An exciting fish meal in a beautiful setting. The place is beautifully decorated. The seafood boils are brought in plastic bags and tipped into the bowl. Put on your bib and gloves, and you're ready to go. My tip: Order the fish soup as a starter. Delicious! The service, however, depends on the mood of the staff.

The ambience is rustic, I think when the sun is shining on the terrace with a view of the Rhine it is beautiful. I found the price for the salmon fillet a bit high, but the price for the seafood was justified. Would come again.

You have to eat at the mall Not the best

It was great! A nice little restaurant that was really full all the time. The staff was very accommodating, very polite and the food was simply excellent. The price-performance ratio is also right. One minus point from me is the cleanliness of the toilet rooms. Perhaps a little more attention should be paid to this. But otherwise absolutely great. We will definitely come back. Beware of the Tiktok trap. We were there on a Friday evening. The store wasn't really full, but it still took us 30 minutes for our order to be taken. The waiters aren't really attentive or approachable. Unfortunately, the service is really mediocre for the money you spend. To eat: We had different dishes: The prawns are very difficult to peel, quite overcooked and not even deveined. Which at 40 euros per kilo is really inferior. The special sauce tastes hardly of garlic, but tastes strongly of tomato, which doesn't really harmonize with the rest. The fries were cold and tasted sticky. I definitely recommend the fried potatoes here, they arrived fresh and delicious. - The calamari was a hit! I highly recommend them. - the starters taste fresh and are very tasty - The prawns in the clay pot are a scam. Hardly any taste and a super small portion for 22.50?! - The bread is dry and tastes strange. All in all it was okay but wouldn't go there again.

We ate at this restaurant about a week ago. The expectations were high and unfortunately the disappointment was even greater. The food was average to bad. The grilled sea bream was filleted incorrectly, all the bones were still on. The shrimp in the special sauce were also very unspectacular. The quality of the shrimp wasn't great either. You really expect more for the price range. Unfortunately, I can give similarly bad feedback on the service and ambience. My friend and I were eating in the restaurant for the first time and unfortunately we couldn't find a free parking space in the restaurant's parking lot, so we parked on the opposite street behind two other cars and asked the employees in the restaurant if we could park there. We were told it wouldn't be a problem at all. When we went to the car to drive home, we saw a parking ticket written to us. The ambience was also bad in my opinion. There was vacuuming next to us while we were eating (!!!)… Does that really have to be the case?! That spoiled my appetite even more. The floor was very dirty and greasy. You almost slipped several times. Overall, I cannot recommend a visit to this restaurant at all.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary today at this wonderful fish restaurant in Cologne - and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish The food: Fresh, high quality fish that was simply cooked to perfection - you can taste the quality! -The sauces were a poem: aromatic, balanced and simply delicious. The service: - Extremely friendly and accommodating - you feel welcome and valued. - When they found out about our wedding day, they surprised us at the end with a cake and candlelight - such a warm gesture makes the visit unforgettable! Conclusion: If you want to enjoy fish at the highest level in Cologne, this is the right place for you. Freshness, taste and hospitality are just right. Thank you for this special day – we will definitely be back! An absolute must for all fish lovers and everyone who appreciates special moments!

We ate there for the first time today with several work colleagues. The food was very tasty, we didn't wait long for our orders. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was very nice. We're looking forward to coming back.

We were there with my sisters for the first time on April 8th at 4 p.m. to celebrate something. Were very disappointed after eating the bowl. The taste was okay but nothing special, there are definitely better ones. The service was horrible, one said he actually worked there and was a temporary worker or something, the other said exactly the same. Nobody knew about the other one. The location itself is run down. Doesn't look like the pictures. Toilets were terrible. We definitely won't come again. It's a shame about the advertising that is done on social media.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Inch Seafood Restaurant and it was a really positive experience! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted incredibly fresh - you can just tell that quality and care are the priority here. The service was also top: very friendly, attentive and the employees responded well to the guests' wishes. They also had great recommendations that fit my taste perfectly. The prices are a little higher, but given the quality of the food, they are absolutely justified. You can tell that emphasis is placed on high-quality ingredients and good preparation. Shortcoming: The only small negative point: Parking options are unfortunately very limited, which makes visiting a little more difficult. Nevertheless, the positive aspects far outweigh the negatives. Conclusion: I can definitely recommend Incci and will definitely stop by again!

