We had dinner at this restaurant this evening for our daughter's 18th birthday. We had the seafood bowl, fish twice (bream and sea bass) and chicken once, as well as the starter plate. All dishes tasted very good. The seafood bowl was a hit. For one person it is plentiful and extremely tasty. Our daughter in particular was thrilled. We were particularly pleased that the waiters serenaded her with cake and fireworks for dessert. A super nice touch that made the visit even more special. We'd love to come back. It should also be mentioned that no alcohol is served, but that wasn't a problem with the homemade, delicious lemonade.

Friends, hand on heart, this restaurant is completely overrated. Seafood boil completely oily, extra crab legs ice cold and the meat as if torn. Fresh crabmeat is almost like a shrimp, it was anything but meaty. When I asked the waiter if it was normal that the crab meat was completely icy and of course not eaten, there wasn't even a small refund or a question about whether you should heat it up again, but whether you wanted it wrapped up. Don't be fooled by Tik tok and Instagram videos because you can buy the views as well as the fake reviews, which you can rate here as 5 stars.

very bad service, not worth a visit.

It was our first time at İnci Restaurant and we had made reservations for a birthday dinner as a couple. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which initially put us in a positive mood. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an organizational problem: both the starter and the main course were served at the same time. As a result, we couldn't really enjoy the starter or the main course because everything was on the table at the same time and quickly got cold. For a restaurant of this category, we expect better timing of the dishes. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our experience.

I thought it was very tasty and the atmosphere was very attractive. I had a golden see food boil and that was a 10/10. The best thing about visiting the restaurant was my waiter, who I also became friends with I think his name was Livon TOP TYPE

We had a family reunion there. The food tasted good and there was a very cozy and nice atmosphere. However, one had the feeling that the employees were in a hurry. Everything seemed a bit too fast, e.g. B. my mother was still eating, but the remaining plates were still cleared away. Furthermore, even though we didn't even ask for the bill, on the way out (to smoke) we were asked who would pick up the bill. I personally found that a bit unwelcome.

I got food poisoning thanks to your delicious mussels, first of all I asked the waiter if the mussels were spicy (because I can't tolerate any spicy at all due to severe stomach problems (gastritis)), he said no, they weren't spicy, so then they came Then I ate mussels and they were really spicy, but that wasn't it. I ate 5 pieces, the mussels were filled with rice, the rice was really mushy and after I ate I also noticed that the mussels smelled very, very fishy and old (that means they had probably been lying around for a few days )Normally, fresh mussels do not smell strongly fishy. Then a few hours later it started: diarrhea like water, constant vomiting, very bad flatulence, very bad nausea, chills, fever, dizziness and severe exhaustion. Now after 2 days I'm still lying flat. Remember, I only ate 5 mussels, I don't want to know what would have happened if I had eaten the entire plate. The sea bream that my two colleagues ate didn't taste fresh either and they had severe stomach pains afterwards. You really have to send the health department to them. So if you don't want to get food poisoning, I would recommend you not to go there.

