Both the staff and the food are completely convincing. The beautiful ambience that radiates a cozy warmth combined with the Mexican sounds in the background complete the overall picture. What struck me as particularly positive was that the waitresses were all very knowledgeable about the topic and were very good at advising guests who weren't very familiar with Mexican cuisine in all the details with their professional expertise and making good recommendations. Vegetarians and vegans will also get their money's worth here. Full recommendation for this restaurant in the heart of Bielefeld.

It is one of the coziest restaurants in Bielefeld. Everything is beautifully decorated and lit with fairy lights. You feel like you're on vacation - also through the music. The staff is totally friendly and accommodating. The food tasted good and we didn't even finish the main courses, even though we are very good eaters...😉 The homemade lemonades are highly recommended.🍹😋

Cozy Mexican restaurant with good price/performance ratio. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area that can also be used in the transitional period. We ate upstairs, the food was great! but what really made it was the home made hot sauces! Absolutely delicious. Really friendly staff and really nice how they had decorated the terrace, knowledge of the ingredients and a gorgeous vodka lime shot that arrived with the bill. Yum. Had a great time.

We spent a good time in Jalapeno the Owner Mr.Tanus is a very generous respectful man who takes good care of his Restaurant and Guests apart from the good quality of the food and the cleanliness of the place in general. Keep it up i wish you always success and prosperity.

It's a great location all around. The food is delicious and what's really great is that there are salsa parties there too. Very good solution that the lamps above the dining tables are pushed aside to create a dance floor. And what's more, the boss/staff are super friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Something different than usual, nice service

Server ignored us for like an hour while taking other orders. The food is NOT MEXICAN. as an american and a human that enjoys flavor in my food, this place is not it. Who puts some of these ingredients in mexican food. A burrito should NEVER have zucchini, carrots, and corn like what is that, Before serving something that u call texmex/mexican maybe visit america or mexico. The food is bad, the service is bad, but the resturaunts atmosphere is awesome. Dont help them though. 10/10 would not recomend

Six of us ate there last weekend. Delicious! At the end the boss mixed us drinks with and without alcohol - on the house! He then told us about his passion for Mexican cuisine and showed us his photos of the pepperoni that he grows himself at home. Everything is fresh and homemade. Great value for money! Mexican restaurant on the 1st floor. For the first time there, pleasantly surprised, very clean, fast and friendly service, nice innkeeper. Keep it up 👍🏽 Unfortunately, on the second visit we were lied to when we asked about the accuracy of the drink we ordered!! The owner or employee noticed our dissatisfaction and then served the drink we ordered from the menu. Next visit more than doubtful...

By far the best Mexican restaurant I've been to so far! The service is incredibly professional and personable, we celebrated a graduation there and every little detail was taken care of! ☺️ Afterwards there was something on the house from the boss himself :) So both the food and the staff are great, we will come back and can only recommend the restaurant!😊

I ordered a burrito. The spicy red sauce and sour cream really took the burrito to a new level. Fresh salad with delicious fries. The atmosphere is very nice and the great service made you feel right at home. The toilet was also super clean. I was surprised by the candy bar at the entrance. Really great idea! We will come back! The food is super good. Each time I had something different on the menu. The cocktails are also great and taste delicious. The only drawback is that it is always incredibly warm in the restaurant. And unfortunately makes the stay unpleasant. Even if it's full, you can get your food and drinks quickly. The resta6 is highly recommended

Wir sind begeistert! Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Servicepersonal ist super nett und hilft gerne bei fragen und gibt Tipps bei bei der Wahl der richtigen Soße. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es bei uns kein vergleichbares Restaurant gibt, würden wir die Fahrt von einer Stunde erneut in Kauf nehmen.

Gerne wieder. 17 Uhr 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder mit Kinderstuhl , super essen super Service. Ein bisschen ist das Ambiente abgenutzt aber dafür stimmt der Service mit dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Essen ist jedes Mal sehr gut und schön angerichtet, Preis/Leistung stimmt auch. Schön ist außerdem die kleine Candybar, an der sich jeder zum Schluss bedienen kann. Am liebsten sitze ich immer im Wintergarten, der ist zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr gemütlich und eignet sich gut für einen Cocktailabend mit Freunden. Tipp: Die verschiedenen Aktionstage beachten, stehen alle auf der Website.

