I had it delivered to my home...super fast and also very tasty, and excellent value for money.

Depending on the day you go, the doner kebab can be better or worse. Good ingredients, poor preparation, or rather, it just depends on the day. I've also been turned away a few times around 12:30 AM because they were already closed. Shouldn't they change their closing time? They have so much more potential, but a lot depends on the staff!

The food was good, but the waiters weren't clearly visible; the chefs were serving, which wasn't a pleasant sight. There was only one waiter in a suit, and he was the only one, and he seemed crazy being alone. Our meals didn't arrive at the same time. First, my wife's breakfast came, then, after she was full, my mother's chicken kebab arrived, and then my father's and my meals. We weren't happy with this, but the food was good. I think they need a few more waiters working inside; they shouldn't be serving only a few people. They were dressed casually, and it wasn't clear if they were waiters or not. Maybe it was because we went early, at 2:05 PM, but please fix this; everyone should know their job. And we kept looking for waiters.

We ordered delivery. The lentil soup was okay, but it could have been spicier. I definitely can't recommend the large doner kebab with chicken. The fries and meat were already cold, the meat was barely seasoned, and the fries had neither salt nor seasoning. The white sauce was more like a yogurt salad dressing. At least the cake was good. Two soups, two large doner kebabs, and one cake cost around €60 plus delivery... well... first and last time! I absolutely cannot recommend ordering from them!!

Unfortunately, at the checkout they take the money with the gloves they use to prepare the food.

Great food. It's definitely my favorite place. They should just pay closer attention to the order notes when rice/fries are the only options.

These guys brought me a pizza without any shame. The pizza was half-cooked, and when I tried to eat it, it fell apart like a puzzle into a thousand pieces. I didn't know if I was eating pizza or soup. These disgusting servers brought me the pizza after 30 minutes, and they knew perfectly well that it was dead and not ready to serve. This place should be sued! It's so disgraceful. The worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life.

I ordered food and the food was not good at all and they only put one piece of bread with all that food and didn't even put a napkin. I won't be ordering food from here anymore.

We had breakfast today as a group of three. The selection was great, there was no wait, the food tasted delicious, the service was attentive, the price was right, and the friendliness of all the waiters was excellent. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be back. I hope it stays this good! 👍😊

Disaster. Waiting at the register until the owner finally takes the money. The owner is very unfriendly. I advise everyone against eating here. Plus, the owner's humiliating behavior. Never again. This place is all about the owner showing off.

It was okay, but unfortunately the salad was too sour. There were several of us, and we all said the same thing. Otherwise, the food was alright. It wasn't good value for money.

Excellent food and impeccable service! The place is orientally decorated, with heavy but elegant old furniture that fits perfectly into the atmosphere. Very friendly staff and a beautiful gesture of tea at the end, real hospitality. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

I've ordered from them since the beginning. The quality and quantity of meat have declined significantly. Meanwhile, the prices have increased. With larger orders, they often forget something and don't keep to delivery deadlines.

A €10 doner kebab that would be considered rejects in any other kebab shop and is completely falling apart because oil is dripping from every crack. A €14 yufka that's thinner than a crepe at a Christmas market. An absolute outrage, and this isn't the first time the quality has been this abysmal. This time it's so bad that I'm writing this review. Never again, absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the business owner. His behavior was rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, our invoice included items we hadn't ordered. In our opinion, this business lacks fairness and customer focus. We would like to advise other customers – especially BASF employees – to carefully check their invoices. We will definitely not be using this company again.

I thought the food and everything was great. The only thing that bothered me and my friends was that the waiters just wiped all the crumbs onto the floor when cleaning the table. I enjoy eating here; the food is always delicious and fresh, and I get the impression that they put in the effort. Tea is always offered afterward, and they also have desserts. The taste is comparable to other restaurants—nothing extraordinary—but consistent, and overall, everything is just right for me. The service is always busy, but I think it could be improved a bit; then everything would be perfect.

