Kapuzinerhof Ristorante Pizzeria in Villingen-Schwenningen

Ich möchte diese Bewertung schreiben, um den Inhabern und/oder der Geschäftsleitung einen Vorschlag zu unterbreiten und an die rauchenden Gäste zu appellieren. 1) Vorschlag: Die Tische des Restaurants befinden sich in einem ehemaligen Klostergebäude, das vermutlich zu einem Kloster gehörte. Es ist teilweise im Freien, da es von Markisen überdacht ist, die den Raum vollständig umschließen. Das bedeutet, dass der Rauch von Rauchern im Raum verbleibt und sogar in den Speisesaal zieht, wo sich weitere Tische befinden, da alle Türen offen standen. Wir waren zu viert: mein Mann und ich, die wir Passivrauchen aufgrund seiner bekannten gesundheitlichen Folgen nicht vertragen, und meine Tochter, die im sechsten Monat schwanger war. Wir wissen, dass es unter solchen Umständen dringend empfohlen wird, Passivrauch zu meiden. Außerdem war da noch seine dreijährige Tochter, und wir alle wissen, wie schädlich Passivrauch für Kinder ist. Als wir das Restaurant betraten, wussten wir nicht, dass dort geraucht werden durfte. Mein Mann wollte gehen, als er einen rauchenden Mann bemerkte und den Kellner darauf aufmerksam machte. Dieser meinte jedoch, der Mann würde nicht mehr rauchen. Dann kamen weitere rauchende Gäste herein. Daher empfehlen wir ein vollständiges Rauchverbot im gesamten Restaurant, einschließlich des Kreuzgangs. 2) Rauchende Gäste: Bitte verzichten Sie aus Rücksicht auf Kinder, Schwangere und alle, die empfindlich auf Rauch reagieren, auf das Rauchen in geschlossenen Räumen wie diesem. Vielen Dank. Wir bestellten vier Pizzen, die Qualität war zufriedenstellend.

Bestellung schnell da , aber für 18,90 € ist das ein Witz 😂 Ich habe über Wolt bestellt ,in der App ist deutlich zu sehen Pomes, Schnitzel, Salat, von Salat aber nichts zu sehen, und das Mitbürger Verpackung können auch die Türken besser😂👍

Diese Bewertung geht nur und gilt nur für Chiara. 2 Halbchefs geb ich 0 Sterne. Nein -10 Sterne. Chiara ist die Seele von Menschen. Seele vom Kapuzinerhof. Hat mich 2 Stunden toll bedient und mir jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auf die Anfrage wie lange das Lokal geöffnet hat, bezahlte ich auch um 22:15 Uhr . Wir verabschiedeten uns und genau um 22:32 Uhr standen wir im Lokal. Der Frühstücksdirektor, nahm mich gar nicht wahr, geschweige kam eine Begrüßung oder Verabschiedung. Er sprach,gehetzt auf italienisch und sagte dass Chiara loslegen soll. Es ist Feierabend und ich folgte Chiara. Sie musste mich auch durch den Hintereingang hinaus führen. Kam mir vor als ob ich aus dem Gefängnis geführt wurde im Ausland. Verstand kein Wort , nur schnell, schnell und das in italienischer Sprache. Habe keine Zeche geprellt, es war nicht um 3:30 Uhr dass ich das Personal aufgehalten hätte. Unterirdische Behandlung mit Gästen. Werde nie wieder kommen, wegen des Frühstücksdirektors , nein komme wieder wegen Chiara und der Pizza

Haben erst kürzlich hier unsere Kommunion gefeiert . Neben der ausgezeichneten Organisation und Kommunikation mit der lieben Anna …. waren Service , Ambiente und vor allem das Essen einfach nur hervorragend 🙂👍🏻. Ob Familienfeier oder romantisches Candlelight - Dinner … diese Location ist eine 10/10 und wird wärmstens weiterempfohlen.

Super pizzaria wir gehen immer wieder gern hin

Wir waren an Ostern im Kapuzinerhof essen. Vor Ort gab es allerdings nur eine Sonderkarte mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Gerichten. Das hat uns etwas überrascht – wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass dies bereits bei der telefonischen Reservierung erwähnt wird. Dann hätten wir eventuell einen anderen Tag gewählt. Ich hatte Tagliatelle mit Lachs und Spargel. Leider war das Gericht für mich nur mittelmäßig. Die Soße hat fast ausschließlich nach Sahne geschmeckt, ohne wirkliche Würze oder Frische. Dadurch war das Essen sehr schwer und wenig ausgewogen. Ich musste ungewöhnlich viel nachwürzen, was ich so eigentlich nicht kenne. Am Ende konnte ich das Gericht leider nicht aufessen, da es mir insgesamt einfach zu mächtig war. Auch unsere Freunde, die mit uns essen waren, mussten ihre Gerichte stark nachwürzen und waren insgesamt eher nur mittelmäßig zufrieden. Schade, wir hatten uns insgesamt mehr erhofft.

