Ilysia in Tuttlingen

Found during a wellness weekend. It looked lovely from the outside, and we almost walked right past it, glancing through the window... it was very busy, which was no surprise. Really cozy inside. We were greeted with a complimentary schnapps, and the menu... a good selection, our order arrived quickly, the portions were generous, incredibly delicious, and the price was excellent. The staff was quick and attentive. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

You post ads saying you're looking for employees, and then they spend the whole weekend (a whole day) working with them. Afterwards, they say they'll get back to you, but they don't. I find this situation outrageous. Hanna

The food was nothing special. The gyros was dry. If you reheat the spit the next day, the meat becomes dry. That was the case here, because my husband could see the spit and it was very thin right after the restaurant opened. The service was very good and the atmosphere cozy. 7

Food is amazing! I was on Wednesday for a birthday dinner. Sadly staff had stolen my JBL Headphones i had left on the evening of my birthday. It was the worst service I have had in years! They didn’t have the champagne I wanted and weren’t interested in making money in general. We had to leave early after dinner because they couldn’t even ask us if we wanted a coffee after our meal…Never mind being thieves…Unless you going for the food, i highly recommend you stay away

Where do the good reviews come from? Greek food is always a guarantee of plentiful, tasty food and super friendly people. And here: we've never had such bad Greek food in all of Germany. Even when ordering, the young man seemed annoyed and rather unfriendly. The salad was tiny and tasted only of oil and vinegar, with no bread. The beef liver came with a tiny portion of rice, and the moussaka, lukewarm, was at least nicely presented. We had to order bread and rice (2.50) to fill us up. The lukewarm moussaka really tasted of nothing. I had to add more salt several times to get any flavor at all. The béchamel sauce had the consistency of pudding, and the liver was also unseasoned in a Metaxa sauce that wasn't seasoned. Such a shame!! At least the beer was delicious, and four slices of delicious bread didn't cost anything extra.

We ended up here today by chance and googling and were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is very nice, the service staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food was incredibly tasty, large portions and perfectly prepared and presented. The price for 3 dishes including salad and drinks is top notch at €49. We'll definitely come back.

We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Food always great and plentiful, price/performance excellent, staff always friendly. Ambiance deducted one star because when the restaurant is full (which is actually always the case), it's quite loud, but I don't know how that could be prevented. With all the many other plus points, you just accept this. So absolutely recommended.

The tzatziki I ordered separately, like the potatoes I ordered separately, tastes different than they do on the grill. The portions are significantly smaller than before. The price is reasonable, though.

The service was brisk, the food came quickly and the ouzo was good. I had a Hercules plate. You could count the potato slices on two hands, the meat, well. At home I had to eat something first, I wasn't full. Maybe it was also because we weren't in the restaurant until around 7 p.m.?

The food yesterday was very tasty, the portions were just enough to fill you up. After a while, dessert was served. The price was around €25 for a main course, dessert and 2 drinks (large and small). The food was received quickly and reached everyone at the same time. To start there was an ouzo and a small salad. This one was also very good. I can recommend the vegetarian moussaka and the warm semolina cake. Its vanilla ice cream scoop was very large and the cinnamon added a bit of Christmas spirit.

We had dinner at Ilysia and were warmly welcomed and seated. As a welcome, there was one ouzo per person on the house. After ordering, food and drinks were served quickly. In my opinion the salad was a bit oily, the beef liver in Metaxa sauce was very tender and tasty. I just missed the vegetables in it. Otherwise everything is fine. Prices tip-top.

Disgusting treatment. We arrived around 10:00 p.m. and left without dinner. According to their information they close at 11:00 p.m. As we enter, the waiter who greets us looks at a colleague who was further inside and he shakes his head. We left immediately

The portions are getting smaller and smaller... but the food is okay. We were there in a large group and it would have been nice if we had eaten together, not everyone's order was taken straight away, we had to call because some of them were missing their order. You used to get an ouzo at the beginning. The other guests got one but we didn't get one. Drinks were forgotten and we had to ask for them too. Too bad :(

The food is very good. The waiters are quick and friendly. However, I would like to point out that I made a reservation for 10 people on Sunday at 1 p.m. and when I arrived I was immediately told that the kitchen would only be open for 20 minutes. They could have told me this on the phone when making the reservation, then we would have arrived earlier. So the whole thing was a bit tense for us from the start.

We were on vacation in the area and then went to Tuttlingen for a Greek restaurant.. We were really excited, the store was really full but my dear plaice they had it under control... Food was very good, large portions and what I thought was great were lots of vegetarian dishes

Wir waren hier mittlerweile sehr oft essen und waren immer zufrieden. Die Jungs vom Bedienungsteam geben sich immer viel Mühe, sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Tsatsiki, die Salate, die Grillplatten, die Beilagen und die Vorspeisen schmecken frisch und echt super. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die gegrillten Peperoni‘s.

Essen sehr sehr lecker, man sollte nur rechtzeitig einen Tisch reservieren, sonst wird es schwierig am gleichen Tag Essen zu gehen. Es ist sehr gut besucht.

Das Ilysia in Tuttlingen ist ein schönes griechisches Restaurant. Wann bekommt genau das, was versprochen wird. Griechische Gastfreundschaft, griechisches Essen und griechisches Ambiente. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen auch noch zu später Stunde frisch und lecker. Gerne komme ich sicherlich wieder in Tuttlingen hierher.

Top Grieche. Personal ist freundlich und ausfmerksam. Die Speißen schmecken sehr gut und die Portionen sind groß. Freue mich auf den nächsten Abend. Nachtrag: Ich war zwei Tage später nochmals dort -diesmal alleine. Leider war trotz mäßig besuchtem Gastraum das Personal eher beschäftigt zu Plaudern als meine Bestellung auf zu nehmen. Das gleiche Spiel bot sich mir auch beim Bezahlen- ich musst 3 mal um die Rechnung fragen. Schade denn das Essen war wieder einem TOP

Das Essen war nicht besonders, auch nicht der Platz, wo wir saßen, alles zu eng beieinander. Das Fleisch war trocken, Reis nicht durch, Vorspeisenteller für zwei Personen zu wenig bestückt, und viel zu teuer, zwei Auberginenscheiben, viel zu viel Zaziki und zwei Weinblätter

Für mich der beste Grieche in der Umgebung...Saftiges Fleisch und gut Portioniert. Bin seid über 20 Jahren Stammkunde.Und es hat an der Qualität nicht nachgelassen. Weiter so Top

Tolle Atmosphäre, bissle wie in Griechenland. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen wie immer sehr gut. Preis Leistung ist gut, so wie das Essen an sich. Bin gerne dort Gast, und werde hin und wieder vorbeischauen.

Nur zu empfehlen ! Schneller, aufmerksamer Service! Speisen kamen heiss und es hat uns alles sehr geschmeckt.

Es war ein toller Abend, ohne Reservierung gleich eine Tisch für 2 bekommen, Getränke waren fix ausgesucht, bestellt und da, bei dem Essen war es genauso... Wir haben keine 20 Minuten auf das Essen warten müssen....Top Bedingungen alle sehr freundlich.... Wer einmal nach Tuttlingen fahren möchte besucht dieses griechische Restaurant, Preislistung ist echt der Hammer