Wow, wow, wow!!!! My food arrived within 25 minutes. It was warm and tasted incredibly delicious. I've never had such well-prepared chicken breast with rice and lemon sauce before. 😍 I can only recommend it! 10,000 stars. 😍😍😍

We went to Kardes Grill today and were very disappointed. We ordered two pizzas (a Margherita and one with sucuk), but when we got home, both pizzas were ice cold – some were even frozen. The meat tasted rubbery and the pizzas were inedible. We went back to resolve the issue. Instead of a refund, they made us two new pizzas, but our order was still incorrect (a pizza with doner meat instead of sucuk), and the second one was cold. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't particularly friendly or helpful either. Very disappointing – we definitely won't be ordering from there again.

I was really disappointed today! Normally the food is really good! But today the driver didn't speak a word of German. He got lost... And the pizza with canned mushrooms. Absolutely not! I'll update the review if it's better next time. 👍

The food portions were so large I couldn't finish it. Everything was freshly prepared. Only the food was a bit too salty in all seven portions. I'll try my luck again; otherwise, everything was fine.

We ordered. The wait was very long. We called after 10 minutes and were told the driver was on his way. An hour's delay!!! We ordered three chicken doner kebab plates, two pide with feta cheese, a pizza doner kebab, and one fries (€97), a hefty price tag. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm, but it was tasty.

We give this restaurant full marks. Top-notch food and top prices. We're from Mannheim and ate there yesterday. We were truly impressed by the quality and atmosphere, as well as the food and the great prices. We know all the restaurants in Mannheim—Angus and Meydan—and all the rest. But we have to admit that Kardes Grill in Ludwigshafen is much better than these Mannheim restaurants. From now on, we'll always make the trip to Ludwigshafen for this amazing food. I highly recommend it to everyone. Try it, and you'll agree!

Very tasty food, great service. They try to accommodate special requests, and the waiters come by several times to make sure everything is perfect. I'd say the portion sizes are just right; you'll definitely be full. I highly recommend it.

I ordered takeaway food and expected more than the €17 schnitzel I ordered. Putting the schnitzel in the sauce was absolutely negligent. I wasn't impressed with the Iskender either; half the bread was burnt. I can't recommend ordering there. First and last time.

We go to a nice restaurant often, but today I unfortunately encountered something I didn't like. We had finished breakfast, but we were continuing to drink tea. The boss cleared everything away from us, including the teapot. I found this very shameful, and I felt like I was saying, "Get up and leave." I recommend you approach this situation with more care. I also work in service at a hotel.

I've been here twice to buy takeout. The food is delicious, the owner and the waiters are very nice, and it's a very pleasant shopping experience!

That was the most disgusting kebab I've ever eaten!!! I'd eaten there before and didn't like it, but today I wanted to give it another try – unfortunately, the same disgusting kebab again. We pay so much money and get such stomach-churning meat – really sad.

I ordered at 10:55 PM and received my doner pizza at 12:36 AM. The entire base had half a centimeter of flour and maybe 5 or 6 pieces of meat on it, and all for €13.90 plus a €5 delivery charge. This is the last time I'll order from there!

The food is excellent. The price, quality, and portion ratio are fantastic. The atmosphere and decor are wonderful. The only things that stand out are the mirror in the sink and the toilet, which need repairs, but they're noticeable because the place is so nice. A must-visit, highly recommended.

Just keep your hands off that kebab. The bread is already soaked after 5 minutes. It has zero flavor. If you want a good kebab, you'll have to drive a few kilometers outside of Ludwigshafen.

It is the best restaurant I have ever visited in Germany, just like in Turkey. The staff is very polite, the restrooms are very clean, and the tables and chairs are very clean, except for the cutlery. I also recommend this restaurant by word of mouth.

Super doner is also very good, lahmacun is also delicious, the atmosphere is very good, the sinks are sparkling clean, the business attaches great importance to hygiene, I recommend it, everything is as it should be, thank you Kardeş Grill family.

Han Kebab is amazing and the best I know. We regularly come over from Mannheim to eat here. In our opinion, it's one of the best Turkish restaurants in the region.

Unfortunately, the lahmacun wasn't good. It contained too much tomato sauce and too little minced meat. The chicken on the skewer wasn't cooked. The kofte, however, was delicious.

We eat here often and are always very satisfied with the friendly and attentive service. You get fresh bread and meze before your meal, and the food is simply excellent, both when delivered and when you eat in. (The only thing is that the restrooms could smell a little better.)

