We happened to eat here (with Schlemmerblock)! Everything was perfect! Absolutely clean!!!! Friendly!!! Yummy!!! Even though we were told that we would have to wait for the food to be served since the restaurant was full (Saturday) and we didn't make a reservation...the food came very quickly! We didn't have to wait at all! We'll be back! P. S.: There's even lemon soda to drink!!! Grazie e forza Puglia ❤️‍🔥

We spontaneously went to Al Borgo after a hike to Teck Castle and are absolutely thrilled with this restaurant. Everything just worked, we were extremely happy. Starting with the warm and friendly service, both of whom were in a good mood (despite the full dining room) and totally attentive. We continue with the ambience: The restaurant is very elegantly furnished and really looks good. And all of this is topped off by the delicious food. We had bruschetta, rigatoni and pizza salami. I haven't eaten such delicious pizza in a long time. For us it was a successful end to our hike and even though it's a little further away, we'll definitely come back because of the overall package. Many thanks to the guests. You can feel that it is a big family that works and lives together there! We really liked it!

An Italian restaurant as you wish - warm, authentic, great starters, great pizza, delicious wine. We weren't here for the last time!

Were there for the first and last time. Despite a reservation, we were seated at a table away from the table and ignored for 30 minutes, while subsequent (regular) guests were served in a friendly and quick manner. The waitress kept looking at us and then walked past. Shortly before we wanted to leave, the pizza maker came out of his counter and took our order. The Vitello Tonnato starter and the pizza bread were delicious, but the pizzas were really tasteless. While we were still sitting at the table, the vacant tables were being cleaned - with a spray bottle that misted the entire room with the extreme smell of the cleaning product. We wanted to pay and were continued to be ignored until my husband went forward and ordered the bill. We answered the standard question about whether everything was OK. The response was...nothing. The waitress looked surprised and walked away without comment. There are many better places for the price.

We waited about 15-20 minutes until we were allowed to order, including drinks, not so nice. Then, as usual in Germany, as a guest you are no longer on the list, but pizza was great.

Unfortunately we were there too early, it doesn't open until 5 p.m Nevertheless, we were allowed to sit down and were given something to drink. Super nice, friendly people there Sit comfortably in the garden and enjoy the beer garden

Grazia does a great job, great pizza and at the end a great show on the guitar from Grazia! Top! Switch off for a moment! Nice atmosphere. Nice family business. At the end, Grazia's mom came out and sang with her daughter! Great evening! Italy very close :)

We ate there for the first time today and we loved it! The staff is very nice, the food was delicious and the prices were really fair. The menu offers many different dishes and a large selection of pasta and pizza (also vegetarian). Apart from the Italian classics, there are finally some more special dishes that you don't find so often. The tortellini with pistachios, mortadella and burrata were a real highlight. We would love to come back and can highly recommend it.

Great pizzeria. 9 of us were here for dinner (4 adults, 5 kids). Really awesome wood-fired pizza, great toppings and all pizzas taste great! There were also delicious beers from the Schönbuch Braumanufaktur. We'll definitely be back.

Nice restaurant. Very friendly service. The food tastes great and there are unusual pizzas there. Oreu's performance is also good. You can sit outside there nicely.

Delicious gluten-free pizza at Al Borgo zur Brenne in Kirchheim/Teck. There is also gluten-free pasta. They know their stuff very well. :) absolute recommendation ☺️ we'll definitely be back!

Remotely located, but highly recommended. In the cozy outdoor area with plenty of shady trees and plants, we enjoyed our pasta, which tasted very good and looked appealing. The rose wine (Leveno or something similar - unfortunately I can't remember its exact name) tasted really good. We'd love to come back.

Super tasty pizza, nice service and a nice beer garden. It's not so centrally located, but no problem by bike or car. Definitely worth it 👍👍

Five of us were there for lunch for the first time today. The food was very tasty, except for the pasta dish. The pasta was very al dente and you had to look for the salmon. The pizzas, on the other hand, were great, as were the antipasti. Gladly again, but the pasta with salmon is unlikely anymore.

Were there for the first time today...and were thrilled! Very friendly welcome and communication. Food was very, very good...both in terms of taste, appearance and quantity. Had great bruschetta, orechiette with porcini mushrooms and especially Pizza Norcina was terrific (see photo)... juicy, well topped and excellent dough/base (wood oven - centrally in the restaurant... you can watch the pizzaiolo preparing it). We'll definitely be back! Thank you for the lovely evening and the warm hospitality.

We go there very often and the food is very tasty, except for lasagna or baked noodles, which we unfortunately can't recommend. What's also a shame is that the staff doesn't regularly check whether the guests still have enough to drink or have anything to drink at all.

We sat in the winter garden and there was no sense of a pleasant atmosphere because the light was so bright (we felt like we were in a hospital canteen...). We also had to wait a disproportionately long time for our drinks and food. The entire service team was extremely unfriendly, including the boss... Price-performance ratio wasn't right either. All in all a total failure and not recommended.

Today we were in the "neue Brenne" at the Schafhof for the first time...but with the Schlemmerblock... We ordered 2 pizzas, one of them vegetarian with porcini mushrooms, pesto, parmesan shavings, fresh tomatoes and rocket. Despite there being few guests and we were very early, something went wrong with the order. Instead of sour shandy, a sweet one and the vegetarian pizza was missing the ruccola and fresh tomatoes 😳😳😳 Was it because of the gourmet block??? No apology, no nothing...whether we go there again??? Finally, the positive...the pizzas were still good.