Ein kulinarisches Comeback der Extraklasse! Ich bin absolut begeistert von der „Wiederauferstehung“ dieses Italieners. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen war sensationell lecker – man schmeckt die Qualität in jedem Bissen. Ein riesiges Lob auch an das Team im Service: unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Macher im Hintergrund, dass ihr diesen Ort wieder zum Leben erweckt habt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, tolles Event zum Valentinstag. Preis Leistung völlig ok. Das wiederholen wir gerne kommendes Jahr wieder.

Tolle Location und super Service. Essen war super und sehr schnell (6 Personen).

Wir haben um 21:30 Uhr reserviert und mussten 20 Minuten warten obwohl wir pünktlich waren haben dann nach einer Zeit champanja bekommen und danach haben wir antipasto bestellt und Hauptgericht direkt mit dem antipasto mussten 30 Minuten warten bis wir unser antipasto bekommen haben und als wir fertig waren mussten wir nochmal 30 Minuten warten also sind wir gegangen wir sind mehr als 150€ los geworden obwohl wir nicht mal die Hauptspeise bekommen haben. Die Fisch Vorspeise war nicht so gut weil der Lachs war ungesalzen und die Miesmuscheln haben sehr nach Meereswasser geschmeckt

Waren als Gruppe mit 5 Leuten essen. Hatten reserviert, mussten jedoch trotzdem auf den Tisch warten. Dann der Hinweis, dass Essen dauert heute etwas länger - eine knappe Stunde. Leider hatten wir dann insgesamt 1:40h auf unser Essen warten müssen. So lange musste ich persönlich noch nie in einem Lokal warten …. Zwischendurch hatten wir zum Glück Vorspeisen bestellt die nach einer knappen halben Stunde kamen, allerdings recht lieblos und mit Konservengemüse angerichtet. Das Hauptgericht an sich waren lecker aber sicher nicht die Wartezeit wert. Der Service war zwar freundlich aber hat bestimmt 5 Mal falsche Bestellungen an unseren Tisch bringen wollen. Auch Getränke haben ewig gebraucht. Wir würden nicht mehr hingehen - auch weil die hohen Preise das Restaurant nicht rechtfertigen. Da gibt es in Villingen bessere Auswahl Nachtrag durch kommentieren des Besitzers: Schade dass man sich hier in den Kommentaren so offen und kommunikativ zeigt. Das war leider vor Ort nicht so. Die falschen Bestellungen beziehen sich auf Getränke, die wir als sehr störend 5 mal falsch an Platz geliefert bekommen haben. Sowohl das, als auch die lange Wartezeit haben wir mehrfach den Bedienungen mitgeteilt. Zur Wartezeit: wenn man trotz reserviertem Tisch mit so einer Wartezeit rechnen muss dann sollte man das wohl gleich am Telefon kommunizieren - hab ich in bisher in keinem anderen Restaurant so erlebt egal zu welcher Uhrzeit :) zum Trinkgeld: Wir schätzen die Gastronomie und die Kellner vor Ort, welche nichts für die inkompetente Planung der Chefs können - nächstes Mal geben wir dann keines mehr. A piece of Italy on our doorstep! The food is fresh and authentic, the pizza and pasta simply delicious. Add to that a friendly team and cozy atmosphere – we'll be back again and again.

We were there in October 2024 and made a reservation for about 15 people. I ordered the restaurant's recommendation: spaghetti with truffle and buffalo cheese. They simply served me spaghetti drizzled with truffle oil. I couldn't find any cheese and had to ask for Parmesan because it was too dry. The waiter didn't notice that something was missing. The dishes are simply prepared; no one cares what they should look like. We'll never go back there personally. The ambiance was nice. The cocktails and service were fine. The food was delicious, but I don't necessarily have to go to a restaurant to eat spaghetti with Parmesan. Sorry, not convinced...

A very tasty pizza and attentive staff. They asked several times if everything was okay! That's what a very good dining experience looks like. Thank you very much.

Ordered at 7 p.m. Delivery was stated as 45-60 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called and inquired. The food arrived at about 8:40 p.m. Unfortunately, the consistency of the bruschetta was subpar. The pizza wasn't that great either. It's a shame, we were so looking forward to it...

Unable to pay by card is a downside for tourists.

The food and service are excellent. Children are given priority. They get their food fairly quickly. Adults, on the other hand, take quite a while. The portions are generous, but leftovers are packaged to go.

