Das Restaurant kann man wirklich jedem weiter empfehlen. Mein Partner, meine beste Freundin und ich waren letztes Wochenende in München wegen des BTS Konzerts und haben in Ismaning übernachtet. Wir haben uns zufällig für indisch entschieden und es in keinster Weise bereut. Wir hatten die Thalis und konnten uns so durch verschiedene Gerichte durchprobieren, was auf Grund der Vielfalt eine tolle Option war. Das Essen war super lecker - ich habe noch nie so gut indisch gegessen. Die Bedienung war auch freundlich, die Preise angemessen... Insgesamt ein toller Abend und wir kommen gern wieder. ☺️

Wir waren an einem Mittwochabend dort und hatten einen schönen Abend. Es war nicht zu voll, und das Essen kam recht schnell. Die Speisekarte, auch auf Englisch, machte die Auswahl einfach. Wir bestellten das Menü für zwei Personen zum Teilen. Es war gut, aber ich hätte mir etwas mehr Naan-Brot gewünscht, oder vielleicht zwei verschiedene Sorten, nicht nur Knoblauch. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Absolut hervorragend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Preis angemessen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm.

Super Essen und ganz tolles Personal

Wir hatten ein fantastisches kulinarisches Erlebnis im Restaurant Safron! Das Essen war einfach köstlich – jedes Gericht war geschmackvoll und perfekt zubereitet. Was unseren Besuch aber noch schöner machte, war der außergewöhnliche Service. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich professionell, zuvorkommend, herzlich und aufmerksam, sodass wir uns als Gäste rundum wohlfühlten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft und das wunderbare Essen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis sucht!

Leckeres Essen in toller Atmosphäre

Ein toller Ort für ein Familienessen, das allen schmeckt. Das Essen war fantastisch, erstaunlich, wie viel die Kinder gegessen haben. Draußen, umgeben von Bäumen und abseits der Straße, zu sitzen, war herrlich.

Bin vor zwei Wochen von Neuhausen nach Unterföhring gezogen, leider ist mein früheres Indisches Restaurant zu weit weg, habe das Safran ausprobiert und bin mega zufrieden, werde öfters bestellen.

Wunderschöne Terrasse und hervorragendes Essen. Auch die Mittagskarte ist sehr praktisch und reichhaltig.

Das beste indische Essen in Ismaning.

Super Essen, nette Kellner. Ein Stern Abzug weil oft etwas vergessen oder falsch gebracht wird. Vor Ort kein Problem. Trotzdem mein liebster Inder, besonders im Sommer, wenn man draußen sitzen kann. Ich komme oder bestelle regelmäßig und gerne.

Arun und Sukh waren hervorragende Gastgeber, die sich stets aufmerksam um ihre Gäste kümmerten. Das Essen war köstlich und authentisch indisch. Wir hatten ein Safran-Thali, das wir zu zweit teilten (es reichte auch für drei Personen), und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Thali war individuell zusammenstellbar – man konnte also selbst entscheiden, welche Gerichte man darauf haben wollte. Es gab also kein vorgefertigtes Menü. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn Sie in der Gegend indisches Essen suchen.

Ein Restaurant, dass mir Liebe betrieben wird. Sehr höfliche Bedienung! Essen super lecker, qualitativ gut und frisch zubereitet! Zum Geburtstag haben sie uns sogar mit einem Nachtisch mit Tischfeuerwerk und „happy Birthday“ Musik überrascht! Das Ambiente ist besonders mit sehr schönen Verteuerungen und ausgefallener Kunst.

Wow, so lecker und super Service!

Auf den Geschmack indischer Gerichte ist immer Verlass! Die Reisportion ist großzügig und kann mit der Brühe gegessen werden. Es gibt außerdem gesundes Gemüse und Mangodesserts.

Das Essen an sich war schon lecker, aber wenn man nach dem Essen DIREKT Durchfall bekommt, dann….

Sehr sehr lecker. Die Gerichte sind qualitativ sehr gut. Es schmeckt authentisch. Auch ist das Restaurant innen sehr schön umgebaut worden und lädt richtig zum verweilen ein.

Super schönes Lokal. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen mega, Preis ist völlig in Ordnung für die Größe der Portionen. War schon oft Indisch Essen, aber Safran hat alle getobt.

Waren zum Mittagessen hier. Service freundlich und schnell. Mittags Menü wird mit Suppe oder Salat serviert und nach dem Essen gibt es noch ein kleines Dessert vom Haus.

