Disappointing and dishonest The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but what bothered me most was their dishonesty. I specifically asked if the doner meat would at least be warm, and they assured me, "Yes, yes, of course." In the end, however, the meat was completely cold, there was hardly any sauce, and the overall taste was disappointing. It's very unpleasant to be deceived like that as a customer. It left a really bad impression – I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

As a regular customer, I've always been satisfied with everything, but unfortunately, I have to give a bad review here... Yesterday at lunchtime, I ordered food for delivery... after complaining directly to Lieferando and directly to the kebab shop, the food didn't arrive until an incredible eight hours later (that evening). Any other customer probably wouldn't have even accepted the order... The food itself is fine, and I've always been satisfied, but that's really unacceptable!

The team is super nice and friendly and they have the best kebab plate by far, everything is freshly prepared and delicious.

I would give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately that's not possible. We regularly ordered and picked up food here, and today we added a tiramisu to our order to reach the minimum order value. Well, since there was no tiramisu, they decided to cancel the order without our knowledge. After 1.5 hours, I had to call to find out that we probably wouldn't be eating anything today. The excuse was that PayPal had been notified; the order was never canceled. Absolutely unacceptable! We will never order or pick up anything from here again after this!

I highly recommend eating at this pizzeria; the service is top-notch, the staff very friendly, and above all, it's very clean.

I regularly eat a lot of doner kebabs and dürüm. This one is okay, but the meat and dough were a bit cold. The sauce could have tasted "more." Consistent, consistent quality only brings customers back if the product is better than the competition.

I ordered delivery again today. Apart from a 5-minute delay, which was due to a detour, the delivery time was very good. The food was very good, however, you unfortunately can't taste the cheese if you order an extra one in your yufka. It's a shame you can't taste it, but it's manageable. I'll definitely order again.

After waiting over an hour, lukewarm food was delivered. One pizza was missing, even though the driver's order slip stated two; the missing one finally arrived after another 40 minutes. Pasta was explicitly ordered WITHOUT cheese/milk, after repeated requests, and with just tomato sauce! What arrived was pasta in cream sauce – just a little cream – because it wouldn't taste right otherwise, according to the driver, who showed no remorse for having done anything wrong. The Margherita pizza was so heavily seasoned with various spices that it couldn't even be called a pizza anymore. Pre-made bases from a wholesaler. Of course, the full price was charged. The second star for service was solely for the friendly driver. Conclusion: Never again! All the competitors in Altenstadt are better in terms of both taste and service!

Very unfriendly. We ordered several dishes. They weren't prepared correctly. My son received food with chili sauce and red cabbage, even though I had specified otherwise. After calling, I was asked to send a picture via WhatsApp. There was a long discussion. I sent the picture. He then wanted to have my son's food brought back, inspect it, and then send a new meal because he had prepared it himself and it couldn't be right. Ridiculous.

Once and never again! Ordering and delivery via Lieferando were straightforward and satisfactory. Food was bottomless. Received a ham pizza without ham, but with peppers instead. The pizza didn't look appealing or tasty and wasn't eaten. The burger was okay, but I would have preferred a much better quality (frozen Petty/prepared goods). The fries were drenched in oil, which suggests that a. the fryer wasn't hot enough or b. the fries weren't fried long enough. The drink delivered had already expired!

Delivery time quoted was 20 minutes and we waited over 2 hours. The pizza was mediocre

Ordered for 8:00 p.m., received at 6:30 p.m. Schnitzel bolognese and cheeseburger. Only half of the food we ordered arrived, within 10 minutes the rest of the order arrived, but cold. The delivery person doesn't speak a word of German, so we couldn't agree that there was a mistake. The food we ordered is not edible at all. Thank you and NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food itself is fine, but they aren't even able to properly execute an order from several dishes. Ingredients are missing, the pizza is small instead of large, pizzas that you can create yourself are simply incorrectly topped. No matter whether you order online, by phone or on site. Obviously, with a larger order (more than 3 pizzas) you are simply completely overwhelmed. The relatively good taste doesn't help either.

The kebab is large, tastes good and the price is simply unbeatable.

