We were at Ganesha on November 15th, 2025, and were very satisfied. The dishes were perfectly priced and tasted amazing. My favorite drink, the mango lassi, was delicious. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

Naan was very good, the chicken korma had tender pieces of chicken, but was unfortunately very watery :( It used to be better.

I ordered the Chicken Karahi dish. The chicken was juicy and perfectly combined with onions, bell peppers, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes in an aromatic spice blend. The flavor was intense, well-balanced, and pleasantly spicy. It was served with basmati rice, which rounded it all off nicely. I particularly wanted to highlight the cheese naan, which was served fresh and soft and a real highlight. For my drink, I had a coconut lassi, which was refreshing and balanced with a sweetness, a perfect match for the spicy main course. Overall, a very good experience.

So let's start from the beginning, based on my experience: The driver sped through the traffic-calmed zone at about 50 km/h. He wasn't particularly friendly either; he didn't even say thank you when I received the tip (20%) and didn't even look me in the face. You can do it that way, but you don't have to. The food was... okay. The naan bread was unsalted and therefore tasted of nothing. The chicken in the butter chicken had a lot of black spots (it was probably a bit burnt). All in all, though, it was edible and tasted pretty good overall, but I wouldn't spend any more money on the whole package. You have to know.

I went to Ganesha with my family on Tuesday, and it was fantastic. The food and service were simply superb. We'd love to come back.

We ate here yesterday for the third time in three weeks, and we'll be back. Great food – both the starters and main courses – friendly service, and no long waits. The tandoori dishes, in particular, are highly recommended. The meat is very tender and the sauces are flavorful. The naan is also beautifully fresh and better than in most other Indian restaurants.

Nestes Restaurant, we found the food really delicious. The portion sizes were just right.

Very good food, friendly service. After the move, the ambience is no longer as nice, but still tasteful. Before the move, parking spaces were directly in front of the house, but now you have to use public parking spaces/underground parking. Always happy again.

I had the butter chicken – and it was simply the best I've ever eaten! Incredibly tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and the sauce was to die for. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with real passion. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. An all-around fantastic experience – I'll definitely be back! 5 stars isn't really enough.

Very good and large selection of Indian dishes. There is something for everyone, be it meat or vegetarian or vegan. Each dish can even be prepared vegan. The portions are very large and taste good. The service was excellent.

I am always satisfied and happy every time I have a delivery. Fast, hot, delicious! Just a big, big thank you. We are fortunate to be able to call people from India our friends. We were already thoroughly treated to their cooking skills and then rolled into the car. And when it comes to Ganesha, you're very close. It tastes really good and makes you happy! Please keep it up! Where. I still miss dosa on the menu. But that's complaining at a high level. 🥳

Top food, nice staff, unfortunately the location is no longer good, the seating is much too tight

While exploring the city on weekend, I was feeling so hungry, and I came across Ganesha. I would say it is highly recommended. Because the food was very Tasty and the service from the staff is impressive. I would see if you’re planning to have a dinner with your family or friends. This is the best place to visit.

We loved this place because it wasn’t just the typical dishes you usually find also the Ambience.We ended up ordering almost the whole Menu. The food was so delicious and we enjoyed it so much, we felt it was worth it. Would recommend it 1000% .

The food was, as always, very good, but no better or worse than other Indian restaurants. My only thought is always how to prepare the very large number of dishes freshly 🤔. When it came to the fish salmon fillet tandoori, it was doubted several times that the very light white meat was really salmon. But it couldn't be clarified with the waiter because of language problems. But the taste was very good. Even with the “old” Ganesha, the carpet was a hygienic problem. Yesterday too there were leftover food on the floor. A piece of meat that fell off the waiter (it can happen) was simply left there (despite a notice) and was even stepped on. It just didn't look inviting.

Very quiet place, the food is great and great service. Enjoyed it very much.

At first we were surprised that the Ganesha had moved. New address: Allee 57. Unfortunately that doesn't do the ambience any good, the old restaurant was nicer. And the parking situation has also become much worse as a result. But the most important thing is that the food is still delicious and the service is friendly and accommodating as usual.

The food was pretty tasty, but I think other Indians will have a similar taste. Personally, the portions seemed a bit small to me, there was a lot of rice but very little meat and it doesn't help that I found it quite expensive. 17 euros for a main course and if you want to finish the sauce properly, you ideally have to order bread again, which also costs another 4 euros. If you want a starter, you pay 5-7 euros for really little food. The drink costs another 4-5 euros and if you add everything up depending on your preference, you end up with a really (too) high amount in my opinion. As expected, parking is difficult and the ambience isn't great either. If you want to eat Indian food, you can come here without hesitation, but you should probably not become a regular.

So far my experiences with Indian food have been underwhelming, but here the food is right up my alley.

The food and drinks are excellent. The service is very fast, friendly and informative. The outdoor seating is spacious and comfortable. Only the busy main road is a bit annoying. Therefore a star deduction for the ambience.

After a couple of weeks of travelling through Europe, we were craving some Indian Food (especially after a week of eating Pizza and Pasta in Italy). Ganesha was exactly what we were looking for! We let them know we were travelling from Canada and get some very authentic Indian food. They provided some recommendations after asking what we liked. Food was exceptional! We were there on a Tuesday night, place was busy, had a great atmosphere and service was beyond exceptional. Highly recommend if your in the area. To the staff - Thank you for the hospitality!

expressing my disappointment with the recent meal I ordered at your restaurant. I had ordered chilli paneer, butter naan, and chicken biryani, but was surprised to find that the taste was overly sweet. Even the biryani, which should not have a sweet flavor, was affected. Additionally, the mango lassi I ordered had an unnatural yellow color, which I later found out was due to food coloring. As someone who appreciates authentic Indian cuisine, I found the excessive sweetness in the dishes to be off-putting. While I understand that taste preferences can vary, I believe that the level of sweetness in the food I received may not appeal to a wide range of customers, including foreigners. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to maintain the high standards of your restaurant's offerings.

Fast service, authentic Indian flavour.

The amount of food received for the money paid was really less in comparison to other Indian Restaurants. Taste is pretty decent not very good but yeah 👍 Waiters were really attending unlike other restaurants Atmosphere, I would say could be made a bit better to attract more customers.

We have been here several times or had food delivered via Lieferando. If you want a different sauce that is less spicy, this usually works when ordering online. Taj Mahal has renamed itself Ganesha

Das Essen war gut, für meinen Geschmack war zwar "sehr scharf" nicht mehr als normal scharf. Das ist aber natürlich subjektiv. Die Menge war jetzt nicht überragend, ich hätte um wirklich satt zu werden noch eine Vorspeise gebraucht. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass ich Naan Brot statt Reis als Beilage hatte. Das stopft weniger. Das war gut aber sehr fettig. Die Einrichtung gefällt mir persönlich nicht. Sie hat jetzt nichts, was den indischen Charakter des Essens widerspiegeln würde. Es ist eher der Charme eines Schnellrestaurants. Was mir wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Tatsache dass meine Kleidung nach dem Essen übelst nach Fritteuse gerochen hat und ich alles waschen musste.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist nichts besonderes aber das tut dem Geschmack keinen Abruch. Werden wieder kommen!
