Great food and excellent service! The four of us arrived without a reservation, and even though the restaurant was quite busy, we were seated immediately. Our server was quick, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. Truly great service! I ordered the Smoke Attack Burger, and it truly lived up to its name—wonderfully smoky and full of flavor. I also had the homemade lemon and mint lemonade, which was very refreshing and delicious. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the quality of the food and service is top-notch—worth the price. Definitely a restaurant I can recommend, especially for burger lovers!

I had the Smoke Attack with classic fries and two sauces. 🍔🍟 Everything was fresh, very tasty, and there was practically no wait – it was really quick. The taste was top-notch! The burger was juicy, the ketchup was okay, and the chili mayo had a pleasant, slightly spicy kick. 🌶️👌 Overall, a visit that's absolutely worth it – I can recommend Jamie's in Mainz just as much as the Frankfurt branch. 👍

Lunch in Mainz. I just found out, but there's also a store near Frankfurt's Römerplatz... There's also one in Ostend in Frankfurt. They also have five other locations in Darmstadt and Mannheim. It's a bit far from Mainz Central Station, but it's conveniently located right in front of Mainz Cathedral. The store is on the first and second floors. The restrooms are on the second floor. On weekdays, from 12:00 to 17:00, they offer a set menu of a burger and fries or salad. According to their website, the hamburger meat is made with Angus beef, never frozen, raised humanely without additives or antibiotics. It is aged for 28 days in each store's dry-aging facility. The chicken is locally raised, 100% natural, and antibiotic-free fillet. The buns are homemade and delivered to each store daily. They apparently also purchase vegetables from the market daily. The staff were incredibly kind! They were kind enough to respond to my poor English, and I felt very comfortable there. *Prices are as of 2024. ●Burger Lunch I chose the CHEESE EXPLOSION CLASSIC 15.90€ Just under 2750 yen. A classic item made with four types of cheese. It came with French fries. A modern smash burger. It had two patties. The outside was crispy and the inside was juicy. It was also delicious. The bun was fluffy and soft, so even though it was quite filling, it was surprisingly easy to eat. I recommend eating it quickly, as the meat juices soaked into the bun. You can choose from Jamie's homemade sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, or chili mayonnaise for your French fries. I chose chili mayonnaise because I didn't understand the language, but I should have gone for the homemade sauce. But it was quite spicy, and delicious for someone who likes spicy food. ●HEIDELBEERE-BASILIKUM-LIMONADE I was torn between beer and lemonade, but I decided on lemonade because I heard it was homemade. I ordered the blueberry basil lemonade, but they also had lemon mint lemonade. They also came in small and large sizes. The photo shows the large size. It's delicious, but it might be a little too sweet for Japanese people. ●CHICKEN CLASSIC 15.90€ Just under 2750 yen. My friend ordered it. He got a set with a salad. I think the salad had bean sprouts in it. Bean sprouts are popular in Japan, but I never thought I'd eat bean sprouts in Germany, lol. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with our burgers. The patties were quite dry. Everything else about the burgers was good, as were the sweet potato fries that came with them. The dry patties unfortunately negatively impacted the entire experience.

I'm not usually a big fan of burgers as they tend to make me feel sad and dirty about half an hour after eating them but my smoke stack burger was very very good. Not greasy, a good patty and just the right amount of fillings. A lovely riesling to go with it and the kids drink was very tasty too.

Stopped by for a late lunch while exploring Mainz. Friendly efficient service and yummy food and drink. We got burgers and they were amazing. The truffle fries and lemonades were also really good.

Not as good as it used to be. The burger patty is more of a smash; the double pack now comes with barbecue sauce, but is still advertised as a classic with two patties. Unfortunately, the fries weren't good at all; one time they were soggy and mushy, and the next attempt was raw inside. The service was very attentive and responded very well to the criticism. For the price, it's no longer acceptable.

