Kardes Grill in Ludwigshafen am Rhein

None of the items I ordered were right! Except for one! There was also a dish I didn't order at all, and it was broken! Never again!

We were at Kardes Grill in Ludwigshafen and ordered the Iskender kebab – and what can we say? We were absolutely thrilled! The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the crispy flatbread rounded the whole thing off wonderfully. The melted butter and fresh yogurt in particular gave the dish the finishing touch. The service was also friendly and attentive, and the portions were more than sufficient. We will definitely be back and can recommend Kardes Grill to anyone who wants authentic Turkish cuisine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to kardeş Grill for breakfast. It was very very tasty. €13 per person is also a good price for a hearty breakfast with free tea...

We went to the theater across the street and then had dinner here. I don't know when was the last time we ate such delicious Turkish dishes. The flatbread with the dips was free, and everyone also got a small salad, even if it wasn't actually included in their own meal. Everything was freshly prepared. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back.

Sorry, I ordered there for the first time today and have never eaten anything so bad... The meat at the Iskender was gristly with every forkful, I've never experienced anything like that with a "doner kebab". Of course it's normal that something like this can happen, but with every fork, i.e. every piece! I've never felt so sick while eating...

I've eaten here countless times, even before the store was renovated. I've tried everything except 2-3 dishes over the last few years and I have to say that everything tastes good. The ambience has received the biggest update since the renovation as it now looks more modern than before. The service is very, very good and you don't have to wait long for the food. From sitting down to ordering, it usually only takes 20-35 minutes for the food to be on the table, even if you are there with a larger group. I can also recommend the breakfast Always my pleasure! We definitely visit this restaurant once a month. The food tastes good, the bread is always warm, and the staff and waiters are very nice. You are greeted immediately and the menu comes quickly. The price-performance ratio is also okay compared to other Turkish restaurants. The children always receive something sweet before they leave, for example a loli. The only thing that bothers me is the toilets, they could be kept a bit clean.

Kardes grill is one of the best shops ever in terms of variety - there are numerous warm dishes from Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine - grilled food is also available - kebab as well - soups too - price performance is completely ok 👍🏻 - the only thing is unfortunately often overcrowded and little space

We ordered food and it came 36 minutes later than stated. Fries were cold after we called and were told that we would get fries delivered that were warm. These were no longer delivered and we did not receive any money back. The only positive thing was the delivery person was very friendly.

The order we placed costs 23 euros in total, they called us and informed us that you need to pay 30 euros. We asked for cola and sprite to be added to the order, but the package arrived without sprite and cola. They put 1 liter of coke according to their wishes. We specifically asked for a can or glass of cola because we don't have a glass. The bill was already 24 euros, we paid 30 euros. Previously, the order limit was 15 euros, a week later the limit became 20 euros, and two weeks later the order limit was 30 euros. Even in Turkey there is not such a raise. This company was very good before, but now its orders are very bad, we do not recommend it to anyone...

We ordered the second time the day before yesterday and were disappointed again! We ordered two pizzas with veal. Both times they were delivered cold. Unfortunately this time the pizza was topped with chicken and not veal. Both pizzas were cold, so cold that we had to warm them up in the microwave. One kebab pizza was very greasy. The pictures are used for comparison purposes. A second star because the order came on time.

Food tastes very good. There is still a lot of potential for expansion in outdoor areas. Unfortunately, there are limited parking spaces in the area as the restaurant is in the pedestrian zone and is a residential area outside. There is no parking garage nearby.

We ordered lunch here, two Adana skewers. It was super tasty, the salad was fresh and the bread was warm and freshly baked. I can definitely recommend it and will eat here again :)

The service deserves 5 stars, but the quality of the food 2 stars, the pizza we ordered was made from very tough dough, which is not for pizza, in general the pizza itself tasted more like a donut than a pizza, the restaurant did not offer any beer or wine, sat outside, impressed that the ashtray was not cleaned, when visiting the toilet, there was something to be desired regarding hygiene. We visited this pizzeria because of the high rating, it turned out to be average. This is my opinion. How did I order Lahmacun, unfortunately they were cold. Plus they weren't fresh, if you put them in a toaster to warm them up, then at least they'll be lukewarm.

