I ate there with my son two days in a row and we were thrilled with the impressive location, the super friendly service and the delicious food :-) !!!

The restaurant is magnificent! The staff speaks French, and the menus are in three languages: very convenient. We had pizzas, breaded slices, and gnocchi; everything was very good. And the online reservation option is also convenient.

The location is truly something very special – stylish, cozy, and perfect for any occasion. Whether for a romantic event, a celebration, or just a relaxing getaway – absolutely recommended! A huge compliment also goes to Markus, who was working there that day. He was so incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm that we immediately felt welcome. Truly top-notch service and a great sense of humanity – you don't find that very often these days. Thank you so much for this unforgettable day! I will definitely be back and can only recommend Jacky's Glashaus to everyone.

The restaurant was located near the hotel. We showed up without a reservation and were seated near the entrance. The staff spoke English. Our order was taken quickly and the food arrived fairly quickly. The portions were large, and the food was very tasty and high-quality. We ordered two pastas, tea, and a beer, for 55 euros. I'm taking off one star for the wait for the bill; we waited about 15 minutes for it. After a long drive, we were very tired and wanted to get some rest, but we had to wait while the waiter went out for a smoke and took the order of a family of five who arrived after we'd asked for the bill. It's impossible to serve everyone at once; someone would end up losing money! And that was us.

It's become my new local. It's only a 10-minute drive from Europa-Park. It's wheelchair accessible.

Highly recommended! We stumbled across Jacky's Glass House by chance. We received a very warm welcome and had such a lovely evening all around, so we immediately reserved a table for the following evening and rounded off our weekend with breakfast. The ambiance was stylish and cozy, the food excellent. A chef who pursues his work with tangible passion. The service was very friendly and always present without being intrusive. Dining like you don't experience very often these days. Many thanks to the entire team; we felt very comfortable! It's just a shame we had such a long journey—otherwise, we would definitely be your new regulars. But we will definitely be back as soon as the opportunity arises!

We stumbled upon this place by chance. But it was just what we needed. Great atmosphere, a fantastic menu, and very friendly staff. We couldn't decide what to eat because there were so many wonderful dishes on the menu. The food was delicious. A beautiful view from the glasshouse at sunset. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

The food was fantastic! We had an antipasti plate for two! It was delicious and plentiful. We also had a Primitivo and a local white wine! Fantastico. The service was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. We sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the sunset. Wonderful. Later, when it got cooler, the young man who served us even brought me a blanket without me asking for it. Now that's service! 🤩

A modern restaurant with a huge menu (mainly Italian). The prices are average, but the portions are enormous. We both ordered a plate of pasta without a starter but couldn't finish it. Most people took their leftovers home, which they kindly packaged. The quality of our pasta was very good. The espresso was also very good. A wonderful experience!

Very delicious food in a great location, and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. The bruschetta should have been served quicker. The next course came quickly. Tables that arrived after us had their food served much earlier, hence the deduction.

We love going there and always feel comfortable and well looked after at Jacky's Glashaus. The food is delicious, the service very friendly and attentive. It's also a beautiful location. You can feel and experience the passion and professionalism. The price/performance ratio is consistent and reasonable. That's why you'll see us often at Jacky's Glashaus. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jacky's Glass House is like a vacation in a greenhouse – only without the watering can, but with red wine. 🌿🍷 The architecture? A dream of glass and wood, so bright and inviting that even the sun wants to stay longer. The food? Mediterranean, fresh, and so good that you wonder why you should even go on vacation. Top-notch service, generous portions, a lovely atmosphere – and if you're not full after the meal, it's your own fault. Perfect for Europa-Park visitors, romantic evenings, or simply to "just grab a quick bite to eat"... and then still be sitting there three hours later.

The glass house is beautiful and the antipasti plate for two people is delicious with lots of different vegetables and sausages, etc.

It's improved over the last six months. A definite recommendation, especially if the boss is in-house and present. But there's still room for improvement.

High prices? Yes, but the quality is right, and that's what matters. We'll be happy to come back. Both young and old will find what they're looking for here.

We were here for dinner and were greeted very warmly by the owner! The starters and salad were very good, the pizza was good, but for €18.50 it has to be the best ever; the prices for pizza and main courses are generally too high! The service was exceptionally friendly and fast! The biggest drawback was the temperature of the wines; the red wine was much too warm, the white wine not cool enough!

