JAMY`S Burger Mainz in Mainz

Very very tasty! Not exactly cheap, but worth the price. What unfortunately disappointed us was the guacamole. It wasn't homemade and didn't taste good at all.

The hamburger variety and presentation are great. Very flavorful. A little rich on the sauces but still quite enjoyable. This is not a quick lunch though, so budget time accordingly. The service is good but the kitchen is slow.

Food was tasty, maybe a little too little for the price asked. It was very busy and therefore a bit stressful. In addition, after prior reservation, four of us were seated on a bench that, in my opinion, only had space for three.

Unfortunately the toilet is very narrow. But a great ambience and fantastic food, even the mayo tastes good. We are happy!

There were three of us there and the opinions ranged from delicious to I don't have to have them again... Tables were way too close together, fries weren't crispy, veggie burger was dry, prices were way too high for a portion of fries or the coleslaw, drinks were good , service very nice

I spent my anniversary here with my girlfriend. We had a very nice evening and the waiters were very welcoming. The food tasted very good and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Amin made the evening sweeter for both of us with a very nice and attentive gesture. I'm looking forward to visiting Jamys again next year on November 11th☺️

Long waiting times for drinks and food. Fries were cold, burgers only lukewarm. The lunch menu (it was especially emphasized that we wanted the lunch menu) was apparently booked incorrectly in the system and we then had to pay for the burger and drinks separately. That was no longer an offer...

Great service, delicious food. Since we didn't have a reservation, we sat upstairs "on the balcony"... which was a bit tight. Our dog still felt very comfortable 😅

In general the food is really good. I tried the mushroom burger that my partner ate and it was delicious. However the amount of meat on the normal classic burger was so little that I could hardly taste it. In ratio to the burger bun the meat didn't even come close to filling the space. If I would have to guess there was no more than 80g of meat and that at a hefty 12€ for the basic burger on its own. After the burger and sharing some fries I was still hungry when usually a burger is enough for me. If I go there again I would go for the vegan/vegetarian options as they were both delicious and much better value for money.

They speak good english. And the burgers are quite American in style. Overall an awesome place to eat.

I visited Jamys Bar and loved it! The burger was incredibly juicy and full of flavor – cooked just right. The side dishes were also convincing: the salad was fresh and crunchy, and the fries were nice and crispy. A great experience, I'll definitely be back!

Best burger so far, I was very surprised. Then I pay the above-average prices.

Unfortunately, the burgers weren't impressive on our last visit. The rolls were very buttery, the patties were greasy and unseasoned. Overall, fresh ingredients were saved. A thin slice of avocado is not enough for an “avocado burger”. At least the crispy fries tasted good.

Was in the restaurant for the first time yesterday. Food was good, service was nice, the interior was also nice. But what I cannot accept are the absolutely horrendous wine prices. 10€ for a 0.2l wine, 14€ for a 0.5l rose spritzer. We are in a wine town, so I find it impossible to offer such prices.

The atmosphere is really nice and the burgers taste really good. The vegan offering could include more than just a burger. The one vegan burger on offer tastes pretty good. However, the prices are quite high. For the food alone you pay 20€ for a burger with fries, the drinks add another 7€, which is really expensive.

They put in a lot of effort and you feel very well looked after. Food very good and affordable. Come again!

Great value for money. Burgers were super tasty. The staff was really friendly and gave us popcorn to snack on. I will definitely come back.

The food is excellent, the fries are delicious and the burgers are perfect, the waiter was extremely polite and had a good sense of humor. Price-performance is top and the restaurant is beautifully decorated.

The shop is empty, they can't bring you at least something to drink after 45 minutes, let alone what was ordered. Totally overwhelmed waiters in an empty restaurant. Disaster!!

In general the burgers are tasty but hey the price structure is as if gold leaf were the side dish... oh no, that's extra for the heavy gravel too. But the highlight is the wine prices: €9.60 for a glass is more than sporty. All in all, coupled with below-average service, it was a visit you can happily forget.

I recently visited JAMY’S Burger in Mainz and had a good experience overall. The food was tasty, with well-prepared burgers, and the service was friendly and welcoming. It’s a solid choice if you’re in the mood for a good burger and pleasant service in Mainz.

Very small and poor selection of vegetarian burgers. The ones that were there crumbled straight away when I ate them. Meat burger was ok, hence at least two stars. Fries only in mini portions, but completely overpriced. Otherwise no side dishes, such as onion rings or nuggets. In the end we paid 100 euros for four people, including two children, and left the restaurant really dissatisfied.

SmokeAttak durchschnittlich. Bekommt man billiger in anderen Restaurants. Falafel Avocado Burger zu trocken und sehr stopfend. Halloumi Burger hätte ich lieber probiert, gab es jedoch leider nicht im Mittagsmenü. (Auch mit der Nachfrage, ob ich 1€ mehr zahlen könnte, nicht.) Getränke zu teuer. Pommes normal halt. Ambiente ist eigentlich ganz schön und Personal war freundlich. Aber das reicht iwie nicht und rechtfertigt nicht die saftigen Preise…

Just too expensive for the food. SmokeAttak average. You can get it cheaper in other restaurants. Falafel avocado burger too dry and very filling. I would have preferred to try the halloumi burger, but unfortunately it wasn't on the lunch menu. (Not even when I asked if I could pay €1 more.) Drinks too expensive. Fries are normal. Ambience is actually quite nice and staff was friendly. But that's not enough and doesn't justify the hefty prices...

