I found a great place for myself and that is Kai Maison. Wondering why? But because they have the tastiest cocktails and food with exceptional presentation, I advise everyone to try this place❤️😍🥰🥙🥂

A lively place, the tables are quite dense, the design is mixed. The food has the expected taste, but the portions are not restaurant-quality. The menu is very poorly laid out, with incomplete information about the dishes. Service is timely.

My friend and I went to the restaurant this afternoon. The food was delicious, the restaurant was beautiful except for the STAFF. We walked into the restaurant and said “Hallo, zur 2” like other restaurants. The staff also spoke to us in German. After sitting down, my friend and I heard the staff talking fluently with the Bartender in Vietnamese. In our minds, when meeting fellow countrymen, communicating in our mother tongue would be more comfortable, but it seemed that the staff didn’t like it. She still communicated with us in German even though we asked and ordered in Vietnamese 🤷‍♀️. Actually, the language issue is not the main reason I wrote this review. But her service attitude was VERY UNWELL, her face was cold and emotionless. While she still smiled and talked very friendly with her colleagues and other foreign guests??? 🤷‍♀️ At the end when we paid, she still spoke to us in German. At this point, I followed her wishes and replied in German. My friend and I agreed to pay for the meal by card and tip in cash, so we didn't press the tip button on the machine (she heard us). I swiped the card and she said "Danke" and turned away? No greeting or anything? However, we still gave a tip to the Bartender (Vietnamese) when we left because he still brought us food and drinks and cleaned the table, and talked to us very friendly 🫶 I myself work as a waiter in Germany and have enough work experience to know that guests from any country are guests, and MUST be treated the same, especially since we are fellow countrymen. To write a review like this is enough to understand how upset you and I feel when receiving such unprofessional service. I write this review completely truthfully (the owner can completely check the camera at that time), without adding or removing any details.

I had the pleasure of eating at Kai Maison Vietnamese Restaurant and I absolutely loved it! Of particular note is the rib-eye steak I ordered – a real highlight on the menu. The steak was cooked perfectly - beautifully caramelized on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The seasoning was balanced and gave the meat a wonderful depth without overpowering the natural flavor of the steak. There was also a fantastic, slightly sweet Vietnamese sauce that went perfectly with the meat. The side dishes – such as the fried rice noodles and fresh vegetables – complemented the dish perfectly. The combination of tender, crunchy vegetables and the light, spicy marinade in particular made the dish an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very pleasant: modern and inviting, with a touch of Vietnamese tradition. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the entire experience even better. The prices are completely justified for the quality of the meat and the presentation of the dish. I highly recommend the rib eye steak and will definitely come back to try more dishes. Conclusion: A Vietnamese restaurant that not only impresses with classic dishes, but also with an excellent rib-eye steak. Highly recommended!

We had a disappointing experience which was unfortunate because the food and ambiance were great. We asked if we could move inside, and a staff member said she’d check but then ignored us. Meanwhile, other tables were allowed in immediately. When we asked another staff member, she let us in but told us we had to leave after an hour—something we didn’t hear being said to anyone else. When our food arrived, we quickly realized we had been given the wrong dish. Before we could even say anything, the same staff member came back, told us we were eating the wrong meal, and didn’t apologize. Instead, she insisted we’d be charged for both, even though the mistake wasn’t ours. After we refused, she took the dish back. When our hour was up, we were told to leave. At the register, I still left a small tip, but the server stared at the screen which made me uncomfortable. After that she didn’t say thank you or goodbye. It’s a shame because the food was genuinely delicious, but the service from multiple staff members made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Service is extremely important for an enjoyable experience and everyone should be treated the same.
