Vip Döner in Dortmund

Definitely the best Döner place in Dortmund! The service is great and very friendly. The meat is fresh, and so are the salads. Everything is prepared very cleanly. Prices are fair. The only downside is that there are no bathrooms!

There's no VIP treatment here, unfortunately. The fries weren't freshly fried; they were already completely cold and so hard they looked like they'd been fried twice. The doner kebab meat was also pre-sliced ​​and cold. Normally, I would have complained right there and then. But if you're selling such rubbish, you already know what you're doing and don't need to be told. Welcome to Yazıklar size!

I've been there several times now and need to revise my review: What I like: ○ Cleanliness of the counter and staff (very well-groomed) BUT: The place itself still feels neglected. No one wipes down tables between customers. ○ Price/performance ratio (is okay) + Speed + Taste (the lahmacun was fresh. The hot sauce is actually hot, not just tomato sauce) - Very limited salad selection, lots of onion and white cabbage in the final product ○ The quality of the meat is inconsistent. Especially due to the central location, there are peak times when the quality fluctuates significantly.

I once went here for lunch and ordered a kebab. Unfortunately, after the first bite, I felt like there was a pebble under my tooth. Luckily, it was small, otherwise it could have broken my tooth. This shawarma is one of the worst I've tried. The place is popular, the quality of the products seems good. But damn, the salt is bad, the purple cabbage with their sauce is terrible. And the lavash itself, oh my god, it's impossible to eat. I give it 1 out of 100. Thank you very much, this is my last visit. Whether to come or not is up to each person.

The only "VIP" thing here is the audacity. No wonder drunken BVB fans are lining up here like crazy – at least when you're completely drunk, you don't notice how shamelessly you're being ripped off. If you're sober and have a shred of self-respect, it's best to steer clear of this place. Or at least bring binoculars – so you can actually see the portion on your plate.

It was our first time at VIP Döner and the fries were the best I've eaten in years. Very crispy and super seasoned. As you know it from childhood. The kebab meat, we had chicken, was also super tasty and not as greasy as many people have. I thought the arrangement on the plate was great; it didn't look so squished and everything was there on its own. We'll definitely be back.

Big kebab ordered 2 euros more paid same contents like normal kebab only the bread is bigger. I wouldn't recommend it and will never come here again. The meat had nothing to do with real kebab meat - it tasted as if a cheap meat sausage had simply been cut open and thrown into the kebab. What a disgrace! The store was anything but inviting. It was dirty everywhere and no one seemed to care about hygiene. The unfriendly service was particularly bad. No smiles, no “hello”, just annoyed looks and a feeling like you were unwanted. I absolutely cannot recommend this store. If you fancy a good kebab – go somewhere else! The most you'll get here is a bad mood and a bad taste in your mouth.