Whether it's meat dishes, salads or side dishes - everything is fresh, perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. You can tell that the focus here is on quality. The ambience in the restaurant is also a highlight. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time with friends or family. But what really impresses us is the service. The staff is always friendly, attentive and ensures that you don't miss anything. You just feel like you're in good hands. We ordered a yufka and three kebabs. Yufka was swimming in disgusting fat and the kebab roll was hard, dried out, overly crispy and the meat was somehow strange. We won't be ordering anymore. The only plus point is the opening times and delivery times.

We usually eat at kardes most of the time. We ordered earlier and were told on the phone that the kebab pizza shouldn't be dark. The driver comes and brings the food. Pizza completely black, the meat as well. More than half of the kebab bag ordered only salad and the meat was also black... they said it was normally about dark. I hung up and will never order there again nor will I go there in person

The food…. Well, that's how it works, the kebab meat works completely and in my opinion. But what's worse than the food is the service: I ordered a pizza and wanted to eat it on site, but after less than 3 minutes a waiter came and told me very rudely that a pizza that doesn't cost €5 can be eaten on site, whereupon he then looks at me threateningly as if he was about to grab me and personally take me away... That was just one case of many where I wanted to eat something from them. Conclusion: Food is OK, service is just cheeky and rude.

I would like to keep it short. I'm from Mannheim myself but I go here regularly to eat. In terms of taste, the store is a 10 out of 10 no matter what I ordered just tastes very good. Even the salad that is served with the kebab plate is awesome. What I haven't eaten there yet is pizza. Because sorry guys, I have to eat pizza at the Italian restaurant 🫣 but I'll still order it

They set their own prices and do not adhere to their own promotions. The kebab doesn't taste good at all and there's very little meat. The drivers can't drive and cause accidents almost every time.

We've eaten there several times before but we've never had something as disgusting as today, there was a hair in the food, the eggs were totally raw and this roll looked like it had already been on a plate when we pointed it out when paying, they just said it yes, two breakfasts and a Sprite. There was more to choose from at breakfast. We definitely won't be coming back.

The food here is great, unfortunately I can't say what it looks like when you order because I only ate here directly in the restaurant itself. The price is a bit high but the portions are good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the toilet, toilet paper everywhere (including in the urinal) and the toilet seat wasn't something you could safely sit down on without wiping it well first. It should be said that I can't say whether this is always the case, but it was the case today. Apart from that, I would like to eat here again.

Don't order there!!!! Our food didn't arrive for 2 hours. I've been here many times. At first I liked it. As a vegetarian there is a large selection with good prices. The quality of the food decreases. Falafels don't seem to be homemade but rather frozen, but still hot and fresh. The ambience inside is nice, the terrace and toilets could be cleaner. With so many employees, things are chaotic. The last two times the money was wrong. Both for take-away and on-site meals (it can happen once, suspicious the second time). The service was also unfriendly.

I had bought a kebab to take away, strangely enough not with fresh meat, although there was enough, but with old and colder meat. Nevertheless, I had to wait 15 minutes to pay, the employee simply pushed my kebab to one side and started doing something else. I don't even want to mention how dirty their work is...I just hope someone from the health department reads it.

We were there with a larger group. We had a reservation, but that was lost. The waitress was able to offer us a seat straight away, despite the huge crowd. The food was tasty and appealing. I had lamb which was very good. Staff friendly. The prices are reasonable. We'll definitely come back again.

2nd order and everything was strange again. The first time I thought this could happen. But you are being ripped off here when paying. Coke wasn't delivered and still cashed. When asked, the gentlemen said 4€ for delivery costs and the food was delivered ice cold and the delivery man honked like crazy at 10:30 p.m. 2 hours after I ordered the food and woke up the whole neighborhood. (I only had positive experiences in the local restaurant, but I wouldn't even have more water delivered.
