Burgers delicious, service very good

Completely unmotivated staff loitering and smoking on the floor (to the left of the restaurant).. after what feels like 13 minutes I order a "smoke burger" according to the menu with an Angus patty, cheese, bacon and caramelized onions.. plus a draft beer. .no lie, the burger came almost at the same time as the beer after just under 4 minutes!!!.. the meat was so well done.. it had definitely been on the grill for a long time.. an outrage for the price.. the day was celebrated a handful of staff next to me and smoked another cigarette while I tried to eat the dry meat. Absolute no-go. You really shouldn't be surprised anymore that gastronomy is going down the drain. Embarrassing store

Très bons burgers. Le personnel est sympathique et fait des efforts pour communiquer ce qui n' est pas toujours le cas. Carte en anglais ce qui aide quand on ne connait pas l'allemand. Nous avons mangé deux très bons burgers, l'un à l'avocat et l'autre avec un oeuf. Les frites ne sont pas servies avec votre burger mais sont à commander en supplément. Découverte bien agréable de la boisson sprizer rhubarbe. Nous recommandons.

The burgers were very tasty. The service employee was friendly, committed and gave us detailed advice. Only the women's toilets could be checked and cleaned more regularly.

Overall it's nice to eat here. Unfortunately there are a few things to complain about. It wasn't really very busy and unfortunately the waiter came across as very unprofessional. I had to go through the order with him four times to make sure everything was selected correctly, which took a while... It took a very long time for the drinks to arrive and the drink I ordered wasn't available. I was simply given an alternative without first asking if this was okay. The meat from the burger wasn't really cooked through and an ingredient was forgotten in the fries.

Food & drink was very tasty, just too expensive in my opinion. We received reliable and friendly service and advice from Claudia :)

Sat there for 20 minutes and was ignored by the staff even though there wasn't much going on. The waitress couldn't handle a few tables. Bar staff completely stayed out of it. She could have at least said she was coming soon. But being completely ignored is not an option. Got up without ordering.

Haben sich zuerst mit Allergenen nicht ausgekannt und meinten nach spezifischer Nachfrage an Produkte sie können nichts garantieren. Entweder muss die Küche oder das Personal besser geschult werden wie man lösungsorientiert mit den Gästen arbeiten kann. Dann ist mein Glas beim anstoßen gesprungen, das alkoholfreie Getränk sehr süß, normal trink ich trotz allem immer aus aber das war schon über süß, und mein Runny egg Burger war nicht runny sondern scrambled. Vielleicht war die Küche genervt von mir, dass ich eine Glutenunverträglichkeit habe und so viele Fragen stellen musste.

When I order a burger with avocado (the avocado trip), I expect there to be avocado in it too. Now this was just a big joke, a poor little piece of avocado that got lost in the middle of the burger. For the price I think it's outrageous. That was the last time I order there.

The burgers were juicy and tasty, the ingredients were fresh and the selection was varied. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere in the store is relaxed and inviting. Overall, a great experience – I’ll definitely be back.

We celebrated a birthday here, I ordered a Twin Taste, it was very tasty, the service was first class and the waitress Sofiia was very nice, who even spoke to us in Ukrainian!! gladly again.

It used to be much better. The Service on the ground floor is very arrogant. Incorrect orders will be sold to other guests. Service staff loudly gossip about other guests behind the counter. Hygiene of the tables is poor. Then go to your competitor

A very underwhelming experience despite its reputation. The beef patty was very pebbly because it was full of ground cartilege and the meat quality was also poor. I wish they will add less filler in their ground meat in the future. The staff was friendly but the service was slow. Charging €4.90 for Coca-Cola is also ridiculous.

Sehr liebes Personal, unserem Hund wurde sogar direkt ein Napf mit frischem Wasser gebracht. Essen war auch top, Extrawünsche wurden ebenfalls ohne Probleme umgesetzt. Preis Leistung auf jeden Fall fair. Kommen gerne wieder.

1 star is still very generous!!! The young waiters were all very nice, but there was one employee who didn't come across as entirely likeable to me and my family and in the end turned out to be totally disrespectful! I don't know if it's racism or just pure rudeness! A tall, older man with a bald head looked at us askance the entire time we were sitting in the restaurant as if we didn't belong there, and asked us several times if we were finished eating and when were we finally leaving???? When I asked him about his pushy manner, he denied it and turned around. The food was also very bland, the meat from the burger was like rubber and the fact that one person pays €30 for the entire meal is a disgrace because it is NOT even filling! 😒😔💔 Absolute disaster! We'll never come here again!