The location is inviting, right on the Rhine - but far too few parking spaces. When asked about allergens (which are declared as a and b in the menu but not assigned), the waiter said that he would ask in the kitchen. A fish soup was ordered for 8.50 euros, two salmon fillets with potatoes and a salad garnish were 25.50 euros each. The waiting time was reasonable, bread with herbs and olive oil was served - very tasty About the soup: yes, there was fish in it, and in sufficient quantities - but unfortunately without any taste. there was a lack of salt and spices. There is also a lot of fat on the soup. Now to the salmon fillet, a lovely piece served with roasted ? Potato pieces (a sufficient, filling amount), a tartar sauce and a salad garnish. Unfortunately, here too, everything was salted/seasoned far too little. There was no response to the request for salt and pepper - so (since they weren't on the tables) you help yourself. The salmon fillet had a strange taste, no salt, no spices, and you didn't know what you had in your mouth. Bland, no fishy taste. Salt that is not added before cooking cannot penetrate the product. This applies to fish, meat and side dishes. Adding salt later at the table doesn't help much. We asked and were told that the fish is grilled on an iron plate. It could be that there was some oil from another piece of meat in front of this fish. Who wants a steak that tastes like salmon (unsalted) or a chicken fillet (unsalted) that tastes like salmon, steak and shrimp (all unsalted) but not like what it looks like? We didn't want a bland salmon fillet with bland grilled potatoes, so we had a third of the food cleared away and asked for the bill. There was a 10% discount and a cup of coffee on the house. The *atmosphere* is very welcoming and cozy, with modern furnishings that create a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at the same time. We would particularly like to emphasize the *friendliness towards children* - the entire staff was very accommodating and made a lot of effort to ensure that we and our children had a pleasant stay. The *service* was outstanding. The boss himself served us and made us feel really welcome. What was particularly impressive was that *the children's food was served extra quickly* so that they didn't have to wait and could enjoy it straight away - a really great gesture! The *food* was fantastic too. The fish dishes are fresh, perfectly prepared and taste a real treat. The *grilled fish* was particularly tender and juicy. The side dishes were also excellent and went perfectly with the fish. At the end there was even a *dessert on the house*, which we were very happy about and made the evening even more pleasant. All in all, it was a wonderful visit to the *Inci Fish Restaurant*. The friendly atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food and child-friendly treatment really made our evening special. I was a long-time fan of Fisch İnci's first location and loved the food and service. However, the new location in Nippes has topped the experience: the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, the food is a solid 10/10, and the service is excellent as always. I'm overwhelmed once again and can't wait to go there again

The food is very very tasty. One star is deducted for the fact that we had actually reserved for 4 p.m. and the reservation is limited to 2 hours. We asked by phone whether we could come at 3 p.m., then we were told no problem but it wasn't pointed out that this would end our stay shortened to 1 hour. That means we had to leave the restaurant at 4 p.m. Of course very annoying, a waiter was very, very nice and apologized several times and we were given the mocha on the house which we were allowed to enjoy outside in January but were happy to accept it because we still had a 2 hour drive home.

ATTENTION BE WARNED!!! DON'T LET THE VIDEOS AND COMMENTS DECEIVE YOU!!! I was there for the first and last time. I came especially from Frankfurt and had planned the trip a week in advance. I could have put this one week anywhere else. An absolute disaster. The VEGETABLES are watery and were COOKED and NOT GRILLED which was not mentioned on the menu. The fries were cold and not crispy from the frozen food. The bowl contains crab shell without meat and the corn cobs could be made of more than 1/4. The calamari is comparable to a car tire. I think the octopus escaped from the plate, no trace anywhere. The fried potatoes were boiled and NOT FRIED. The sauce was okay, but the taste was very weak. The shrimp and prawns were ok. Was the 2 hour journey worth it, definitely not. Best regards Janik Monastery

So really overrated We ordered Goldenseafood boil for 4 people for approx. 295 euros. It was really little for it and felt like I was being ripped off when it came to the portion in the description The taste was ok, I expected a lot more the way people push it So I left just under 350 euros and it was the normal standard 2 stars The waiters were very nice and polite, thank you

We were very excited about our visit to Inci! We had the Sea Food Boil, which luckily for us was 10 euros cheaper as it is available as a special every Thursday. The service was very friendly and very accommodating and the food came super quickly. There was bread with dip ahead of time, and the drinks came straight away. There were gloves for the sea food boil and, if necessary, a bib and a nutcracker to crack the crab shells. Everything tasted great. We can recommend it wholeheartedly!

