, but they're delicious here, and I order them every time I eat there. The other items on the menu are also excellent.

The food tastes good and the staff are friendly. If you order in person, the food is presented appetizingly and ready quickly. However, if you order by phone, the receiver is picked up and left to the side. Then, after a 10-15 minute wait, your order is taken. Halfway through your order, they tell you they're out of stock. I quickly decided on a different dish - it was also out, and that was around 5 p.m.... I then ordered my food elsewhere... If they did find something that was still available, I could have picked up the ordered food after about 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my food there, I still had to wait another 20 minutes before I could take it away... Why do I pre-order, and do they tell you a time when it's ready for pickup if the food doesn't seem to be made until I arrive? It's a real shame...

Stopped on our way through Berlin because I was feeling hungry. First of all: The cheeseburger was okay, the doner kebab was bone dry despite ordering and, of course, charging for the extra sauce. The highlight, however, was the process: After paying, we were told we could come back in 45 minutes to pick up. We were a bit taken aback. After the said 45 minutes, we showed up to pick up (or so we thought), and then we waited another 20 minutes inside. I've never waited so long for a doner kebab anywhere in my entire life. Absolutely insane! My hunger was pretty much gone by then. In short: If you're hungry, go somewhere else. I'd rather not comment on the tone of the supposed boss with his German-speaking employee.

The place is always quite empty, however there are always people ordering takeaway and it is very well priced, food is quite good and service is fast.

Very tasty food (especially the kebab is great). Unfortunately, time management when picking up is a problem: If the store is not very busy, you can usually take your order with you relatively on time. But even with moderate visits to the store, you can expect to wait 20 minutes longer than originally announced. Then local guests may be given priority. My kebab was cold. Too bad!

Kebab Haus Vreden is absolutely recommended! Whether kebab, pizza or pizza rolls – everything is super tasty and of high quality. The prices are fair and the staff is very friendly and fond of children. The store is large, modern and offers plenty of seating - ideal for families or groups. We always like to go straight there and eat on site. We have never used the delivery service, so we can't say anything about it. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's worth it - the food is worth it!

If you order food over the phone (2 kebabs), it's best to have it delivered. When you pick up, you should be prepared to wait another half an hour on site, despite the 1-hour preparation time.

Very satisfied, sometimes the waiting time for collection is a bit long but the wait is worth it.

Waiting 2 1/2 hours for the food, we were told 1 1/2 hours, only to get the call that it would take another 40 minutes, that's not possible, so why don't you call earlier.

We visited Kebab House for the first time as we have been looking for a good takeaway nearby for a long time. Unfortunately we were disappointed at Kebab House. Doner kebab was okay, but bread was so hard that it tore immediately (of course that can happen at any time). We also ordered a Köfte plate, which we absolutely cannot recommend. For €11.50 you get fries, “köfte” that taste like these Cevapcici were from the freezer at a discount store, unfortunately totally bland and some flatbread. Everything is very careless and in my opinion the price is absolutely not justified. Employees seem very stressed and listless. When asked neutrally whether the kofta were homemade and what meat they were made from, the staff immediately responded in a justifiable manner. Criticism is not accepted there. Unfortunately, Kebab House didn't convince us. It is important to pay attention to whether salad is listed among the plated dishes. This may be a given at other competing snack bars, but here you have a clear advantage if you read carefully, otherwise you will quickly be disappointed.

You lose your meal when you see the boss shouting loudly at the employees in front of the customers. The ambience seems cold, the food is good.

We ordered 2 pizzas there, the taste was okay, but unfortunately the price wasn't justified. Additional ingredients are charged at €1.50 per ingredient, which we found to be a lot. When we ordered by phone, which was early in the evening, we were told our pizza would go out immediately and would be there in about half an hour at the latest. Since we still had a follow-up appointment, on-time delivery was also important and we made that known. After more than an hour, I asked again and was assured again that our pizza was now being processed and sent out. Why not just communicate honestly that it would take longer? Then the customer can adjust to it and decide for themselves whether it suits them or not. I've had this situation at least twice now and now also the last time, which is a shame

You should discontinue the delivery service. By arrangement approx. 1 hour. Waiting time, delivery after 2 hours.

There were pieces of plastic on a Pizza Funghi. The pizza could do with at least twice the time in the oven. Unfortunately very disappointing food. The kebab plate (No. 11) is delivered without salad and no sauce, so when ordering by phone, make sure whether you want No. 6 or No. 11. However, the staff is very friendly, but the quality of the food is unfortunately poor :c EDIT: After my review I was called so the staff could justify themselves. What a wild, questionable evening in terms of data protection.

The restaurant is superior than others from the city, i like the service but it could be faster, we waited for 5 big donners 30 minutes, the quality of the ingredients is acceptable but the meat wasn't enough. Overall is a most go for the big portions at least and the convince of the location

Food always top. Unfortunately, special requests are not addressed well or not at all. Many standard things like kebab pizza cannot be found on the menu. If requested, only the map will be referred to. The prices have risen sharply recently and are no longer proportional to the service and food on offer. As I said, the food always tastes great but the service is difficult.

So ordering a spontaneous kebab shortly before closing time because you're hungry is the best feeling there is. Really cool shop. Super tasty <3

I'm sorry, but the kebab had 0 taste. All the ingredients tasted like nothing. I had never experienced that before.

