The food was excellent! The service was very attentive and the ambiance was lovely. We'd love to come back!

This restaurant had been recommended to me by many people, and based on the menu, prices, and presentation, I had high expectations. We spontaneously got a seat in the restaurant and ordered one starter each and a main course with an aperitif, a bottle of water, and a Coke. The total bill came to just under €120. The food was beautifully presented and sounded great on the menu, but the taste was anything but revelatory. When it comes to the food, the restaurant is more show than substance; I have to say, I've had a much better dining experience at cheaper restaurants than this one. Additionally, in my opinion, they try far too hard to create an upscale impression, which the staff fail to convey. The rooms are beautifully decorated, but upon closer inspection, you can see small flaws in many places that shouldn't be present in a restaurant that charges these prices. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

A lot of show The food looks pretty, but the flavor has no depth at all. We had four very expensive dishes for what they were and were very disappointed. For the money and the ambiance, you should also go on a culinary journey.

We had the great pleasure of enjoying the Tel Aviv evening at Isaak's Garden this evening. A journey through the flavors of Levantine and Mediterranean cuisine couldn't have been more beautiful. Ten courses, served as shared dishes, featuring very high-quality ingredients such as octopus, shrimp, and entrecôte, as well as numerous vegetarian dishes with grilled fennel, halloumi, and oyster and mushroom skewers, were a culinary experience. The products and preparation were exceptionally good. We had a wonderful evening with excellent service and Güngör Cerrah as a very attentive host. The Tel Aviv evening at Isaak's Garden is highly recommended!

We've been here five times now and are always impressed by the food. Whether vegetarian or meat, everything has been delicious. The very friendly and always cheerful staff knew what we liked by the third time. The desserts and cappuccino were also delicious. We've always been there for lunch. We can't say what it's like in the evening.

The food was okay. When I asked if I could have a tap water in addition to two drinks and a main course per person, I was met with an eye roll, then a generous handful of a mini carafe, which was then later bopped. That's all well and good, but they should also communicate this beforehand and not convey generosity. I'm baffled as to why, at these prices (0.2 soda for €4.50, which was ordered multiple times), they even felt the need to bopped a mini tap water without prior notice. That just doesn't give a good feeling, but it fit the overall atmosphere of the service that afternoon. Overall, we didn't feel welcome and wouldn't come back.

Simply such a fantastic taste experience!!! We had a truly lovely evening at Isaak's Garden! We're from Cologne, and it's hard to find such a great place with such great food here. It all started with the incredibly delicious hummus, and it continued just as delicious. There was something for vegetarians, vegans, and meat/fish eaters. The food had such great culinary taste and was so beautifully presented. It was also beautifully decorated, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Isaak's Garden is a wonderful restaurant, lovingly run by its owner. He puts his heart and soul into his food, and you'll be pampered with body and soul. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant.

Very delicious food; if you like Yotam Ottolenghi, this is the place for you. The homemade lemonade was excellent. And the espresso was great, too. And the service was very friendly!

Wow…was für tolle Kreationen. Als Vorspeise gab es eine hervorragende Aubergine mit Süßkartoffelpüree, Zhug und Pistazien. Perfekte Größe zum Teilen. Als Hauptgänge hatten wir ein veganes Pilz-Shawarma und ein vorzügliches Perlhuhn. Um alles abzurunden gab es noch einen wirklich köstlichen warmen Brownie. Der Service war aufmerksam und dennoch nicht aufdringlich. Was für ein schöner Abend, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung schafft es nicht über den arroganten und unaufmerksamen Service hinwegzutäuschen. Speisen in durchschnittlicher Qualität und wenig überzeugender Raffinesse mit der Bemühung durch eine Art Fusionküche den Preis heraufzusetzen. Die Menge in Kombination als 3 - Gänge Menü sicherlich sättigend, eine Vorspeise oder ein Hauptgericht allein jedoch absurd. Es gibt in Bremen zahlreiche Lokale mit weitaus besserem Speiseangebot und zu gerechtfertigteren Preisen. Wer allerdings das Ambiente über den Genuss setzt, wird sich hier gut aufgehoben fühlen. Wartezeit mitbringen, der Service ist langsam und ignorant.

