We opted for breakfast and were not disappointed. Very tasty and diverse. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view from the roof terrace was absolutely a highlight on this Sunday morning. It's something different that you won't experience so often.

Absolutely excellent service, as you know it from the “Käfer”. Excellent food and a great selection of German wines. The view of illuminated Berlin from the terrace in the evening is priceless and unique! The restaurant is absolutely recommended!

Super expensive for what it is... The dishes were well presented but didn't really have any taste. Unfortunately we did not have access to the terrace because there was a “party”. Too bad for the price paid…

Funny experience in the kafier. Went there for coffee without reservation, one lady in the front desk was asking if I had booked the table and left me on the table without saying anything. A guy came asking if some colleagues showed me the table and left without saying anything. Bad experience about that( hope those two can see this review). But thanks for another nice guy came to take the order and bill, very polite!

Unfortunately, you can't get in here without a prior reservation. With Get your Guide you can do this well in advance. Great food, great view.

Everything was totally top notch. Service was excellent and the roof top views cannot be beat. Food was beautiful and we'll presented but could have used a little more assertive flavors. Definitely make a reservation for a delightful lunch.

If the tickets have long since been fully booked, the Käfer Restaurant always has our joker ready for the Reichstag tour in the glass dome. Very good customer service when it comes to reservations, emails are answered quickly within 24 hours with a guaranteed seat for 1.5 hours a practical 2-course menu with guaranteed sales in a higher price category. When you're cooking, you walk past the smiling cooking crew, we had fun :-) High-quality, delicious selection of dishes in the usual quality. Really good, attentive service with noticeably trained specialists. If If the next visit registers at short notice, then we'll be back. Thank you for another successful stay in the “Beetle” of the Reichstag.

Anyone who wants to go to Käfers on the roof of the Reichstag building must register in advance with their ID number and undergo airport-like checks. We got there on time, didn't have to wait long and everything went very friendly and professionally. Everyone who eats in the same time slot will be forwarded together. The view over Berlin was wonderful, the service was attentive, friendly and humorous, and everything that ended up on our plates was absolutely delicious. The bread rolls are hard to beat in terms of their crunchiness. We really enjoyed the meal.

The fact that you can also visit the Reichstag dome with a reservation at the Käfer Restaurant was the reason for my visit. As expected, I chose a 2-course menu. The food was delicious and very nicely presented. However, there could be a little more time between dishes, as the table is available for 2 hours anyway. The service seemed a bit rushed. I was then done with everything in 45 minutes.

Restaurant located at the top of the German parliament building, reservations are required to access it. The staff are very friendly, knowing it was mine and my brother's birthday they gave us some mugs. The breakfast is good, you can choose an entire menu with sweet and savory breakfast

The Käfer restaurant is on the roof terrace of the Reichskuppel. A great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and the food is very tasty. The selection is limited, but we think that's a good thing. The offers are very expensive, so you don't do it every day anyway. Under no circumstances should you forget your ID card, otherwise you will not be able to get through the security checks and into the Reichstag itself. We felt we were in good hands and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

A disappointing experience despite a nice ambience Unfortunately, my recent experience at this restaurant was less than satisfactory. The service and the restaurant management turned out to be helpless and arrogant. We had to wait over an hour for our starter without anyone informing us or offering us anything to bridge the waiting time. When we finally pointed out our dissatisfaction to the restaurant manager, she didn't respond to the criticism at all and tried to portray us as difficult guests. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we finally canceled the visit. There was absolutely no trace of hospitality and not the slightest consideration was given to us as guests. This is particularly unfortunate as the ambience of the restaurant is really nice. But even the nicest ambience cannot hide such poor service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Our visit to the Käfer roof garden restaurant on the Reichstag building was an unforgettable experience. We were there in the afternoon and had the aperitif etagere, which was outstanding in both presentation and taste. We were particularly impressed by the breathtaking view and the opportunity to visit the dome of the Reichstag building. The combination of culinary enjoyment and the historical surroundings is truly unique. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. We can highly recommend the Käfer roof garden restaurant and look forward to visiting again.

In combination with the roof terrace and the dome it is always an experience. We prefer to go to the Appero because the étagère surprises us with small delicacies and you can enjoy the unique view over the city with a coffee. The service is very friendly and accommodating. On a Wednesday afternoon, the access time of about 10 minutes from the entrance container to the restaurant was also limited.

The breakfast was tasty, but definitely nothing special. Personally, I think it's a bit overpriced. However, the staff was super friendly. Here I think you definitely pay more for the view.

