- The food was really great. - However, some dishes were a bit too salty (fries, duck). - The server came quickly when we didn't need a piece of cutlery anymore. - It was noisy, but what can you do about that?

I was last there 12 years ago and then again for the Christmas party. It's still just as good as it used to be and the prices are absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

October 26, 2025. An imperial buffet. There's something for everyone. Including Chinese steamed buns. With a rotisserie for the gourmet.

It has its ups and downs. The food at the buffet was varied and tasty. The ice cream at the dessert counter was unfortunately of poor quality. The fried banana was strangely tasteless. I didn't try the rest because I lost my appetite. The Mongolian BBQ was bad. The food was consistently burnt. Black and bitter. From everyone at our table. We decided not to order a second round. Our service was simply rude. Our tablecloth was dirty and stained. Otherwise, the buffet was always kept immaculately clean. The floor was cleaned regularly. The ambiance itself was nice. Large and bright. Unfortunately, the play area consisted of a filthy carpet. The restrooms were unfortunately run down. For us, the experience was sobering. We were in the mood not to return.

Very nice ambiance. Good service. The price/performance ratio is okay, but a bit more variety wouldn't be a bad thing. We just had a quiet and pleasant evening here with our entire family. The service was especially excellent.

It must be clearly stated that this has nothing to do with a traditional Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere of an old car dealership simply feels like a cafeteria-style place for a quick meal, but honestly, the place definitely shouldn't be called a restaurant.

A year ago, you didn't have to order a drink, but when I went there again to eat, they demanded that we order a drink, otherwise we wouldn't be allowed to eat anything. The atmosphere was ok, the tablecloth was already dirty when we arrived. Unfortunately the food was very cold overall, the prepared dishes - chicken, baked fish and duck - were all very cold and tough, which shouldn't be the case. The ice cream was delicious, but the service wasn't particularly welcoming. When we came in, we were asked how many people had made the reservation... and then the older gentleman (the boss) ran off, waited at the end of the corridor and said we could sit down anywhere. Without letting us know whether a waiter would be coming etc. he disappeared behind the counter without a word. The vegetables weren't really fresh and the sauces unfortunately felt rancid. After the first service we were no longer really noticed when we said that we were unfortunately very dissatisfied and would like to speak to the boss... the older gentleman from the beginning was simply told that he was shopping, which of course wasn't true... so we were deliberately lied to... and a younger lady was sent ahead who of course couldn't say anything about anything. All in all my birthday was unfortunately very disappointing and it was the last time we ate there. Unfortunately the worst all you can eat experience I have had so far. None of us were full because the food was, unfortunately, inedible. The Mongolian buffet was okay overall, and the ice cream was the best part of the buffet. They also offered grapes with stems that didn't look particularly fresh. I don't think that's okay either, because I don't go out to eat to finish my dessert myself. Very disappointing! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Been going to the Imperial Palace for over 10 years and are always satisfied! In many new "all-in" Asian restaurants the quality drops very quickly! But things are always consistently good in the Imperial Palace!

Phew, that was bad. The food tastes terrible. Mainly old frying fat. Never again. 90 euros for 3 people for nothing. We couldn't eat it.

There were eight of us at one of the round tables and we had reserved for 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, I have to complain that the tablecloth was full of grease stains and had holes... Cutlery wasn't clean either! Food was very tasty and fresh. It was refilled immediately. Service decreased a bit as it got busier, but was still somewhat tolerable.

We really enjoy going there as a big family. There is something for everyone at this buffet. For every age group! There are round tables that are very attractive for large groups as entertaining is easy here. There is also a room for private parties. The lunch menu is very cheap. We especially enjoy going there for family celebrations. There is a play area for children.

Food was good, glutamate is the Maggie of Asia. You can taste it very strongly. My Mongolian plate with kangaroo, sea bass, lamb, cuttlefish and tilapia o'clock vegetables. Unfortunately everything was completely dry and burnt. The food from the buffet was good to OK and quite varied Will go again.

Disappointing experience – no longer recommended We used to enjoy going to this restaurant, but unfortunately it has declined significantly. The ambience now seems old and unkempt, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The buffet was disappointing - only the vegetable spring rolls were edible. At the counter with the fresh preparation, the selection was good and the food was tasty, that's why we get one star. However, the service was an absolute disaster. While we were still eating, the waitress wanted to clear our table several times, including spices. When I politely asked that we still eat, she responded in a bitchy and unfriendly manner. Although the official opening hours are until 10 p.m., we were put under pressure an hour beforehand by the constant appearance of the waitress with the cashier. That was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Unfortunately that was our last visit. No longer recommended.

So I was there the second time and I have to say it's just rubbish, their food consists of 90% salt, I still have to drink liters of water after the visit and the waitress was very rude and rude. Never again, not even if it cost €10!!!

People should take much better care of the guard rooms. Especially the toilets. Toilet seats are missing. Cleaning schedule is not posted either. We were there on January 12th, 2025. It was just disgusting, especially the women's toilet. I don't want to go into more detail. We won't eat there again.

I could give it 5 stars just because of the tempting smell of Chinese dishes in the restaurant! 😂 The staff was really nice and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks. I recommend taking the buffet because EVERYTHING is available to you. I'm not a fan of spicy food, but for those who like spicy food, I recommend the restaurant. So everything is fine, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great.

What awaits you: the restaurant looks really great☺️, but that's where all the positives end. 😅 If you don't order drinks, you'll soon have to meet with rather impolite staff. The atmosphere was quite unpleasant, and when you pay, be prepared that they won't even say goodbye to you, let alone come back or have a nice day. Regarding the food, in my opinion, considering that it was lunch, it was not enough, it was the only restaurant that did not have fried rice on the menu. Fried bananas, in general, the dough in the middle was raw, and I thought that nothing could spoil bananas🤣 they managed to do it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I myself will not go there again.

My husband said he was craving Chinese food, so I went to visit him, but I was bloated and the only thing he could eat was Ssau! I didn’t eat the meat because it didn’t look sacred! Although it was cheap at 25 euros per person, the food was not tasty and not very diverse! What's really strange is that most of the servers were Chinese, and even though I spoke in Chinese because I don't speak German, they only spoke German to me! Haha, as expected, the Chinese are amazing haha! Anyway, I don't recommend this and I won't go again.

Am Wochenende... Zu voll... Schon ekelhaft wie so mancher '' frisst'' wie die Geier wird das Buffet gestürmt und der Teller mit Garnelen überhäuft. Aber das ist ja auch in den All inklusiv Buffet Hotels so 😂😂

Food doesn't taste good. There were strange things in the sushi, way too overpriced, I don't recommend it at all.

Food is rich and tasty. We were there at 7 p.m., where a surprisingly large number of small children were still making noise. Dirty dishes were cleared away very quickly. Very big, it resonates strongly, prices have risen sharply like everywhere else.

Unfortunately, the high frequency made it feel like we were in a canteen. The food was terrible in my opinion, but the worst was the sushi. Tasted like it was 2 days old & the fried sushi was ONLY with cucumber. But since you want to fill up your customers quickly, you use a lot of rice so that you only taste the “fried” stuff. Definitely not recommended.