This was my third time dining here, and we were invited by the owner. The reason for this is that things didn't go well on the second-to-last visit. This is true customer service. Mistakes happen everywhere, but it's always about how you deal with them. And honestly, I've rarely experienced such dedication to the guest. This clearly shows that the customer is truly the focus here. The food and service were exceptionally good. And I'm delighted that I'll be able to continue spending wonderful evenings at Isaak's Garden with a very good feeling. Top 👍

I visited this restaurant with a friend for the first time. The food served was interesting and okay, but the selection and quality of the ingredients used wasn't particularly expensive, exclusive, or particularly plentiful. I emphasize this because, despite the five-course starter menu, we couldn't even begin to feel full. For €50 per person, that was too little, in our opinion. When we arrived there for dinner that evening, there was a very large group or celebration in the small restaurant. The noise level was so unbearably loud that a conversation between me and my companion was only possible if we shouted at each other. It wasn't a pleasant experience, and we were glad when we could leave the restaurant. The only thing that deserves praise is the waitress, who definitely noticed that we were extremely tense and dissatisfied, and also described the situation as "unfortunate." All in all, we wouldn't give Isaaks Garden a second chance. The prices are too high for what's on offer, and the atmosphere during our visit was literally awful. What a shame...

Unfortunately not as good as under the old management. Only middle class food. Meat, for example, poorly prepared. Maybe ok for Bremen, but nowhere near what it used to be.

Eines vorne weg: das Essen schmeckte grundsätzlich gut. Was jedoch zu bemängeln ist, ist, dass die Vorspeise Baby Calamari einen Witz war. Es waren drei kleine Stückchen Calamari auf dem Teller und das alles für 25 €. Das ist absolut übertrieben. Wir wollten uns eigentlich die Vorspeise teilen, aber bei der Menge war das nicht möglich. Das Hauptgericht, dass ein Tabouleh-Salat enthalten sollte, war ohne jegliche Petersilie. Auf Anfrage hin wurde mir erklärt, dass Petersilie drin gewesen sei. Wenn dem so gewesen wäre, hätte man die Petersilie erkennen müssen. Alles in allem war es sehr enttäuschend und total überteuert. Ich kann von diesem Lokal nur abraten.

You can't say that the food is anything to complain about. I can only expect to feel full at the price that is quoted. And when asked why it took too long for the food to arrive, in the dining room with the remark (then they should go to the snack bar if it wasn't quick enough), it doesn't work at all. This should definitely be reworked again.

Absolutely recommended – a pleasure for all the senses! Our first visit to Isaak's since the change in ownership was simply fantastic! The reservation by email went smoothly - even though we requested at very short notice, we were answered quickly, friendly and with great commitment. The 7 course surprise menu was fantastic, especially the duck which was probably the best we have ever eaten! The wine pairing was perfectly coordinated and the attentive service rounded off the evening. The new owner is an incredibly friendly guy and impresses with his experience and passion for good food. We had a long, relaxed chat about travel and culinary experiences and when we said goodbye he even gave us a bottle of wine from Stellenbosch - a perfect example of how to combine cuisine and hospitality! We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next time! Thank you for the great evening!

A restaurant like there probably aren't many. Excellent, extremely friendly and attentive service, an incredibly courteous, very professional owner with an eye for detail, a perfect and very sumptuous 7-course menu at a more than justifiable price and great advice on the Greek wines on offer. You could have left out the food, the warm and courteous service alone would be enough to make you feel comfortable here. The fact that, as in our case, the 4-course surprise menu is also perfect pushes the scale even higher :) We are real fans and always enjoy driving the 60 kilometers to enjoy one of the most beautiful sides of Bremen from a culinary perspective. Real recommendation!

After a long time and major changes, which primarily took place behind the scenes, a visit to the sensual Garden again: what a delicious variety of flavors, accurate cuisine and great, friendly and attentive service - Levante at its best! Not only in Bremen, but especially in the Levante region, it is a dream in a small space: sitting together, enjoying, laughing and being grateful for everything beautiful that this world offers us. Nach einem geschäftlichen Termin bin ich in diesem Lokal eingekehrt, es regnete leicht, ich war mit Fahrrad und Regencape unterwegs. Ich setzte mich an einen freien Tisch und wartete auf die Speisekarte. Die junge Dame servierte um mich herum, ignorierte mich. Als ich mich an sie wandte, fragte sie mich, ob sie mir helfen könnte. Ich antwortete, dass sie mir mit einer Speisekarte weiterhelfen könnte. Sie brachte dann das Gewünschte, ich bestellte und verzehrte eine köstliche Mahlzeit mit einem kleinen Glas Wein und einem netten Gespräch mit einem jungen Elternpaar am Nachbartisch. Das Essen war vorzüglich, der Vino ergänzte gut, der Espresso lecker, der Regen vorbei. Nächstes Mal werde ich ohne Regencape das Lokal betreten.

