This dürüm is tasteless. The most tasteless. The produce isn't fresh, cabbage and meat.

Highly recommended. The doner salad is absolutely fantastic. The decor is rather rustic, but the food is delicious. And the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

I've been there twice now, and I don't know, the doner kebab just doesn't taste good. One time it was lamb, the other time it was chicken. I don't understand, making doner kebabs should be so easy. I feel sorry for the owners, who are very friendly, but it's just my opinion. I didn't finish either of them, which doesn't happen often. Maybe the owners should try a doner kebab, the way they sell it, and then work on the preparation. May + July 2025

We've been eating at Kalkan's regularly every week for years and always praised the place highly. Unfortunately, the doner plate has become so small, it's embarrassing! It's now only half the size; a doner box is already bigger! Plus, since the new employee arrived, our orders have almost always been wrong. It's a real shame that we can no longer rely on getting the right order, and complaining every time is no fun! The older employee is super friendly, accommodating, and always does everything perfectly! But as soon as the newer employee prepares the doner, we start to dread it.

Phew, I went there on a recommendation that it was supposed to be the best kebab in Norderstedt, but I was sadly disappointed. After asking what sauce I wanted on my kebab, the spoon was already filled with tzatziki (I don't get it, to save time?), but the place was empty. Then, as braindead as the guy was, after I said "hot cocktail," he put tzatziki on it and acted like nothing was wrong. It can happen, but then to continue adding toppings as if nothing was wrong is outrageous. That has nothing to do with a good kebab shop, except for the ambiance, maybe. What I have to say, though, is that the meat was tasty and well-roasted. All in all, a pretty good standard kebab, but definitely nothing more!

Great food. I ordered the doner kebab plate with chicken for delivery. It took a long time to deliver, over an hour...but it was worth it. The food arrived well packaged, and the fries were quite crispy. The salad was fresh and the meat was top-quality. I would order from here again or eat in. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

We are/were regular customers. Out of five orders, at least four weren't as ordered. The doner kebab plate is now served on a fries tray, and that costs more than €15… what a pity.

Classic doner kebab, UFO doner kebab was unfortunately sold out and the machine was broken. It was also quite expensive at €13 for a plate, but the taste was good. The salad was fresh. The meat was juicy and crispy. Everything was OK. A solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Very tasty, the staff is nice and the employees also remember your order if you are there often enough.

We arrived from Spain, and I can say that the food here because it is kebab is nothing to envy of cache restaurants, quite a surprise, I recommend it to everyone who likes kebab 🥙 and is visiting this area

I thought I'd order a kebab with fries - I got a ticket straight to the salt mine. The fries were so salty that I drank three liters of water to survive. I wanted to call to point it out nicely - but the call ended quicker than my trust in the store. Ring once, bang – hung up! Maybe it was the cook who couldn't stop laughing. Who knows.

Doner kebab was ok but the price-performance ratio of the menu is not good

For such prices it's really little what you get, don't take a kebab plate or a menu, it's not worth it!!

Meat dry, fries hard, sauce with lemon and very little seasoning. Never eat here again for €13

Just dog food. Old ingredients etc. A box of fags is healthier.

I ordered at 6:55 p.m., order was accepted at 7:10 p.m. and at 7:55 p.m. it was simply canceled. The delivery was actually supposed to arrive at 7:35 p.m. according to the email and after the cancellation I received a 10% voucher by email (which can only be redeemed until March 8th) - but you can no longer order there. It's a shame, it's better not to accept the order at all. Thanks.

The best kebab in the area if you don't want to go to Hamburg! Everything was very nice and nice and quick.

This is the restaurant that we went to by chance with my wife and we became addicted to it. Döner is a very delicious and clean place. I recommend it.

The kebab was delicious and special requests were also taken into account. The ambience made a decent impression, but we didn't test it. The food was take away. The service should be a little friendlier. Then there is also the 5th star.

The best kebab shop in Norderstedt! I've been there more than often now. The kebabs are delicious and you get real meat and no rotisserie in the bread. Accordingly, the prices are a bit high, but justified for the quality. The store is clean and cozy and the service is great! I would recommend the Dürüm and the cocktail sauce. Both are very tasty.

