It works. In my opinion, self-service is very inconvenient. You can't help yourself at the everyday buffet. You always have to wait for a waiter to serve the food on your plates. Allyoucaneat in Afghan. I was allowed to choose the food and they filled my plate for me. The selection was okay. There were even different types of rice and vegetarian food. Turkey and chicken were available for meat eaters. And very important. YES it was tasty for the price of €10.90. Cutlery was brought to me at my clean table and the place was generally clean. The employees were international, like Steindamm and Hamburg. Very friendly. It was worth it. The toilets were clean and smelled fresh. P.S. I forgot my jacket at the table and was kindly pointed out in German.

Dont Go! Dont go! I read the reviwes then i wanted to try. The is located in central Locations. But the worst from the food taste. Food was soo tasteless that 90 percent was to be thrown in Trash. I saw all other guest table the same way of food wasted. Food was not even warm enough you can feel like the unsold food is sold from day before. Even The Employee refused to offer a fresh plate old plate was not empty. He Shows the Trash bin to throw your food by yourself for servinng another item on the same dirty plate. Oh my god the employees there are a disaster. They could hardly speak German, they were totally anti-social in their behavior with customers..that was right at the citizens' sale.right at the front when you come in there is a sale of kebabs and Co and salads.that was such a bad salad that I can hardly put it into words. Only onion rings, lettuce leaves not even covered on the ground and you had to look for cucumbers and tomatoes with a magnifying glass.. seasoned none.. never again!!!!!!!!

But he was also very nice and offered me sauce from salad bar etc.... so all good 4/5 stars for the waiter. Food was not hot enough, and obviously not delicious. Staff were not where they supposed to be and the chief was not wearing proper clothing. He was interacting from the kitchen with his dirty clothes. The staff was talking so loud in the dining hall. I was so disappointed by the previous given reviews. Not recommended at all.

Booked the deal on Groupon app for the lunch buffet, it wasn't expensive but the food and environment wasn't up to the standard either. Overall it's just okay because luckily I had paid comparatively less, but still I wasn't convinced to give it another try. In short, this is definitely not the fancy family place. Wir waren dort gestern essen, Bestellt haben wir zwei mal Djuhe (Hähnchenspieß) mit Reis und 2 Getränke, Insgesamt hat das zusammen 26,80 gekostet sehr günstig und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen

Of course you can order other things out of self service. But, Kein Kinderessen und du muss sagen für etwas brauchen. In total nicht schlecht.

Über ToGoodToGo zum Mitnehmen bestellt, und eine Selektion von allem hinter der Theke bekommen. Leider ist der orginale Preis mit 16,50 auf TGTG falsch ausgewiesen, das Buffet kostet 11 Euro all you can eat, daher 3 Sterne Abzug (der güstigere TGTG Preis war 5,50). Es wurde gefragt ob ich vegetarisch oder auch Fleisch wollte. Die meissten Sachen trafen meinen Geschmack, aber die Box war übervoll und alles vermengt. Lieber ein bischen weniger wählen, würde ich empfehlen.

Wer gemütlich möchte ist hier falsch. Wirkt wie ein Essensaal. Büfett für 11 Euro. Suppe, Salat, Fleischgerichte. Vegetarier und Veganer finden hier auch reichlich. Man bedient sich nicht selbst, sondern sucht sich seine Speisen aus und bekommt es auf den Teller. Was ich aus hygienischen Gründen ganz gut finde. Geschmacklich ganz Okay. Der Service ist sehr zurückhaltend. Bei der Damen Toilette klemmen die Türen. Für den Preis kann man mal reinschauen.

Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt, der Kellner hat uns nicht verstanden und musste bei allem den Chef fragen. Das Essen an sich hat uns geschmeckt, allerdings habe ich mir, durch nicht durchgegartes Fleisch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen. Es war okay aber ich würde es nicht empfehlen und auch nicht nochmal hin gehen.

Wir sind wegen des Buffets hingekommen. Der Gastraum ist stellenweise ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig. Der Preis ist mit 9.90€ recht günstig. Aber für die eher geringe Auswahl ok. Geschmacklich hat es leider nicht überzeugt. Man konnte sich auch nicht selber auftun. Die beiden Mitarbeiter mit denen wir in Kontakt waren, waren sehr freundlich. Zu den Getränken gab es keine Gläser. Die Toiletten waren sauber, jedoch funktionierte der Händetrockner nicht und es gab keine Papierhandtücher als Ersatz. Fazit: das wird keine Wiederholung geben.

