Das Ambiente ist sehr authentisch und die Räumlichkeiten passend eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und die vielen Aromen und Gerüche runden das Erlebnis ab. Hervorragende traditionelle indische Küche. Die Auswahl an Essen ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet. Ich fand die Suppe sehr schmackhaft, den Reis genau richtig gekocht, das Fleisch schön zart und die Soße aus Sahne und Tomaten lecker und die Mandeln, Kokosnuss und Cashewnusspaste war einfach himmlisch. Interessante Gewürze, mild und stimmig abgeschmeckt. Die Speisen lassen sich sehr gut durch indische Lassi-Getränke ergänzen. Ich fand meinen "Rosen und Kardamom" Lassi köstlich. Insgesamt ein Geschmackserlebnis. Die Portionengröße war perfekt. Das Personal war äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Service war sehr gut und es gab nur eine kurze Wartezeit. Vielen Dank! Ich komme gerne wieder. Essen zu einem sehr fairen Preis. (Mittags Menü ab 9.90€) Fazit: Fantastisches Essen. Die kulinarische Entdeckungsreise lohnt sich sehr.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Ganesha Restaurant zu essen, und es war einfach ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis. Jede Speise war perfekt gewürzt und frisch – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit hochwertigen Zutaten gearbeitet wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die große Auswahl an traditionellen Gerichten, die sowohl für Fleischliebhaber als auch für Vegetarier und Veganer keine Wünsche offenlässt. Der Service war ebenso erstklassig. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Mega lecker und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Meine Freundin empfahl mir das indische Restaurant Ganesha zum Abendessen. Ich ging mit meiner Familie dorthin und bestellte den Signature Mix Grill und Butter Chicken. Es war sehr lecker, und auch die Getränke waren köstlich. Das Personal war freundlich. Alles war sehr gut.

Wir sind gerne im Ganesha. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend. Sowohl vegetarische Gerichte als auch der Schärfegrad sind in der Karte ausgewiesen. Auch das Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis ist super. Zum Geburtstag gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit reichhaltiger Speisekarte! Ich als Vegetarier bin sehr zufrieden, es gibt alle möglichen vegetarischen und vegane Köstlichkeiten. Seit neuestem sogar eine eigene Seite in der Speisekarte für die vegetarischen Gerichte. Dazu ein leckeres Nan und alles ist gut! Preis pro Gericht ca 14 bis 18 Euro.

Ich kann wirklich nicht verstehen, wie man hier weniger als fünf Sterne vergeben kann. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt: aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich. Die Getränke waren ganz toll abgestimmt und die Vorspeise war hervorragend und ein perfekter Start in den Abend. Insgesamt ein rundum großartiges Erlebnis, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir waren gestern Abend zu viert im Ganesha essen. Wir sind hier keine Stammkunden aber wir kommen schon ab und zu vorbei. Der Service ist hier immer katastrophal, aber gestern haben sie sich nochmal selbst unterboten. Zunächst mussten wir trotz Reservierung warten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Es ging also schon gut los. Als Vorspeise hatten wir zu viert eine Vorspeisenplatte mit Fleisch und eine vegetarische. Zunächst fiel schon sehr negativ auf, dass auf der vegetarischen Platte auch Fleisch lag. Das war in dieser Konstellation kein Problem aber es sollte nicht vorkommen. Dann ging es aber los. Nachdem wir die ersten Bissen der normalen Vorspeisenplatte probiert hatten mussten wir entsetzt feststellen, dass ein VOLLSTÄNDIG ROHER Hühnchenschenkel auf der Platte lag! Auf unseren Hinweis wurde die Platte wortlos weggetragen und der Vorfall ansonsten komplett ignoriert. Wir baten dann für die Hauptspeise um neues Besteck. Es kam dann widerwillig für jeden eine neue Gabel. Messer seien aus… Wir aßen dann die Hauptspeise nur mit Gabeln und Löffeln. Diese war in Ordnung aber während des Essens fing der Bauch bereits an zu grummeln. Ich musste dann bereits während der Hauptspeise das erste Mal zur Toilette und habe auf dieser nun die halbe Nacht verbracht. So ging es allen, die von der Vorspeisenplatte probiert hatten. Dann kam die Rechnung. Natürlich inklusive der Vorspeisenplatte. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich diese auf keinen Fall. bezahlen würde, da wir sie ja nicht essen konnten wurde sie ohne Diskussion von der Rechnung genommen. Insgesamt war der Umgang mit der Situation aber höchst unprofessionell. Mich hat dieses „Restaurant“ zum letzten Mal gesehen und ich kann nur jeden davor warnen hier zu essen!

Gestern Abend war ich im indischen Restaurant Ganesha essen und hatte ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Jedes Gericht, das wir probiert haben, war unglaublich geschmackvoll und perfekt zubereitet. Es ist das beste Restaurant für Liebhaber der indischen Küche.

Vor allem der Preis ist sehr angenehm, zu zweit mit hauseigener Limonade haben wir gemeinsam 30€ bezahlt. Jeder der exotisches Essen mit viel Würze mag ist hier genau richtig. Wenn man die Tür reinkommt, begrüßt einem schon der herrliche Duft von verschiedensten Gewürzen! Wir werden sicher öfter kommen! The mango chicken was simply fantastic – perfectly seasoned, tender meat, and a wonderfully creamy sauce with a subtle sweetness. The rest of the food was also fresh and flavorful. A particularly positive aspect: the restaurant is very child-friendly – ​​our children were warmly welcomed and well looked after. I love the food and starters- Bombay potatoes & samosas are perfect for snacks. I also like their range of vegetarian main course dishes. My personal favourite is Paneer Lababdar. In Desserts my standard order is Ganesha Paradise (3 desserts in one plate) all are awesome and worth having. Service is great, very hospitable and cozy environment. Good staff and 5 star rating.

