I’m not vegan, but this Japanese vegan restaurant completely won me over. The food was simply excellent — the ramen was rich, flavorful, and satisfying, with perfectly balanced textures. The dessert was also a delightful surprise: creative, not too sweet, and full of taste. But what truly blew me away was the drink called Red Hot Chili Peppers — bold, spicy, refreshing, and absolutely unique. The service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and fast. The location is good too — clean, calm, and nicely decorated. Highly recommended, even if you're not vegan!

Overall - good vegan place. Though: they don't accept cards (only CE or PayPal), service in a busy hour may take a while. Mochi is rather average.

Good bento, amazing vegan Udon noodles, the best I had. The lunch menu price is a good deal. Nice staff, nice terrace. No negative comments. Highly recommend.

Very mediocre and expensive. The green tea costs €5 and comes with a small pot and tea bags! ;-) A bit disappointing.

I had been planning on going to this restaurant for days and finally ended up there for an afternoon snack. We ended up ordering 7 starters between three people and this was enough. Unfortunately we were late for the lunch menu but not a problem we loved the starters.

Good food but menu is only for the week days (not advertised anywhere) and card only 30+€ ... What??

I had an overall good experience. It was my first time trying Hummus made out of Edamame and I noticed some other slightly unusual dishes compared to most of other vegan Asian fusion restaurants, which is quite refreshing. I also appreciated the design of their menu, as normally pictures kinda ruin the whole aesthetic but this one looked quite cool and made it so much easier to decide on the dishes. Only downside would be that we waited for 20min even tho the restaurant was completely empty and the waiters didn’t seem to be bothered at all, nor did they even smile..

I was there yesterday and the food was just phenomenal. I never thought the food would be so good since I hardly eat vegan let alone vegetarian. So big praise for the kitchen and the service. They were very attentive and kind. I'll definitely come back again.

Another fantastic place for vegan Asian cuisine in Berlin! We loved the food here. The menu has a good variety of options to choose from, including starters, curries, ramen and sushi. I especially loved the Halloween crispy rolls. This is one of the places where you’ll probably order too much because it just sounds good and you want to try everything. So be cautious you don’t overestimate your hunger 😉 Service was really nice. Prices are ok.

Always delicious! We have visited the restaurant several times and it is always delicious. Ramen, sushi, noodles and drinks are all recommended. So far there has been no disappointment. Some dishes are a little spicier than you would expect (no indication on the menu). Reservation directly via Google worked without any problems.

I had lunch there with my girlfriend after sports on Good Friday. The food came quickly and was very tasty. The service was very nice and quick. The music was very relaxing and the lighting made you want to linger.

Our appetizers were great and full of flavor. The ramen was a bit bland, it lacked depth of flavor. It needed more salt and a sour taste.

SCAM! Avoid if you have any sense of taste. Everything tastes the same and it’s overpriced. Ordered a ramen that basically was hot water with overcooked noodles.

Nothing has taste. No flavour. All dishes taste more or less the same, albeit looking different.

Ordered the miso ramen. Had only 2 thin pieces of Tofu and 2 pieces of overcooked eggplants in the ramen - honestly, I think there should’ve been more. Lack of taste and structure. Very little sesame. Overall, bland. The service was ok. Although, I wish there was sesame, chili served (or just ready on the table). It’s quite dark inside. Card payment not an option if your check is less than 30€ :/

Had the Shoyu Ramen. Noodles were ok, the vegetables were reasonable in quantity but very little tofu. In general it tasted very bland. Too bad. Very expensive for this mediocre quality.

We ordered two ramen and vegan karaage. The karaage was delicious. The miso one tasted okay, not that type of ramen with a deep flavor but still okay. Unfortunatly the wantan ramen was tasteless. Maybe it's better taking small dishes rather than the main dishes. About the payment: before we sat down they told us "cash only" but everywhere (on the window, on the table) you could read "cash or EC card at 30€". So we went to withdraw. Then, after we returned back to the restaurant I've seen the waitress making two other customers pay with card. Despite this, the waitress was very nice and friendly with us.

Quite ok. Service was a little rude, card payments only from 30 euros and only EC, which surprised me. The salad side dish for the starter was old and dried out. But the main courses were pretty tasty. There are no praises, but it wasn't bad either.

Loved the atmosphere and interior design of the restaurant. I can definitely recommend the Gyoza and the homemade Yuzu lemonade, both were really delicious. The main dish (Japanese Curry) was pretty good too. It's worth a visit when you're in the area.

Great food great service great location

Shortly after 5 p.m. it is very easy to get a table outside without a reservation. Reservations are likely necessary at later times or on weekends. We can highly recommend the food. The price is a little more expensive but in our opinion it is absolutely justified for the delicious and vegan food you get here. 💯 Super warm and lovely service.

Not quite an Izakaya as you would expect from Japan. More of a normal restaurant. Everything vegan. And there is also a lunch menu. I had a Japanese curry. The portion was generous - worth the price I would say.