Wir hatten das Buffett. Sehr kleine Auswahl, das meiste ist Reis oder Gemüse. Nur wenige Gerichte mit Fleisch, leckere Spieße oder ähnliches sucht man vergebens. Bedienung war nett, muss sie auch sein da man sich am Buffet nicht selbst bedient, sondern einem Kellner sagt was man gerne hätte und der macht es dann auf den Teller. Das Essen war okay. Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht eklig. Immerhin war es günstig. Getränke gibt's nicht im Glas sondern aus 0,3 Flaschen. Das Ambiente ist mehr wie in einer Dönerbude als einem Restaurant. Mein Besteck war leider dreckig. Außerdem waren die Männertoiletten (außer Pissoir) "defekt". Immerhin konnte man mit Karte zahlen.

Buffet war sehr lecker, Preis - Leistung stimmen, alle waren freundlich und aufmerksam, bei den Getränken ist man mehr auf die Jugend eingestellt, hauptsächlich Softdrinks in 0,5 l Flaschen, Tee war gut, leider gab es nur zwei Sorten, alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und werden wieder hier Essen.

Authentisches einfaches Buffetrestaurant, welches man in dieser Form anderswo lange suchen muss. Immer wenn ich in Hamburg bin gönne ich mir einen Besuch. A la carte gibt’s natürlich auch, aber das hat qualitativ nicht unbedingt ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal.

Tolles Mittagessen/Mittagsbuffet, zum sehr guten Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Auswahl und gut, im positiven Sinne, eigentümlich gewürzt. Die Einrichtung war nur mittelmäßig gemütlich und es gab nur einen Fensterplatz.

Quite spiced but really delicious food, we prefer to choose a la carte, and we picked one typical afghan dish with beef, lovely salad, Szafran rice, the chefs have good taste, the waiters very helpful and kind. This is a wonderful part of Hamburg, great option for dinner. We loved the place and totally recommend to all travelers.

They don't skimp on the meat dishes, but you'll also find plenty of vegetarian selections in this inexpensive all-you-can-eat buffet. We tasted small quantities of virtually everytyhing, and it was all 100% delicious. A complete menu is available if you don't opt for the buffet. If you're vacationing in Germany and you've had enough schnitzel and spaetzle, try Kabal for something different (and yummy).

Dieses Restaurant ist ideal für Familie und Freunde. Wir waren 10 Leute und wurden herzlich empfangen und an uns Tisch gebracht. Die Bedienung und der Service waren ebenfalls gut und uns wurde schnell das Essen serviert. Besonders die Hauptspeise hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Der Nachtisch war auch sehr lecker. Danke

Neben den oft erwähnten Buffet gibt es auch afghanische und persische Spezialitäten vom Grill. Die bisher probierten Gerichte waren alle sehr lecker, teilweise aber einen Hauch zu lange auf dem Grill. Getränke sind verhältnismäßig preiswert. Insgesamt nichts zum gemütlich sitzen, sondern eher zum lecker satt werden.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung eines Freundes dort und es hat gestimmt - All you can eat für 7,50 €. Es gab ein Salatbuffet, verschiedenen Reis, Kartoffeln, Gemüse, Hähnchen, Fleischbällchen und afgahnische Spezialitäten sowie Suppe und Brot. Alles sehr lecker.

Non so nulla di cucina afgana, così ho provato. Il ristorante propone l’opzione buffet a meno di 8 euro a persona. La scelta è tra diverse pietanze proposte, carne,riso, salse e verdure. Il problema è che essendo descritti in tedesco, saprei dire solo a spanne cosa abbiamo assaggiato: polpette di carne al sugo speziato, gulasch di pollo o tacchino, una specie di polenta a base (credo) di riso, eccetera. Poi c’era l’opzione à la carte, ma volendo provare più cose abbiamo scelto il buffet. Sicuramente ci si sfama alla grande e ad un costo ridicolo, ma consiglierei a tutti i ristoranti di Amburgo (non solo a questo) di mettere almeno la traduzione in inglese del menu, per far conoscere le loro proposte anche ai turisti stranieri. Voto alto per il prezzo proposto, molto buoni i sapori, locale pulito.