We were there with five people on Saturday lunchtime. We had reserved beforehand & a 2-hour time slot. The restaurant is located in Cologne Porz, directly on the Rhine. Therefore, the tables on the balcony are very popular in summer. But we had a window table in the restaurant, also with a good view. The restaurant itself is simply furnished. But the display of the fish is well done. The waiter(s), some of whom were very young, called us by the first name, which I didn't like there. I think the menu is well designed, as the highlights of the fish restaurant are presented with large symbols/illustrations paired with nice caricatures... e.g. B. Tupac or Notorious BIG ...(But there wasn't music like that playing 😉). What I'm clearly missing from the menu is beer or wine! NO alcoholic drinks can be found in it. Why is that? "Fish has to swim",... in the Inci Fish Restaurant it can only do so in water or pen drinks. The latter are often served (if several are ordered) in 1 liter reusable bottles (approx. 9 €). This is also a novelty for me, which I don't like because it reminds me of a chip shop. The ordering process was such that the young waiter pointed out to us that what we ordered wouldn't be enough. “This is how much three people eat here...”. Unfortunately we allowed ourselves to be influenced by this... in the end there was as much left over as we had ordered. A no go for me! The appetizer platter was tasty, ditto the farmer's salad. The fish platter only included fried/deep-fried fish/fish fillets. Even the piece of salmon was prepared that way and was very dry, which I thought was a shame. I would have liked grilled fish! I like the boil idea (a vessel that resembles a champagne cooler in which a plastic bag filled with the crab parts, prawns, octopus slices, potato pieces, corn on the cob and the all-encompassing sauce is brought to the table). But I find the bag absolutely inappropriate! Not only in times of avoiding plastic waste, but also because I have concerns. Hot food in a plastic bag?? What about the plasticizers etc.? In terms of taste, I definitely think the sauce tastes better at the “Portuguese”! The prawns were well cooked. The few and small octopus slices were unfortunately very tough. The lobster was well prepared and the body was already cut open. The waiter (for me the most competent at lunch) was so nice and explained & showed us how to open the scissors. You receive an apron in advance, which I thought was very good. Unfortunately, it smells extremely like paint/glue, so we all take it off again. Gloves are served once when eating...a novelty for me...which I didn't use. The boss recorded audible videos behind the counter (e.g. how he fillets fish, how a finished boil looks, etc.). Probably a sign of the times (TikTok). I found it interesting and innovative, but at the same time a bit disturbing. The restaurant filled up while we were there (more than 2 hours). I liked that no one asked us to leave 👍, although more and more often people were turned away without a reservation because the store was fully booked from 6 p.m....thank TikTok 😉. Summary...Location: top, ambience: ok, service: needs improvement, food: PLEASE PLEASE no longer in bags! Alternative to deep-frying/roasting: charcoal grill! Oh yes: parking spaces...yok! There is only room for a few cars there! And above all...no Kölsch in Cologne????? ABSOLUTE NO GO!!!!

I like this business. We ordered a seafood boil and it was DELICIOUS. We were also allowed to take a shell that looked very nice with us. It was even cleaned extra!

Very small shop and sometimes overcrowded. We called several times but no one answered the phone. We then spontaneously went there with several people and children and had to sit at a table that had already been reserved because everything was full. Otherwise we would have had to leave again... The service was so overwhelming. We always had to wait forever until someone came. And keep asking because you thought you had forgotten someone. It's been done MULTIPLE TIMES! brought something wrong. The food was ok, but some of the salads were too salty or too sour. Portions are rather small and sometimes overpriced. Park possible catastrophic. Far too few parking spaces. The ambience isn't particularly appealing either. Has something from the snack shop. I don't really understand the hype surrounding the store. Unfortunately it was disappointing for us... We've had some that were definitely better.

My experience at Inci was particularly impressive. We were in this restaurant for the first time and found the service to be very warm. The food was also very tasty and there was something for every palate. I can really only recommend it! LG

They didn't take the order for an hour and even though we called to the waiter 3 times, they didn't take the order, so we decided to travel from Belgium and eat fish, we are not happy.

A very nice open restaurant with a very nice view of the Rhine. I had a daily special (fresh swordfish). This was excellently prepared and tasted simply amazing. A clear recommendation from me.

