⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay at the Kallstadter Hof! We had the great pleasure of spending a night at the Kallstadter Hof, and it was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who immediately made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished, and offered a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality – the entire team was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. You immediately notice that a lot of love and dedication goes into their work. The breakfast was also a highlight: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious – the perfect start to the day! The location in the heart of the beautiful Palatinate region also makes the hotel an ideal base for exploring and wine tours. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Kallstadter Hof and would love to return!

Schmackhafte Speisen der Region und schön angerichtet. Gehobene bürgerliche Küche. Alle Speisen gleichzeitig serviert. Heiße Teller, Tischdecke, Stoffserviette, Gruß aus der Küche, Salat mit Kräutern, makellos. Schöne Auswahl an Weinen, hiesige Winzergenossenschaft oder bekannte Weingüter von Buhl oder Knipser. Aufmerksamer Service, Kartenzahlung möglich, Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Empfehlenswert!

Very good food and a good selection of regional wines. The friendliness and humorous, attentive nature of the staff meant we had a pleasant evening. It's good that there is still a restaurant in the Winzerstuben style. A big compliment for being able to go out to eat on a Monday evening, when most of the restaurants are closed until Wednesday due to a lack of staff. Accordingly, the restaurant was very well attended.

Reception, hotel rooms, service, food - everything was wonderful! There is a slight point deduction for the very clear breakfast buffet - apparently due to the small number of guests at the time of our stay, but still annoying. But overall: keep it up!

We had lunch at the Kallstadter Hof today. The welcome was very friendly and welcoming. Without a reservation, we got a lovely table in the bright, welcoming conservatory. The food was delicious and very tastefully prepared. The service was excellent; we felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the team. We highly recommend the restaurant.

We stayed 2 nights at the Kallstadter Hof with half board. Very nice rooms, extremely friendly and warm staff. A great atmosphere. In the evening we were able to put together a 3-course meal from the menu with corresponding wines, followed by an aperitif. Super delicious food, also great combinations and wonderfully prepared. We'd love to come back.

The food was good but nothing special. What was annoying was that when we had just finished eating, the waiter pushed the tables behind me together to form a table... and did so very loudly. For us that meant “you can leave now”.

When you enter the Kallstadter Hof, you are greeted warmly and you feel like you have come home. You notice that good relationship between the bosses and their “children” or employees. I had my farewell party from my professional life and we celebrated in the vaulted cellar. All the guests were enthusiastic about the food, the friendly service and of course the drinks. It is a very special place in the beautiful Palatinate

Michelin 2019 award-winning restaurant, well run, with exquisite food & drinks; Large selection of wines, delicious starters, main courses and desserts. They sit there very nicely and quietly and are obliging mend served by friendly and attentive staff; Stop by, it's worth it! In my review you will find some compiled photos, because a picture is worth a thousand words!

So today there were 5 of us for dinner. The starters were okay for the price. But 2 main courses did not correspond to the menu, i.e. the so-called saddle of veal steak turned out to be 2 small strips of veal and the ribey advertised on the menu was a thin slice of beef. This dish was supposed to be medium, but sorry as it was thin it was difficult to get it medium. There was also a brown sauce on the ribye, which was not mentioned on the menu. This could be served separately. Then I'd rather pay a few euros more and have a whole veal steak or a decent ribey. Dessert was tasty, but the price was a bit too expensive. The next day someone from Kallstadterhof answered my phone and said they wanted to talk to me because they had read my review. They would contact you again the next day. No one has contacted me, apparently the customer is of secondary importance. Once never again

Enttäuschend Service unzumutbar, falsche Aussagen , unqualifiziert, Küche mittelmäßig. Zu behaupten- und zu berechnen- 1/8 l Wein (Nachbestellung) sei dasselbe wie 0,1 l ist nicht akzeptabel. Schade um die ehemals gute Adresse.

We arrived at the hotel very late, but were nevertheless given an extremely warm welcome by a very enthusiastic young lady who also carried our luggage to our room without further ado. That really amazed us - where else can you find something like that? A lovely little hotel. Beautiful room, nothing was missing here. Very clean, tasteful, we slept wonderfully. Great bathroom! Perfect all around, thanks again to the very friendly young colleague!! ❤️

Essen mit der Familie, sehr schönes rustikales Restaurant, kleiner Wintergarten und gemütlicher Innenhof. Service sehr nett aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auf der Speisekarte findet sich immer ein saisonales Menü, ansonsten Klassiker wie Rumpsteak cordon bleu… auch sehr gute Vorspeisen und Desserts. Kommen immer wieder Herne hier her, top Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Excellent in all areas, the tables were beautifully set even outside and we felt very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The food from the starter to the main course to the dessert was so delicious and beautifully presented.

We were here for a private meal. The outside table was reserved and when we arrived everything was prepared and beautifully set. We were greeted politely and served excellently. The team was always attentive but not intrusive. We really enjoyed the evening. The food and drinks were tasty. Overall, a very successful evening, not least thanks to a professional team. Simple, clean room, big bed. Sufficiently large bathroom, useful utensils - more than usual in the 3 star area (e.g. hotel slippers), sufficient number of face and hand towels. (Free) parking available directly at the hotel. Unfortunately no air conditioning. My room was right on the main street - so it was very loud in the morning.

During a trip through the Palatinate, we stopped at the Kallstadter Hof for one night and ate in the restaurant. The rooms are new and equipped to a high standard. The welcome from the staff was very friendly. Our luggage was even brought to our room. The food was extremely good. Meat, fish and side dishes fresh and very tasty. The service from Deniz was outstanding. Gladly again!