Disappointing experience at the Inci restaurant in Cologne I have often visited and appreciated the Inci restaurant in Cologne, but my last visit left me deeply disappointed. It's sad to see how much the quality and service has declined. Here are the main problems I experienced: 1. Lack of ventilation😷 The restaurant does not have proper ventilation. As soon as someone at the next table orders meat on hot stones, the intense smell spreads throughout the entire room. It is not only unpleasant but also disturbing when you enjoy fish dishes yourself. 2. Extremely unhygienic conditions, The cleanliness in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. There are cobwebs hanging under the lamps🕸, and there are dead spiders🕷, flies and mosquitoes on the fittings and window sills that obviously haven't been removed for a long time🧽. Particularly problematic: The cobwebs in the lights on the wall are difficult to see at first glance, and the two dead spiders that are in them are only visible when you look closer and zoom in on the pictures. Nevertheless, such conditions are unacceptable and leave a very negative impression. 3. Poor service 🍽 The service has deteriorated dramatically. The team used to be more attentive🔍 and proactively asked whether drinks or bread needed to be added. This time I was completely ignored. No questions, no interest – it was disappointing. 4. Loss of quality in the seafood boil🐟 The so-called “Seafood Boil”, which once made the restaurant famous, is now a shadow of its former self. Conclusion: 🙅‍♂️ The Inci restaurant was once a place that I really appreciated. But the lack of hygiene, the negligent service and the declining quality of the food make it clear that the store can no longer maintain its previous standards. We came all the way from belgium to have a good time at this restaurant. Me and my little brother both ordered the Entrecote Steak 300 gr. Firstly they didn’t ask if we wanted the steak medium rare or well done. But it all goes down from here, when the steak came, it was burned on the side it was layed down, but my little brothers steak was a bit burned but okay at least. When i told the manager about this situation, he just returned the steak as it was and said they forgot it in the kitchen, he didn’t even do nothing about the steak. And then he told me it was my fault that the steak was burned?? The manager is absolutly disgusting. He shouldn’t be working with that kind of attitude. On Friday evening I had something to eat at inci with my siblings for the first time. I had the famous seefoidboil. Unfortunately, after a few hours, nausea and diarrhea began. Vomiting occurred. I was vomiting the whole time Friday night and had circulatory problems. I also had an elevated temperature. It was so bad that the emergency doctor had to come. I have fish poisoning! There must have been something bad about the food that made me react to it. And NO! I didn't eat anywhere after that, it was my last meal that day! There is only one star for the service because he was very polite. I will never eat there again. My sister also felt a little sick. This is NOT a fake review! The Cologne trip was a total failure, 3 days wasted in the hotel room!

I can't understand the hype surrounding this restaurant. We didn't like the food. We ordered a fish platter for two people and a steak. The fish served was really dry and tasteless. It didn't taste like fish at all. Like I ate dried and smoked fish. The steak was ordered medium rare, but came to the table well done. The farmer's salad was really tasty. The service staff was top. They offered us a new steak and asked several times if we had any wishes. It took about an hour from ordering to serving.

We were there yesterday and never again! We have reserved a table for 8 people at 8 p.m. We should be there 10 minutes in advance. Were there 15 minutes earlier and had to stay outside in the cold until 8:32 p.m. because the previous guests didn't want to get up. Now we didn't want to sit down at the table yet because it still had to be covered! The waitress brought us the menu and didn't come for 20 minutes, so when he came there wasn't anything we wanted to eat. So incredibly unprofessional and zero customer satisfaction!

I am very disappointed. It was a real Tik Tok failure. We drove there for 2 hours and the location looks like a snack bar just next to the water. Unfortunately, the service was completely overwhelmed, we had ordered a starter, it just wasn't brought to us and when we got to the main course we found out that the starter was sold out We had to start straight away with the main course. The food itself was okay but nothing more. I can't recommend the shop more highly.

Was there today, the waiters can only work at McDonald's. If you pay €350 for a meal for 4 people you should get something decent but not here starters very bad eat mediocre but it's not worth the money definitely don't avoid it

Disappointing fish platter for 2 people - Never again! We opted for the fish platter/mixed fish platter for 2 people, and that was really a complete disappointment. The portion was tiny and the fish seemed old and of poor quality. I've never experienced anything like that. For 72 euros we would have expected something much better. The price-performance ratio is not right here. We definitely won't be coming back!