Favorite restaurant for many years 💖 Everyone there is incredibly nice, and the food is absolutely fantastic and relatively inexpensive! The portions are generous and lovingly prepared. My wife and I are regular customers. This is the best Indian food in the area, and I've been everywhere, even in the Stuttgart area. Ganesha is the absolute number one in terms of quality and taste.

There were five of us at the restaurant and we had an all-around fantastic evening! The ambiance is super cozy and stylish – you immediately feel at home. The food was simply fantastic: a huge selection of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared and very tastefully. The desserts were also fantastic! The service was perfect – friendly, attentive, and quick. The portions are more than generous. The value for money is simply fantastic. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

I've eaten at this restaurant in Kirchheim twice so far. The first time, the food was a good 4 stars by local standards and worth a return visit. The second time (a Tuesday) must have been an uncharacteristically bad day for the kitchen and staff. Uninspired, unfresh, and it tasted like a bad mood in the kitchen. I had only the perfectly seasoned palak paneer and a bit of butter naan (fatty, but completely without the scent of butter or ghee), along with some unpalatable dal. The breading didn't have a cheesy taste, but it was obviously old and seemed crumbly when thawed. For a few hours, I frequently had unpleasant, cabbage-like burps (I hadn't ordered cabbage and didn't notice any mustard leaves in the blended palak). My girlfriend made an emergency run to the bathroom at home (basically mixed tandoori, a bit of clove rice (I only smelled it myself to determine its quality, or perhaps its basmati flavor), and I think a pseudo-Indian run-of-the-mill soup). It was an emergency, but it remained a one-off. My male counterpart complained the next day of a particularly bad night, stemming from his stomach (he ate everything, including a lot from a mixed appetizer platter with a high fried ingredient). He loves Indian cuisine for Sunday dinner and was born in India. I think that Ganesha's kitchen can generally deliver truly decent and wholesome Indian food in the Punjabi or Mughal style. I have no idea what was preventing that from happening on that Tuesday. For context: I have also been eating in Indian restaurant kitchens in Asia, Africa, and Europe for over 50 years.

All in all, a good restaurant and reasonably priced. Parking spaces are limited, so you should allow time beforehand. Today we spontaneously decided on Indian and are absolutely thrilled. We had the menu for 2 and ate it so deliciously. No matter what starter, main course or dessert, it was bombastically delicious...I had the feeling that my taste buds were dancing more intensely than in a Bollywood film...such delicious combinations of spices, just perfect, service and the ambience was really great too. Our wishes were taken into account and we were allowed to take everything with us that we could no longer eat...even the delicious sauces extra...so a clear recommendation and would happily come back....

I visited the restaurant for the second time ever on February 14th. Before that the restaurant was at full capacity. The service was correspondingly difficult. We only received a Sarti Spritz after about 30 minutes and asking four times from 3 different waiters. The food itself is impeccable in my opinion. Portions are large and the food tastes really, really good. From the starter to the main course, everything was excellent. The clearing up was a bit hasty, which resulted in a spoon falling out of the rice pot. Accordingly, the rice was spread generously on the table, which isn't a bad thing at first. The problem, however, was that the table was neither cleaned nor completely cleared away. Nothing else happened until we paid. All of this is probably due to the high workload and the corresponding stress. Still recommended because the quality is right.

Addendum 2024 From 3 to 5 stars Was wonderful 2021: I have been to many Indian restaurants in the Stuttgart area. This one is one of the good ones. However, it is not enough for 5 stars. Unfortunately, the chicken in the curry isn't particularly good. In addition, re-ordered rice costs extra (this is the first time this has happened to me with an Indian). For me personally, the starter for two is simply too expensive for the selection on the plate. It would have been 5 stars if the shop had been a snack bar with moderate food Prices would have been, but the shop is a restaurant, so everything has to be right when it comes to prices.

My family and I have been going here regularly for the past few years and have never been disappointed. The waiting time for food has improved a lot since we first went there, but honestly, even long waiting times are worth it, the food makes up for everything. There are awesome vegetarian options as well. The only thing I didn't enjoy that much was that the music was a tiny bit too loud, but they lowered the volume after we asked them to. I recommend this place!

Delicious max. Unlike some Indian restaurants each and every dish tastes different.

No lie, I've walked past this restaurant countless times and never thought it could be anything special. But I found out through friends that it was probably a good Indian restaurant - and that's a total understatement. It really is by far the best restaurant in the entire Kirchheim-Unterteck region! The food is incredibly tasty and at the same time affordable. If you come from the area, you should definitely eat here. The dishes that are prepared with so much love are particularly impressive - like the meat, which is cooked for 24 hours in a special oven. It's a real taste experience!

Now our regular restaurant! We go there on Thursday evenings almost every week and have never been disappointed! Very good food with plenty of choice and the staff is excellent, friendly, courteous and professional. We already know each other and are often greeted with a handshake! I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good Indian food in the region! You'll never go hungry there! See you next week and thank you! :)
