We were here for the first time today. The food was delicious 😋. But the best part was the service. I've rarely seen such a great team. At the end of the evening, there was a liqueur tasting with homemade liqueur from the chef. MEGA 💪 Thank you, dear Vulcano team, for a perfect evening 😋

The prices for the gluten-free Pinsas are extremely expensive if compared to the normal one. Really disappointing. The food is good, but I would really reconsider this price. It’s not worth it.

Definitely worth 5 stars! We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today and left happy and full! We were particularly impressed by the homemade dough – even the gluten-free version was really delicious! The hosts were super nice and welcoming – thank you so much! We'll definitely be back :)

I ordered through Lieferando – unfortunately, the pinsa arrived cold, which significantly dampened my initial impression. It was visually appealing, creatively topped, and definitely something different from a classic pizza. The taste was okay, but not outstanding – especially the excessive use of semolina made the dough dry and a bit grainy. Overall, a nice idea, but not quite perfectly executed. I think the price is a bit high for what I end up with. It's fine for the occasional meal, but definitely not a candidate for my new regular Italian restaurant.

Highly recommended!! From the ambience, the warm hosts to the fantastic pasta dishes with unusual sauces, the delicious pistachio dessert and the homemade liqueurs, we felt very comfortable and recommend Il Vulcano.

All delicious as always, it's yellow, third time I've been back and I'm always satisfied. Novelty? The semifreddo with pistachio cream and Nutella that they offered us simply to taste! Super nice and totally customer service!

Maria and Ernesto helped us plan my friend's birthday from day 1 and were very accommodating, almost like a family. You can't complain about the location, it offers a sufficiently large space inside, which is very nice and modern, as well as a nice and large terrace where you can eat and drink together comfortably. The food is like a culinary trip to Italy, typical dishes with a personal touch from the great hosts. They offer a very large selection of pasta and pinsa dishes, as well as meat and fish dishes. The attached pictures and videos speak for themselves. The team is very courteous and nice, as well as well-groomed and professional. Ultimately, the toilets were also very, very clean and equipped. I would like to thank the team for their hospitality and the great work they did, as well as for all the time they took just for us! Thank you and see you next time!

Food is highly recommended. It doesn't look that inviting from the outside, but you should definitely try it out. Service is good, a bit stressed on our second visit, but it was also pretty busy.

I had dinner last night with my family where one member is gluten intolerant. It was a fantastic dinner for everyone. Exquisite dishes, very carefully prepared. Had lunch here on the terrace. There was a gluten-free pizza that was super tasty for me and the service was great!! Salad was also delicious and I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely evening there at a double table of 12. For starters, we had a delicious bruschetta, followed by a pinsa tonno e cippola and a pinsa marinara. Everything was very delicious, and the chef was very friendly. We'd be happy to go back.

We had a delicious meal and the host and staff were very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the ambience deducted a star because it was very loud - but that was actually due to some of the other guests. Overall, a clear recommendation!

This was my second time at this restaurant as I wanted to give it a second chance. On my first visit I ordered pasta with salmon. When my plate arrived, the salmon was still raw inside, probably because both the sauce and the fish were frozen. When I complained about this, the waitress (or boss) reacted very unfriendly. Instead of cooking the salmon properly, she brought the plate back to me after just two minutes - obviously warmed up in the microwave. Even then I wanted to write a bad review, but I didn't. On the second attempt, I ordered a Pinsa with friends via delivery. Unfortunately, it was far too salty and the dough had an unpleasant consistency - as if it had fermented too long and then sat outside for too long. After these two disappointing experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

Just a great place. You are welcomed directly by the owners Ernesto and Maria who make you feel at home with their smile and their professionalism. The menu contains dishes for all tastes. Typical appetizers, first, second courses of meat and fish. Not to forget the pinse, how good, and how many... there is really plenty of choice. Desserts are really the icing on the cake. If you take a look in the kitchen you will see a young and very promising staff. Passing in the area a stop at this restaurant is a must.

I ordered from “Il Vulcano” and was unfortunately very disappointed. The food was of poor quality - tasteless and carelessly prepared. It didn't meet my expectations at all. When I contacted the owner for clarification she was unhelpful and not friendly at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I cannot recommend.

