The olives on the starter plate were the blackened ones from a can, the tomato soup was from a bag. The bread was great, the salad was ok. VERY little choice for vegans. Disappointing.

The restaurant was very crowded in Aachen, but despite that the dishes were delicious. Amazing atmosphere. Service in English at a high level. The carpaccio appetizer was delicious, it is worth ordering bread with it. The main course - chicken breast was dry, too much butter, which did not even save this meat. Pasta in a cream sauce with gorgonzola was delicious. Dessert - brownie with vanilla sauce was delicious. Friends praised other dishes such as salmon, veggie ravioli. Overall, I do not recommend the chicken fillet. I give it a strong 4.5! 😉

Service was catastrophic: not attentive, unfriendly and the blonde lady was arrogant. She suddenly wanted to leave in the middle of the order due to a misunderstanding, what's the point?! Having to ask several times for a dip for the bread, when I asked for a new napkin she didn't let me finish and just left. I've never experienced anything like that. That doesn't work at all. They also didn't ask if it tasted good or if everything was OK. The food tastes quite good, salad watery, no dressing. The selection is also very slim. We won't be back that quickly.

The food took a long time to arrive and the service was only at the table once.

I ate Karree in Kaiserwetter and it was an absolute delight! I was particularly impressed by the rump steak salad - an incredible combination of tender meat and fresh ingredients that are perfectly balanced. The ambience was also very pleasant and the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back!

We were there today for the first but also for the last time. The food was so average and way too expensive! A small pan with 7 small and dry shrimps for 17€, bruschetta = 3 very thick slices of ciabatta, of which only 1 was topped with tomatoes, 1 with garlic butter and 1 with a cheese cream... that wasn't apparent from the menu, etc. After sitting for a whole hour (the restaurant was completely empty), the waitress, who wasn't exactly the friendliest, finally asked if we would like to order food... Conclusion: Food was ok, but was completely overpriced. Ambience was very nice. From 6:30 p.m./7:00 p.m. it got very crowded, there were a lot more wait staff, who were (more or less) nice...

The only friendly contact in the evening was with the bartender, who said goodbye to us in a very friendly manner. Maybe he should give his colleagues some manners. I hope for improvement. Even though it was already 8 p.m., we were lucky – the kitchen was still open and we were quickly seated. The first impression was positive, but the service left a lot to be desired. Despite an empty restaurant, we had to wait a while to be served. That was a bit disappointing, because with a small number of guests I would have liked quicker service. The food itself was delicious, especially the pizza. However, it bothered me that additional ingredients cost a flat rate of €2.50 - regardless of whether it was something like ham or a small amount of rocket. It would be desirable for this information to be clearly stated on the menu and for the prices of extras to vary depending on the ingredient. A nice end to the evening was the limoncello, which was served on the house. That left a positive impression.

the place is great for kids as we have seen many families with kids around. the wiener schnitzel was good indeed but the burger was average to low. the meat was not well done, it's like it was boiled. the design of the restaurant is very nice and you feel you can breathe inside, warm place!

Unfortunately, all pasta dishes have parmesan on them. So you couldn't even taste the delicious taste of the Gorgonzola. The schnitzel was also pounded very thin. A sobering evening with nice weather, you could only enjoy the weather. To be honest, the food wasn't worth the money (ATTENTION: The prices on the homepage are out of date), the mixed starter platter for 2 people was a joke, lots of rocket and bread, plus two prawns with dip, olives, some ham and some small things, spaghetti Bolognese for the child was completely overpriced and not tasty, and the Wiener Schnitzel for just under €26 wasn't enjoyable either. The breading honestly resembled a frozen convenience product. We definitely won't come back...

Nice restaurant that we enjoyed visiting regularly back then. The ambience is ok, it's just the inner courtyard without a great view, but the restaurant brings out a lot of good things. The food tastes good, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is constantly decreasing, which means our visits have also been significantly reduced. Regarding service, it's a bit luck who serves you. It can run fast and smoothly, to slow and inattentive. Conclusion: you can do it well, if you want to have a dish outside of the FF offer centrally, you are in good hands here. Unfortunately, I would no longer recommend the restaurant for walkouts/birthdays.

The food is about at the level of a snack bar and simply doesn't match the price quoted: my schnitzel was cold, the fries only tasted like fat. The beer didn't have a nice head. My wife's starter platter was the equivalent of a starter salad with two scampis. The waitress on the terrace was simply expressionless and visibly annoyed when a guest in a larger group did not respond directly to your speech. All in all, no recommendation.

Completely snoring service. I was in this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It was moderately busy and I saw four waitresses. After a normal waiting time (a few minutes), someone took my order. Then 20 minutes passed in which she brought other guests their orders and cleared tables. Since I ran out of time, I wanted to cancel my order. When I got up, the waitress came to me and actually asked if I wanted to order anything! Honestly, if it's stressful in the restaurant at peak times, something like that can happen, but in this setting it's just unbelievable. And she didn't even apologize...

The best salad in town is here! Service changes often depending on how long the individual has been working there. Which is an absolute no-go since we go there with children: a pasta Bolognese costs €9.5, if you're lucky you might find 5 meat crumbs in the sauce :( Dry pasta would be better ;) and then the price could go up also be made more family-friendly.