I have made a booking for a lunch on 6/9/2024 around 1:30pm for 45 people (a premium lunch menu, hopefully there is space :)

A magnificent restaurant on the roof of the Reichstag building. Quite expensive, but the quality of food and level of service well justify the price. Be sure to keep in mind that you need to reserve your seats in advance and you must enter your details - first name, last name and year of birth. To enter the building you will need a passport or other identification document. You also need to go through security, like at an airport. But all this is worth it to get to this restaurant. :-) There are stunning views of Berlin from the terrace. Superbly trained and amazingly polite waiters speaking a wide variety of languages. Their English is simply excellent. I would also like to note the excellent wine list, which even includes exquisite spirits. Definitely recommend!

Will always try and come here when visiting Berlin. The food is so good (but pricey) and staff are always lovely. We had the feelgood breakfast and it's a lot of food! Everything was delicious though and you have enough time to enjoy it. Reichstag entry is included so you can walk it off up and down the dome with beautiful views. Highly recommend!

The worst customer service, I would never recommend it in my life.

A bit pricey, but worth it for access to the Bundestag (with a skip the line perk!) and the view of Berlin. The apéro meal had a preset menu, with a choice of dessert. I chose the pistachio cake which was good. The presentation of the dish was cute and chic, and surprisingly filling for being the cheapest thing on the menu. The apéro also came with a Prosecco drink. I was sat right next to the window with a view of Berlin and the TV tower in the distance. After having just done my audio tour of the dome, this was a great, calm spot to relax in the afternoon.

The dream of every stay in Berlin. We booked the tickets for this long beforehand and felt really comfortable as soon as we entered the Reichstag. The service is very courteous and the feel-good breakfast for 44 euros is a bit expensive, but absolutely appropriate for the location and quality.

We were totally satisfied. Of course it's not cheap, but you're the first to get into the Reichstag, including the dome, and you're also served a good view during a very good breakfast. A nice overall package!

There's something special about sitting outside in the winter garden and enjoying the view over Berlin.

Unfortunately I was disappointed, at €47 for 2 courses I simply expected more.

It was a great breakfast, but on sunny days when it's cold, I recommend wearing short clothes under the thick sweater. But the warmth of the sun ☀ could also damage the great ambience. Thank you for this great moment.

Access was a difficult act. In order to sit at the table on time, you should. Plan on paying 20 for the chaotic and quite unfriendly entrance (security gate). When I finally got to the table, my good mood was gone. We sat in the glassed-in outdoor area, the furnishings had something like a café, cool, bright light, not very lovingly decorated, and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. The wine, the food, the view and the service, however, were really first class and a real pleasure. The prices are still too high for the overall package of services; you also pay for the tourist offer. I might still come back in the summer to give it a second chance.

The great view over Berlin from the roof terrace of the Bundestag is an impressive experience for tourists. Service very courteous, quick and precise. Quality of ingredients good, price/performance ratio not good: For example, a bottle of rosé (Rheingau: 1, 2, Dry) is sold for €39, which is €8 online in retail and €3-4. A second course, for example a soup, costs an additional €20-25: You have to pay for the location, of course, but small portions and utopian margins don't whet your appetite. Even in terms of cleanliness (dirty table feet) or the last detail (bamboo paper napkin instead of cloth napkin), the Käfer in Berlin cannot be associated with fine dining.

30 min dome tour with audio guide included. That was great. Hence 4 stars. 7 course menu was delicious, unfortunately the meat was a bit tough. Paper napkins destroy the fine dining vibe for me, as do water stains on cutlery. Idea: paper on the toilet, cloth on the table if it can only be one. Service otherwise top! Great view.

A really nice meal and experience to have on top of the Reich Stäg! The veiws are just stunning! All of the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly! A very nice facility! Overall a must do, the experience is just incredible! Wonderful!

Highly recommend to come here for a special occasion. We enjoyed a nice view together with delicious food. the service is also excellent. Given all of this the prices are quite reasonable. We will come back.

Great view and general atmosphere

Wir waren im Café, um einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Preise dort vollkommen überzogen. Jeder Gast war verpflichtet eine Etagere für 32€ zu bestellen. Preise für die Getränke kamen dann noch oben drauf.