Price-performance ratio just doesn't fit. Really good burgers but no WoW effect. The burgers could be a little better seasoned. Especially the falafel guacamole. The lemonades, on the other hand, are great.

We happened to pass by Jamy's on our walk and spontaneously decided to have lunch there. I had a classic burger with a side salad and both were fresh and tasty. The lemon mint soda was also good and not too sweet. I particularly liked the friendly waitress who brought water for our dog without asking. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back! :)

Really good food and good ambience too. But I find it really hard that an employee has to manage both the bar and the service at lunchtime. He/she is simply responsible for the entire restaurant. The food was still very good and so was his/her service, but I really feel sorry for him/her.

The restaurant is a nice place to eat, there are very tasty burgers and it's very quick, the service is very friendly and always there if you need something, the tattooed guy with black glasses is usually upstairs and comes straight away when you want to order, very warm and friendly. We always enjoy coming back.

I had the pleasure of visiting Jamys today and I was completely satisfied with my visit. The burgers were extremely tasty and perfectly prepared. The fries were crispy and very tasty, an absolute delight. The Pils (I'm a Kölsch drinker 🥸🥸) was also okay and met my expectations. Particularly noteworthy is the quick service, which ensured that we didn't have to wait long for our food. A small downer was the one waitress who didn't seem very happy. However, this didn't significantly detract from the overall experience and in my opinion shouldn't reflect negatively on the restaurant. The other waitress with beautiful long dark hair was extremely cheerful. A great balance :) Overall, I highly recommend Jamys and will definitely come back.

Very tasty burgers at fair prices in portions that may seem a bit small at first, but are absolutely sufficient! The atmosphere is incredibly harmonious. We found the staff and service great and courteous every time. Since the store is located right on the market square, it's easy to get to.

We weren't served in the upper area for almost a quarter of an hour, even though it wasn't particularly full. The guests in the lower area who arrived after us were then served before us. We then left and went to another restaurant. A pity!

The meal was an adventure of flavors. I was thrilled and got to know a new world of food. No food will come close to what I experienced there. Plus, the uniforms are cute. True words full of love!

The service was extremely attentive and totally friendly! People always asked very nicely if everything was okay. The food came super quickly (I only made it to the toilet) and was very tasty.

Burger really tasty, fries but cold and firm. But what is not possible is to order a large drink (0.4L), get a 0.3L and be billed for a 0.4L. When asked, they said they had poured a little over the calibration mark... but still had to pay the 0.4L. If you offer 0.4 or 0.25 you shouldn't serve 0.3 glasses. This behavior will make me not come back.

I made a reservation a day in advance for a special occasion with friends, specifying a window booth downstairs for four people. When we arrived, the staff had no idea about our reservation, even though I showed them proof. Despite my reservation details, they took us upstairs and offered us seats at a counter, which I declined. Then, they seated us at a cramped table where it was difficult for the four of us to fit, making the meal uncomfortable. The food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. It seems making a reservation here is pointless.

Im Beilagensalat war sehr wenig Dressing. Die Salatblätter auf den Burgern waren labberig, was nicht am heißen Fleisch liegen konnte. Die nette Bedienung fragte, wie dass Essen geschmeckt hat und bot uns auf unsere negatv Antwort einen Kaffee an. Das war eine angebrachte Maßnahme.

Unfortunately the waitresses are a complete disaster. Firstly, totally overwhelmed and if you get something wrong on the table than what you ordered, you'll be asked if it wouldn't be okay??! The size of the drinks is NOT correct! A large cola (marked 0.4L on the menu) comes in a 0.35L glass with ice cubes. Pure rip off The food was ok, nothing special for a burger restaurant, I expect much more. Prices are also overpriced etc. At first we sat outside and only ordered the drinks, then when it got a little cooler we asked if we could sit in (the shop was empty) and the answer was “no, that's not possible”! In the store, people left without paying and the employees just said “yes, whatever, we’ll charge the other guests for it somehow.”

There were two of us there with a reservation. Then we first had to find a free table. The dishes were taken away and the table was not wiped. We had to wait a quarter of an hour before we even got the menu and could order. The food is very tasty, but the long waiting times make it not that much fun to be there.

The food is very tasty and the location is harmonious and pleasant. We were served by Amin, he was very friendly and humorous. You want a waiter like that! The price/performance ratio is really good for the burgers, but the side dish could be cheaper for the small portion. Overall, the visit was very pleasant, would be happy to do it again :)