On December 24th, 2024 we were in Inci Restaurant. There was a Christmas dinner. We arrived at around 8:30 p.m. and had called ahead to say that a table by the window might be reserved. According to the waiter on the phone it was fine. When we registered on site, the waiter simply brushed me off (without making eye contact). We left a lot of money and also wanted to have a service. We all found the manner of the waiter (who unfortunately was responsible for us) unpleasant throughout the entire evening. Unsympathetic, unfriendly and unprofessional. He had black hair, glasses and was a little tanner. My number is also on file. You are welcome to call me and I will go into the details. If you want to happily go out to dinner with your work colleagues and the waiter ruins the evening, that's unpleasant. We were afraid to even order anything. He also very often gave us the dishes and bottles table slammed. The other waiters were 1000x nicer. We will never come again.

The İnci Fish Restaurant is beautifully located right on the river bank and offers a wonderful atmosphere. The fish dishes are extremely tasty and freshly prepared. The only disadvantage is the limited parking space.

The pollack fillet that I ate was disappointing in taste and I would not order it again. Given the fact that I traveled specifically from Bremerhaven and traveled over 400 kilometers to do so, the overall experience was disappointing. The prices are overpriced in relation to the quality, and I don't understand the general hype. Although the ambience was excellent and the service was satisfactory, there is still room for improvement.

Today I visited the Inci Restaurant in Cologne-Porz for the first time and I am simply thrilled! I can really recommend it to everyone - even those who don't actually like lake food, because I was exactly that kind of person. Today I tried it for the first time and was totally impressed. The location, the food, the staff – everything is a 100 out of 10! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and just great. The food was excellent, served on time and hot. I particularly noticed one of the employees - simply the best! I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can really recommend the Inci restaurant from the bottom of my heart. The place is very good and the service has a very good attitude towards its guests, it is very safe to be here and spend your time here. What attracted me the most about their food as well as the atmosphere. A pleasure for all senses! I had the pleasure of eating at Inci recently and I absolutely love it. From the greeting to the last bite, everything was perfect. The ambience is stylish and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere suitable for both a romantic dinner and a meeting with friends. The service was exceptional: attentive, friendly and yet discreet. The menu offers a wonderful selection and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. The prawns with delicious Inci sauce were very tasty! Everything was prepared with great attention to detail and tasted excellent. The prices are absolutely fair considering the quality, and it was noticeable that great importance is placed on fresh ingredients. I can only warmly recommend incifisch Restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

First of all, thank you for the great food and excellent service. The grilled mackerel fillets were excellent. The portion was very generous and the rice was perfect! The service was friendly, courteous and quick. There were two of us and we got a place without a reservation (it was around 7 p.m.), thank you again for that. Personally, I just think the tables are very close together and it was very loud and hectic, so you couldn't really enjoy the ambience. There are very few parking spaces directly at the restaurant.

Unfortunately very unfriendly staff, it was so uncomfortable, I won't recommend it.

Can't say anything about the food, because thanks to the very vague name "reservations start at 4 p.m. - 6 p.m." we didn't arrive until around 4:50 p.m. By the time we got to the entrance it was 5:05 p.m. To then hear we are only allowed to stay until 6 p.m. because we are so reserved. While we wanted to briefly discuss with each other whether it made sense, since it usually takes 45-90 minutes for the order to be accepted and processed (especially when it's full), I was pushed from behind. When I asked why he doesn't ask me when he wants to pass and just pushes me, the man said "I work here!" Then you should be more polite? We were then put under pressure by the “reception” to decide because there were still customers waiting...As if we weren't customers... The bottom line is that it was a very unpleasant experience. The gentleman at reception is out of place and has no hand for something like that. In addition, of course, there is the definition of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. when reservations start. Unhappy. It's better to make it clear that you have reserved for a time slot of 2 hours (which I don't think is okay either... Like a snack bar. We had already planned to stay there for 3 hours. I think other guests think that way too.

I am absolutely disappointed with my experience. This 1KG bowl is the biggest letdown and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For some prawns and some frills with potatoes and a tiny ear of corn you pay a whopping €40. It just wasn't worth it at all because you just don't feel full afterwards. We also ordered a lobster. This looks appealing but for €45 I expect that you will at LEAST be full. Here, too, one could not speak of getting full. Nothing special in taste at all. Everyone can do this better at home. All in all, €155 to go out for another kebab and walk two kilometers to his car. Absolutely not recommended.