Came with friends for dinner. In this place we saw mice!, which was very alarming. They say that they just ran in from the street, but we think that this is unacceptable. And yet, we ordered pizza without olives, but they still put olives. They didn’t bring us any cutlery, and there was only one set with one napkin on the table. We believe that they need to take these issues seriously to make their customers feel comfortable.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, das war es aber dann auch an positiven Punkten. - Nudeln waren eine einzige Pampe -Gnocchi waren ebenfalls eine Pampe mit ekelhafter und unansehnlicher Soße - Cheeseburger sah optisch schön aus schmeckte ekelhaft, die Pommes Frittes waren vollgesogen fettig. -Der Salat war Abfall, aus unserer Sicht Reste zusammengeworfen, das Dressing lieblos drüber geschüttet und schmeckte ebenfalls nicht. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt (zumindest an unserem Abend) in keinster Weise!!!

Achtung, die Preise auf der Homepage stimmen nicht und suggerieren einen falschen Eindruck. Schnitzel kostet im Restaurant 26,50 €. Laut bei auf Google Suche verlinkter Speisekarte 18,90 €. Macht schon einen Unterschied, Mehrwertsteuerwiederherstellung hin oder her... Personal aufmerksam, Essen in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Habe kein Problem damit, mehr zu zahlen, damit die Gastronomie bekommt was sie verdient, aber dann muss die Qualität stimmen.

Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Nudeln lecker, piratenspieß und schnitzel. einzig die Pizza war was trocken.

Freundliches Personal, nettes Ambiente. Leider kam das Essen kalt an , vom Geschmack ok aber nichts besonderes , Salat als Beilage sehr frisch und lecker.

Gisteren gingen we met 3 personen om 12 u een lunch eten aan het Posthof. Bij het binnenkomen zeiden we goeiedag aan de serveuse die aan een tafel aan de ingang druk op haar smartphone zat te tokkelen. Ze zei geen dag terug. Het eten was lekker, vers, verzorgd en werd snel bediend. Prijs -kwaliteit was zeer goed. Maar de serveuse moet dringend een cursus klantvriendelijkheid volgen. We bestelden na het eten een koffie en thee en de serveuse zette dit temidden de vuile borden. Toen we nadien beleefd vroeger of ze wou afruimen nam ze enkel één klein bord mee en zei ze frank dat ze maar 2 handen had… Het was nochtans niet zo druk. Na een kwartier kwam ze terug en nam ze nog wat vuil servies mee, maar zonder dienblad en liet ze bestek op de grond vallen… We vroegen de rekening en ze bracht de rekening zonder detail en we betaalden. We vroegen daarna een detail en stelden vast dat er 3 gerechten op stonden die we niet genomen hadden. Ze gaf meteen toe dat dit een fout was en betaalde netjes 39,20 euro terug. Ze bood geen excuses aan. Bij het buitengaan mompelde ze stilletjes iets, maar dit was voor ons een negatieve ervaring.

Durften im Rahmen einer Weihnachtsfeier das Kaiserwetter besuchen. Es war ein schöner Abend. Essen gut, der Service echt fix und das Ambiente war auch gut. Werde auch Privat das Kaiserwetter noch mal besuchen.

Super lecker, schönes Ambiente, netter Service. Komme gerne wieder.

We waren hier op zondagmorgen met een grote groep en hadden café mit kuche gereserveerd, voor 8,50 pp. Tot onze verbazing stonden er bij aankomst thermoskannen koffie op tafel. Een zichzelf respecterende zaak serveert verse koffie, geen thermoskannen koffie die bovendien ook niet te drinken was. De gasten die liever thee wilden moesten hiervoor apart betalen! Andere consumpties zoals gewoon water moesten ook extra betaald worden. De koek was een stuk apfelstrudel uit de diepvries met smaak noch kraak. Pas na diverse hoog oplopende gesprekken kregen we min of meer gelijk. Jammer, dit hadden ze ook zonder die vervelende discussies kunnen doen, dan was het voor iedereen prettiger geweest. Alleen al de poging om met zoveel mogelijk marge weg te komen, ten koste van de kwaliteit is zeer bedenkelijk en geeft een idee hoe deze zaak gerund wordt.

Ich hatte seit langem der bester Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb hier gegessen. Wenn sie nach Aachen kommen und ein Film angucken möchten und sie darauf warten ist dieser Café das beste dafür.

Wunderbare Location!! Man wird immer freundlich vom Management empfangen und an seinen Platz gebracht. Der Service ist brillant und es macht Spaß, hier zu essen und zu trinken. Das essen ist immer sehr lecker.

Preis Leitungs Verhältnis ist zu teuer .Portionen waren für den Preis zu klein.

Das Essen hier ist definitiv einen Besuch wert - die Aromen und Qualität sind herausragend. Leider war die Tatsache, dass man nur bar bezahlen kann, etwas enttäuschend. Es wäre bequemer, wenn Kartenzahlungen akzeptiert würden. Der Chef war höflich, aber nicht besonders professionell in Bezug auf diese Angelegenheit. Eine Verbesserung der Zahlungsoptionen wäre definitiv von Vorteil.

Sehr freundliches Personal.Das Steak ist leider lieblos serviert und unterer Standard. Bei dem Preis sollte man einen warmer Teller erwarten können. Das bezahlen dauert ewig. Für mich ein geht so.

Macht einfach Spaß da,innen und besonders draußen

Den einen Stern gibt es für das Ambiente und den Service, der einfach jung und vermutlich unerfahren ist, sie waren nett, das muss man ihnen lassen. Das Essen war wirklich nicht gut, der Hunger trieb es runter, der Verstand ließ es drin, aber ich hätte das selbst um Welten besser hinbekommen und es war unfassbar überteuert. Ich bekam zudem einfach eine komplett falsche Pizza und mein Getränk wurde gar nicht erst gebracht. Sorry, aber nee …

Nach mehr als 45 Minuten noch nicht mals etwas zu trinken bekommen, geschweige denn die Karte und dass trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage.