We ordered several things, including a Champion Rahm Schnitzel and the schnitzel came without sauce. We called and they said they would bring it to us and two cokes as an apology. 45 minutes later he came back with a cola in his hand without any sauce. Ordered once, never again

After a long journey, we walked past this pizzeria looking for a place to eat. There was room here to sit and eat inside or outside. We were helped kindly and the food soon arrived. It tasted delicious. The pizzas were not too hard and not too soft, not too thick and not too thin. Lots of melted and crispy cheese. We also had a schnitzel and it was also very tasty, prepared with salad and well-seasoned fries.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review now. You order something and instead of mushrooms you get pepperoni or a kebab plate WITH bread without bread. I'm paying for it so I ask to get it. If you ask on the phone why this is the case, you will be rudely told “yes, then next time you will get 7 loaves of bread.” It has often been the case that food wasn't quite cooked through. (chicken wings). Hopefully it will get better.

Pizza was doughy and not without mushrooms as ordered. No wonder, since the person on the phone doesn't speak German or just has a hard time understanding it. We also waited 1 1/2 hours for food.

Ordered food and everything was not doughy properly. Pide thrown at each other. Calzone doughy so really dissatisfied.

Otherwise I ordered from them. I'm ordering this evening, in the new price list I recently found in the mailbox the price for the meal is €13. New delivery person. Charged €18... I was a bit shocked. I didn't react. The dish is delicious. The message made me ask why this was so. I was told it was the end of working hours...which I know myself. Maybe it's my fault for not responding immediately, but I don't think I'll eat with them again.

Fast delivery, friendly staff, tasty and inexpensive. We will order there again.

Do not pay in advance by card! I always ordered from them and left a good tip. But yesterday when I ordered the food again, I waited about two hours for delivery. When I called to see how the order was progressing, I was told that no one would deliver me food. they started shouting for me to collect my order myself. I live on the other side of town and have no car and no way to pick up my order. When I explained that I couldn't do it, they started yelling at me and saying it wasn't their problem. I will never order from them again. Yesterday I was left without food and without money.

Einfach WOW. Habe im Leben noch nie etwas leckeres wie das gegessen. Ich gehe da fast immer hin. Einfach nur Traumhaft. Solche leckeren Sachen habe ich noch nie in meinen gesamten Leben gegessen. Ultra lecker. Lieferung ist auch extrem schnell. Ich empfehle es dringend an die Leute die nach einem Traumhaften Geschmack suchen. PERFEKT!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Also bei mir war es das erste und letzte Mal dass ich dort was bestellt habe die Pizza war komplett verwürzt... Die konnte man überhaupt nicht essen. Und utopische Preise wie 3 € für eine Dose Cola ist schon überirdisch.

In Diesem Restaurant gibt es viele verschiedene Gerichte. Und sie schmecken auch sehr gut👍🏻👍🏻🥰

Hier gibt es einen soliden Lahmacun im Angebot. Postiv anzumerken sind: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Protionsgröße und die freundliche Bedienung. Vier Sterne gibt es, weil der Geschmack nicht hervorstechend war, hier kann noch an Saucen und Gewürzen gefeilt werden.

Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen. Alles sehr sehr sauber. Konnte hinter die Kulissen blicken und ich muss sagen, hier kann man gut hingehen. Sitzplätze genügend vorhanden und im Sommer gibt es nach hinten raus eine schöne Terrasse.

Haben vor einiger Zeit hier Pizza gegessen und es war wirklich lecker. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend obwohl wahnsinnig viel los war. Wir kommen nicht aus der Umgebung, werden aber auf jeden Fall, wenn wir wieder in der Nähe von Altenstadt sind dort eine Pizza essen. Leider war es zum draußen essen zu kalt, aber die Tische unter den schönen Bäumen sind ein echter Traum. Also rundum empfehlenswert

Habe selten so gut gegessen. Alle Gerichte waren auf den Punkt perfekt. Toller und freundlicher Service. Klar sind die Preise hier gut ist, und dafür bekommt man auch etwas und das ist es wirklich wert. Das Ambiente ist besonders Abends unvergesslich gemütlich, man möchte eigentlich nicht mehr gehen. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, ist uns innerhalb von Minuten ein Tisch zur Verfügung gestellt worden. So stellt mich man sich einen entspannten Abend mit leckerem Essen vor. Komme gerne wieder!

Immer freundliches Personal am Tresen. Der Döner ist lecker und lahmacun ist sensationell. Die Soße schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Alles ist immer frisch. Super freundliche und sehr leckeres Essen kann ich nur empfehlen