There are no words to describe the treatment given to customers. The owner of unparalleled rudeness and rudeness... The food may be acceptable, but the ability to meet the customer is equal to zero, as is the treatment they give him... Terrible place, I absolutely do not recommend leaving your own money to people who manage the place in this way. If I could I would give zero stars, unacceptable experience

Total disappointment, clearly frozen food. I ordered a salmon and prawns dish and I was served a dish made from the classic bags of frozen pasta that you can find in the supermarket. When you read THE VOLCANO go forward, you will find something else a few meters away.

Premetto che ho sempre comprato la pinsa qui perché è molto vicino a casa mia. Mercoledì sera io ed un mio amico ordiniamo 2 pinse, prendendo spunto dal Menù che presente sul sito web di Google; le pinse richieste erano una con la porchetta, patatate e mozzarella di Bufala( pinsa Porchetta nel loro Menù) e l'altra con la Nutella... In chiamata il marito mi dice che non hanno più porchetta e quindi dico di sostituirla con il prosciutto crudo... Arrivata la pinsa, noto che era sbagliata, possedeva solo patate e oltretutto prosciutto cotto al posto del crudo e non aveva la mozzarella richiesta. Alchè richiamo il locale e il marito ,con cui prima avevo parlato, mi dice che gli dispiace dell'inconveniente e che la prossima volta, per farsi perdonare, avrei avuto una pinsa gratis. Mangio comunque la pinsa, che era pessima, non aveva sapore di nulla ed era fredda. Il sabato richiamo sperando di avere la pinsa promessa e prendere anche un dolce. Una volta richiamato il locale, il marito della proprietaria mi passa subito lei al telefono, che molto maleducatamente mi dice che la bufala era stata messa e che si era sciolta nel forno, insistendo su ciò e sul fatto che loro non avevano commesso nessun errore, zittendomi più volte e chiedendomi di prendere la pinsa altrove una prossima volta; mi chiude il telefono in faccia, mi blocca su WhatsApp e smette di rispondere al telefono (ho provato a richiamare). Avendo ordinato con un mio amico, e ricevuto questo trattamento, lui scrive giustamente una recensione negativa riguardo l'accaduto e domenica mattina mi risveglio con questo messaggio indecente, che qui allego e lascio perciò a voi la possibilità di valutare la validità di questo locale. Per l'accaduto, questo ristorante si becca un UNO per la cafonaggine, il pessimo servizio, gli insulti gratuiti e la pinsa sbagliata pagata... Qui sotto allego anche la comanda che ho ricevuto con scritto prosciutto crudo. Nulla di dire al marito della proprietaria, sempre molto gentile e disponibile, a differenza della sua consorte Maria che è sempre scorbutica e tratta le persone con insufficienza... SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Un posto semplicemente fantastico. Si viene accolti direttamente dai propretari Ernesto e Maria che ti fanno sentire come a casa con il loro sorriso e la loro professionalitá. Il menú contiene piatti per tutti i gusti. Antipasti tipici, primi, secondi di carne e di pesce. Per non tralasciare le pinse, che bontá, e quante… c’é davvero l’imbarazzo della scelta. I dolci poi sono davvero la ciliegina sulla torta. Se poi buttate un occhio in cucina vedrete uno staff giovane e molto promettente. Passando in zona una tappa in questo ristorante é d’obbligo.

It was our first time at Il Vulcano and we will definitely come again. The wine was good, the pinsa was good, but most of all the staff are great. It's nice to see that there are still very good family-run Italian restaurants. You have a small insight into the kitchen, everything is very clean and easy to see. At the end there was Nutella Pinsa to celebrate the day.

Maria and Ernesto and their team are simply great. The various Italian delicacies are always very finely made and prepared. We really enjoy coming here.

Very tasty Italian restaurant! It's probably not easy to stand out as an Italian restaurant, because there are so many delicious Italian restaurants in Stuttgart. But I think Il Vulcano is extremely good. The dishes are delicious and very elegantly presented, especially the desserts. What you don't see from the outside: there is a great and quiet roof terrace where you can spend a relaxing summer evening with delicious food.

We had a really nice and entertaining evening at Il Vulcano. The food was really excellent, from the starter, pasta dish and pinsa to wine and various homemade liqueurs at the end (tip: definitely take a look at the daily menu and try the pistachio liqueur!).
