The atmosphere is rustic, the food selection is very good, the staff is professional, friendly and flexible. All of the dishes we ordered (13 people) were very tasty without exception, and communication in advance by email was also quick. Clear recommendation!

Wenn wir in Niendorf sind, ist das Restaurant Johannsens unser Lieblingsrestaurant. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet, die Atmosphäre super und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass das Personal Hand in Hand auf Augenhöhe zusammenarbeitet und Spaß an der Arbeit hat. Obwohl wir an der Eingangstür gesessen haben, haben wir weder das Telefon klingeln gehört noch haben uns die Telefonate gestört. Es wird recht leise gesprochen, damit die Gäste nicht gestört werden. Das spiegelt sich auch im Ganzen Restaurant wieder. Oftmals sind mir die Restaurants zu laut, weil die Gäste immer lauter reden. Hier ist es anders und sehr entspannend. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu euch!

It wasn't the first time we were there and certainly not the last time. We had fish once and meat once. Both were excellent, as always.

Not to be topped, everything was perfect, super delicious, very attentive and humorous service. Ambience is really great. There were eight of us and everyone was really impressed with the overall package. The food was excellent, the conditions were attentive but not intrusive. The drinks were at the right temperature. The restaurant is reminiscent of whaling and is very quaint and cozy. Clear recommendation from us!!!

Fik snitzler med champingnon sovs og brasede kartofler- smagte fint. Men 2 store var lige i overkanten - så måtte levne. Havde ikke booked bord men de fandt plads til os. Betjeningen hurtig venlig og effektiv. Indretningen er super hyggelig og man føler sig godt tilpas. Her vil vi gerne komme igen.

We were there for dinner, without making a reservation. (you should do better) We wanted the risotto on two plates as a starter (no problem at all) It was very tasty and the main course was also really good. We can only continue to miss it 👍👍👍

I soon starved and waited almost two hours for a schnitzel that was about 1 mm thick. I've never had a schnitzel where the breading was twice as thick as the schnitzel... hard, dry, not good. Won't come back thank you

Hello dear Johannsens team, Last night I had dinner with a good friend of yours. I am a big fan of Wiener Schnitzel. I enjoyed it very much. Well seasoned, well fried, everything done right. For dessert I chose the iced cheesecake. The basic idea behind the dessert looked very good. You get a plate with a homemade dark chocolate cone (like a Cornetto ice cream cone) filled with bottomless cheesecake mixture. There is also a berry mix that goes very well with it in terms of taste! Sweet meets bitter with acid. Small note: When the cheesecake is cold, you can only faintly taste the flavors. As soon as it melts a little, these only come into their own. We have your Est!Est!Est! drank. Very tasty and well presented. The wine coolers are ideal... No water on the bottle and really cold. Your ambience is really well thought out and very appropriate to the location. We wish your colleague a speedy recovery and a speedy recovery. From my own years of gastronomic experience, I know what it means to have to replace a good colleague. Especially at a time when catering is not the most lucrative jobs. Everyone should think about what the catering industry actually does for us. WHO wants to spend the evening serving guests instead of spending time with the family? WHO conjures up a great plate for “his guests”? WHO ensures a great evening? The catering industry is a tough place. I am all the more pleased that the word team is very important to you. Creating such cohesion is not a matter of 5 minutes. Simply outstanding and recommended!! Fish with fried potatoes and mustard sauce was delicious. Salad with dressing is great! Soup for starters a bit boring. Service very friendly and attentive. Ambiance very cozy and relaxed. You only have the table for 90 minutes. Gladly again!

Great restaurant with an exceptional ambience. One star deducted because one or two small nuances could be added to the food. Example: chestnut cream soup, which tastes predominantly of celery. Shows fresh cooking but dosage could be adjusted. Likewise the seasoning of the schnitzel and mushroom cream. A little more depth in the taste and you can immediately give it 5 stars. But maybe just a snapshot. All in all worth a visit!

Delicious food at standard prices. Nice service, not a long waiting time and a good selection of starters, main courses and desserts. Only the “small” aquarium with large fish will not please any animal rights activist?!

A 100 euro voucher was rejected because the store has new owners. Couldn't tell from the name of the restaurant, the menu, or the employees. It's a shame for us as regular guests. Our friends with the voucher probably won't visit the store again........Food was OK, but better. Fried potatoes from the bag. Well, just a tourist area.

Nach wie vor eines der besten Restaurants im Preis/Leistungsvergleich an der Küste. Wir hatten verschiedene Hauptgänge (4). Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

We also went there twice for dinner this holiday. We were thrilled again. Our friends who were there for the first time are already planning further visits there. The dishes are very tasty and well prepared, as well as appetizingly presented. The service still leaves nothing to be desired. All employees are attentive and extremely friendly without being too intrusive. They are well trained and are happy to give good advice on your selection. And when it comes to the ambience, the photos on the website speak for themselves. Rustic, cozy...a dream!! In December, the Christmas tree in front of the window rounds off the restaurant's Christmas atmosphere.