Wirklich ein einmaliges Erlebnis! Das Personal war warmherzig und vollkommen! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit da und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

Das Frühstück war lecker 😋 jedoch nichts besonderes für das Geld 💴 Ambiente war 🤩

Schlecht, schlechter, Käfer Dachgarten Restaurant. Ich kann mir nicht erklären, woher all die guten Bewertungen kommen. Wir waren als Unternehmen mit unseren Mitarbeitern als Jahresauftakt zum Mittagessen im Dachgarten Restaurant, um gleichzeitig den Reichstag zu besuchen. Schon im Vorfeld bei der Buchung war der Service grenzwertig. Für unsere Gruppe mit 14 Personen mussten wir vorab zwischen einem vegetarischen und einem normalen 3-Gang-Menü wählen, zum stolzen Preis von € 68 pro Person und ohne Veränderungsmöglichkeit. Wir waren dann etwas vor der gebuchten Zeit da, durften aber nicht hinein sondern mussten vor der Tür warten, obwohl das Restaurant KOMPLETT leer war. Angesichts der Kantinenatmosphäre verstehe ich auch nicht, woher die positiven Bewertungen der Atmosphäre kommen. Das Essen war absolut miserabel. Besonderes Highlight im vegetarischen Menü waren die Käseküchlein. Die gab es in klein als Vorspeise und in groß als Hauptgang... Im Rillette, der Vorspeise mit Fleisch, waren Knorpel! Der Nachtisch schließlich in beiden Varianten absolut ungenießbar. Dazu Service, der den Namen nicht verdient. Es wurde beim Abräumen noch nicht einmal gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat. Nachdem für eine Gruppenbuchung vorab bezahlt werden muss und dabei auch gleich 8% Trinkgeld mit kassiert werden, müssen die sich ja auch keine Mühe mehr geben. Mir ist es absolut unverständlich, dass Käfer unter seinem Namen ein solches Desaster zulässt. Fazit: im Umkreis von 500 Metern gibt es mindestens 10 tolle Restaurants, die ihr Geld wert sind (z.B. im Adlon). Also lieber die Kuppel kostenlos besuchen und dann woanders hin.

Die Location ist einzigartig, besonders wenn wie am 25. Dezember die Reichstag-Kuppel nur für die Restaurant-Gaste geoffnet ist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden auch sonst bei weitem übertroffen: 6 Sterne für jeden der 7 Gänge, für die individuell zusammengestellte Weinbegleitung, vor allem aber für den fantastischen Service und den spontanen Blick hinter die Kulissen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Frau Kästner und ihr sympathisches Team für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis.

Einen Ausflug in die Hauptstadt mit einem leckeren Mittagessen gekrönt. Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider waren die Bratkartoffeln teilweise wirklich schwarz. Der Hinweis wurde hingenommen. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Das Dessert war herausragend. Der Service war zu Beginn aufmerksam, dann etwas schweigsam.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Blick und einzigartiger Location. Das Essen ist auf hohem Niveau, mein Wintergartenfrühstück war gut, es gibt aber bessere vegane Küchen in Berlin.

Das Restaurant ist sehr einladend und ist in einem der bekanntesten Bauwerken in Berlin untergebracht. Auch die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Das Frühstück überzeugte mich allen Facetten, sowohl in der Auswahl an Käse- und Wurstsorten und Marmeladen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch als Einzelperson ist man herzlich willkommen. Eine Reservierung würde ich empfehlen. Fazit: Ich komme gerne wieder, falls ich mal wieder in Berlin bin.

Wir haben das Dachgartenrestaurant am Abend des 1. Januars besucht - und es hat einfach alles gepasst: Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Personal am Abend extrem aufmerksam und nett: Alle haben sich - mit Erfolg - darum bemüht, den Gästen einen schönen Abend zu bereiten. Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren und ruhigen Platz in einer Ecke des Wintergartens - mit einer phantastischen Aussicht über das nächtliche Berlin. Jedes Gericht war absolut auf den Punkt zubereitet, die begleitenden Weine perfekt ausgesucht. Unser Tipp: Das Winter-Special buchen (4-Gang-Menü inkl. Weinbegleitung, Wasser, Aperitif und Warmgetränk). Es war ein absolut perfekter Abend - danach noch - völlig allein - durch die Reichstagskuppel…. Runder geht’s nicht!

Today we came to the Käfer for breakfast. My husband had made a reservation over a month ago to get a table with a view, of course. As tourists, that's what we come for. We were placed in the middle of a room which, when we arrived, was empty. We politely asked to change so that we could have a table with a view. Again, we asked politely why, the reason being that the tables in the main room are the tables with reservations. We had booked over a month ago, as previously mentioned !!!!! Classic Hilton breakfast, if you're not sure about the view and that's your main interest don't go.

Mein Besuch im Käfer Restaurant in Berlin war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Gelegen auf dem Dach des Reichstagsgebäudes, bietet das Restaurant nicht nur exzellente Küche, sondern auch eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Speisen waren von herausragender Qualität, kreativ zubereitet und präsentiert. Der Service war aufmerksam und professionell, was das gehobene Ambiente perfekt ergänzte. Ein Besuch im Käfer ist ideal für besondere Anlässe oder um sich einen Hauch von Luxus zu gönnen. Es ist definitiv ein kulinarisches Juwel in Berlins gastronomischer Landschaft.