Longer journeys are also worthwhile here (for us it is approx. 150 km)! Since it is a smaller restaurant, I would definitely recommend booking a table! We would love to come back 👍🏻

Delicious food, well prepared and the shrimp were really great! Add some sauce and it finishes it off. Reservations are recommended. Drove to Cologne from the Netherlands especially for this restaurant, and of course made a day out of it. Parking is difficult

The food is okay but nothing exceptional.. What I found very unfortunate is that the crab feet were very dry. Nevertheless, everything was good to eat. The serving of the food and the friendliness of the waiters is so mediocre. Everyone seems to be a bit overwhelmed. We had the mixed bag of seafood and fish. For €40 I would have expected a lot more.

The service doesn't really deserve a star: no reception, no questions, orders that were forgotten and just plain rude. The place was also way too crowded and noisy and looks like a canteen. There was also no decent ventilation. That was my last visit.

I had a strong feeling of being ignored, while other guests (especially Turkish speakers) were immediately served in a friendly and attentive manner. As a non-Turk, I felt significantly unwelcome, almost as if I didn't belong. This made the entire visit quite unpleasant, which is a shame as the kitchen definitely has potential.

Were there today. I absolutely can't understand the hype. My friend had the Seafood Boil. Wasn't very tasty. I had the fish plate. I have rarely eaten such poorly prepared fish. Everything was dry and fried to the point and not fresh. No soap or towels to dry your hands in the toilet. Definitely never again!

Since it was my first time eating lobster, I was very unsure how to handle it! I told our nice waiter that too and he showed it to me at the table! I thought it was great! Extra requests such as no fish head or bones were fulfilled immediately! Despite the many guests, the staff was quiet and friendly! The restaurant is not new but clean and cozy which we personally prefer! But that's not because they don't want it, but because of the city's requirements! The price is totally reasonable! I made a reservation both by phone and online around 11am today and specifically stated that we were coming for Iftar. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, 4-5 other guests who had also made reservations and were fasting were already standing outside the door waiting. None of us were allowed in. We were told the restaurant was full and we could wait outside (in the cold) until a table became available. A professional restaurant should organize its reservations according to the available seats, especially during Ramadan! Thanks to you, we and many other families had to endure an unpleasant experience. I was forced to break my fast standing an hour later and you embarrassed me in front of my guests. Thank you for that!

So today we went to the Inci Restaurant to eat, the spice was not good, we had asked for it at night, they said isn't there something for granted that you have on the table or on the counter, we had asked for a few napkins after 5 minutes and we still haven't picked them up so this service wasn't recommended to me. Food wasn't good at all as they said.

I found the food very greasy and it was cold inside. The interior was very plain. The view over the Rhine. The servers were very friendly, but not the fastest, even though it wasn't busy.

If I could, I'd give it zero points. The food and seafood bowl were simply terrible. The server was rude and inattentive. Everything was way too expensive. I don't recommend it and I'll never go back!

We were here for the 4th time. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent, the waiting time was acceptable. The ambience was also very nice. We would go here again and again. :) And don't forget the cheese cake and the chocolate slices are amazing! Super delicious!

Unfortunately not a classic fish restaurant. If you want to eat fish on Ash Wednesday, this is the wrong place. Everything Turkish style. Starting with the starters. Actually not a problem, but if you want to eat classic fish or have that expectation then don't come here.

The staff were extremely rude and the food did not live up to expectations. The salmon and the calamari rings taste unaromatic and inferior, the only thing you can taste is the frying oil. Inedible, we returned the food, I felt sick from the taste of frying oil after just three bites... the waiter still tried to remain friendly and ultimately took responsibility for the mishap because the kitchen claimed that the food tasted completely "normal". Normal is a matter of opinion! 👎🏼

This place was really better. The third time in a row I eat Gambaz shrimp and they were overcooked and mushy. The calamari was very hard fried. After I pointed this out to the waiter, the waiter's reaction was very dismissive. I don't want to discourage anyone from doing this - experience it yourself - for me there will be no next time.

The calamari rings we bought were very hard, not even fit enough to be eaten, and when we ordered the shrimp, they were overcooked and crumbled like flour in my hands, and I couldn't even eat it because it left a disgusting taste in my mouth. We reported this to the waiter.

