The food was very tasty, the service was good. The pasta is fresh and very tasty, the pizzas are also good. Unfortunately, as usual, it gets very noisy as the number of guests increases, so we recommend making a reservation.

You are sitting in a very modern and up-to-date Italian restaurant. It's a little fancier than many restaurants, but it's no problem to come in a hoodie. Service is quick, friendly and attentive. The food came quickly even though the whole restaurant was full. It was also very tasty. We had various pasta dishes at the table, but also pizza or bruschetta in advance. Everything fresh and very good. The selection of desserts was also perfect, Italian classics such as Tiramisu and Panna Cotta Sunday were included and recommended. We were there with a group of 8 people and that also went smoothly.

The staff is really nice, but unfortunately the risotto wasn't as good as expected. Pizza was good.

I was recently at this restaurant and was completely satisfied. The staff was very friendly and attentive right from the start, which made the entire stay particularly pleasant. I was also completely impressed by the food – the pizza in particular tasted great! The combination of good service and delicious food definitely makes this restaurant recommended. Hesitated a little bit to give a full 5-stars, but a 4-stars will not do justice for this place. Food was really nothing special, but the servers were kind enough, ambience was also great.

My visit to the Perbacco restaurant left a mixed impression. My wife and I decided to eat there and while the food was quite good, unfortunately there were some deficiencies in the service that marred our evening. First of all, on the positive side: the quality of the food was very appealing. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes tasted good. Unfortunately, the pizzas were served at a different time because one of them was prepared incorrectly. This meant that we couldn't eat at the same time - while my wife was waiting for her pizza, I was almost finished with mine. Of course, this affected the shared dining experience. The location of the restaurant is fine, it is in a very central area. The environment is noisy, but that's not surprising given the central location and wasn't a problem for us. A big negative point, however, was the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and worked very slowly, even though only a few tables were occupied. I ordered an espresso but it never arrived. Getting the bill was also a challenge - despite repeated requests, it took about 30 minutes until we finally had it in our hands. With such a small number of guests, this waiting time is unfortunately incomprehensible and spoils the overall experience. In summary, Perbacco has potential, especially when it comes to cuisine. Unfortunately, this positive impression is greatly marred by the inadequate service. If you value good food and have patience, you could still have a good time here. However, the evening was less enjoyable for us and we hope the restaurant works on its service to provide guests with an overall positive experience.

Highly recommended, staff was professional, friendly and even funny. We ordered almond crusted salmon with vegetables. The food was not only a highlight to the eye, we were thrilled by the fish but also the vegetables. We had just as good food in December last year. We will always be happy to go there again.

Very tasty pizzas, both the pizza caprese bianca and the pizza italiana. It's lovely to sit outside, but you should definitely make a reservation, especially on weekends

Great Italian ❤️ Special, imaginative dishes and extremely well prepared. The pizza is simply amazing and is a step ahead of many other pizzerias. But I would particularly like to highlight the staff, super friendly and warm, quick and you just feel comfortable. Prices are slightly higher than others, but justified in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit 👍 and then another.....and another......etc 😄

Perbacco has been my favorite restaurant for years - excellent atmosphere and cuisine in every season! In winter you can sit comfortably inside, in summer you can sit on the beautiful terrace. First-class service, especially Niklas and Frane, deserve special mention. ✨

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Stuttgart. Also a place to see and be seen. Love the spots at the bar.

Ordered beef tartare, pesto pasta and tartufo pistachio. Beef tartare was good but not great. Pasta was very fresh but I absolutely hated my pesto sauce. It had a bitter chemical taste. A tomato sauce would have been a better option. The fresh mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes saved the dish. House spritz was ok. Tartufo Pistachio was sweet, a great finish.

Recommended! Very tasty food all in one nice atmosphere in Stuttgart.

Amazing place, super nice atmosphere. Very friendly attendants. The food is very tasty. Well served dishes. They adapted a smaller plate to serve the children. Cold beer (it was the coldest of all the places on the trip). High price, that's the only consideration. They updated the menu and raised the prices. The average for a dish is around 16 euros. But it's worth the visit! Would come back!

Very good pizza and great, fast service despite EM transmission and a lot of activity. The area outside is also very nice, only you can see the large construction site through the hedge. That spoils the atmosphere a bit.

Lugar incrível, ambiente super agradável. Atendentes muito simpáticos. A comida é muito saborosa. Pratos bem servidos. Adaptaram um prato menor para servir as crianças. Cerveja gelada ( de todos os lugares da viagem foi a mais gelada). Preço salgado, essa é a única consideração. Eles atualizaram o cardápio e aumentaram os preços. A media de um prato esta na faixa de 16 euros. Mas vale a visita! Voltaria !