We were here for the first time today and we are thrilled. The restaurant is beautifully located, the service is impeccable - everyone is nice and accommodating. The food is great and you can watch the pizza maker. We can highly recommend it and will definitely come back :)

Not again. We reserved a table for 7 people at 6:30 p.m. Ordered drinks and 7 pizzas with 2 side salads at 6:40 p.m. After the neighboring table, which had ordered half an hour after us, had already been provided with food, I received the answer to my complaint that "our" delay was due to the two salads we ordered. What logic. Finally, the pizzas arrived 75 minutes after we ordered, although only the dough for the vegetarian calzone was warm.

A good Italian restaurant. This in We can really recommend this family-run restaurant. I tried the wood-fired pizza and thought it was delicious. The Al Borgo is located away from Kirchheim, but no problem with the navigation system, it's worth it.

Went there for the first time on Saturday and went home super happy. Best Italian far and wide. We live in the Remstal and if it weren't so far to drive, we wouldn't go to any other Italian restaurant. Best pizza ever, from the brilliant base to the toppings to the taste. Pasta dishes were super tasty - even I, a “fresh pepper junkie,” didn’t add any additional seasoning. 1000 compliments to the kitchen and pizza maker! A little tip: Please do not serve the drinks without a tray. It looks really unpleasant for the guest when the service brings the drinks to the table one at a time in their hands - apart from that, the ladies would save themselves a lot of steps with a tray :)

We became aware of this Italian restaurant through the Schlemmerblock. On the positive side, the drinks (beer & wine spritzer) were really good. The service was also friendly, but the wait was relatively long even though the restaurant was almost empty. However, the pizzas were very tasteless. Unfortunately, you won't find any spices or flavor nuances here. The Pizza Mare can be found among the vegetarian pizzas (why…?). We thought we would give the pizzeria another chance and ordered a tiramisu. Unfortunately this consisted of 90% cream. In any case, this was not a tiramisu. Because of the friendly service and good drinks, we decided to give it a 3-star rating.

A friend drew my attention to this restaurant, on our first visit we went for fish specialties, I was really impressed. I've never had such good Italian food at an Italian restaurant, compliments to the cook because I know that the owner cooks herself and also Italian ingredients are generally used which cannot be said about other Italian restaurants. I recently had dinner there with my partner and she was thrilled, thank you very much and keep it up, greetings and a blessed 2024.

We became aware of this restaurant through the gourmet block. We got a table without a reservation. Right in front of the entrance to the large hall. This was not documented. The door was open and it was quite cold and the atmosphere was not nice. Right next to the clothes rack. It took a very long time until we received the menu. It took even longer for the waitress to come back to the table to take the order. There was only one server in the entire restaurant and she seemed to be very overwhelmed. Friendliness was sorely lacking. Then it took forever for the drinks to come. My husband thought pizza was very tasty. I had rigatoni al forno. They were below average. Very little taste. There was no demand when the drinks were empty. My husband wanted something else and had to wait at least 15 minutes before we were noticed. Conclusion/ Local in the front part is nice. Not in the back. Service unfortunately bad. Pizza good. We won't come anymore. There are much better pizzerias nearby

Sehr tolles Ambiente. Das Essen war einmalig. Die Pizza suuuuuuupppper köstlich und alles in allem die nettesten Inhaber weit und breit. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Grazie

Wir waren als Gruppe zum Abendessen da, In der Speisekarte sind die Positionen mit Nummern versehen, die Bedienung verweigert aber die Bestellung nach diesen Nummern 😞 der Prosecco, als Aperitif bestellt kam sehr verspätet, da waren die Tischgetränke schon halb leer . Das Essen war überwiegend hervorragend, allerdings das sehr dünne Kalbsschnitzel ist auf dem nicht vorgewärmten Teller sehr schnell erkaltet, was die "sehr aufmerksame" Bedienung unmotiviert zur Kenntnis genommen hat, leider war es diesem Service auch nicht möglich den Hauptgang für 7 Personen einigermaßen gleichzeitig zu servieren. Anmerkung: Im ganzen Lokal waren ausser uns noch weitere 3 Personen, also nicht übertrieben voll ausgelastet. Das Beste kommt aber noch zum Schluß: da wir Einzelabrechnungen wünschten wurden wir ziemlich bestimmt aufgefordert vorne an der Kasse zu bezahlen, da steheh dann also 7 Personen Schlange um ihr Geld loszuwerden. Italienische Gastfreundschaft kannte ich bisher anders! Mein Fazit tolles Essen, das auch den gehobenen Preis rechtfertigt aber das beste Essen taugt nichts wenn das durch unterirdischen Service vermiest wird, Sehr schade

Super tolles Lokal! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Das Essen dort ist wirklich ein Traum und die Bedienung sind auch unfassbar nett:) Ich war dort letztens erst mit meinen 5 Kollegen und die sagen alle das gleiche und würden bald wieder kommen.

Wir waren heute unter den Kolleginnen dort essen und sind per Zufall auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Wir waren so positiv überrascht, nur zu empfehlen! Das Ambiente spricht einen beim hereinkommen direkt an und auch der Service ist super freundlich. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise, über den Hauptgang bis hin zum Dessert mega lecker. Habe selten eine Pizza bekommen, die so gut belegt war. Dazu ist die Auswahl an Pizzen bzw. allgemein an Italienischen Speisen so überdurchschnittlich und wirklich sehr sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, haben schon den nächsten Tisch reserviert! Macht weiter so... :)

An den Speisen merkte man die Qualität und das Knowhow des Kochs. Hier wird mit Herz und Leidenschaft gekocht. Sehr italienisch, schönes Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, auch an die guten Freunde.
