The food was fantastic! No ifs, ands, or buts. The waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was quite lively but lovely. And beautifully lit at night.

We've been to Jacky's several times now and are always thrilled with the food. Whether it's pizza, pasta, or schnitzel, everything is delicious and the portions are more than generous. They're happy to accommodate requests, which, to me, is a sign that everything is truly freshly prepared. The service is excellent! Very courteous and attentive! We will definitely be back. The ambiance is very modern. Not all the seats are ergonomically designed, but even that can be adjusted upon request. The outdoor area is also beautifully integrated into the overall concept. Reservations are definitely recommended for dinner!

We made a reservation for 5:30 pm at this stylish restaurant in Ettenheim. The welcome was very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was extremely friendly, humorous, and attentive—just as you'd hope. This fantastic restaurant comes highly recommended. We've already planned another visit. Cashless payment is accepted. Parking is available right at the restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended.

We had dinner at this restaurant after a long day at Europa Park and we weren't disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the location, the decor, the service, and especially the food were incredible! We'll be back, I highly recommend it.

This is a truly special location (a glasshouse) and therefore has a unique atmosphere inside. You can eat here from breakfast to lunch to dinner. This time we went for breakfast and it was simply fantastic, as you can see in the pictures! The quantity and selection are more than sufficient, even for hungry people. Everything was fresh and tasted great – always a welcome place to eat!

We went there for dinner with our two children (3 and 5). The staff gave us a super friendly welcome. The food and drinks arrived very quickly and were absolutely delicious! Both the pizza and the pasta were great. Our children couldn't quite finish their meals because of the amount, but they kindly packed up the leftovers for us. We can absolutely recommend this restaurant without reservation.

A wonderful discovery today! The setting is lovely, and the dishes are beautiful, generous, and delicious. Honestly, it's worth the trip because you eat very well in an exceptional setting. Dogs are welcome.

The ambiance is lovely; I really like the lighting. The food is delicious, although the prices are a bit high. The service is friendly and attentive. I recommend the fancy tiered serving trays for the appetizers. Otherwise, it's fine Italian cuisine.

First of all, I have to praise the very cool service. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was friendly, and what I noticed was the speed. I had bruschetta, which was okay, but not served on bread like the classic kind. It was served like a pizza, which I don't usually like, so I have to deduct a star. The main course, the steak, was cooked to perfection. The meat had quite a bit of fat, which was fine, and it was tasty. With the pretzel, I would have preferred it not to be served as a plated dish, but rather just the meat on the plate with the side dishes on the side. On the positive side, the chairs aren't too close together, and there's plenty of space. All in all, I can recommend it with a clear conscience and will come back to try other dishes; then maybe it will get a 5-star rating. This is all nitpicking, but I can only give 5 stars if everything is perfect, which it almost is, and perhaps it will be soon.

Best fish platter in ages – more than generous, every fish cooked to perfection and superbly seasoned, accompanied by delicious pasta, al dente and also perfectly seasoned. And everything "before and after" – aperitif, amuse-bouche, salad, wine, schnapps… truly recommendable!

First-class food, great atmosphere (albeit noisy when full), but most importantly: a huge compliment to our server Mandy! Friendly, personable, and very attentive. P.S. A note (not a point against the restroom): The toilet seat in the back was cracked, and later that evening the towel dispenser was broken.

We wanted to celebrate a special day and were looking for a special restaurant – and with Jacky's Glasshouse, we hit the jackpot. The ambiance is exceptional and very atmospheric, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The diverse menu is also impressive, offering something for everyone. A truly wonderful experience – we'll definitely be back!

We, as a couple, came here very spontaneously and received friendly but unobtrusive service from the outside. The food we ordered arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection; I had braised ox cheeks, so tender! 👍 The waiter seemed completely relaxed and not stressed at all. We felt very comfortable, so the evening lasted longer than planned.

