Käthe- Ring in Neumünster

The Käthe-Ring is always highly recommended. The dishes are incredibly delicious and always plentiful. A lot of effort has been put into the venue over the past few years, and it's certainly paid off! From theme nights to catering and dinners, we've been there many times and we're always happy to return. If you appreciate good, high-quality, and creative food, then this is the place for you. The team always creates a great atmosphere and has even saved several parties with their delicious food. So much flexibility, dedication, good ideas, and quality all in one place. We've been delighted for years!

Four of us went to the Italian buffet, which started at 6:00 p.m. Our table was reserved for 6:30 p.m. So far, everything was fine, and the food was generally very good. However, the buffet wasn't really replenished. There were things we couldn't try, and when we asked if we could refill the desserts, we were told they were sold out. The waitress brought us a large bowl of ice cream scoops, and that was it. I would have liked to try something from the other dessert table. Despite having a table reserved, there wasn't enough of everything, which is a real shame.

Tucked away in a residential area in the north of Neumünster is this little gem of a place. Friendly service, down-to-earth, and the seats are padded. The schnitzel, although cut from Ms. Piggy instead of baby cow, is excellent. Tender and flavorful! The dessert with marzipan and ice cream is a real highlight!

We were there with a whole group for May Day dancing. We were very pleasantly surprised! The service was super friendly and attentive 👍, the drinks were great, and the prices were totally reasonable! The DJ was amazing, playing all kinds of music, and our requests were quickly fulfilled! I can't comment on the food, as we didn't eat anything... We'll be back next year 🤩

I went to the Greek buffet. Unfortunately, it wasn't that good. I was expecting something different. I've also been there for brunch before, and it was great.

I have always been enthusiastic about the food and the service. I was even more disappointed on my last visit to the burger buffet. We asked in advance whether the entire meal would still be available if we arrived at 7:30 p.m. We were assured of this. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 7:30 p.m., we discovered that there was only a small selection available and what we wanted to eat was no longer being replenished. Unfortunately, we were denied pulled pork and Wagyu beef, among other things. Only the poultry and the bullets were replenished. The selection of sauces was also very sparse and unfortunately there was no cheddar cheese for the burgers. The drink orders also didn't go as well as the last few times. Either drinks came that you didn't order, or you ordered drinks and they didn't come even after further asking. It's a shame because we were used to something different from Käthe Ring.

Inconspicuous and not on your list. But there is delicious food there and very friendly service. You should definitely eat there, it's definitely worth it. They make every meal a feast for the palate and a real feast for the eyes. Personally, the portions are just too big for me if you're hungry!

Our local restaurant. Always creative and rich dishes on the menu. There are now themed buffets on various dates on Thursdays.

Was at a crime thriller with a corpse event. It was great. Service worked great and food was good. Had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Today I was a guest here for the first time based on a recommendation. The first impression from the outside... well... a bowling alley restaurant doesn't look any different. Then I went in and somehow it didn't get any better. We were assigned to a table. Then unfortunately no one came anymore. No card. No “What can I get you to drink?” You were alone at first. Then a young, very friendly lady came and brought us the cards and information about the daily specials. The menu clearly states “our dishes are not a must. We prepare them according to your wishes”. So I saw a burger and modified it to my liking. My partner ordered sour meat and changed the side dishes. Have an aperitif beforehand. Then it all happened...wow!!! Super nicely arranged. And first the taste! This is eating out as it should be. I'd be happy to spend a euro more! Unfortunately I couldn't do everything. It was meant very well. And with high quality products. No crap according to the motto...a lot is great...no! There was a lot of skill and love involved. Unfortunately, at the end you have to get up to pay. Oh yes....the greeting from the kitchen...homemade bread with two kinds of dips. Fantastic!!! Ergo: A hidden gem. If the service were even more attentive and you were asked more often about a request or bill...then that would be a solid 6 out of 5 stars. We'll be back. Work on service (no more on politeness and friendliness, because you're great there). Then you can no longer be topped.

Sour meat is on the online menu. Not on the menu locally... looking forward to it.. disappointment.. switched to Holsteiner Schnitzel... 5mm meat with 8mm of greasy breading on both sides.... It's a shame you used to be really good...

Really great restaurant and super friendly staff. The food was delicious and there was enough of everything. Highly recommended and you should reserve well in advance. We had our Christmas dinner there and there was a great menu with starter and dessert. Kind regards, Kirsten Rahn

Big family celebration, I'm the only vegetarian, which unfortunately my family forgot when the food was discussed. When I mention this at the counter to ask if e.g. For example, if there is meat in the starter soup, there is consternation that "Käthe Ring" was not informed that there is also a vegetarian, whereupon I spontaneously get the tastiest vegetarian starter soup in the world and then the tastiest, even vegan main course in the world, with great, exquisite details. I have never experienced such considerate and understanding behavior and was honestly touched. Thanks!

Very loud, hardly possible to have a conversation. Price-performance is not right. Food was ok, portions were generous. But the service was miserable. The price was simply too high.

I won a competition and was able to eat there with my husband, everything was free for us and it was a really great evening. We were really impressed with the starter, main course and dessert. Wir kommen wieder Tisch ist schon reserviert, Essen Super würde 6 Sterne geben Service super freundlich .Portion und der super Geschmack rechtfertigen den Preis ich würde sogar noch etwas mehr bezahlen . Surf N' Turf und zur Nachspeise Eis Marzipan alles lecker .Schnitzel mit Pilzen ging nicht Besserung. Sauerfleisch hat meiner Frau auch geschmeckt.

Ein super Lokal für Events, Feiern und einfach nur mal so schick essen gehen. Meiner Meinung nach dass beste Essen der Stadt. Alles frisch und für jede Jahreszeit (Saison) was dabei.

Waren zu einer Feier mit geschlossener Gesellschaft dort, deshalb kann ich den Restaurantbetrieb nicht beurteilen. Aber die Bedienungen waren auf Zack und alle Getränke kamem schnell an die Tische. Das Buffet war sehr lecker. Nicht extravagant, gute Hausmannskost. Steak, Fisch, Gratin, Geflügel, Salat, Kroketten und leckere Nachspeise. Gerne wieder!

Lecker Essen und ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente mit top Bedienung

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit mit 80 Gästen dort gefeiert. Wir sind nachhaltig begeistert von unserer Erfahrung mit Käthe Ring. Der Service war so super, immer freundlich und zur Stelle, wenn was war und das hat sich bis morgens zum Ende nicht geändert. Das Essen war der absolute Hammer (was jeder Gast bestätigt hat). Der Kontakt mit Jessica war durchgängig top und immer super nett! Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Noch einmal ein dickes Dankeschön an das ganze Team! Ihr habt Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Feiern (oder Abendessen) bei euch!

Klasse Team !!! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Silvesterabend im Käthe Ring und haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Essen wie immer von hoher Qualität und auch der Service ist spitze. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen einfach top. Weiter so 👏🏼 wir kommen wieder.