Sehr leckeres Essen und super freundliches Personal. Vor Ort Parken ist Innenstadt-typisch etwas schwierig, aber es lohnt sich. Klare Empfehlung.

Also dieses Restaurant kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen:( Das Personal ist unfreundlich und das Essen nicht authentisch. Das kann daran liegen, dass weder das Essen noch der Inhaber oder das Personal etwas mit der mexikanischen Kultur gemeinsam hat. Ich war wirklich unzufrieden. Ich habe dort viel Geld für nicht leckeres Essen ausgegeben. Sogar als ich dem Restaurant eine zweite Chance geben wollte, wurde ich wieder enttäuscht und es hat sich nix geändert. Ich kann den Besuch Vorort nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ich bin 13 Jahre alt und das ist jetzt das erste mal, dass ich mexikanisch gegessen habe und bin sehr beeindruckt. Das Personal war super motiviert und freundlich. Das Essen ist zwar etwas teurer, aber das Geld ist es auf jeden Fall Wert.

Nach meinem letzten Wrap hatte Ich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Das Essen hat mit mexikanischem Essen nichts zu tun und war auch ungeachtet der Nachfolgen, nicht wirklich lecker. Keine Empfehlung von mir.

Das essen war sehr gut, von der Menge bis zum Geschmack. Cocktail s waren auch sehr lecker. Service war top Ambiente war ebenso sehr gut. Werden gerne wieder kommen.

Man wird schnell satt vom Essen und bei dem Preis ist es verdient ☺️ außerdem wird verpackt wenn man nicht fertig ist. Sieht man nicht bei jedem. Also meinetwegen hätze es 6 von 5 Sternen verdient und Chili Wettbewerb war auch der Hammer. Glückwunsch an den 1. Platzierten 😅

Ein richtig tolles Restaurant mit einem schönen Ambiente und einer wirklich sehr freundlichen Bedienung! Allerdings habe ich mich hinterher beim Bezahlen erschrocken! Deswegen einen Stern Abzug, weil mich/uns das davon abhält öfters extra von GT dorthin zu kommen! Dazu kommt noch das teure Parkhaus!!! 2 Std. 7,20€ zusätzlich!!! Grundsätzlich passt das Preisleistungs Verhältnis in meinen Augen einfach nicht so richtig! Trotzdem danke für den schönen Abend 😉

Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal beim Hot Chili Battle dabei und muss sagen... Immer wieder gerne. Die Moderatoren und die Chilis, diesmal andere als bei der vorherigen Veranstaltung, waren super. Zum Ende hin war es auch ein harter Wettkampf mit einem geteilten ersten Platz. Highlight ist auch immer die candy Bar

Schade , wollte Mittagessen… das Gemüse war hart … das Fleisch war geschmacklos… auf die Frage was es für Soßen gibt kam die Antwort ,,steht auf Seite 2,, der Junge Kellner war mehr wie nicht motiviert… lag vielleicht auch daran das er noch nicht gefrühstückt hatte … das holten Sie am Nachbar Tisch nach … was mich sehr gewundert hat um 14 h nachdem das Restaurant erst um 13 h auf macht ….

Der vegane Grillteller ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Fettiges Gemüse und dazu zwei kleine phantasielose Dips mit zwei Mini Baguettescheiben. Leute,es gibt vegane Aioli o.ä. das ist kein Hexenwerk. Für 16,90 Euro sollte es schon schmecken. Zum Wein kein Leitungswasser auszugeben ist auch nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Wir gehen viel Essen in Bielefeld und ihr seid da tatsächlich bisher die einzigen die das nicht machen.

