Food was great and with some authentic Vietnamese dishes! Had the crispy rice with caramelised fish sauce pork - delicious! Also served complimentary Vietnamese coffee at the end which was a sweet touch! :)

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience here. Unfortunately, the dish I wanted to try (duck tongue) was not available and the lime iced tea is only available in summer. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was only warm and cooled down quickly. The restaurant itself wasn't very heated either, so it was a bit cold at the window. There was also a little foil under my pork belly burger, which was a bit stupid and difficult to eat. The service was ok, but not super friendly either. Overall, the food was good and there was a large selection of dishes. All in all, the many (smaller) negative points led to the three stars.

Delicious food, got the pork spring rolls, pork dim sum (different types), chicken pho, mango sticky rice, and the lil bao wow and wow wow wow loved it all, would recommend all of those things but the pork spring rolls with the sauce was the best. great evening thank you

I’ve eaten here couple of times. Food is always fairly good, but it doesn’t justify such high prices. The stuff was never friendly. The last straw was two days ago - having a person with severe gluten intolerance in the group, we extra checked if the allergy guide was correct - it was entirely off. There was no indication of gluten even for meals that come with bread (bread wasn’t mentioned in the description). Pointing this to the waiter and saying this can be dangerous caused him to be increasingly very visibly annoyed with us. Upon deciding to leave, he aggressively took the menus off our table and talked loudly about us with his colleague. Obviously not returning there anymore. I’m not paying min 15€ for meal only to be treated like this.

Very unfriendly place. I asked if the meal has gluten and the weiter said yes, although it was not stated in the menu. He was very rude and gossiping with his colleague about us in front of us. You should have more polite people and pay more attention on the allergens.

The ambience is a matter of taste, I actually think it's pretty cool! Lots of details and fun ideas. Otherwise a flop. I received baos with visible blue mold. Let go back, no apology or response. And in the end should I still pay them? Starters were lukewarm and seemed microwaved. You could get over all of that, but one of the two waiters was so unfriendly that it was definitely the last visit. There really is enough in the area.

The place is very cool. The decoration is very nice. The treatment received by the waiter was very bad, very bad. For this reason alone I will not return. Don't come, in Berlin there are 1000 much better and cheaper Vietnamese. The “best burger in Berlin” with a burnt flavor.

I've been a guest here for over ten years, including in the other store Sian, I've always been completely satisfied, but now people are treated so unfriendly here, I've never experienced anything like that in 19 years in Berlin. The food is good, the prices are a bit too high, but the service is so miserably bad that I will never come back. What a shame!!

Overpriced. Banh mi was flavourless. Restaurant is filthy. Bottom of the table was covered in brown sauce which stained our pants. Bowl of chilis they gave us was full of mold. Really bad experience.

En un momento, noté que el jefe hablaba con bastante dureza al equipo frente a los clientes, lo que creó un ambiente incómodo. El personal estaba haciendo todo lo posible, pero se notaba que no estaban siendo tratados con respeto. Como cliente, es desalentador ver que se habla con los empleados, lo que afecta a toda la experiencia gastronómica. La comida puede traer gente, pero la forma en que se administra un lugar afecta si regresaría o no.

Burnt rice tasted too crispy and a little hard for me, but it was a great experience. I like the vegetables and pork dish that goes with it. I ordered a yummy dessert. They gave these seeds to munch while waiting for the dish. What I found weird was the bathroom tissue instead of napkins. 😆 overall, it was an excellent experience!

I’ve ordered always the same dish at this place which comes with pumpkin and sweet potatoes. This time for some reason the plate was full of tofu with no sign of the other two ingredients. I’ve mentioned this to the waitress. Instead of coming with a solution, he argued back mentioning that the dish has never come with those two ingredients. I told him I always order the same, therefore I know, but he rudely insisted this has never been part of that dish. The quality of this place and the service has definitely go down. Not really a great experience for the price.

Great experience! There are also more unusual foods here such as frog legs or goose tongues. In addition, of course, there is also authentic Vietnamese food such as Pho or Ban Mi. Everything is very tasty. And the prices are okay, not particularly cheap, but reasonable.

We had to return one of the dishes because it was unfortunately already old. The soup was okay, but nothing earth-shattering. And the price on the outside was on the other side of the menu.

The most authentic place I've yet eaten at in Berlin. True, the staff doesn't understand me, but that makes the experience even more authentic for me. Loved the pho soup, lemonade and really special burgers! Definitely worth a try if you want a different burger, it doesn't even cost much more than a typical Berlin burger!