This weekend we were at Perbacco with 10 people for a birthday dinner together. We were very satisfied. The food was very good, the service was very attentive and we really liked the ambience. So absolute recommendation with 5 stars.

You can eat very well here, I recommend the ruccola pesto 🙏 which is a dream. More than enough seats And pretty central.

Everything was great here- the drinks, the service, and the food. Our group shared two pizzas- I highly recommend the caprese Bianca. The most popular pasta dishes are the pesto pasta with burrata and a pasta with cream mushroom sauce. Both were so delicious. You can tell it’s homemade pasta and cooked perfectly. The pesto is arugula so it’s bitter but pairs well with the burrata. I also recommend the tiramisu. Definitely would come back next time I’m in town!

I ordered salami picante pizza while my daughter chose pesto pasta. Both were very happy. Great Italian food. Tiramisu dessert was also very good. They even had chillies when I asked (rare in Germany). Excellent and professional service.

I bought baklava over the holidays, the price was ok but the taste was unfortunately too sweet and too much syrup. The selection was large and the baklavas are always for sale

Good menu, very tasty food, attentive service

Always very good in my opinion. I always came here spontaneously, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner. The service is very good and friendly and always found a place for us (2-5 guests). The establishment is tastefully decorated, as are the plates. The taste has been very satisfactory so far. The wine selection is also good if someone places more value on it. But I'm not an expert in this field.

The pizza is a bit expensive. The dough had not risen and was too hard.

Really very tasty food. Luckily we got a table without a reservation. Pizza excellent. If we come to Stuttgart again, we will definitely eat there.

This is an average Italian at best. Even with my Italian-bias aside the food unfortunately was lacking flavor - mainly salt. We had a pizza, which came out with little color and pasta, which lacked salt both in the sauce and the dough. The service on the other hand is attentive and very accommodating. They are quick and friendly. With a cozy and modern atmosphere the restaurant invites to relax. With little adjustments and focus on details it could be a great spot.

We were a group of 10 people and had a very nice evening! The food was excellent and the service was very friendly and attentive. We all had a starter, main course and dessert. Everyone really enjoyed their selection. We liked our table (to the right of the entrance). Further back in the restaurant I thought it felt a bit cramped. But it was also a Friday evening and the restaurant was full. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Modernly prepared, high quality food... I like it a little more rustic and lush. The two of us, paid well over €100 and when we got home we had to eat a sandwich first... :-)

The “Italian” in Stuttgart is bad. Timelessly beautiful interior. The team is extremely well-coordinated and the boss himself is always on site and helps wherever he can. Komplette Enttäuschung. Wir hatten als Vorpseise den gemischten Vorspeisenteller. Absolute Frechheit. Keine Salami, kein Schicnke, kein Prosciuto, kein Parmesan Käse, kein Pecorino. Man kriegt 80% eingelegtes Gemüse, 1 bruschetta und dazu eine mini Portion Vitello Tonato und das für 16,50. Das ist ungelogen der schlechteste Antipastiteller den ich jemals hatte. Die Hauptspeise war Paccheri mit Tomaten und Rinderfilet. Geschmacklich war das ok, vielleicht ne 6/10 aber auch hier war das Rindfleisch trocken und iregndwie nicht so geil. Also es gibt in Stuttgart wesentlich bessere Italiener.

A third of my pizza was completely charred on the bottom (really completely black, but from above you could only see it a little on the edge). When I told the waiter this, he didn't care; There was no response or even an apology. The rest of the food (salads, soup, various noodle dishes) was solid, but not exceptional.

Essen war okay. Die Gerichte sind viel zu überteuert. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr leckerer Italiener mit super Ambiente! Die Preise sind zwar gehoben, das wird jedoch durch einen ausgezeichneten Service, sehr leckeres Essen und kurze Wartezeiten mehr als gerechtfertigt. Gerade die Pizzen sind besonders hervorzuheben, wobei die Pasta auch wirklich sehr lecker ist. Sollte man in Stuttgart italienisch essen wollen und es einem die paar Euro wert ist, ist Perbacco sehr zu empfehlen !

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Tolle Karte. Allerdings mussten wir 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten und es war dann leider nicht wirklich warm.

Ein super Restaurant, mit allem was man haben kann. Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Essen war sehr lecker.😋 Allem in allen war es für uns eine gelugender Abend ich komme gerne nochmal her zum Essen. P.s. es ist nur zum weiterempfehlen macht weiter so.