Fast service during lunch break - freshly prepared salads -

I ordered, but it was delivered an hour and a half late. The bruschetta wasn't included. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, despite multiple attempts. Incredibly poor service—I would strongly advise against ordering!

Pizzas were brought to the table 30 minutes after the starter had been cleared, and only upon request; service was uncoordinated, even though the restaurant was at most half full

I was there for dinner. Positives: Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, pizza was good. Negatives: It often gets very loud in the kitchen because employees are arguing loudly. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a drink we ordered. Drink prices are really too expensive! Spezial 0.33 over €4. That's unacceptable!

We were here for a wedding. Some of the staff didn't even know what the word "vegan" meant. The food was absolutely delicious, but we had to wait over two hours for the pre-ordered menus. The acoustics were also incredibly loud for large groups.

Hi, I also want to share my experience with the purpose of correction, I really like this restaurant, we eat here quite often, of course sometimes there can be small inconveniences like everywhere, but this time it was perfect. I ordered a double Frito misto platter, and they made it big just by adding calamari, elastic and old. The mussels also did not open, which indicates that they were old. The taste of the shrimp was also old. My husband ordered pasta with seafood, I did not eat it either because the seafood was old. I was deeply disappointed. I hope there is always fresh seafood because we always eat it here. Thank you!

I waited 55 minutes and ended up only eating the appetizer because the kitchen simply wasn't able to cook the food... It's a shame about the time, I wouldn't recommend it.

We order pizza here quite often. The food always arrives quickly and hot. The prices are reasonable, and the food tastes really good.

Never experienced anything like this. When we decided to eat there yesterday, I called ahead to reserve a table for me and my partner + baby. When we got there, the woman couldn't find a reservation in our name but still had a table for us. After we closed the cards, staff walked past us several times and we were repeatedly looked at, but no one came to take our order. They already had their drinks at our neighboring table, even though they were there later than we were. After !! 40min!! Waiting without anyone taking our order, not even the drinks being taken, we got up and left. There wasn't much going on so that couldn't have been the problem. An absolute disgrace, we definitely won't go there again.

The pizza was delicious! I would go back just for that..the other dishes are a hmm..good but not amazing. I've been there twice, and both times we had to wait a long time... the last time almost 2 hours to receive the food, to apologize they offered us dessert, we appreciated the gesture, but in any case 2 hours are too long

Quite good Italian restaurant in town. Handmade ravioli very delicious as well as the pasta generally. Only big problem is that they do not allow you to pay by card. They write everyday that the card machine is now working but it is not working since a while ago. I strongly believe that it is an excuse. Usually a good restaurant which does not allow to pay by card cannot be considered a respectable restaurant in Europe.

Unfortunately, P/L doesn't really suit me and my friends, but it was still tasty and the staff was friendly.

We were there on New Year's Eve, unfortunately it was a disappointment because the price wasn't right, the food was okay, but unfortunately the conditions weren't good because you were ignored and had to wait a long time for the food. Unfortunately, we were taken for a ride, so to speak. We ordered a table for 9 people. This one was there too. I also asked on the phone whether the normal Allerkart card was available. This was answered in the affirmative. Another table also had the problem. Then it was said that it was a temporary worker who didn't know. Funny that I called a week in advance to confirm the table. - I wasn't found straight away and there were 3 people on the phone afterwards. I asked the question again about the card. - Also affirmed. It's just sad when you can't admit a mistake and then pass it on to temporary workers. I will avoid this place and NOT again.

Food at Christmas with completely exorbitant prices - but unfortunately the quality is very disappointing, in no way matching the price level (pizza over 20 euros, ditto risotto). Only cash payment possible...

The food was very tasty, but that's no use if the service is bad. No one comes for ages, even after waving 5 times in the direction of the waitress. There was no (dessert) menu after the meal. If you want to leave out an ingredient in a dish, you will get stupid comments. All in all, it's a shame because the food tastes really good, but it does the same elsewhere and the service is also good.

If you want to eat really well for a more than fair price, you should definitely come to the Kapuzinerhof in Villingen! The food and general atmosphere there is simply fantastic and the staff is quick and courteous. You almost feel like you're on vacation in Italy. We will definitely come back next time we visit Villingen!