Excellent is an understatement. The chicken breast was the best I've ever eaten in my life: tender, juicy. And I usually don't like chicken breast. The Fitness Salad, incredibly good! It combines fruits, vegetables, raw ingredients. It has a unique taste. The location is gorgeous. New. Modern. Bright. Attentive and friendly service. I could eat here every day.

It was such a small but meaningful detail that made the experience all the more enjoyable for our family. If you’re anywhere near this place (or even if you’re not), it’s more than worth the detour. Went during summer after a long day at Europa-park. Best decision ever. The food, the service, the place, everything contributed to a great evening to end our very long and hot day. The quality-price ratio is pretty good! P.s. I (very) highly recommend the penne bolognese all ragout. It should be the signature dish.. one of the best I've ever had!

Here we enjoyed our dessert, since we had already eaten elsewhere and our hotel is next door. What lovely people work here! Our dog was more than welcome and got water right away. The dessert was super tasty and lots of it! The decor is beautiful and outside on the terrace it doesn't feel like you're in an industrial area at all. You eat outside between the olive trees.

This is a beautiful designed place where I enjoyed a decent breakfast a couple of days ago. Place and atmosphere are stunning, for my taste some croissant for breakfast would have been nice.

Great location in Ettenheim. We reserved a table at short notice via the website and received friendly service. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is good, and the portions are very generous. My ox cheeks were super tender, and my partner's pasta was also perfectly seasoned and delicious.

A super nice restaurant, but unfortunately, the service was a bit overwhelmed. We were a large group (15 girls) and were asked to pre-order breakfast, but unfortunately, there were no croissants available. No alternative was offered.

It was once again excellent. Top-notch service, thoughtful, and very child-friendly. The food was a bit overpriced, but justified. Large portions (except for the ravioli, which could have been a bit larger), fresh, and quick, even for a restaurant this size. You can see into the open, glass-fronted kitchen. As for the manager, I was a server myself for decades, and I love how present he is, always with a friendly, smiling face. He doesn't act like the boss, but also lends a hand and gets things done. Simply great. Clean restaurant with clean restrooms. If there were a singer like Murray Hockridge, it would be even more perfect than it already is. I would also give it 10 stars. My friends and I wanted to find a nice modern restaurant with quality food and on recommendation we booked a table at Jackys Glashaus. It met all our expectations. Kind, helpful and express service brought us a fantastic culinary experience. The risotto was perfectly prepared as well as the meat and the sweet dessert. In summer there is the possibility. to sit outside. There is accessibility, plenty of parking spaces and two charging stations for electric cars. The food tastes excellent and is sufficient even for “good eaters”. The ambience is very appealing, only the background noise is somewhat reminiscent of the train station hall when there is more going on. But to a tolerable extent. Small note: a little more greenery and flowers would be nice.

We spontaneously booked a JGA breakfast at Jacky's Glashaus and it was simply great, brilliant and lovingly prepared. We had two vegans with us, for whom we were even allowed to bring our own breakfast, which was also lovingly prepared. We were ignored as much as possible by the staff once again (it wasn't our first visit). Everything took forever. After we had the meal there was no opportunity to order dessert. Instead of charging us, they preferred to talk to regular guests for 20 minutes. Therefore: Never again, a fancy location doesn't make up for everything...

I was expecting something more, I got disappointed, food is NOT extraordinary, service was unfriendly, the blonde 👱‍♀️ waitress was like unhappy ☹️ with us. Pizza is ok, but nothing that makes it unique. Over priced!! And really not worth it, even the music was crap. It’s just because it’s the only modern restaurant in a tiny town, but nothing else. Last comment… menu for kids it’s just so kids unfriendly!!!!

We visit Jacky's Glass House quite often. On transit between Holland and Italy. The food is always very good, but last Monday the lamb carré was the best lamb we have ever eaten. Top class! We went to Jacky's Glass House for a birthday brunch with 15 people and everyone was thrilled, the service was outstanding, always there without you really noticing it, a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The portions were enough for everyone, no wish was left unfulfilled and the atmosphere is spacious, modern, not too loud and, above all, not too crowded. Perfect all around.