Das erste Mal tatsächlich so lecker mexikanisch in Deutschland gegessen. Die Portionen sind groß und die Zutaten sehr frisch. Insbesondere die kleine abgedeckte Terrasse ist lebendig eingerichtet und lässt gute Laune aufkommen, selbst in der kalten Jahreszeit, fühlt man sich der Sonne näher. Vorallem die Bedienung war super freundlich. Da schmeckt das Essen noch viel besser und schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre, wo man gerne hingeht. Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Essen ist super gelungen und die Cocktails sind auch gut. Mein persönlicher favorite ist der mexican dream. Service ist super freundlich gewesen und das Ambiente zeugt von einem gelungenen Lokal. War das erste und definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Leider etwas enttäuscht vom Essen, sehr schade, weil man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und das Ambiente zum verweilen einlädt. Gutes mexikanisches Essen in Deutschland zu finden ist wirklich schwer. Die Vorspeise war eine Überraschung im negativen Sinne, denn die Fotos in der Speisekarte versprachen mehr. Für eine Person wäre es vielleicht eine gute Portion gewesen, aber zu viert leider nicht. Dennoch war der Geschmack ganz gut. Wenn die Häppchen etwas größer wären, ist es eine gute Vorspeise. Von der Hauptspeise bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Bei einer Quesadilla erwarte ich normalerweise, dass er Käse schöne Fäden zieht wenn man sie hochnimmt, wobei diese noch ganz ok war. Die Chili con Carne war sehr schwach, sehr hoher Säureanteil. Dies lag vermutlich daran, dass es nur Tomate mit Hackfleisch war. Sie wurde nicht lange genug eingekocht.

Hi Ich war am Samstag Abend mit Begleitung da. Habe den Babacoa Buritto bestellt. An sich super Portion, war sehr lecker. Aber ich und meine Begleitung hatten beide Haare (Barthaare??) im Essen. Ich unter den Wedges und meine Begleitung im Dip. Uns verging der Appetit, und das wo wir fast fertig mit essen waren. Habe das dem Kellner gesagt, er sagte nur er wird das in der Küche weiter geben. Und dann?

Sehr cooles Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl an veganem Essen, hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Personal war super freundlich.

Sind spontan nach der Stadt in den Laden rein, um eventuell was leckeres mexikanischen Essen mit nach Hause zu nehmen.... Als ich auf der Karte meine Lieblings-Tequiliamarke entdeckt habe, habe ich 2 kurze (trotz des mächtigen Preises von JE 6€ für 0,2ct) bestellt; Ich hab bestimmt 2 oder 3 mal erwähnt, dass ich aber bitte den Silver möchte und nicht den Goldenen! Dennoch brachte der Kellner 2 Goldene, für einen stolzen Preis von insgesamt 12€! Und dann noch ohne irgendwas dabei (z.B Zitrone). Als ich dann das Essen bestellt hatte, habe ich extra erwähnt, dass wir nur eine Portion nehmen (wir waren zu zweit) und als es dann fertig war, lautete die Rechnung 52€ Es wurde einfach eine 2. Portion zubereitet und abkassiert, ohne das ich das wollte oder bestellt hatte! Nie Wieder!

Food came out quick, but I was pretty disappointed with the fajitas flavor; tasted quite bland to me. The tortillas were good, but rice and cheese were also just okay. The best part of the meal was the mango lemonade.

Ich hatte spareribs, die relativ ok waren. Mein Kumpel hatte einen vegetarischen Burrito und fand den relativ lecker. Das Ambiente war top. Der Service größtenteils super, eine Kellnerin war mir etwas zu schroff.

Fijn Mexicaans restaurant met goede service! Ik betwijfel of dit echt authentiek Mexicaans eten is, maar het was desalniettemin erg lekker. We waren hier voor het eerst en de serveerster gaf goede tips. Ook is het prettig om in de patio te zitten, omdat er frisse lucht is, maar toch beschut vanwege de doeken. Een aanrader in Bielefeld!

Wir waren als Gruppe zum Abendessen dort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service: Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und für den ein oder anderen Witz "zu haben". Den letzten Stern gibt's, wenn mehr Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Zum Beispiel: Die Nachos als Vorspeise wurden etwas lieblos serviert (ohne überbackenen Käse), auch die Margaritas hatten keinen Salzrand. Im Gesamten hat es uns geschmeckt 😋
