Very tasty food, fast service. Unfortunately, the combination of tamarind sauce and too much broccoli doesn't work at all; it's better to use other vegetables here.

Ordered through Lieferando, the food came quickly and tasted fresh, the crunchy rolls were also slightly warm. The only drawback: only chopsticks were delivered as cutlery, but since we didn't explicitly ask for a fork/spoon and order them at the hotel, that was our mistake.

Ordered through Wolt. Delivery takes place via our own driver. Restaurant doesn't answer the phone & food didn't come.

Normally I don't judge, I don't really care but today I just have to do it. The food was better than in a good restaurant and that for a delivery service, be it in terms of taste or the presentation with the perfectly seasoned components - just wow, I'm at a loss for words. Short version yummy, thank you very much for that. Always happy

They work very slowly and wait a long time

It tasted good and Uber Eats delivered quickly. Unfortunately the maki were simply rolled very sloppily. Out of 18 only 6 neat and tight. The rest fell apart and half of the avocado was already heavily oxidized. Very unfortunate

We've been waiting for 1.5 hours. Every 5 minutes the delivery status changes by another 5 minutes, and this has been going on for almost an hour now. The driver doesn't answer, appears to be standing at the restaurant, he's supposedly been "on the road" for half an hour... absolute disaster. Either the store is absurdly poorly managed, or extremely slow, or ridiculously disorganized. But that's just a disgrace.

As long as you just order the food, it's okay if you see the kitchen you don't want to order it a second time, even though the food was delicious.

Half of the order was wrong. I called the store and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. 45 Later there was still nothing so I called again. I was told they haven't taken care of it yet and will do it soon. I set a deadline of 20 minutes. 1 hour after the second call, still no one came. So almost 2 hours of waiting for a replacement delivery that never arrived. The right half of the delivery was good. The soy sauce was extremely salty

CAREFUL! Ordered over Uber eats, they accepted the order but never delivered. Phone number on file doesn't even exist. And I'm only 400 meters away. What a shame! Edit: I’m running after my money for almost three weeks now. Got a promise to receive a payback until this noon, turns out it’s just another lie. Btw I took a picture of their kitchen, not sure if I’d order there…

They delivered the food extremely late (2:30 h late). The worst thing is that they didn't even apologize. The delivery lady was just chilling talking over the phone. Such a bad service.

NEVER AGAIN! We ordered, unfortunately only 3 of 4 dishes came. Also there were only 5 rolls in a box instead of 6. When I called, I was told that I would be called back and that something would be considered. After there was no call back, I called again. The same game again. At the end I was told something about a refund - but we wanted the dish! After waiting for over an hour, it was definitely not okay. Of course the lady didn't call back. So: absolutely not recommended! Way too expensive for bad service!

Great food to grab as take out and eat at home. Sushis are well made

Absolute impudence!!! Waited 2 hours for the food and shortly before it was supposed to arrive the store canceled... It doesn't work at all!

I would prefer not to give a star. We waited over an hour for our confirmed delivery. 20 minutes before arrival our order was canceled by the restaurant. Telephone contact is not possible because the telephone is probably just a decoration. Absolute disappointment!

Ordered via uber eats. Delivery on time. Food is delicious 🤤. Portions are huge. Thank you!

Food hasn't arrived in the time frame they provided and the phone number they put in Uber eats isn't valid so there's no way to contact them.

The curry and pho were fresh and very tasty. Super!

We were happy with the JACCI petite order! Delivery was quick and the sushi and curry were simply delicious. I was particularly impressed by the environmentally friendly packaging, which is a clear sign of the company's commitment to the environment. I can only recommend it and will definitely order again.
