Ein richtig gemütliches❤️ kleines Restaurant. Mit guten Service. Und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Alles selbst gemacht und das sieht man den Essen auch echt an. Manchmal bekommt man Getränk gratis. ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Größer Vorteil des Ladens sind die Öffnungszeiten. Irgendwann bekommt man in der Gegend nichts mehr, dann ist Kayser schon Ok. Aber warum man eine trockene Fleischspießtasche mit paar Pommes nach dem Laden signiert ist mir schleierhaft… Nicht gerade ein Aushängeschild. Lahmacun ist da schon empfehlenswerter.

Seit 2003 kenne ich Euch und ich liebe es immer wieder in meine alte Heimat zu kommen. Danke für Eure Herzlichkeit 😍 Ach und es gibt kein besseres Essen als bei Kayser Grill. Hier werden frische Zutaten mit Liebe und Herz nicht nur gemacht sondern auch so serviert.

Bester Laden in Dortmund. Der Chef ist super nett und herzlich. Kommen immer zur SIM Expo zum Essen. Mein Kollege aus Nürnberg ist auch begeistert.

Last week, I had a kebab for the first time in a while, but the meat was quite gristly, and parts of it still seemed half-raw, while others were already a bit black. I didn't eat the half-raw and gristly pieces as a precaution. Overall, it wasn't enjoyable. I've had better.

Normally it was always an insider tip for anyone who wanted a chicken doner kebab, all freshly prepared, I liked going there, always thought they did a good job and because the shop is within walking distance of the stadium you'd think they could cope with a big crowd. But when I was there yesterday I had to wait 25 minutes until it was my turn. I wanted two doner kebabs, one spicy and one without onions, and one without spicy. What I got was the hottest doner kebab and I asked if he could put a bit of Pul Biber on it but he went too far, looking back he even asked if I wanted a spoonful or two of Pul Biber, i.e. ground chili peppers. It's a good thing I said no, it seemed he wanted to poison me because I specifically said not to put a bit of Pul Biber, it would make the thing unbearably hot. Also the bread had been forgotten in the contact grill which meant it was so hard and dark you could hardly bite into it, normally I forget things like that but my stomach still hurts the next morning, chili powder can do something. I think it's Kurdish pul Biber extra hot with seeds, not Turkish, but it's definitely very hot even though I'm used to spicy food

We were guests at the Kayser Grill on a Saturday before a home game. We were just in time before the store filled up. The dishes we ordered were beautifully presented and tasted very good. First there was bread with various dips, a very tasty starter. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The waiting time wasn't long and perfectly fine. We would love to come back on our next visit!

Small, cozy family business. The Köftetaschen are unparalleled, i.e. unsurpassed in their delicacy, and I don't need to tell the connoisseurs and locals anything about the Kaysertaschen. Just test it yourself at times 🤤🤤🤤🤤👌🏽🤤🤤🤤🤤

We were here shortly before closing time, so unfortunately there wasn't much choice left, but luckily we were able to grab a salad bag. This was also very tasty and also good value for money. Both of these things are no longer a given, but we were in a positive mood. The service was also good, the kebab shop is run by father and son and you can tell that they are a well-coordinated team. You can't say much about the ambience since it's just a kebab shop. It was clean and modern. The large windows and the view due to the corner location of the store can also be positively highlighted. Very good kebab shop in the Kreuzviertel!

Hey, I've always been pretty happy with the kebab there, but today it's gone off the rails. The meat was gristly and very thickly cut, it felt like it had been kept warm for a while... that was definitely not the case today...

Super delicious food and great service! I recently went to Kayser Grill and absolutely loved it! The kebab was incredibly fresh and really well seasoned - you can tell that the work here is done with love and quality. The portions are large and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of the team. Everyone here is extremely warm and you immediately feel welcome. It's rare to experience such great service. I would definitely like to come back and can only recommend Kayser Grill!

The Lahmacun is just perfect! This is how it was prepared everywhere in the late 90s and early 00s, a real rarity these days! The meat is of good quality and the greens are fresh. The store is clean and the employees are very friendly.

A solid and tasty kebab. I couldn't detect any poor quality of meat here in any way. The meat (veal of course) had decent seasoning and tasted good. The kebab was decently filled and the service was friendly. What more could you want?!

The kebab is okay, but really nothing special. Unfortunately you notice that the meat is not of the best quality. The fries are delicious. All in all, in my opinion you can't give it more than three stars.

For me it's been the absolute number 1 in Dortmund since it opened. The food is always consistently good quality. I have never been disappointed so far. The only grill where you actually get veal and not just some strange minced meat skewer. The guys who work there and who own the shop are absolutely great and always very friendly, almost friendly. We have eaten here many times before, that was from 2003 to 2006, my wife lived next door at the time. In the years that followed, it was only very irregular, perhaps before or after a BVB game. Today it was that time again. My wife had a Lamacun, our son a kebab box and I had a kebab bag. Very tasty, reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Highly Recommended!

I ate the delicious doner kebab in another country, which I couldn't eat in Turkey. The issue of taste is indisputable. It is very clean and tidy in terms of hygiene, which means that it is run by competent people. I would like to thank master Suat for his smiling face and services. The staff is friendly and sympathetic. I recommend it to everyone. Definitely not my first trip, the first place I will go is somewhere worth traveling 3000 km…

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat after a concert. My Lahmacun was really delicious and the price was absolutely reasonable. My partner's kebab also looked very tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that could be worked on is hygiene, as the tables and seats weren't all that clean.

For me it's still the best in Dortmund. Whenever I visit the old homeland, this is one of my favorites. And despite not being there for a long time, it's nice that you haven't been forgotten. See you soon 🤗

Wenn man über 250 km hier her fährt um döner zu essen, dann sagt das doch so ziemlich alles. Vorsicht: das Pulver ist echt scharf und brennt zweimal.

Wie eine Oase in der Wüste. Wir laufen durch Dortmund nach der Darts EM und haben todeshunger und um 23 Uhr hat alles dicht, selbst wo ich her komme vom Land haben die Dönerbuden bis 1 Uhr auf. Kayser Grill war unsere Rettung, weil sie als einzige noch nach 23 Uhr auf hatten. Nach der nächsten Darts EM ist das Ziel klar: Kayser Grill.

Ich gehe gerne in den Kayser Grill, um mir nach meinem Dienst, diverse türkische Spezialitäten mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Mir schmecken Döner & Co. sehr gut. Besonders gefällt mir der Kayser Teller. Hier bekommt man verschieden gebratene Fleischsorten, frischen Salat und tolle Saucen. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und gerade am Abend wenn es voller ist, dem Gast zugewandt. Ich bleibe hier Stammgast.

Super lecker das Essen. Wir hatten 2 Teller die sehr sehr gut aussahen und auch sehr lecker waren. Baklava gab es zum Nachtisch....er war köstlich 🤤. Alles ist frisch und teilweise selbstgemacht. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich einen Kommentar schreibe… Die Döner Schale war Schlecht der Döner hat geschmeckt wie aufgewärmt, außerdem gab es kein Salat dazu.

Einer der besten Döner in Dortmund. Bei der scharfen Soße sollten man allerdings etwas aufpassen, wenn man Schärfe nicht so gut verträgt.