Sehr freundlicher junger Inhaber mit hervorragendem Service. Essen ist bombastisch sehr authentisch nicht zu scharf und nicht zu mild. Jedes Gericht hat seinen eigenen Geschmack und überzeugt! War wirklich sehr positiv überrascht und kann es nur jedem aus dem Raum Ismaning und München empfehlen. Dieses Restaurant toppt sogar die meisten Restaurants in München.

Das Essen an sich ist gut. Wir lassen es uns meistens liefern und da sind die Kosten doch recht hoch im Vergleich um Restaurantbesuch wenn man zusätzlich die Lieferung nochmal extra zahlen soll - Alles im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants.

Der beste Inder überhaupt! Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker, tolle Mittagsangebote und Bomben Service! Kann „Mango Chicken“ sehr empfehlen für Kinder.

A truly exceptional culinary experience This week was our first time at Safran – and certainly not our last! For starters, we had pappad with three different sauces, all wonderfully fresh and pleasantly spicy – ​​the best we've ever had. For our main courses, we chose lamb curry and mango chicken. Both dishes impressed us with their aromatic freshness, perfectly balanced spices, and a pleasant touch of heat. Everything here tasted exceptionally good. Simply perfect! And we mustn't forget the very friendly service. We are more than thrilled and will definitely be back.

Last night, I was privileged to enjoy a truly exceptional culinary experience at this Indian restaurant – and I have to say: it was absolutely fantastic! 🤩 We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the ambiance was beautiful – very well-kept, tastefully decorated, and simply inviting. You immediately notice how much love and care has gone into the experience. The service was outstanding – super friendly, attentive, and authentic. As a welcome, we were offered a small aperitif that made us want more – absolutely delicious! 🍹 The drinks menu was excellent, with very fair prices. I ordered a mango lassi – creamy, fresh, and fruity – one of the best I've ever had. For my main course, I chose the chicken tikka – and I was simply thrilled. The meat was perfectly prepared: tender, aromatic, and slightly spicy – just right. The sauce was intense and exceptionally well-seasoned, accompanied by a generous portion of rice – simply divine! 😍 I work in a two-star kitchen in Munich myself – and I was honestly impressed by the skill and dedication with which the food is cooked. Every bite was like something from a Michelin-starred restaurant – kudos to the chef! 👨‍🍳🌟 As if all that wasn't enough, it was the owner's birthday that evening and he even invited us for dessert – what a lovely and heartfelt gesture! Bottom line: You should definitely go! The prices are absolutely fair (almost cheap), the taste is top-notch, the portions are excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic – I'll definitely be back soon! Great restaurant :) I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and absolutely loved it. The ambience is stylish and cozy, just the right place for a relaxed evening. The service was excellent - friendly, attentive and professional. The food was simply fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were cleverly prepared and the taste was perfectly balanced, which absolutely convinced me.

We visit Safran regularly or also order the dishes home. Best Indian we know, the owners are also super nice and accommodating, we always feel very comfortable! The food is always delicious, I haven't had any bad experiences yet and that's saying something these days :)

Incredibly good food. I eat vegetarian. The vegetables are excellently prepared, not overcooked, as is so often the case. Good spiciness, thankfully spicy here means really hot. The food was very tasty and it was delivered quickly without a long waiting time and the interior design is very comfortable, which gives you the feeling that you are not eating in a German restaurant at the moment. The staff are very accommodating and polite. There is a parking lot right around the corner, which makes getting to the restaurant easier. Amazing delicious food and at par for an Indian taste❤️ I ordered Bhuna ghost and Butter garlic nan. I also ordered Chicken Chilli dry as starter. If you re missing India and wants to taste Indian food then its a must visit in Ismaning. Service was fast 😍 and the staff also were very friendly. White wine laguna is a must try as well. Price is reasonable.

It was quite excellent! We were more than completely satisfied with everything. There is something on the menu for every taste. spicy, mild, vegan, vegetarian, fish or meat - there's something to suit everyone :) we'll definitely be back!

As a flight attendant I’ve tried Indian food all around the world, and this is by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Chicken Vindaloo was perfect as was the vegetable samosas. The service was incredible and the outdoor seating is magical. I wish I could give this place 100 stars.

Ordered food last night - delivery. We had five dishes. The food itself was very tasty. However, one dish was delivered incorrectly, a hair was found in another dish and a fingernail was found in another dish. Absolutely disgusting!!! I have never experienced anything like it.
