We're more of a regular customer, but we've eaten there once or twice. The service is excellent, the delivery people are always friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. What more could you want? Yes, tip properly! 😀

The employees at this establishment are my friends—they're all genuine and kind-hearted people. If anyone deserves 5 stars, it's them. And I guarantee you one thing: You'll always leave the kebab shop satisfied :)

No. 1 in Norderstedt and the surrounding area! Delivery is almost always within half an hour – the record is 7 minutes! 👍 Whether it's chicken doner with cocktail sauce, doner salad, or the vegetarian pizza, it's always a treat! The ingredients are always fresh and delicious, and the service is simply impeccable! Keep it up! 😎

The food is incredibly delicious; I always want to eat here when I'm asked where we want to get a kebab, etc. The service here is excellent; you get served quickly, and the people here are very polite and friendly. I find the world's best kebab I've ever eaten here. Once a month is a must for me, and my wife and I like to invite visitors to eat kebabs with us. The staff is very patient, enjoys snacking with customers, and always has polite, humorous, and respectful remarks ready. Thank you for being here in Norderstedt, and we should get to know you instead of judging you from afar because of embarrassing things.

I work near the shop. The food is always fresh and delicious. I am always impressed by the food. I especially like the pizzas. I can only recommend them.

I've eaten there occasionally, and occasionally ordered delivery by phone. The food has been okay so far (3-4 stars), but I find the current prices comparatively above average. The ambiance is just "snack bar" level, and it's still a long way from being a "restaurant." But today, when I wanted to order something for home delivery again, the colleague on the phone was quite rude ("don't give the number, just what you want"), and when I tried to ask how long it would take, the line suddenly cut out. When nothing had been delivered after 1.5 hours, I wanted to call to ask when I could expect delivery. I was immediately rudely told that I should have simply hung up, and he called me back twice directly on his cell phone, but I hung up right away. All I can say is that I never hung up, nor did anyone answer the 'unknown number' (I just answered with "Hello" because of the unknown number, maybe that bothered him). But really, it doesn't matter; I don't have to put up with such uncomfortably yelling about kebabs and the like. If they think that's good manners, fine, but not with me. Such rudeness has no place in telephone customer service. In any case, I spent my money there last time.

Unfortunately, the food tastes awful and the atmosphere is very unfriendly! I can't recommend this place! Drinks are overpriced and the price-performance ratio is not right!

The employees are unfriendly, the doner kebab was not so good, the doner kebab was very small, everything was very expensive, a CapriSonne costs 2.50€ and the doner kebab cost 9.99€

Ordered for the first time and never again. Salad, onions, and cucumber were missing—everything was missing. Instead of cocktail sauce, there was curry ketchup. I felt absolutely no fullness at all. I would recommend everyone to order from Arkadasch instead. Happy Sunday, now we're having schnitzel.

We always have our food delivered, so no rating for the ambiance. The food is really delicious, but over time, the service leaves something to be desired. We received two cold dishes out of four. After calling to say we'd like them hot, we argued and the people became rude. When my wife subsequently wrote a review about the delivery service, we received a call asking how dare we give a bad review. Although the food was 4*, just like here, the service was 1*, the employee (possibly the boss) just angrily told us never to order from him again and hung up. I'm sorry, but this is completely unacceptable.

Great kebab and really nice staff

5 stars – highly recommended! The Kapadokya fast food restaurant totally convinced me! The service is super friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The portions are really big, the prices are absolutely fair and the taste is simply great! The salad with the kebab plate was particularly fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

We made a bulk order online. Everything came exactly as ordered and was still warm. My Jumbo Dürüm was a good portion and very tasty! It would be perfect if you could choose two sauces when ordering online :-)

Whether roll or kebab, it tastes very good. I haven't found a better shop in Norderstedt. The jumbo is in a bag and no longer a normal kebab with 2 pieces of meat on it. I can't say anything about the atmosphere in the shop, we have the food delivered.

I've had good, quick food at a fair price three days in a row now while I was here on assembly.

If you're craving cold food, this is the place for you. No accomodation, even if you have a large order. Better make yourself a cheese sandwich.

Cozy shop “next door”. I think it's great that when it comes to the kebab bag, they make sure that everything is well mixed and the bread is always wonderfully fragrant and crispy. I particularly like the Ezme (hot sauce) and that they are happy to accommodate any special requests. I can also highly recommend their hearty chicken soup, especially during cold season. At the end there was even a particularly good tea today!

We ordered food, unfortunately it arrived cold. The crouqe bread was burnt, you had to look for the coleslaw and there was way too much sauce on it. Very annoying 27 € for the bin, a shame, never again!

We eat at Kapadokya regularly and are always satisfied. The quality of the food is great. The ingredients are fresh, the portion sizes are good. We like coming here. Parking options depend on the day and time of day.