This is the second time they've delivered veal instead of chicken. And "at least for me," it doesn't taste good at all, and my colleague doesn't either. I'm really disappointed and will order from a different kebab shop again.

We always loved ordering here; the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was always quick and friendly. The selection of vegetarian dishes was also perfect. However, in June 2025, the prices increased so drastically (Izgara Köfte from €16.90 to €23.90, Halloumi Dürüm from €7.90 to €10.90, and Sumac Onion Salad from €5 to €7.50) that we won't be ordering here again until further notice. What a shame!

I ordered here based on the good reviews, but was unfortunately completely disappointed. The specially baked bread was just your standard doner bread, my lamb was completely overcooked and smothered in this yogurt sauce, which was way too much and completely ruined the flavor. It was like eating yogurt with a few pieces of meat in it. And the worst part was that the whole thing cost €30 (including travel expenses, fees, and a two-euro tip). That's truly insane for a meal. I definitely won't be ordering from there again. 👎🏽👎🏽

Prices have gone up a lot. We were very happy and had a heart attack when we saw the prices. Please lower the prices a little.

Given the sheer number of guests, you'd think the dishes must be excellent, but the products are actually very low-quality. The food is barely distinguishable from ready-made meals. Only 2-4 dishes are good/decent. The service is disastrous. Very disorganized and very uninterested. If you pay attention to the service staff, you realize that service shouldn't even begin to run like this. The workers have no system and are more constantly annoyed than enjoying their work.

A salad is taken from a customer's table because she didn't want it. The employee puts it back on the salad rack, and the next customer gets it :/ . Everything actually tastes pretty good, but sometimes the food is served cold. Please replace your chairs sometime; they're already worn out :).

We ordered at 11:20 PM and the food didn't arrive until 12:20 AM, even though it said it would take 34 minutes, and the food was cold by the end. Despite everything, the food was delicious, which can happen on a Saturday.

Pure rip-off, no organization!!! Paid around €20 per person for bread, jam, some cheese and tea. Despite reservations, we had to wait half an hour for our table. We ordered breakfast and what was served was half of the breakfast described on the menu... if we asked, the items would be booked as an additional item on the bill, there was no orange juice at all, something was served but we paid for more than what was served and it was not taken into account when it was mentioned at the checkout. The service is unfriendly and throws things on the table, the service is poor and can't even be given 1 star.

I feel slightly confused, I ordered kebab here because it is described as somun bread and I love this type of bread. At the end came standard 0815 kebab bread, many people now think that bread is bread, but no, unfortunately it isn't. Because I ordered there specifically for that reason and was disappointed and the salad tasted strange, probably because it had already been there from lunchtime and somehow I was missing the crunch in the salad. And yes, I know I ordered but that can't be the problem because the order arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately I have to say the only positive thing about the order. And the meat was better because I had eaten there once with a friend months ago. As if a completely different store suddenly became disappointing

One of my absolute favorite Turkish places, even though there is so much traffic and stressful, the service is always very careful, very nice, very patient and very punctual, even the staff are very nice, very correct, very accommodating and the food is simply incredible

Unfortunately, parking is very difficult. We received great service and special requests were implemented well. I can recommend it, but it's best to walk there or use the train.

Part of the order was missing, despite camera evidence I was not taken seriously and was portrayed as a liar. It's about 9€ and I gave the driver an extra tip who also thought he had delivered everything to me. NEVER AGAIN…

We were at Kardes Grill in Ludwigshafen and ordered the Iskender kebab – and what can we say? We were absolutely thrilled! The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the crispy flatbread rounded the whole thing off wonderfully. The melted butter and fresh yogurt in particular gave the dish the finishing touch. The service was also friendly and attentive, and the portions were more than sufficient. We will definitely be back and can recommend Kardes Grill to anyone who wants authentic Turkish cuisine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to kardeş Grill for breakfast. It was very very tasty. €13 per person is also a good price for a hearty breakfast with free tea...

We went to the theater across the street and then had dinner here. I don't know when was the last time we ate such delicious Turkish dishes. The flatbread with the dips was free, and everyone also got a small salad, even if it wasn't actually included in their own meal. Everything was freshly prepared. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back.