First of all, I really like the streetfood like snack here but it is a bit expensive. But it is still ok as they are all special. However, the main dishes like Pho was very bland like they forgot to season it. I have heard good things about this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. At the moment I stepped inside I did not feel welcomed which was very sad. During and at the end of the meal I was not asked how they were. If they had asked me, I would have told the feedback. The decoration was good and retro but it has not been cleaned for a long time so I could see spider web everywhere.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Greeted upon arrival to an unfriendly host, when we ordered the wrong dish by accident, the servers said, ‘We don’t care what you ordered’ and continued to ignore us by putting the dish on our table. Worst service I’ve experienced in my life. Only thing good about the restaurant was the decor.

Absolute tourist trap, the Pho was completely random and the curry was cold. Prices are overpriced and the service is poor. When we pointed out the cold food, there was no apology but rather accusations as to why we didn't tell them straight away. Wow - thanks for nothing.

I haven't experienced such unfriendly and unmotivated employees in a long time. You can't speak of service. The pho was very sad and the banh mi had little to do with a banh mi. All the Vietnamese restaurants down the street offer more and indicate in good time how to pay

Summary: good beef pho with ok service in a stuffy Vietnamese street food style atmosphere at a fair price Best dish: pho with beef Dishes (- negative / = ok / + positive): + pho with beef: nice flavor of the beef, a bit on the fatty side but that also makes it nice and tender; soup base was well-seasoned but i have had better; unfortunately they just toss the lime into the soup, which makes it hard to squeeze it and I almost burned my fingers, normally you receive it on the side; noodles are nice with a good bite and as far as i read homemade - ordered the beef rare which didn’t work out Service: = ok, but not noteworthy; stood up to pay to make it faster Price: + fair price for value for the lunch pho at €9.4 Atmosphere: - too stuffy with a bit of a bad smell inside - a bit dirty = sitting on plastic stools adds to the street food style atmosphere, but for a longer meal it’s not comofortable My rating system - I focus on the food first and foremost. I aim to be truthful and try not to be biased by friendly service or other circumstances. 5*: excellent - I am rigorous in handing out 5* ratings 4*: good 3*: ok 2*: bad 1*: terrible

The food was maybe worthy of an award 3 years ago, now it tastes like microwave fras (the “grilled spare ribs”), the pho soup makes instant ramen better, apart from the fact that the beef is more suitable for chewing muscle training than for consumption . The only thing tasty about the Young Bun Burger was the coleslaw, the tofu and the bread was tasteless and boringly unseasoned. The waiter was taciturn and unmotivated, as if his parents had forced him to do so. The ambience is flooded with incense sticks (which wouldn't be a bad thing), but every now and then there's a bit of toilet smell. You enter the toilets through a thick, disgusting carpet. In addition, they are dirty and/or not lockable. (women's toilet) However, they do justice to the Asian street food style with the plastic stools. (Which is the only reason for the 2nd star)

Don’t be put off by this restaurant being cash-only - it’s well worth the detour to the cash machine! Food was divine: so tasty and fresh, and the service was speedy and faultless. Definitely recommend getting the homemade iced tea, we had to order seconds of this! We will definitely be back!

Very nice and lovingly Vietnamese styled restaurant, like in Saigon on the street. Small selection of food and rather expensive. Lots of burger dishes, I had eaten more varied and better in Saigon.

Firstly, and most importantly they are cash only! It would have been good to know that they are cash only when we arrived - they didn’t tell us when we sat down. Luckily we had enough cash for our party but you could easily get caught out. Pork and egg starter was delicious but it would be better if it was a main and came with rice. I got the half chicken with rice and it was very generous serving. Probably would have fed two! Service was fine. They had a dog in the restaurant that barked at one of our party when they went the wrong way to the toilet.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately very rude and unfriendly staff. Do not come here with children, they are treated as a burden here. Food quality and taste is below average. Do yourself the favor and go to a different Vietnamese restaurant. RESPONSE: Your reply is a proof of your rudeness. The moment we entered the restaurant, your staff gave us rude looks and all staff behavior point to the fact that children are DEFINITELY NOT welcomed at your restaurant. Just for you review readers: we have a 5 year old who quietly sat down at the table and a one year old who „dared“ to take a napkin and a chopstick to play with. There you go. I guess in the Vietnamese culture an authoritative „Erziehungsstil“ is still prevalent. Poor human beings who probably were never allowed to be children and were made to sit still and be quiet all day. That’s why we have war, because of all the unprocessed childhood traumas. But that’s another story ; )

The waiter has very rude behavior. Last time I was very satisfied so I would like to come back to the store with my friend. But all I got was disappointment. He obviously threw the chili in my face and it was missing from my dish even though I ordered Vietnamese. Maybe Vietnamese didn't understand Vietnamese at all, right? :) I waited 30 minutes and I didn't get an apology at all :) Of course no tip. Disaster. Never again

Fantastic place, accessible to everyone. Friendly waiters, helpful and also quick to serve. Really good single dishes, especially the frog legs boiled in sauce. It feels like eating in a family-run Vietnamese restaurant, and the price for the quality and quantity they serve is really low.