From the very first moment, I was greeted with a super friendly welcome by the staff – the team was attentive, warm, and always there with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and I immediately felt welcome. The burger itself was simply perfect: juicy, freshly prepared, and with great, varied ingredients. The sides – especially the crispy fries – were also a delight. Everything was served at a very good pace, with no unnecessary waiting. Conclusion: An all-around convincing experience – I'll definitely be back and recommend this burger joint to anyone who values ​​excellent food and genuinely feel-good service. P.S. The fries were cold, the homemade sodas were warm. It had the feel of a fast food joint. The burgers were okay, although the meat was lukewarm. I'd rather go to the Golden M and not pay half a kidney for ready-made food.

Decent burger spot in Mainz. Ordered two avocado burgers and sweet fries for takeaway. Tip: order over the phone for the best price. Salad didn't seem too fresh but the rest of the veggies were good. Big chunks of fresh avocado. Brioche bun is excellent. The burger patty is large but thin, so I would go with a double patty next time. There is very nice indoor and outdoor seating. I'd go again.

If you want to enjoy a truly delicious meal, you should remember this address and then go there. We received a very friendly and attentive welcome and farewell. In between, we enjoyed some very tasty food and the best refreshing fruit drink ever. We'll definitely be coming back here next time we're in Mainz. Unfortunately, a construction fence has been put up not far from the restaurant. That's not very pleasant. Apparently, it's supposed to be there for the next seven years, until 2032. For us, this is even more reason to support this restaurant with our consumption.

I ordered today through Wolt. The burger itself was good. But putting a slice of tomato with the stem on top of it was only semi-cool and definitely doesn't do justice to the €16 price tag.

We recently went there for burgers and were 100% satisfied. It was super delicious, the sweet potato fries were perfect too. The burgers tasted very fresh, the meat was juicy, and very flavorful. The seating is also super comfortable in a booth downstairs, so you hardly notice the other guests. We'll be back very soon.

I've been to this burger joint several times and have always been very satisfied – delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing: There was sand in my salad, which I unfortunately didn't notice until halfway through eating. This obviously spoiled my experience. Due to time constraints, I didn't say anything on the spot, but I hope it was just a one-time slip-up. I would definitely give the place another chance, but the experience unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place is a complete disaster when it comes to delivery services. It's happened several times that I've ordered through Lieferando, and then my order was canceled one and a half to two hours before closing time, at exactly 10:00 PM, even though they said it was already on its way... Furthermore, the menus on Uber Eats and Lieferando are completely different. Some burgers are available on Lieferando that aren't available on Uber Eats, and the same is true the other way around 🤔🤔 The burgers themselves are good, but the price-performance ratio is a bit exaggerated.

This was my fourth time at Jamys Burger, and it was truly one of the best burgers I've ever had. However, when I was there this week, there was no longer a bun option for the burger (at least according to the server), and the bun they did offer was really just okay. The meat itself was so thick with tough pieces of fat and tendon this time that I didn't want to finish the burger. The sweet potato fries and truffle mayo, however, were delicious as always.

The food came super quickly and was delicious: fries, burgers, sweet potato fries, all highly recommended.

Yes, I can recommend it. The burgers were a bit small for the price but really tasty. But in the deep fryer you should either change the fat every now and then or choose a lower temperature setting. I found the fries to be unsuitable for human consumption. But my boys, who are much closer to the target group than me, thought they were great. We will definitely go back.

Dear readers, Yesterday I was eating in the restaurant with my friends. We were hoping that the atmosphere would give us a great lunch. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out to be a great afternoon. We came to the restaurant at a time when there wasn't much going on. We were shown to a table, unfortunately so far away that we felt excluded. We looked at the cards and everything went as it should. However, the 3 drinks only came after 20 minutes and then after the meal, which, as a restaurant lover, made me very suspicious. The food was terrific, but after we had eaten the food we weren't even asked if we wanted to eat or drink anything else or if we liked it. After waiting 35 minutes, we left the restaurant disappointed. Conclusion: The food was great, but the treatment was against any dignity of the customers. I would have liked to visit the restaurant again in the future, but I was so disappointed by the treatment that I won't visit this restaurant again.

The time between drinks and food was also only five minutes. The food tasted good, but unfortunately it was only lukewarm. The fries for €7.90 were soggy, and it felt like the entire meal had only been lightly warmed up and was probably already a bit sticky. The restaurant wasn't very busy, which could be the reason for this. Conclusion: The value for money is unfortunately not good at all. The bill totaled €120.
