Vip Döner in Dortmund

Unfortunately one of the worst kebabs. The bread is not grilled. Not enough sauce and therefore very dry.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this was the worst kebab I've eaten in Dortmund so far. The meat was very dry and didn't actually taste like anything, the sauces tasted like they were already bad, and the salad was nothing either. If you want to eat a delicious kebab, go somewhere else.

An absolute disaster – never again! I went to Vip Döner because I thought the name lived up to its promise. Unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. The kebab tastes absolutely terrible! The meat had nothing to do with real kebab meat - it tasted as if a cheap meat sausage had simply been cut open and thrown into the kebab. What a disgrace! The store was anything but inviting. It was dirty everywhere and no one seemed to care about hygiene. The unfriendly service was particularly bad. No smiles, no “hello”, just annoyed looks and a feeling like you were unwanted. I absolutely cannot recommend this store. If you fancy a good kebab – go somewhere else! The most you'll get here is a bad mood and a bad taste in your mouth.

Very good fast food restaurant. You can eat Doner as well as pizzas. His staff is kind and helpful, helped us to order what we wanted we wanted since we didn't know what to put extra in the Doner. The prices are reasonable.

The interior looked very good and clean. The food also looked fresh and tasty from the outside. However, the most important thing about kebab is the meat. It had a strange taste of its own. The hot sauce was acceptably hot, but had hardly any flavor. Regarding the service: I was greeted nicely. When I was asked whether I wanted take-away or dine-in, I looked around briefly to see if there was a seat available. At that moment the worker dropped the kebab into the holder and turned his back to me (of course he also had other things to do, but he should probably wait two or three seconds)

This might sound like a joke, but seriously, honestly and without joke - I'm biting into my Dürüm kebab and suddenly I'm biting into something hard and shit that's been wiped clean without any joke, joke, joke or ass - then I bite down a screw; how come?!?!? Yes, dear readers, I was wondering that too, I have no idea. Maybe it's a free addition, but then it would be nice if VIP Doner mentioned it before I have to consult my dentist about a new set of teeth. Taste nevertheless, satisfactory; except metal fine I also think it's good that people who use a wheelchair can also use this restaurant.

THE BEST salads I've ever eaten in my life. Fresh, juicy, perfectly seasoned. In kebabs they always seem to be just an addition, but here they do all the work. I'm delighted. A big plus for fast and friendly service. I will come back here when I visit Dortmund again.

I don't like the food, especially the meat (the most important thing about the kebab). Actually the location is perfect, you could do a lot more with the store.

The food is poor - especially compared to the other many kebab places in the area. Service is normal and atmosphere too. They are especially lucky to be in a good location. You just walk into it and that's why we went there for dinner, but we've had better ones in town!

Long opening hours, after not being allowed in the club twice, it's really good. But sucuktaschen was way too spicy (apparently only today because of a wrong delivery blah blah). The employees were committed, but only in the aspect of showing me that as a Turk 🐺 I can't eat spicy sucuk. Experience was so semi, would not recommend, only when times are really tough. - written for my Turkish friend, the author of this review does not make any racial claims

The employees converse in Arabic and are more likely to be among themselves than with customers. All in all, not recommended! Unfortunately in Brückstr. not an isolated case! Whole experience was bad After waiting about 20 mins, when we were ordering the whole thing was a chaos, guy who was taking order was now typing anything or giving tickets, pretty much everyone’s orders waiting was messed up! They were basically auctioning food. They kept giving me chicken, I told him I don’t want chicken and he told me to take it and eat it, it is all same! It was an unreal experience where they tell you what to eat, with your own money! Sometimes it is worth to wait for good food but this definitely was not one of those experiences. Meat was all in the middle of the sandwich basically rest was all bread and salad. Bread was kind of dry. I do not recommend this place!

Apart from the fact that you get a standard minced doner with no taste here, my dürüm wasn't wrapped properly and the red cabbage sauce was dripping down my pants and shoes the second I left the store. When I asked if I could wash my hands, the answer was no and my friendly advice that they should close the bottom end better next time was answered: "You ate the Dürüm wrong". If you're looking for a delicious kebab that doesn't dirty your clothes, you've definitely come to the wrong place. There are plenty of better alternatives on the street

Despite the large number of people, there wasn't a long wait, unfortunately some compromises were made in the preparation. The flatbread was only warmed briefly and the sauce was blotted unevenly into the bread. Fast service is no good if the quality suffers.

Absolutely NOT recommended. The only time you can eat there is when you're so drunk that you can't taste anything anymore.

So we ordered doner pizza and it was very dry with almost no sauce. Didn't taste good, sorry dears. And the ambience is really bad everywhere. The tables are not separated so you have to sit with other customers. When you eat you want privacy. Employees are very nice but very stressful. Sorry guys would never come there again just for the ambience. Take away the boxes and put tables and chairs there

Very happy with the kebab shop! Excellent food at fair prices, fresh ingredients and extremely friendly customer service. The only small concern would be to turn the music down a little. Otherwise completely perfect – recommended!

For me it wasn't a nice kebab. The kebab bag was much too soft so I had problems being able to eat the kebab without getting my hands dirty. The bag got a long tear at the bottom while eating. Der Herr an der Kasse der meine Bestellung aufgenommen hat war auch recht unhöflich. Döner Portion: sehr klein bzw. Sehr wenig Fleisch, es ist gefühlt eine Salat Tasche mit Saucen und für den Preis sehr beschämend musste nachfragen das ich bisschen mehr bekommen und im Fleisch waren noch mehrere Knochen und Knorpel enthalten wo man beim jeden bisschen ein knacken im Mund hatte. Geschmeckt hat es wie Pappe oder Karton laut meinem Kollegen der auch probiert hat. Die Pommes habe ich kalt bekommen was wahrscheinlich die alten waren die locker 30min da drin lagen in der Wanne. Die Pizza von meinem Kollegen (Magheritta) schmeckte säuerlich was an abgelaufenen Käse erinnerte und recht nach analog Käse schmeckte und natürlich viel Oregano damit bloß der Rest nicht schmeckbar ist. Nur die Getränke waren in Ordnung. Fazit wir beide hatten nach dem Besuch Magen Darm. Geht lieber bei Döner 2.0 oder Echter Berliner in Dortmund essen, zahlt man zwar glaube 7€ für einen Döner aber viel besser als der fraß bei dem ViP Fritzen.

Sehr unhöflich der Typ an der Kasse! Es wurde keine mühe gegeben und es war ein unterdurchschnittlicher döner. Am besten gibt man sein Geld lieber wo anders aus. Ich hatte ein chilli Cheesedöner der nicht mal nach chilli Cheese aussah oder geschmeckt hat. Der döner schmeckt nach Fuß!

Das Hähnchen döner flasch was übersalsen und damit ungenießbar

Hmm also irgendwie hatte ich mehr eine knorpeltasche als ein Döner. Der dazu noch so trocken war das es später auf dem Klo stauben wird , das so genannte Fleisch hatte die Textur einer frikandel haut und war leider ungenießbar , hätte ich die 6€ lieber im Automaten geworfen …:/

Kleines Restaurant in der City. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich bis der Chef kam, der war echt Aggro. Der Döner war gut, alles frisch und lecker. Ambiente in Ordnung. Tolle Soßen🥳

Ein leckerer Döner im Zentrum von Dortmund. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Alle Produkte sind sehr frisch. Der Preis ist gut. Die Atmosphäre in der Halle ist wie in einem Lagerhaus, mit Kisten rundherum.
