I planned a proposal for my girlfriend here, and the staff was super helpful and kind. They managed to provide us with a private room where I could do the proposal, away from everyone's eyes, and overall the experience was really good. (And she said yes!)

We go there regularly, both my daughter and we did today for our Christmas party, and we were all very impressed! The food is delicious, and the warm hospitality and atmosphere make it all the more special! I always love coming back.

The staff is rude. I wouldn't recommend going there. In my opinion.

Food was great, but the new server had some trouble with drinks. The place was large and crowded, and the service wasn't very personal. Avoid going during the Christmas market season.

We had made a reservation for six to seven people. Upon arrival, we were initially told we had reserved for twelve. After presenting the corresponding reservation email, this was corrected to eight people. Subsequently, according to the staff, we were informed that since there were ultimately only five of us, we would only be allowed to eat in the restaurant if we paid a €150 tip as "compensation." We found this demand unreasonable and disconcerting. During the discussion, an older couple arrived and were refused entry on the grounds that there were no seats available. We offered them our table, which the restaurant declined. The implication was that the couple would likely only order a pizza and then leave. Furthermore, it was implied that they expected a turnover of around €50 per person. This attitude seemed unusual for a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, we found the tone and the entire situation unprofessional and unwelcoming. We did not feel welcome as guests and will therefore not visit the restaurant again.

The food was okay. Nothing special in my opinion. The service seemed very overwhelmed, which didn't contribute to a relaxed dining experience.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at the Incanto Restaurant in Kirchheim unter Teck with a group of 16 people. The selection and variety of Italian appetizers was excellent and perfect for sharing. The steaks were cooked to perfection and of the highest quality. A particular highlight was the fresh pasta served from a Parmesan wheel – incredibly delicious! The service and atmosphere perfectly rounded off the evening. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We were a small group, but in the end, one or two people were missing. The staff reacted extremely aggressively, immediately threatening us with high fines and speaking in a tone that was simply unacceptable! The whole situation was unpleasant and completely unnecessary. We've decided: We won't be coming back—disrespectful!

We arrived relatively late on a Sunday evening, just before the kitchen closed. We were able to eat a la carte as usual, and the service was extremely friendly and humorous. The kitchen had already partially closed, but they still cooked a meal especially for us. The food was incredibly delicious, and the ambiance gave us a real holiday feeling. Many thanks to the great team and for the lovely Sunday evening. We'll be back❤️

Four of us went there yesterday and got a table without a reservation. The service was friendly and pleasant, the owner was very funny and even came by several times to ask if everything was okay. We chose from the daily specials. The pinsen were all very tasty, but the small salad that came first: it could definitely be better, which is a shame. And the portion of homemade ravioli could have been larger; it wasn't enough to fill us up.

Very good food and good prices, but the water is very expensive. €5 for a glass of water when the meal costs €12 is excessive. There's no drinks menu, just the three daily set meals.

The service was very friendly, and the appetizer platter was excellent—lovingly presented and a true highlight in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, the main course didn't live up to the standard. The mussels in a white wine sauce were cold and tough. Instead of fresh grilled vegetables, they served simply reheated frozen vegetables that weren't even grilled. The pasta was also overcooked and lacked any bite.

Sorry, I can't really agree with the positive reviews. Recently, I had lunch at Incanto. The salad dressing in the appetizer salad was a ready-made mayo dressing. Of the two pieces of salmon, one was good, the other dry and hard, and the pasta was too soft. Positive: the espresso was free after I complained. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the delicious, authentic Italian food and atmosphere at Stefano's are no longer the same as they used to be!

A visit to the Incanto restaurant is always a real highlight! The service is absolutely top-notch – Chef Samer, in particular, makes you feel immediately welcome with his warm manner. Instead of choosing from the menu, he offered us a personalized fish and seafood platter for two – and it was simply brilliant! Freshly prepared and a true taste experience. The wine list is also fantastic – especially since it includes my favorite wine, Amarone. If you appreciate Mediterranean cuisine and excellent service, Incanto is the place for you. Highly recommended!

Everything is tastefully decorated and contributes to a relaxing stay. The operators are extremely warm and manage to bring a personal touch to the visit. You can immediately tell that people work here with passion. Conclusion: An all-round successful experience – everything is just right here! I'll definitely come back.

Been here for the first time and felt right at home. Great food, brilliant dessert, great rosé. We are real fans!

I first tried to go to their closest competitor but I waited for 5 minutes while 2 staff members walked past me over and over. Because I am not confident with my German, I waited quietly. I ended up leaving and going to Incanto instead and I am so glad I did. The owner served me and he was friendly and patient and the Parmesan that came when I asked was very generous. I spend half the year here from Australia and it’s my new favourite place.

A beautiful restaurant in the center of Kirchheim. Very stylishly furnished. We had pasta and pinse. The food was beautifully prepared. The noodles were perfect and the pins were nice and crispy and well topped. Unfortunately everything is a bit bland... but you can add more seasoning. The portion size is just right. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, he is also the face of the restaurant. He has an attentive look and you can immediately tell that it is important to him that his guests feel comfortable. Unfortunately you can't say that about your service staff. But we'd love to come back.

Nice and friendly service. When it comes to food, the price-performance ratio is right. The atmosphere is very good, but when it's well occupied it's unfortunately very loud that you can hardly have a conversation.

Unfortunately, the kitchen closed quite early on a Thursday, so I could only get a lasagne to take away. The lasagne was very tasty, but in my opinion a bit small for the price. The staff was very friendly and tried to make the best of the situation.

Well, nowadays everyone thinks that anyone can make a pinsa. Unfortunately (almost) everyone only buys these ready-made pinsa that you just have to put on top and heat in the oven. You could tell that it wasn't fresh or homemade dough, but supermarket stuff, which was a shame because the terrace was really nicely done. I am an Italian myself and our Italian cuisine is made with a lot of love, unfortunately not every compatriot of mine does that and I know that. My recommendation for this restaurant would be “please master and respect Italian cuisine” I also thought they were Italians, unfortunately no one there spoke Italian.

Super cool, typically Italian, It's a cute Italian place where people like to go. The appetizer platter is recommended. The pasta was as it should be. There was a daily special - pasta and salad - unfortunately we got pasta and vegetables. The service was a bit overwhelmed that evening due to a lack of staff. I also received the wrong drink. After 20 minutes we had to go to the counter again for a friend and pick up our order because two notices to the waitress had been missed... Normally I'm not picky, but since the exact same thing happened to the people sitting next to me, I'm deducting a point for service. There is a need for improvement. Nevertheless, we would like to come back.

We discovered this restaurant in Kirchheim today and thought it had great reviews, so we'd look for a nice spot and were lucky in the outdoor area. The service is very friendly and attentive. We also found something delicious and we were pleasantly surprised, the food was very tasty, the price-performance ratio was top notch. Here you would have to give a 6th star. We will definitely come back and recommend the restaurant.

Discovered by chance and was very pleased. Beautiful, cozy half-timbered house, great ambience. The service was very nice and quick. Basically I had the best Limoncello Spritz there. Super refreshing and not too sweet. Pasta was also very tasty and aromatic. I'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, the two of us were turned away at 6:15 p.m. and asked to come back at 8:30 p.m. It's a bit of a shame when you come to the second place and it feels like almost everything is empty. So unfortunately I can't say much about the food.

You could sit outside today. It's very nice about the old walls. We got a table even without a reservation. Today I had spaghetti with tomato sauce, squid and shrimp with cherry tomatoes. My husband ravioli with ricotta and spinach in a sage butter sauce. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Great price-performance ratio. Staff very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back. 😃