My first time here. Probably better would be to order sushi to make a proper review. But we had ramen and appetizers. Ramen was okay but not the best (3.5/5): regarding TANTAN RAMEN: packchoi was extremely cold (like if it would jump to my plate right from a freezer). Sweet potato had strong deep fryer flavor. In general this ramen had very oily texture. very little bit of vegan meat and lack of flavour. Didn't get umami moment no matter how hard i tried. my partner had WANTAN RAMEN. I would say this type of broth i liked better, and dumplings were pretty good. But once again the taste of ramen in general wasn't rich enough. Both of us got to use a soy sous to improve our experience. Appetizers: VEGAN KARAAGE: 4/5. AVOCADO DREAM 3.5/5. the taste was too flat and straight. Service quick, kind and friendly 5/5.

Very good Japanese restaurant. And vegan too, great. The wonton ramen was good, the wonton itself was very good. The broth was too soy sauce-heavy for me personally, but that's my personal taste. The curry was also good, especially the vegan katsu. The Tonkatsu Ramen was the highlight. Absolutely recommended. The homemade lemonades were also delicious. It is advisable to reserve in advance. Despite having plenty of seating, the shop was very full and some groups had to wait for a table.

I've been here before and the food was delicious but today we came in at 9:30pm and were told the kitchen has closed although here it says they're open until 11pm and their website states the kitchen is open until 11pm and that the restaurant closes at 11:30pm. We were given no explanation and the waiter just walked away.

This cozy sushi spot is a gem! The service is fast, and the staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel welcome right away. The sushi is not only delicious but beautifully presented. Plus, the miso soup is authentic and full of rich flavor. A must-visit!

One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood :)

Not only one of the best Vegan experience I had around Europe, but also one of the best Japanese restaurants I have ever tried. Everything, starting with the tea, following with the delicious king trumpet yakitori, the udon with fried vegetables and avocado and ending with the vegan mochi was full of flavour, umami and character. The crispy vegetables left a wonderful sensation in my mouth, and the mushrooms had a nice texture and were perfectly grilled. The local is elegant, and gives that nice feeling of conviviality and tradition. The service was good and each course was served quickly one after the other.

Ramen not homemade neither broth nor noodles. Unfortunately disappointing. There is more authentic food there.

Service was nice, but not warm either. The price of the food is rather too high. Unfortunately, the sushi rice was hard, either not cooked long enough or from the day before, but in any case that significantly diminished the sushi taste experience. The miso soup was quite ok.

Update Jan 2025. New menu, simplified presentation (pictures!) and a few new items. Place is packed at 20:00. Service is slower. Good Japanese vegan. Reasonable prices, good staff, delicious food. CASH ONLY

Fantastic restaurant. I had no.4 and no.40 on the menu. Both immaculately presented and the ‘kimono’ was the best tasting sushi I have ever eaten.

Fully vegan izakaya! I do wish (hence 4 stars for food) there was a bigger range of options to order from - like vegan versions of the classics they serve at the non-vegan location. Otherwise great place - as of December 2024 payment was only possible with cash or EC Karte.

Super delicious, vegan sushi in unusual compositions and beautifully prepared. The staff was quick and friendly and the restaurant was cozy. You sit pretty close to the tables next to you, Friday evening it was full and correspondingly loud but it didn't detract from the positive overall impression :)

I used to LOVE this place. I'm not vegan myself but this was my favourite sushi place in Berlin. However on my last take away I was very disappointed. The sushi size was much smaller than usual. Flavour was off. The usual sauces they put on some of the sushi was barely there and the rice as old and dry. You could not pick up one piece of sushi without it crumpling up to bits. I had to eat it with a spoon ( not even a fork) because chopsticks was out of questions. So disappointed. The seaweed that goes on one of the sushi types that's usually my favourite tasted really funky. I couldn't eat it. Yeah. All in all I probably won't ever go back. My second to last trip there was already a drop in quality now this. Very sad

The food was truly a 10/10! Super tasty ramen and the dessert was also perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly but very hectic and short. However, the restaurant absolutely does not invite you to linger. Although the restaurant looks very nice, the ambience is unfortunately not so nice. The entire store is very loud and hectic. There are a lot of tables in the narrow aisle, so you feel like you're sitting in the way. Since the aisle is so narrow, you often get bumped into :( so we left immediately after eating, even though we would have liked to have something to drink. A new arrangement of the tables would make a big difference here.

I was enjoying the food, first time eating in a Japanese restaurant so I took some sushi and the vegan chicken roll was delicious 😋 It was with a cream and it is so much better in my opinion than with soy or teriyaki. And I took guiza for take away, the waitress was recommended I will check it out too.

It wasn't bad, but unfortunately my curry dish didn't arrive hot and with the gyoza I found the sauces on top a bit too much.

If you feel the need for some comfort food on a cold day, then you've come to the right place 😊 Finely filled sushi in a crispy shell topped with aromatic almond flakes and then two wonderfully nourishing and strengthening ramen, what more could you want 😉 We felt good and are heading home with Happy Belly 🤗✨️

Super delicious food and perfect for vegan people, if you just don't want to think about what you can order. :D Had a starter combo of the agedashi mochi and tofu sukiyaki, both very good and big enough servings to feel like a meal, but leave room for dessert.