This place has great burgers, and we love their sweet potato fries, too. Might be the best burgers we've had in Germany.

There wasn't much going on inside on the terrace either. Unfortunately only one employee appeared to be working. We were initially ignored, then waited 40 minutes for drinks and about an hour for 2 burgers. Burgers were very tasty, I would have expected more from the avocado but that should be the smallest problem. Fries were cold only after we asked and got new ones within 5 minutes.

I'm having dinner for two on a Monday afternoon. There really isn't much going on!! Despite the empty tables, I waited 45 minutes for my drinks. The fries were probably ready a few minutes ago, but we asked if we could get new ones and we got them quickly Conclusion: eat well but waited for the food for over an hour

Durchschnittlich! Burger Fleisch ist sehr trocken. Die Spezialsossen (z.B. Barbecue) ist nur ein Klecks, so auch die anderen Zutaten. Die extra Pommes sind das Geld nicht wert (€7.50). Ein Schälchen von Pommes. Die guacamole schmeckt nicht nach einem Hauch davon. Sie Sauersosse geht so. Von knusprigen Pommes sind diese weit entfernt. Ein paar Getränkepreise sind fast unverschämt. Standardwein im 0.2ltr Glas für €9.90. Aperol Spritz €9.90 Das Ambiente des Lokals ist ganz nett.

Shops open on Sunday, terrace not very busy (2-3 tables occupied), waited 15 minutes, then went in at some point and got the tickets myself. During this time, 4 groups sat down and got up again because no one came. The waitress sometimes came out but cleared away instead of taking orders. Didn't even look in our direction. At some point I went in and asked if anyone was coming, if not, we would be the fifth table to get up and leave. Then it became too stupid for us because, despite our assurances, no one came. That’s it for the store! The burgers aren't that good to keep you waiting for so long.

We had dinner here and enjoyed it! Blueberry basil lemonade was tasty, Truffle parmigiana fries was also good. Classic burger, Truffle burger that we had as a main meal and granny’s secret as a dessert. It was all really good!! Definitely come back! 👍

Burgers delicious, service very good

Completely unmotivated staff loitering and smoking on the floor (to the left of the restaurant).. after what feels like 13 minutes I order a "smoke burger" according to the menu with an Angus patty, cheese, bacon and caramelized onions.. plus a draft beer. .no lie, the burger came almost at the same time as the beer after just under 4 minutes!!!.. the meat was so well done.. it had definitely been on the grill for a long time.. an outrage for the price.. the day was celebrated another handful of staff next to me, smoking another cigarette while I tried to eat the dry meat. Absolute no-go. You really shouldn't be surprised anymore that gastronomy is going down the drain. Embarrassing store

Très bons burgers. Le personnel est sympathique et fait des efforts pour communiquer ce qui n' est pas toujours le cas. Carte en anglais ce qui aide quand on ne connait pas l'allemand. Nous avons mangé deux très bons burgers, l'un à l'avocat et l'autre avec un oeuf. Les frites ne sont pas servies avec votre burger mais sont à commander en supplément. Découverte bien agréable de la boisson sprizer rhubarbe. Nous recommandons.

The burgers were very tasty. The service employee was friendly, committed and gave us detailed advice. Only the women's toilets could be checked and cleaned more regularly.

Overall it's nice to eat here. Unfortunately there are a few things to complain about. It wasn't really very busy and unfortunately the waiter came across as very unprofessional. I had to go through the order with him four times to make sure everything was selected correctly, which took a while... It took a very long time for the drinks to arrive and the drink I ordered wasn't available. I was simply given an alternative without first asking if this was okay. The meat from the burger wasn't really cooked through and an ingredient was forgotten in the fries.

Sat there for 20 minutes and was ignored by the staff even though there wasn't much going on. The waitress couldn't handle a few tables. Bar staff completely stayed out of it. She could have at least said she was coming soon. But being completely ignored is not an option. Got up without ordering.

Haben sich zuerst mit Allergenen nicht ausgekannt und meinten nach spezifischer Nachfrage an Produkte sie können nichts garantieren. Entweder muss die Küche oder das Personal besser geschult werden wie man lösungsorientiert mit den Gästen arbeiten kann. Dann ist mein Glas beim anstoßen gesprungen, das alkoholfreie Getränk sehr süß, normal trink ich trotz allem immer aus aber das war schon über süß, und mein Runny egg Burger war nicht runny sondern scrambled. Vielleicht war die Küche genervt von mir, dass ich eine Glutenunverträglichkeit habe und so viele Fragen stellen musste.