Reservations were easy to make on the website for Christmas Day. We were seated quickly when we arrived. The servers were friendly, and very efficient and food was bought out quickly. We ordered the big boil (295€) for our party of 4. For such a big plate, it was brought out quickly, and all of the food and sauces were great. Overall a great experience and we will go back during the day for the view. Expect to spend at least 40-50€ per person.

Despite a reservation I made weeks in advance, we didn't get a table on Christmas Eve. The reservation could probably not be “viewed” by the restaurant. Too bad.

We were there yesterday for the first and last time. We had ordered turbot, sole, (1kg) a bowl, lobster and a starter. Even though there were so many staff there, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our drinks. Bread was already on the table, but the drinks didn't come. The starter was forgotten and only served with the main course, the main course itself didn't even come at the same time. Almost everything was disappointing in terms of taste: the turbot was dry, almost like it was fried, and the edible portion was extremely small - €25 for it. The sole was also dry and tasteless, as was the lobster. The sauces seemed to mask the bad taste. The only thing that was halfway good were the potato wedges and the shrimp. In addition, the restaurant was dirty, the floor and even the menus. And then the waiter told us to make a video - when we just wanted to eat. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately I can only give one star! We didn't have the opportunity to eat there even though we made a reservation. In the confirmation email it says: Reservation start: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. and not reservation period 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. So we stand in front of the restaurant at 5 p.m. and are told by the waitress that we only have one hour to eat (including ordering, browsing the menu and paying). Okay, I may have understood the email differently, but the start of the reservation has a very broad meaning. Well the service person wasn't nice! He said we only had an hour and would have to get up afterwards. How is that supposed to work? The food would have to be on the table for the whole thing to work. He wasn't very interested in keeping us as guests either, instead he encouraged another family who was standing behind us to bark at us... another (waiter I assume) pushed my husband because he had to come over ! Well, so we had to leave because the man who assigned the tables was rushed and stressed. We were so happy to eat fish. It was Christmas Eve and all the restaurants were closed or full. Hungry, we first had to look for locations that could accommodate us. Thank you, thank you very much for nothing + the nice way in which we were treated. I've never eaten with you and never will after today. I will also advise everyone in my close circle of friends against it!!

Yesterday I was at Inci in Porz with friends for my graduation. Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied. The homemade lemon mint iced tea tastes like toothpaste. The waiter could have been a little more professional and courteous and not called us childish. I don't think guests need to explicitly request that starters be served before the main course. To eat: squid, salad and Ganelen were very tasty. The fish platter was also very tasty. We didn't like the chicken skewer. However, the music in the restaurant was quite incongruous with the atmosphere. There is a lot of potential there, I hope it will be expanded upon again.

My personal opinion: The service took good care of us and the other guests. But as dinner progressed, more and more people were squeezed into the restaurant. So it became uncomfortable. My food (anchovy plate) was not hot, lukewarm at most. The prices are a bit high but still ok. A seafood restaurant should be cozy and have a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I have already visited a few fish restaurants in Europe and Turkey. I'm also part of the group that ate fish in the "Bastei" in Cologne. Conclusion: Service staff very good. Ambience uncomfortable due to too many guests. Prices a bit high. My food was no longer warm. My tip: fewer guests, keep the service good, bring the food warm to the table. Then you will be able to stay at the location for a long time. (What all the restaurants at this location failed to do) I wish you all the best and hope that you will stay for a long time. Decent restaurants are in short supply in Porz-Mitte.

Reservations were easy to make by phone. We were seated quickly when we arrived. The restaurant was crowded but they accommodated our party as best they could. The servers were friendly, and very efficient and food was bought out quickly. We ordered the calamari, seafood boil, lobster and mixed fish plate. All of the food and sauces were good. The fresh bread and house made lemonade were good also red. They don’t serve alcohol, which was not a big deal for me. Lastly we got a ticket for street parking in the front after 8pm on a Saturday so be mindful when parking. Overall a great experience and we will go back during the day for the view. Expect to spend at least 40-50€ per person.

