Service is (partly) extremely unfriendly, the food is nowhere near the same as the previous owners, some dishes are very expensive or there is practically nothing on the plate!! Drinks warm in midsummer, a maximum of a 4 overall if there were school grades! You should urgently work on it!!

Service and staff were okay. Waiting over an hour - that's debatable. Burgers were brought raw, but after consulting with the waiter we still got new ones. I would have expected much more for this waiting time… 1 star for the “nice” courtesy. Paid €35 ​​for something like that…

Charging 1.50 euros for a second set of cutlery is a NO GO for me!!

I didn't eat there, my rating only refers to the service staff. I would have liked to eat outside, but the sun was shining fiercely, so I took the liberty of asking if it was possible to open an umbrella or lower the sun blind. As I walked past and in a rude tone I was told that it was supposed to rain in the late afternoon, I was there at lunchtime in blazing sunshine. We then went to Artemis and were spoiled with taste and treated in a friendly manner, as one should deal with customers.

Short version: service rude, food cold There were a total of 10 tables occupied, but not everyone ordered food. The card was thrown on the table and we were immediately asked what we wanted. Only after 20 seconds did the lady come up with the idea of ​​asking if we wanted to choose something first. We asked for 2 minutes. She came 15 minutes later. The drinks came quickly after that, the cola was stale, the hot chocolate was at room temperature. The food came much later, the fries were greasy and, like the schnitzel, absolutely cold. Prices are also high. Overall, the visit to the restaurant made our visit to the thermal baths worse.

After about 6 months we went to the thermal baths again and were pleased that we had a long day of bathing until 10 p.m. We were irritated to discover that the restaurant only offers warm food until 5 p.m. So at 4:45 p.m. we looked for a seat (there were hardly any guests left) and still had to wait quite a bit to order. This time we were very disappointed with the food and the prices. Hamburger for €14 (no salad and nothing included) and fries would have cost another €3. The cheese sparrows and currywurst from my companions weren't worth the price considering the quantity. Next time we'll take a snack with us or go to a restaurant outside at 8 p.m. It's a shame because we've always been happy with the quantity and prices. Swimming for many hours just makes you hungry :)!

A really great team, great service and service, the food is always great no matter what I've eaten so far and the portions are huge 🥵. Even if it's full, there's not a long wait. It's also very nice to sit there. Now they even have a grill outside and the offer is great 👍🤗. I've read two comments here that are bad. Everything you wrote there is a lie. I've been here for two years and nothing like this has happened once. You must have been paid to write something like that 🤔. I can recommend this restaurant with a good heart 👍🤗. Price performance is top.

We had Kaiserschmarrn and a salad with chicken strips. Both portions were quite small. When it came to the chicken strips, the chef meant it literally, there were exactly two... As we walked past, the cellar kept asking us whether everything was okay and whether we were happy, but before we could answer he was gone again. When we expressed our criticism about the portion sizes, he passed it on to the kitchen but that was it.

They don't let you pay by card, only cash. They offer no solution. No ATM nearby. We lost 1 hour access to the thermal baths.

You cannot pay by card and this does not list it anywhere. We asked if we could pay by PayPal or transfer and they told us no. We spent an hour and a half looking for ATMs and the ones we found were out of service. A shame ! It looks like the third world!

The burger was excellent. The cheese spaetzle and bread dumplings with mushrooms were very good. We'd love to come back. The prices were fair. The service was quick and very friendly.

All the bad reviews couldn't be confirmed for me at all. Service was great, super fast, drinks were brought within a few minutes, the order was taken and delivered in under 10 minutes. The taste was great, better than in some restaurants, I've experienced worse from top restaurants. The service tried very hard to fulfill all wishes and was served with humor and a good mood. Very inviting in terms of price, especially for the surrounding area. Numerous dishes to choose from and cheap, good drinks. I would definitely recommend and come again☀️

Bistro in the thermal baths. The waiting time for a drink is approximately 45 minutes. And that with only 14 guests. When we finally finished the order, we wanted to pay straight away to leave the terrible place. That took another 15 minutes. This canteen operation is an overall devaluation of the thermal spa. It really couldn't get any worse.

Essen war gut aber der Bedienung sehr sehr schlecht.

Ich weiß gar nicht wie ich da anfangen sollte ... Schweizer Wurstsalat... 10 Scheiben Wurst mit Käse dazu Garnierung (Beilagensalat) oben drauf mit nem Spritzer Essigwasser... Für 9.50 Euro... Gereicht mit altem vertrockneten Brot!!! Bedienung hatte bei stolzen 10 Besuchern auf ihren 7 Tischen gleichzeitig so den Überblick verloren,durch Gequatsche mit ihrer Freundin, das, das Essen und ein Teil der Getränke zwar aufgenommen worden sind aber sie vergessen hatte es einzutippen ... Das Essen kam dann relativ schnell nachdem sie ihrer Arbeit nachgekommen sei ... Das Essen kann man vergleichen in dem Sinne... Rentner verarsche im Altersheim... Sorry geht Mal gar nicht ... Für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind 33.70 für 2 Beilagensalate mit 20 hauchdünnen Wurstscheiben,Pommes und 3 Getränken das ist ne Zumutung... Dazu nur eins liebe Rentner... Lasst euch weiter verarschen ... Sorry der eine Stern ist noch viel zu viel...

Hatte gestern eine Currywurst. War superschön und ansprechend angerichtet und hat auch sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Flotte und sehr nette Bedienung- komme gerne wieder. Macht weiter so 👍👍👍

Eigentlich lecker 👌🏼 Netze Bedienung 👍🏽 Alles in allem ganz gut. Die Öffnungszeiten könnten länger sein, sonst ganz ok 👌🏼

Können die negative Bewertung vom Vorgänger absolut nicht bestätigen. Siehe Fotos- die Portionen sind GROß genug! Man muß keine Elefantenportion in sich hineinstopfen, wenn man danach schwimmen geht. Also unsere Bewertung: sehr zufrieden. Hatten 4 verscheidene Gerichte aus der Karte, es schmeckte alles lecker, der Salat war frisch, die Speisen heiß und sehr gut gewürzt, und kam zügig nach der Bestellung an Tisch. Die Isa, die uns bediente war sehr nett und freundlich, und beantwortete geduldig all unsere Fragen. Das essen wurde von 2 Bedienungen gebracht - beide freundlich und nett. Und mit einem Lächeln, sofern es bei dieser Hitze mit Gesichtsmaske nur möglich ist. Hut ab! Es ist nicht einfach bei den Temperaturen mit Mundschutz, in dem man kaum atmen kann freundlich und nett zu bleiben. Super lecker was auch die Eisschokolade. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: die war zu schnell alle )) Also uns hat es gefallen. Die Portionen sind groß genug, das Essen ist lecker, die Bedienung freundlich, der Preis für ein Therme-Restaurant voll ok. Absolut Empfehlenswert! Ganz klar 5 von 5 Sternen.