The best kebab in Vreden.Staff very nice.Unfortunately, the time management is not right at all, which is why you still have to wait 15 minutes despite pre-ordering and at a pre-arranged time (this happened often).For that reason, I will unfortunately stay there even if there isn't one in Vreden Better kebab will have to be ordered elsewhere in the future.

We ordered there a long time ago and were totally dissatisfied with the service.. super unfriendly!! Now we have ordered a second time but unfortunately the food didn't do our stomach any favors... total stomach pain afterwards... Despite pre-ordering you have to wait. We are NOT going there again!

Leider sehr sehr lang auf das Essen warten müssen. Es war zum Mitnehmen bestellt und wurde erst auf Teller platziert und dann lieblos umgeschaufelt. Die bestellte Mayo zu den Pommes hat es leider auch nicht in den neuen Karton geschafft.

Als er een fout word gemaakt geef je dit netjes aan. Dan word je zonder respect behandeld en men zegt dat doen wij altijd zo. Geen sfeer en ze komen niet aan tafel maar staan vanaf de bar jouw bestelling op te nemen.

Wir kamen zufällig rein und waren positiv überrascht. Nette Einrichtung, sauberer Eindruck an der Theke. Mein mehrfacher Wunsch nach einer kleinen Portion Döner konnte nicht entsprochen werden.Dann nehmen Sie bitte die Nr. 11 von der Karte. Man konnte ja nicht wissen das ich nicht soviel esse, aber dennoch die normale Portion bezahlt hätte weil ich nicht gerne Essen wegwerfe. Also dann die Nummer 11, bitte nur Weißkrautsalat und Cocktailsoße zum Döner. Meine Frau nahm einen Dönerteller mit Pommes. Wir bekamen den besten Döner den ich jemals gegessen habe.Nur Fleisch und kein bißchen Hackfleisch. Das hat man bei anderen Dönerläden sehr sehr selten. Zudem war es ein selbst gemachter Krautsalat. Genau mein Geschmack, nicht zu säuerlich,nicht zu salzig und keine weiteren Zutaten wie Paprika ectr.Mein Fazit: Ich habe den Teller trotz großer Portion leer gemacht und wir kommen wieder.

Wir sollten unser Essen nach einer halben Stunde abholen und haben danach im Restaurant noch eine halbe Stunde länger warten müssen. Als wir das angesprochen haben haben wir nur eine unfreundliche Antwort bekommen und uns wurde gesagt wir bräuchten nicht mehr wieder kommen... Außerdem sind die Preise im Internet günstiger als die eigentlichen!!!

Lekker eten voor goede prijs. Veel ruimte om te zitten. Uitgebreid keuze menu. Toilet aanwezig. Toegankelijk voor mindervaliden. Parkeerplaats dichtbij.

Bestellen oft über Schmitz cargobull zur Pause bei Kebab Haus. Anfangs sehr gut. Nach Wochen Leider vermehrt falsche Bestellungen. Es ist kaum noch Fleisch im Döner, zu 90% nur Salat. Geschmacklich top. Aber leider nicht mehr wie am Anfang. Deshalb 2 Sterne Abzug.

Die letzten 3 mal wo wir bestellen wollten war immer nur besetzt haben bestimmt 15 mal versucht anzurufen sind aber nie durch gekommen

Pizza u döner schmeckten Bis jetzt immer (Stammkunde seit Anfang an) manchmal dauerts ein bissl länger liegt an stoßzeiten oder zu wenig Personal ect ... ein Stern Abzug weil es dadurch schon vorgekommen ist das die Pizza nicht richtig belegt war (extrawünsche vergessen) aber ich hab alle Pizza und döner Buden in vreden probiert und kebap Haus ist mit Abstand die beste

Super leckerer Döner. Super netter Chef

Kommen wir erstmal zum positiven, die Pizza war lecker. Aber leider ist es nicht wie im Reitsport, wo das beste auch das teuerste ist. Der Otto Normalverbraucher zahlt für eine sehr leckere Pizza im Schnitt ca 7€, wir nicht.. 10 Euronen wurden uns für eine Dönerpizza abgeluchst. Stinksauer, und nur mittelmäßig gesättigt, bestreiten wir wohl nun die Tour Richtung Mc Doof, wo man nicht über eine Stunde auf sein Essen wartet... PS: Soße hätte extra gekostet..

Dauert einfach zu lange, selbst auf dem normalen Dienstag Abend 50 Minuten bis zur Abholung. Unterbesetzt, daher regelmäßig viel Hektik. Das bekommen andere auf dem Samstag schneller hin.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich jedoch muss man manchmal mit extra Wartezeit rechnen! Der Besitzer hat sich die Kritik aber zu Herzen genommen mit einem bisher positiven Resultat! Wir kommen also gerne weiterhin dort essen!

Pommes müssen mehr Zeit in der Fritteuse haben. Dönerfleisch muss fertig gegart werden. Wenn Pilsener und Alt auf der Karte stehen, muss man es beides vorher kaufen. Personal muss freundlich sein. Die Speisenkarte muss nicht logisch aufgebaut sein. Essen muss man hier nicht..