Top loading! The meat is super tasty, it's also real kebab and not some rotisserie mix. The shop itself is very well furnished and the service is appealing. We'll definitely be back! On the second visit I was there with my best friend and had told him beforehand that he would eat the best kebab... Unfortunately, we were treated unfriendly by the younger employee both when we came in and when we picked up the food from the counter. He was already less friendly on the first visit. That doesn't work at all. The slightly older employee, on the other hand, was very helpful and friendly. I'll still give the store another chance. All good things come in threes. On the third visit everyone was nice again. So it was probably just a bad day and that's perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the same order wasn't prepared so nicely and the kebab looked really lean. Because of this constant rollercoaster of emotions and because the operators work one way and the other and because of the damn good kebab, 4 stars.

Has decreased significantly. Doner meat is now of rotisserie quality and the red cabbage also comes from a jar. Never again.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this kebab shop. The food was cold and tasted bland, the meat was dry and the sauces were watery. Additionally, the staff was rude and didn't seem to care about the customers. The store was also dirty and there were no clean seats. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend this place.

I was just there for lunch and had the best kebab of my life with a very nice napkin portion of fries, which also tasted excellent and there was also a packet of ketchup and mayo. Until today I didn't know that a kebab could be served with such fresh ingredients. I will come again in the future, just too good to miss!

Delicious kebabs are worth buying

Unfortunately, the store has slacked off a lot and served up the wrong sauces when I ordered for the first time, which isn't so bad now. It can happen sometimes. Meat had an unpleasant off-odor and was gristly, you could tell that the quality was skimped on here, the "curry sauce" was far too sweet and it tasted like a ready-made industrial mixture, very mayo-like instead of good yogurt. Unfortunately I didn't like it and after a few bites I gave up the kebab and was offered a new kebab but that was nothing either. You can tell the meat and the sauces are cheap, but I wish the nice operator all the best and hope that quality will be the focus here in the future! The waitresses sometimes didn't react to you at all, and some of them looked quite aggressive. Staff should be much friendlier and more responsive to customers. Anyone who wants a good quality kebab is in the wrong place here. But there are certainly many who still enjoy it. Just don't expect too much.

1A kebab super tasty super juicy there is no skimping on the meat and salads there is enough sauce in it and it doesn't get soggy like it happens with others! When it comes to meat, the veal is super tasty, the spices fit perfectly, no cartilage or anything else, exactly as it should be great 🥳

Döner plate was baba, very tasty. And when my colleague saw that I was still hungry, he made me another really thick plate of kebab. Best shop, friendly service.

In February 2024 I visited the cosmopolitan city of Norderstedt. A pleasant feeling of hunger came over me. I discovered a rotisserie specialist along the way. I entered the restaurant full of anticipation. The usual vegetables were waiting to be processed behind a glass window in the display. Everything looked wonderfully fresh. Apparently someone had put a lot of effort into chopping the vegetables. The gentleman behind the counter kindly asked me what I wanted. I ordered two kebabs, one with chicken and one with veal. My order was confirmed very politely. They had obviously prepared the flatbread pockets themselves, because they didn't have the usual triangular shape and were more elongated, like a baguette. When asked, I announced the composition of the vegetables and just a few moments later I was able to receive the food. I benevolently paid the asking price and left the restaurant. As I was eating it, I later realized that the garlic sauce I ordered was used very sparingly in the chicken kebab. In my opinion the cheese wasn't ideal either. Small cuboids lay in a bowl. I expect the cheese to be grated so that the product can be easily distributed in the flatbread pocket. I didn't like that that much. Otherwise I had nothing else to complain about.

Full five stars 🌟 in every respect!!! I really enjoy going there, you get a friendly welcome and the food is great. In my opinion it is the best kebab in all of Norderstedt. A visit is strongly recommended. The food was very good and we enjoyed it. The meat and fries were still very warm when served and the salad was fresh. There is seating for consumption both outside and inside. The staff was very friendly.

Been there 10 times and was given the wrong thing 8 times... My tip when ordering is to point out to the staff that they please write down otherwise everything will be served incorrectly... sometimes with onions, sometimes a different sauce and sometimes just the wrong menu!

Doner kebab has now become far too expensive.