Update: Today, unfortunately, everything was a bit too rushed, resulting in a soggy pizza and a cold lentil salad. And you're out of there very quickly because you feel a bit rushed.

Meat dishes aren't cheap, but they are reasonably priced, and there are more affordable options like pizza and pasta. Unfortunately, while the service was friendly, we had to wait 20 minutes each for soft drinks, meaning we didn't have any during our meal despite ordering them immediately. Be prepared for some patience on busy weekends, and making a reservation is advisable.

Nice place, food was good, great service

The restaurant was located near the hotel. We showed up without a reservation and were seated near the entrance. The staff spoke English. Our order was taken quickly and the food arrived fairly quickly. The portions were large, and the food was very tasty and high-quality. We ordered two pastas, tea, and a beer, for 55 euros. I'm taking off one star for the wait for the bill; we waited about 15 minutes for it. After a long drive, we were very tired and wanted to get some rest, but we had to wait while the waiter went out for a smoke and took the order of a family of five who arrived after we'd asked for the bill. It's impossible to serve everyone at once; someone would end up losing money! And that was us.

We received a very warm welcome and had such a lovely evening all around, so we immediately reserved a table for the following evening and rounded off our weekend with breakfast. The ambiance was stylish and cozy, the food excellent. A chef who pursues his work with tangible passion. The service was very friendly and always present without being intrusive. Dining like you don't experience very often these days. Many thanks to the entire team; we felt very comfortable! It's just a shame we had such a long journey—otherwise, we would definitely be your new regulars. But we will definitely be back as soon as the opportunity arises!

Nice ambiance, but of course it costs money, which is reflected in the menu. I ordered a medium rump steak for around €35, and it was still half raw. Where else would you pay under €30! Several things were forgotten or delivered incorrectly. There were 15 of us and we brought a birthday cake. They charged €3.50 per person for service (bringing plates), and over €50 for a cake you brought from home and cut yourself! I've never experienced anything like that before; it's a total rip-off! Expect to pay around €40 per person for a meal and two drinks.

The food was fantastic! We had an antipasti plate for two! It was delicious and plentiful. We also had a Primitivo and a local white wine! Fantastico. The service was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. We sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the sunset. Wonderful. Later, when it got cooler, the young man who served us even brought me a blanket without me asking for it. Now that's service! 🤩

A modern restaurant with a huge menu (mainly Italian). The prices are average, but the portions are enormous. We both ordered a plate of pasta without a starter but couldn't finish it. Most people took their leftovers home, which they kindly packaged. The quality of our pasta was very good. The espresso was also very good. A wonderful experience!

The bruschetta should have been served quicker. The next course came quickly. Tables that arrived after us had their food served much earlier, hence the deduction.

A dream of glass and wood, so bright and inviting that even the sun wants to stay longer. The food? Mediterranean, fresh, and so good that you wonder why you should even go on vacation. Top-notch service, generous portions, a lovely atmosphere – and if you're not full after the meal, it's your own fault. Perfect for Europa-Park visitors, romantic evenings, or simply to "just grab a quick bite to eat"... and then still be sitting there three hours later.

The glass house is beautiful and the antipasti plate for two people is delicious with lots of different vegetables and sausages, etc.

It was such a small but meaningful detail that made the experience all the more enjoyable for our family. If you’re anywhere near this place (or even if you’re not), it’s more than worth the detour. Went during summer after a long day at Europa-park. Best decision ever. The food, the service, the place, everything contributed to a great evening to end our very long and hot day. The quality-price ratio is pretty good! P.s. I (very) highly recommend the penne bolognese all ragout. It should be the signature dish.. one of the best I've ever had!

Here we enjoyed our dessert, since we had already eaten elsewhere and our hotel is next door. What lovely people work here! Our dog was more than welcome and got water right away. The dessert was super tasty and lots of it! The decor is beautiful and outside on the terrace it doesn't feel like you're in an industrial area at all. You eat outside between the olive trees.