Ich bin mit meinem Mann nach dem Standesamt zum Essen im Käfer gewesen. Es war wirklich wunderbar. Das Essen war erste Klasse und es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Die Servicekräfte waren außerordentlich aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt als Ganzes ist schon allein durch die Aussicht ein Erlebnis. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder

Sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal. Beeindruckender Ausblick. Ich habe nur etwas getrunken, daher kann ich die Speisen nicht bewerten.

Jantar de grupo com ementa fixa. Boa comida, em especial a sopa e a sobremesa. Sabores arrojados e contrastantes, nada clássico. Serviço rápido, contudo nunca informaram o que íamos comer. Não tivemos oportunidade de usufruir da vista da cidade pois ficámos nas mesas interiores. No total foi uma noa experiência.

Reis zu Salzig. Hänchen roh. Das einzige was mir geschmeckt hat war das Dessert und die Getränke.

Also es ist ein guter Platzt zu essen aber es schmeckt nicht. Als ich hier essen gegangen bin habe ich mich auf was leckeres gefreut aber das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Wir haben Reis mit Fleisch bekommen und bei uns war das Fleisch zu hart und das Reis genau so hart und zu salzig. Also ich würde es garnicht empfehlen!

엄청난 특권의식을 가진 홀매니저의 거맨한 태도에 밥맛이 떨어집니다. 가격이 비싼 건 이해하겠으나 ,, 예약을 하고 갔음에도 출입구쪽 자리를 강요하던 거만한 홀매니저, 왜 다른 손님은 안쪽으로 안내를 했는지???

Самый простой способ попасть в Рейхстаг, но нужно заранее регистрироваться и не забывать удостоверение личности, без этого абсолютно нет никакой возможности пройти внутрь Само заведение, как мне кажется, переоценено. Высокие оценки чисто за место, еда не прям вау, да и выбор не особо впечатляет Сразу будьте готовы, что это как бы высокая кухня и ждать в таких заведениях блюда нужно очень долго. Между подачами приходилось ждать около 20 минут. На обед (зайти, пройти проверку, дождаться блюд, покушать) ушло больше 2 часов, имейте в виду.

Frühstück für 2 Personen für 75 € ist ein stolzer Preis für ein durchschnittlich gutes Frühstück. Die Location ist natürlich außergewöhnlich und man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Das Erlebnis war schön aber eine Wiederholung bedarf es nicht.

We were visiting Berlin from the UK, I took my wife here for her 60th birthday. The restaurant was great. As they knew it was my wife’s birthday they gave her a gift of a Reichstag mug. As simple gesture but it really set a delightful tone for the rest of the evening. All courses were excellent and the wine list is very good. We will be back in the summer!

Definitely a special occasion type place with a fine dining atmosphere. We were there for dinner after the tour of the Reichstag building. The entrance is at the top of the building where the walk around the dome begins. You can choose the number of courses you want for your meal. Courses are small and beautifully plated with interesting flavors. Service was attentive and not intrusive. Great open kitchen. Nice German wine list and excellent sommelier that can provide suggestions if unfamiliar. Probably the best Berlin city views you can find!

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick über Berlin! Kinderfreundliches Apero, statt Sekt wurde meinen Söhne eine alkoholfreie Variante angeboten und sogar angeboten, dass er nochmal gewechselt werden kann, wenn es ihnen so gar nicht schmecken möchte. Das Apero..... ich schwärme ganz eindeutig für Feinkost Käfer! Ganz klar! Wer dort ißt bekommt einen exklusiven Einlass und oben auch den Audioguide. Eine tolle Erfahrung und mein Reisehighlight!

It took quite a while to get in as the security people couldn’t find our details. Moreover, the staff were not very flexible and didn’t really care to accommodate any special requests. Still, the views were amazing and the space was special to visit.

由于预定国会大厦参观时，忘记提交生日信息，而没有成功获得预约，就意外发现国会大厦顶层有餐厅，还可以在线预约，但是早餐午餐晚餐都被约满了，仅剩几天后的一个下午茶时间段，于是预约成功了，环境很好，特别适合天气好的时候来吃个1小时的下午茶再去国会大厦顶层玻璃屋顶看看风景，餐厅里面提供28欧元一位的点心，咖啡等饮料单独点，最后2个人消费62欧元，服务很好，特别适合带小朋友来看看！