We had paella and lamb. The quality of the ingredients was ok, the taste was okay. The whole thing had very little to do with an authentic paella. The paella was only ordered with shrimp, i.e. without fish or mussels. Still came with fish and mussels. Lamb was ok, but nothing more. Service was nice so far. We found the price significantly too expensive for the dishes.

Great restaurant at the forefront of Stern and Bürgerpark. Here you feel welcome and, when you leave, well-fed. Great dishes on each of the changing menus and a very nice wine selection. The service from Isaaks Garden deserves special praise. I have rarely experienced anything better. I just wish I could afford dinner here more often - the prices are a little higher (but justified). We took advantage of the first rays of sunshine and spent a lovely evening here. From the greeting to the farewell, everything was perfect. Everyone will find something on the small but very tasty menu. The portions are a nice size and everything was freshly prepared. This means it takes time, but it also slows things down. We each had a starter and a main course and all four were very tasty. My poached egg was just perfect! We will definitely come back. P.S. You can also sit outside very well, the train doesn't bother you at all.

Great atmospheric restaurant, beautiful presentation, and delicious dishes. Not sure if the price of all the dishes is justified, but overall the place is very good. There are only a few items on the menu, and they often change, but that's actually a good thing. The only problem is the wait; as soon as the restaurant filled up, it was hard to get the attention of the waiters.

Four of us were in the suburbs yesterday. We were greeted very warmly and were pampered the whole evening. The food was super creative and really of a very high quality. It was full, very loud and the taste of the food was not what one would have expected given the price but also the standards of the restaurant.

Isaak’s Garden is actually always a good address for good food and good wine. Therefore a snapshot from the last evening there: The greeting from the kitchen gave the best idea. It started with a really delicious kimchi cake. For the main course we chose the Pulpo with risotto and the Portobello. Both dishes were good, but unfortunately not seasoned enough. A little weak, but at least perfectly cooked. And that's ultimately better. Better to be perfectly cooked than overly seasoned. Regarding the service, it should be mentioned that it wasn't right. While the ladies tried their best, the supposed service boss was extremely rude. Unfortunately, that doesn't suit the atmosphere or the food.

Der Preis der Speisen weckt andere Erwartungen an Qualität der Speisen und Serviceniveaus. In meinem Essen waren handelsübliche Silberzwiebeln aus dem Glas. Der Salat entsprach ebenfalls einer Standardmischung aus dem Supermarkt. Auch der Service war unaufmerksam und hielt sich nicht an die Etikette eines guten Services. Sehr enttäuschend, da ein deklarierter Hauptgang mit 36€ zu Buche schlägt.

Isaak´s Garten, waren wir nun schon öfters - gerade letzte Woche und lese die Bewertungen, sooo viele sehr Gute, aber auch andere. Und die anderen sind nach unseren Erfahrungen nicht zu verstehen, wir haben es bisher immer sehr genossen, Ambiente, Bedienung und das Wichtigste auch - das Essen. Und das ist immer wieder einfach nur ein Genuss. Die Lammkeule - Wahnsinn - der Fisch - unbeschreiblich. Also wir sind begeistert und wenn sich das ändert werde ich sofort eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Bis dahin aber volle Punktzahl - danke an den Koch und für uns ein Wunder, dass bisher Herr Michelin noch nicht da war - sonst wären da auch Punkte

We were there at the end of a team workshop with a total of 9 people. The (menu) menu consists of exactly one page and that is completely enough. All courses were excellent, the wine selection was also good, the service staff was very quick and courteous, refills were regularly provided, and all courses were served to everyone at the table at the same time. Since this is definitely a challenge, I don't take anything away from the fact that the caramelized layer of the Creme Brulets was already cooled down. In short - the culinary experience was excellent, rounded off by quick and very friendly service. But you should be aware that this is in the higher priced area, but you will find a great food culture!

I really enjoy coming here! The food has great flavor combinations that I couldn't cook myself. The menu is small, but changes very regularly. I keep discovering dishes that I don't even know yet. I've probably been there 8 times and have never been disappointed. It was always delicious, ingredients were fresh, service was friendly and prompt. There is no restaurant that I recommend more often!

Das Ambiente, der Service, das Essen - alles ist herausragend. Ein Kleinod der Gastronomie, sowohl mittags als auch abends sehr zu empfehlen.