Unfortunately the shop is too small that they all sit next to each other. Based on the taste, I would give the food a 6/10. Mediye ordered without sauce and it still came with sauce. The staff was very nice and friendly

Yesterday on December 14th, 2024 we went to the Inci fish restaurant with our companies for Christmas dinner. The food is extremely delicious. A brilliant experience. Everyone enjoyed the food wonderfully and the service was also first class. We will come more often from now on. We are also looking forward to the opening of the new restaurant and will be happy to go there.

I can only recommend a very good restaurant

Even though we went with a reservation two days in advance, they claimed that we didn't have a reservation, then they said sorry, we sat in a random place, it's all an Instagram story, they do nothing but fry the fish in the fryer and serve it. The environment is an oval place and it is very cramped and not spacious. After the meal, we put all our clothes aside to never wear them again. because we are above It was quite out of touch. It's not worth coming by metro 14 stops from the city center. It's definitely nothing but a disappointment. They couldn't give us the forceps and other equipment they were supposed to give along with the shelled products because they were dirty and they couldn't wash them. What should we do? Should we gnaw the lobster with our teeth? Comedy

Unfortunately you have to wait hours for the drinks, which is a shame. The food is great, unfortunately there is no wine, just water, tea and coffee, and yes, iced tea.

Great experience at Inci fish restaurant in Cologne We recently visited the Inci fish restaurant in Cologne and were completely impressed. We tried a Seafood Broil and a Gamba Bowl - both dishes were fresh, tasted unique and offered a wide selection of fish and seafood. The food is served directly to the table, and the special thing about the bowls is that you eat them with gloves and bibs - a little adventure that makes the visit special. The service was excellent: requests were fulfilled immediately, and the team was always friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant - it wasn't too loud and all the guests seemed to feel comfortable. A highlight is the view: with a view of the Rhine, eating becomes a real experience. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the upscale range, but given the quality, it is absolutely justified. Paying €30-40 for 1kg of seafood and fish is fine. All in all, a great restaurant for fish lovers that I highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

We were really looking forward to our visit to your restaurant and drove three hours to dine with you. Unfortunately, we discovered that our experience did not live up to expectations. The service was unfriendly. For example, my requests for a napkin and a toothpick were met with a rude comment and I was asked whether that was what I wanted or whether I wanted something else, even though there were only three guests present at the time. After I asked the waiter how I was supposed to open crab, since you don't get to be a crab all the time, he threw the nutcracker on the table and ran away. In our opinion, polite and respectful interaction is one of the basic requirements for a successful dining experience. The food didn't quite suit our taste either, but that's of course subjective and a question of preference. However, what particularly disappointed us was the fact that we were billed incorrectly when paying. Although the amount was not large, something like this shouldn't happen and unfortunately we only noticed this after we got up.

I can't understand the hype. The prices are extremely high, but it's not worth it at all. It's definitely not seafood boil, the sauce you get with it doesn't fit at all. No eggs, no corn, no sausage, almost only shrimp. You should find out more about what a seafood boil contains. The shrimp weren't even cleaned properly. Once and never again. At least the staff was nice. Best regards.

We ate at Inci today and can absolutely recommend it. The shrimp and the boils are super tasty. The restaurant looks great and the service is super nice.

I absolutely can't understand the hype. The bowl for a whopping €40 had 7 frozen shrimps in it and not good quality, some frills, 1 potato and a quarter of a corn cob. Nothing worth €7. The fish plate was horror 2 fish (sea bass 1/2 and another breaded fish were bad and just tasted spoiled. A small piece of aquaculture salmon and 2 Sardinia Zack 34€. You are also harassed at the entrance. You have a maximum of an hour the table then disappears. Mass processing will not last forever. CONCLUSION: PRICE-PERFORMANCE RATIO POOR IN THE FISH PLATE, TWO FISH WERE BAD SEA BASS AND ONE BREADED FISH. The bowl is a pure rip-off. For us it was the first and definitely the last time in this restaurant.