Top Döner, kann ich nur empfehlen

Ganz gut. Während der Wartezeit kann man Tee trinken. Günstig ist der Laden nicht. Döner ist standart. Nichts außergewöhnliches

Ein Döner laden, der gute Döner macht. Leider kann man nicht mit Debitcard zahlen. Ist vielleicht nicht Schuld des Döneeladens, sondern meiner Bank, die von EC auf Debit umgestellt hat.

Gute Parkmöglichkeit gegenüber vom Laden, ich habe viele möglichkeiten in der Nähe, fahre aber gern 15 min länger, da der Döner für mich hier einfach sehr gut schmeckt, die Qualität ist super und die Leute sind immer sehr nett. Immer wieder gern wenn die Qualität so bleibt 💪💯

Nettes Personal aber, 4€ für pommes + 50 Cent für Ketchup oder Mayonnaise in den kleinen MC Donalds Verpackungen finde ich sehr teuer, sorry.

Absolute Spitzendöner und sehr zuvorkommende Leute, für einen "Döner-Laden" schon fast "gediegen" also sehr hochwertig. Allerdings ist der Raum sehr hellhörig und hallt. Preislich befindet sich das Kebap House im oberen Segment bei vergleichsweise kleinen Portionen.

Essen war nicht lecker, Fleisch war etwas zäh wie Gummi, konnte mein dönerteller nicht aufessen und hab mir zuhause dann eine Pizza in den Ofen gehauen

Update: muss leider due Bewertungen deutlich reduzieren, da das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht mehr stimmt. Bester Döner in Norderstedt. Bedienung ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Speisen sind sehr lecker und es sind genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Unser Essen sollte nach 30 Minuten kommen. Nach 50 Minuten habe ich dann mal angerufen und nachgefragt, da hieß es, der Fahrer sei unterwegs. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten kam dann endlich mal unser Essen und war...EISKALT...sehr schade, weil eigentlich wäre es glaub ganz lecker gewesen.

Seit langem nicht mehr so einen guten Dönerteller gegessen, habe dort zum ersten Mal bestellt. Für mich war die Portion ausreichend, es gab einmal ein Salat aus Weisskraut und Rotkraut abgegrenzt davon noch einen schönen einfachen Salat mit Tomaten, Gurken, Zwiebeln und Salat. Das essen war richtig Heiss als es bei mir ankam und war wirklich lecker und frisch. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Macht bitte weiter so

Nettes Personal, sauberer und gepflegter Laden. Der Dönerspieß sieht gut aus, man erkennt ganze Schichten richtiges Fleisch, also kein billiger reiner Hackfleischspieß. So schmeckt es dann auch. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man gern mal einen Döner isst.

Essen war lecker und frisch, der Preis etwas hoch. Wenn wir Mal wieder in der Nähe sind, gehen wir wieder hin.

Der Döner schmeckt wirklich gut, aber hier wird absichtlich so wenig Fleisch reingemacht und so hoch abgerechnet.. Wir haben für 2 Personen 24 Euro gezahlt... das ist schon wirklich frech vor allem weil der Döner fast leer ist.

Er wahr so lecker dort werde ich ab jetzt immer essen gehen ich wohne etwas weiter weg aber es lohnt sich.

Norderstedt‘s bester döner. Hab echt viel probiert in ganz deutschland aber vorallem Hamburg. Muss sagen das es der einzige laden in der Kleinstadt ist der wirklich was taugt. Qualität der Produkte ist hoch Service ist gut komme immer und immer wieder gerne war jetzt auch bestimmt 30-40 mal da

An Qualität nicht zu übertreffen ! Ein ehrlicher Döner Laden wo man noch richtiges DÖNER Fleisch und kein Drehspiess bekommt. Nur weiter zu empfehlen !

Ich war heute das erste mal dort. Was soll ich sagen. Ich hatte einen Pommdöner und es war eine ordentliche Menge. Völlig in Ordnung. Dazu Curry und Cocktailsoße. Der Beste Pommdöner den ich seit Monaten gegessen habe. Preise sind absolut gerecht. Sollte ich mal wieder in der Nähe sein dann bin ich gerne wieder bei Euch. Und das Personal war extrem freundlich und bringen Dir dein Essen sogar bis zum Tisch. Macht bitte genauso weiter. Vielen Dank. Ich küsse euer ❤️