Schreckliches Klientel, neben mir saß ein stickender fetter hässlicher Junge in einer Schlabberjogginghose... Ich vermute er ist dem linksgrünversifften Spektrum zuzuordnen. Nach mehrmaligem Wunsch den jungen zu entfernen, wurde ich des Hauses verwiesen, das Essen war auf Grund des gestankes ungenießbar. Ich komme nicht mehr wieder.

Ein kleines und sehr feines Restaurant mit hervorragender und außergewöhnlicher Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seit Jahren sind wir gerne im Isaak’s - sowohl zum Mittagstisch, Aperitivo oder Abendessen. Immer sind wir positiv überrascht von den orientalisch anmutenden, frisch und schön zubereiteten Köstlichkeiten aus der Küche. Immer freuen wir uns über das überaus zuvorkommende Willkommen, den aufmerksamen und zügigen Service sowie das einladende Ambiente. Der Inhaber beweist eindrücklich großes Geschick, die Attraktivität dieses Restaurants zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln durch sein engagiertes Management und seine zugewandte Verbindlichkeit gegenüber seinen Gästen. Ausdrücklich sei hier ein besonderer Dank an den freundlichen Oberkellner gerichtet. Ganz offensichtlich ist er nicht nur für uns sondern für viele Gäste ein angenehmer Anziehungspunkt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Lokal. Wenn jemand von komplett anderen Erfahrungen schreibt, vermögen mein Mann und ich diese überhaupt nicht nachzuvollziehen. Dann hat dieser Jemand vermutlich selbst einen schlechten Tag gehabt.

Qualität und Preis stimmten nicht überein. Ich hatte Entrecote bestellt, das Fleisch war gut, aber leider war es total mit Butter überzogen und darunter mit pampiger Sauce!!!! 🤦‍♀️ der Preis war 36€ Das Essen meines Freundes war versalzen. Der Kellner war arrogant und herablassend. Er brachte uns die Rechnung, so dass wir alle zusammen bezahlen mussten. Wir sagten ihnen, dass wir getrennt bezahlen wollten, darauf sagte er, dass heutzutage nicht mehr getrennt zahlt, und da wir aus Südeuropa kommen, erst recht nicht. Wir waren sprachlos über diese Aussage. Es war unser erstes und letztes Mal in diesem Restaurant. Ich habe 50 € nur für mein Essen bezahlt, was Qualität-Preis-Service sich nicht gelohnt hat. 😞 Große Enttäuschung!!

Nachtrag da wir es auf einen weiteren Versuch ankommen ließen: Essen und Service waren deutlich besser und entsprachen viel mehr den Erwartungen. Anerkennenswert ist, dass es nach dem letzten Besuch echtes Bemühen durch das Restaurant gab um uns zu zeigen, dass da mehr geht. So viel Rückgrat hat nicht jeder! War ein toller Abend! Alt: Essen ist ganz passabel, aber der Preis weist nicht passabel sondern Premium aus. Vom Service wird man lang sitzen gelassen und auf Nachfrage unfreundlich abgespeist und irgendwie beschleicht einen das Gefühl, dass die Stimmung im Team nicht passt und sich das bis zum Gast durchträgt. Sehr schade

Es war ein lauer Sommerabend so das wir draußen sitzen konnten. Der Service war da aber nicht aufmerksam. Das Vorspeise Ceviche war lecker und sehr ansprechend. Als Hauptgericht hatte ich Vitello Tonnata mit Lachs und Kalbfleisch. Das Kalbfleisch war zu lange gebraten und daher trocken. Der Nachtisch- Chaos- Kalorienbombe pur- sehr mächtig Insgesamt ist noch Luft nach oben.

Ich wollte einen besonderen Abend in einem schönen Restaurant mit köstlichen Gerichten haben. Bingo! :) Es war wunderbar. Persönlicher Service von höchster Qualität. Profis, zuvorkommend, Gäste wie Familie behandeln. Die Speisekarte ist nicht groß, aber alles ist sehr lecker. Fleisch, Burger, Oktopus, echter Hummus, Dessert, Getränke - alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein gemütliches Ort in Schwachhausen. Jetzt ist es mein (unser) Lieblingsrestaurant in Bremen. The food was absolutely amazing and the best meal I had during my entire trip. :) Highly recommend the seafood soup which included mussels, shrimp and fish. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and the crowd included a nice mix of people. Can't recommend enough!

Das Essen war sehr sehr köstlich und die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar alkoholfreien Wein (weiß, rot und Sekt). Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ok. Es gab kleinere Schnitzer beim Abräumen und der Abrechnung ansonsten nichts zu meckern. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.