Negative reviews are removed here. I was very dissatisfied here. I won't come back again. The food is consistently poor quality and tasteless. Old fry grease permeates the entire restaurant. Most of the positive reviews are incomprehensible.

The wide range of delicious fish dishes and seafood is second to none - simply top. The staff is very friendly and attentive and gives really knowledgeable advice. Unfortunately, the only drinks that go well with fish dishes are mineral water; The very tasty in-house lemonades and the usual soft drinks are not an alternative here. The fact that at least one white wine is not offered is an unnecessary break in food culture. Be sure to make a reservation.

It started with the fact that you could only reserve online, after I tried online three times and my cousin twice, there was never a confirmation like it says on the website! So of course we had to call, the lady wasn't exactly friendly but she confirmed that our table was reserved by her, of course that wasn't the case that day and we had to wait for our table (when you drive an extra 150 km that's annoying). The food is actually delicious BUT everything tastes the same plus or minus, here again the hype was bigger than the taste. The service was overwhelmed and there were two errors in the bill (two main courses were also booked even though we hadn't ordered them). Unfortunately I can't recommend it, but tastes differ. One last thing: parking there is a disaster, you should know your way around to find a parking space.

The price is definitely too high, the fish is stale and we were literally stuck in a corner with the kids. After an hour, the last anchovies arrived, dough and 1 cola for 8€, we were shocked. Those fancy bidos you watch are all advertisements, zero taste, zero quality, the place is small.

Friends, hand on heart, this restaurant is completely overrated. Seafood boil completely oily, extra crab legs ice cold and the meat as if torn. Fresh crabmeat is almost like a shrimp, it was anything but meaty. When I asked the waiter if it was normal that the crab meat was completely icy and of course not eaten, there wasn't even a small refund or a question about whether you should heat it up again, but whether you wanted it wrapped up. Don't be fooled by Tik tok and Instagram videos because you can buy the views as well as the fake reviews, which you can rate here as 5 stars.

We had dinner at this restaurant this evening for our daughter's 18th birthday. We had the seafood bowl, fish twice (bream and sea bass) and chicken once, as well as the starter plate. All dishes tasted very good. The seafood bowl was a hit. For one person it is plentiful and extremely tasty. Our daughter in particular was thrilled. We were particularly pleased that the waiters serenaded her with cake and fireworks for dessert. A super nice touch that made the visit even more special. We'd love to come back. It should also be mentioned that no alcohol is served, but that wasn't a problem with the homemade, delicious lemonade.

It was our first time at İnci Restaurant and we had made reservations for a birthday dinner as a couple. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which initially put us in a positive mood. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an organizational problem: both the starter and the main course were served at the same time. As a result, we couldn't really enjoy the starter or the main course because everything was on the table at the same time and quickly got cold. For a restaurant of this category, we expect better timing of the dishes. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our experience.

We had a family reunion there. The food tasted good and there was a very cozy and nice atmosphere. However, one had the feeling that the employees were in a hurry. Everything seemed a bit too fast, e.g. B. my mother was still eating, but the remaining plates were still cleared away. Furthermore, even though we didn't even ask for the bill, on the way out (to smoke) we were asked who would pick up the bill. I personally found that a bit unwelcome.

I got food poisoning thanks to your delicious mussels, first of all I asked the waiter if the mussels were spicy (because I can't tolerate any spicy at all due to severe stomach problems (gastritis)), he said no, they weren't spicy, so then they came Then I ate mussels and they were really spicy, but that wasn't it. I ate 5 pieces, the mussels were filled with rice, the rice was really mushy and after I ate I also noticed that the mussels smelled very, very fishy and old (that means they had probably been lying around for a few days )Normally, fresh mussels do not smell strongly fishy. Then a few hours later it started: diarrhea like water, constant vomiting, very bad flatulence, very bad nausea, chills, fever, dizziness and severe exhaustion. Now after 2 days I'm still lying flat. Remember, I only ate 5 mussels, I don't want to know what would have happened if I had eaten the entire plate. The sea bream that my two colleagues ate didn't taste fresh either and they had severe stomach pains afterwards. You really have to send the health department to them. So if you don't want to get food poisoning, I would recommend you not to go there.