Delicious kebab. Sauces are great! Meat is crispy. No run-of-the-mill minced meat skewer. Card payment possible from €10. Staff is friendly. We paid just under €20 for a veal kebab box and a Dürüm. The fries in the box were crispy until the end due to the composition of the box!

We regularly order with our company from the Kapadokya snack bar in Norderstedt and are very satisfied every time. No matter whether kebab, dürüm or fries – the quality of the food is always good. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the fast and reliable delivery service is particularly noteworthy. Our orders always arrive on time and hot. All in all, we can fully recommend the Kapadokya snack bar and will continue to order there in the future.

It's just a rotisserie. You rarely get real kebab anymore. You can taste the difference. I also don't understand why the owners don't just offer REAL kebab and then adjust the prices because of me. When asked whether it was a rotisserie or kebab, the best answer was: "Is the same." If a store tries to rip me off, I can't give it any stars. The two stars are because the fries and my lahmacun were ok. As soon as you offer kebab again instead of minced meat skewer, I'll try you out again.

Unfortunately I got a kebab that wasn't fried yet, although I asked to fry it well, I got some raw meat that was still pink. I also said that I would be happy to wait for that since I can't eat raw meat. Without a bite I showed it to them then I was told that they didn't have the time for it and suggested that I not eat and that I should leave. I know this shop from Mehmet & Metin, times like that never happened to me, I'm very surprised maybe the shop has a new owner.???

I ordered through Lieferando, the food came 10 minutes later but as compensation there was baklava. Then we actually forgot something, we called and everything was sorted out and something was added. It was super tasty, I ordered through Lieferando and made a mistake. I spoke to a very friendly employee who changed that without any problems. We are really excited about the quality.

Ordered via Lieferando stating 20-30 minutes. After the order was placed and the account was debited, the message came 1:20 hours later. I wouldn't have ordered then. Food came after 1:50 hours and was OK. When I ask where the food is, the excuses really annoy me.

After the delivery person arrived 30 minutes late, I was served THIS... the fries taste dry and rancid and the nuggets are so sticky and dry, it's really a disgrace. The mayo I ordered wasn't there either.

Wie immer super lecker. Der Fahrer ist immer super freundlich und das Essen kommt heiß bei einem an. Die Soßen werden extra gepackt, was wir persönlich gut finden da so das Essen nicht matschig wird.

Zum zweiten mal hier gegessen und es war sehr lecker, der Lieferservice liefert schnell wie eine Rakete und ist super freundlich. Überzeugt euch selbst von den leckeren Spezialitäten!

Essen schmeckt top. Vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass bei Lieferung die Saucen extra geliefert werden. Finde ich persönlich aber gut, da so nicht alles schon matschig ist

Das Essen war wie zu erwarten wieder super lecker und wurde vom Fahrer heiß und mit einem Lächeln überbracht. Da schmeckt es umso besser. Macht weiter so.

Der Döner schmeckt sehr gut die Mitarbeiter gehen auf die Wünsche des Kunden ein ( z.b. wenig Salat viel Fleisch viel Sose) wird so umgesetzt wie erwartet. Döner Pizza vor paar Wochen Ausprobiert. Kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr lecker viel Belag und macht mehr als satt. Vom belegen her können sich die Pizza Lieferanten eine Scheibe abschneiden! Schöne Grüße und bis die Tage 😋

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig und wurden bis dato noch nie enttäuscht. Ganz im Gegenteil.. Direkte Bestellung über die Hauseigene WebSite und eine schnelle freundliche Lieferung sind garantiert. So kann der Herd auch mal aus bleiben und man genießt warmes , leckeres türkisches Essen im eigenen Wohn-/ Esszimmer oder beim Fernsehen auf der Couch. Guten Hunger

Heute um 18:45 vor Ort. Warte Zeit war mal etwas länger. Passiert und ist auch nicht das Problem gewesen. Aber das man bei der Bestellung erst ignoriert wird und danach nochmal die Bestellung vergisst. Und man übergangen wird. Wo man schon gut mehr als 10-15 Minuten gewartet hat. Und ich spreche über eine normale döner Box und nein es lag nicht an den Pommes. Es standen 4 Leute hinter der Theke. Wenn ich vor Ort bin verlange ich frische Speisen, sonst könnte ich ja auch bestellen. Wir war oft auch mit Freunden dieses Jahr dort und haben essen bestellt und mitgenommen. Was sonst gut war. Nur diesmal waren alle Faktoren ein no Go und werde erstmal nicht mehr vorbei schauen. Würd ihm eine 2,5 geben. Da es echt sonst lecker ist. Ehrliches Feedback. Weil ich mich vor Ort nur aufgeregt habe. Wenn man die Branche sehr gut kennt.

Ich bestelle in der Regel dort. Die Jungs aus dem Schmuggelstieg machen solides Drehfleisch. Teller, Box und aus dem Brot schmeckt alles gut.