Now comes the promised review. We celebrated confirmation in April 2024 at the Kallstadter Hof. By the way, not our first celebration there. Baptisms and several birthdays/Christmas dinners were also there 😀. We were always very satisfied. Very good, varied food. Nice ambience. Top service. And above all the service. Peggy. Thank you. You more than sweetened our entire afternoon at our daughter's confirmation. We were allowed to remain seated the entire time. Eat cake. Food was good, but prices were a bit excessive for what was on offer... Service was partly friendly and partly cheeky and unprofessional... our impression is based on two visits to the restaurant.

The Kallstädter Hof has been offering excellent fine cuisine at very fair prices and a cozy atmosphere for many years. And the staff is always very friendly. We always enjoy coming there.

Wir waren enttäuscht! Das Telefon klingelte pausenlos und niemand ging ran. Der Feldsalat war matschig und meine Knöpfle schmeckten nach Wasser. Das Cordon bleu war nicht knusprig und die Pommes latschig. Kleine Portionen. Bedienungen rannten hektisch hin und her. Beim rausgehen sagte keiner Auf Wiedersehen. Schade.

Wir waren Ende Januar mit 10 Personen zu einem Familienfest (Geburtstag) im Kallstadter Hof. Von der Speisenauswahl ist für jeden was dabei. Auch die Preise waren, hinsichtlich der Wieder- Angleichung der MWSt, moderat. Mit der Präsentation und geschmacklich wann wir sehr zufrieden. Sehr gutes Restaurant, eine Tischreservierung ist aber zu empfehlen. Parkplätze am Haus, Essen sehr gut Hier weiß man, was man tut. Preis-Leistung stimmt. 100% Empfehlung.

Waren dort mit acht Personen zum Abendessen. Tische sehr schön gedeckt, mit Stofftischdecken und Dervietten Bei allen Gerichten isst das Auge mit. Sehr schön arrangiert und geschmackvoll. Mein Steak war auf den Punkt genauso wie ich es bestellt habe. Auch alle anderen Gerichte waren geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch Vegetarier und Veganer kommen bei der Speisekarte nicht zu kurz Das Personal aufmerksam und, wie der Pfälzer sagt, einer witzigen Bemerkung , nicht auf den Mund gefallen. War ein netter Abend in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Preis-Leistung Leistungsverhältnis ausgewogen. Toiletten sehr sauber. Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden. Leider ist das Lokal vom Parkplatz aus nur über Treppen erreichbar. Waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Zweimal sehr gut gegessen, einmal davon das außergewöhnliche Silvestermenü. Aber auch sonst bietet die Speisekarte einiges an Klassikern sowie kreativen Gerichten. Sehr gute Weinauswahl zu moderaten Preisen. Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service.

... waren wiederholt mit sehr guten Freunden Martinsgans essen im Kallstadter Hof. Schon die Begrüßung tut gut (warmherzig, sofort wohlfühlend). Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich bin angekommen, es kann ein toller Abend werden. Und ..., was soll ich sagen, es wurde ein toller Abend. Der Reihe nach: ein Gläschen Sekt eröffnet den Abend am Tisch, gefolgt von einer grandiosen Vorspeise und dann war es soweit: die Martinsgans mit allen Beilagen standen vor uns, dazu ein Fläschen Rotwein, die Empfehlung des Hauses, ein Volltreffer. Ich gebe - jetzt und hier - für das Top- Team Küche und Service 10 von 10 Punkten. In 2024 werden wir erneut rechtzeitig reservieren. Für den Zimmerbereich habe ich in der Bewertung Einschränkungen. Für Sauberkeit, Hygiene oder dergleichen des gesamten Wohnbereichs gibt es absolut keine Beanstandungen. Über Moderni-sierung der Bäder in den nächsten Jahren kann/sollten Überlegungen stattfinden. Übrigens: Wir werden auch rechtzeitig reservieren für einen tollen Sommerabend im Außenbereich.

Es gibt ja nur 5 Sterne…..sonst hätte ich dem Team auch gerne noch einen mehr gegeben. Das Hotel liegt für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge sehr gut gelegen, der Ortskern sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren neu renoviert mit tollem Bad, alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, doch trotz einer zusätzlichen, geschlossenen Gesellschaft war die Küche sehr gut organisiert, Qualität und Geschmack sowie Menge hervorragend. Das Service Team mit einer eigenen, extrem liebevollen Weise (natürlich auch etwas keck aber immer im Rahmen) war immer präsent und zeitgerecht vor Ort. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir vom Hausherrn noch zu einem Secco eingeladen. Frühstück sehr gut, selbst auf Besonderheiten (Lactose) wurde seitens der tollen Chefin eingegangen und zusätzlich Käse besorgt. Fazit: Besonders zu empfehlen!

Haben hier sehr lecker zu Mittag gegessen.Essen kam auf vorgewärmten Tellern und war sehr gut !Der Service war ebenfalls top !Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen,da wir nicht übernachtet haben.Ich habe Sie trotzdem mit 5 Sternen hier bewertet,da es unfair wäre ohne eins gesehen zu haben nur 1 Stern zu vergeben.Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Waren zum wiederholten Mal im Kallstadter Hof und probieren jedes Mal ein anderes Zimmer aus. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Allerdings ein Stern Abzug für den Service, denn wenn Frau von Imhoff nicht da ist, wird leider nicht besonders auf das vollständige Angebot auf dem Buffet geachtet. Erst auf Hinweis oder Nachfrage wird Fehlendes aufgefüllt. Das Abendessen war qualitativ sehr gut, die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Hotel.