I recently visited this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was outstanding - every ingredient was fresh and perfectly prepared. The service was attentive, friendly and professional without being intrusive. You can tell that the staff attaches great importance to the guests' satisfaction. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here: the price is more than justified for the quality of the food and the first-class service. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

Before the change of ownership, this was our favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, today was probably the last time we were there. When we walked in we weren't greeted at all. The first words were “have you reserved?” The annoyed waitress then showed us to our table. By the time a waitress was at the table to take drinks, we had all already chosen our food. Several times we sat in front of empty glasses and almost had to look for someone from whom we could order something again. We were never asked if we wanted something more to drink. As we walked past, the waitresses turned their heads the other way. If we spoke to someone they said “I’m just a temporary worker”. If other guests ordered drinks from the waitress as they walked past, their eyes rolled as they walked away. We had to wait a really long time for the food. If it had at least been as good as it was a few months ago, it wouldn't have been dramatic. There were four of us and two of the orders didn't arrive properly. There wasn't even an excuse for that. After dinner we would have liked to order dessert, but we waited in vain for over half an hour for someone from whom we could have ordered it and then decided to pay.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Nice, not too loud background music while eating, exceptionally delicious pizza, even if you're really hungry 🤭 Highly recommended.

Pizza is good and very tasty, the conditions are first class and the whole restaurant is extremely clean and elegant, very highly recommended!

This used to be our favorite restaurant and since a change in the team it has been an absolute flop. The service is visibly overwhelmed. Very long waiting times. The pasta is no longer homemade but boiled pasta. Everything is served carelessly, half of the ingredients are missing and there is no comparison in terms of taste. The only thing that has remained is the ambience. Everything else is an absolute disappointment, a shame!

Unfortunately the quality of the food and service has become very poor. The boss seems completely overwhelmed. We haven't seen the waitress with short dark hair and her mother in the kitchen for weeks. You totally notice that. The boss shouts through the shop that the food was cold and had no taste. Too bad. It used to be our favorite restaurant, but now we don't go there anymore.

Just ordered food via lieferando.de, everything went well, very, very friendly lady at reception, really great! Pizza was very tasty, salad was also highly recommended! I will definitely order there again/eat on site, the ambience on site absolutely invites you to do so! Highly recommended!

After 30 minutes of waiting we got the menu, people at the next table who came after us were able to order food, and we? We didn't even get to the ordering process because we left after another 20 minutes. I can't say anything about the food because it didn't happen. We reserved a table in the outdoor area on July 30, 2024. Very nice atmosphere for a nice evening. Starters and main courses were amazing!! Service good and friendly. Negative: •We had already been sitting for 20 minutes before we could order drinks. •The air was very outside (but it was also very hot 30 degrees that day)

I had a carbonara and a beer. Together they should have costed less than 20€, however I was charged 23€... Apart from that there was less than 10 strips of guanciale in the carbonara.. I had to search for them to eat with the pasta. The portion is also VERY small and it costs 15€.. it wasnt worth it in my opinion. EDIT: Response to the response from the owner. I asked if I could have a little extra pecorino brought to the table, what EVERY Italian I've been to has provided for free. Usually they have olive oil, pepper, salt, etc on every table for free. And when they bring a pasta dish where cheese gets added at the end, like carbonara.. they have a small container where you can add it yourself, to your taste.. Same as olive oil, same as salt, etc. You guys don't do that. That's fine. But I was also not informed that adding extra pecorino would cost me 4€... if I had known, I wouldn't have asked. With 4€ one can go to REWE and buy 200g of pecorino, non gratugiatto... So I can say that this act shows that your greed for profits far exceeds your concern for customer satisfaction. I let the matter rest here. For those searching to eat here.. just read the negative reviews and how the owner replies in a very agressive/rude manner to them. That's all you need to know. I wish I had read it before going to the restaurant.

Very tasty pizza, price absolutely justified for the quality and size (€12.50 tuna pizza). Staff is very friendly. Personally, I miss salt and pepper (+ chili and garlic oil) on the table. Super nice courtyard where you can eat in the dry under umbrellas even when it's raining. Tip: It's best to reserve in advance!

Location, food and atmosphere were all excellent, but the service here, although friendly, was a bit slow. To be fair, we were warned that they were a bit short staffed and that there would be a wait, so overall was very good and we were taken here by regulars who said this wasn’t normal, so I would still recommend this place quite heartily :)

Always eaten deliciously! Alessia is a super attentive & friendly service manager, as is the rest of the family! The restaurant has by far the most beautiful inner garden in Villingen and they always have great weekly specials! Drinks and presentation of the food are very important here, as are creativity and taste, which is what makes the Kapuzinerhof unique!

The Prosciutto pizza was tasty and large and the Bruschettone Burrata was very delicate and more than an appetizer!

Pizza took an hour with far too few toppings. Beer took 30 minutes. Not good service, pretty slacked off. Way too loud in the shed.

There's not much to say except: Food 1A, service and friendliness 1A, ambience in the courtyard 1A. I can't write more than a clear recommendation for the Kapuzinerhof. I always enjoy coming here. Keep it up!
