Lugar incrível, ambiente super agradável. Atendentes muito simpáticos. A comida é muito saborosa. Pratos bem servidos. Adaptaram um prato menor para servir as crianças. Cerveja gelada ( de todos os lugares da viagem foi a mais gelada). Preço salgado, essa é a única consideração. Eles atualizaram o cardápio e aumentaram os preços. A media de um prato esta na faixa de 16 euros. Mas vale a visita! Voltaria !

Oprecht lekker gegeten en fantastisch bediend door een gezellige Italiaanse gast. Toptent! Spaghetti's goed en de Tiramisu was meesterlijk.

Food, atmosphere & wine were just fantastic

Went there for a birthday dinner with a total of ten people and it was very nice. Very friendly service, very good food, central location in Stuttgart on the Paulinenbrücke. Parking in the area is rather difficult.

The food is ok and authentic. The service was very friendly and nice, but also seemed very stressed. It was very crowded and therefore very loud and uncomfortable.

Nothing special. The food was ok, but not a taste experience. There are better Italian restaurants in Stuttgart.

Everything was great here- the drinks, the service, and the food. Our group shared two pizzas- I highly recommend the caprese Bianca. The most popular pasta dishes are the pesto pasta with burrata and a pasta with cream mushroom sauce. Both were so delicious. You can tell it’s homemade pasta and cooked perfectly. The pesto is arugula so it’s bitter but pairs well with the burrata. I also recommend the tiramisu. Definitely would come back next time I’m in town!

I ordered salami picante pizza while my daughter chose pesto pasta. Both were very happy. Great Italian food. Tiramisu dessert was also very good. They even had chillies when I asked (rare in Germany). Excellent and professional service.

I bought baklava over the holidays, the price was ok but the taste was unfortunately too sweet and too much syrup. The selection was large and the baklavas are always for sale

This is the third time we've eaten here and every time it's delicious. We will always come back. :)

Top service in a modern atmosphere. No culinary highlights are to be expected from the food. But price-performance fits. Service is very friendly and attentive.

Good menu, very tasty food, attentive service

Always very good in my opinion. I always came here spontaneously, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner. The service is very good and friendly and always found a place for us (2-5 guests). The establishment is tastefully decorated, as are the plates. The taste has been very satisfactory so far. The wine selection is also good if someone places more value on it. But I'm not an expert in this field.

The pizza is a bit expensive. The dough had not risen and was too hard.

Really very tasty food. Luckily we got a table without a reservation. Pizza excellent. If we come to Stuttgart again, we will definitely eat there.

This is an average Italian at best. Even with my Italian-bias aside the food unfortunately was lacking flavor - mainly salt. We had a pizza, which came out with little color and pasta, which lacked salt both in the sauce and the dough. The service on the other hand is attentive and very accommodating. They are quick and friendly. With a cozy and modern atmosphere the restaurant invites to relax. With little adjustments and focus on details it could be a great spot.

We were a group of 10 people and had a very nice evening! The food was excellent and the service was very friendly and attentive. We all had a starter, main course and dessert. Everyone really enjoyed their selection. We liked our table (to the right of the entrance). Further back in the restaurant I thought it felt a bit cramped. But it was also a Friday evening and the restaurant was full. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Modernly prepared, high quality food... I like it a little more rustic and lush. The two of us, paid well over €100 and when we got home we had to eat a sandwich first... :-)

The “Italian” in Stuttgart is bad. Timelessly beautiful interior. The team is extremely well-coordinated and the boss himself is always on site and helps wherever he can. A third of my pizza was completely charred on the bottom (really completely black, but from above you could only see it a little on the edge). When I told the waiter this, he didn't care; There was no response or even an apology. The rest of the food (salads, soup, various noodle dishes) was solid, but not exceptional.

Komplette Enttäuschung. Wir hatten als Vorpseise den gemischten Vorspeisenteller. Absolute Frechheit. Keine Salami, kein Schicnke, kein Prosciuto, kein Parmesan Käse, kein Pecorino. Man kriegt 80% eingelegtes Gemüse, 1 bruschetta und dazu eine mini Portion Vitello Tonato und das für 16,50. Das ist ungelogen der schlechteste Antipastiteller den ich jemals hatte. Die Hauptspeise war Paccheri mit Tomaten und Rinderfilet. Geschmacklich war das ok, vielleicht ne 6/10 aber auch hier war das Rindfleisch trocken und iregndwie nicht so geil. Also es gibt in Stuttgart wesentlich bessere Italiener.

Essen war okay. Die Gerichte sind viel zu überteuert. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr leckerer Italiener mit super Ambiente! Die Preise sind zwar gehoben, das wird jedoch durch einen ausgezeichneten Service, sehr leckeres Essen und kurze Wartezeiten mehr als gerechtfertigt. Gerade die Pizzen sind besonders hervorzuheben, wobei die Pasta auch wirklich sehr lecker ist. Sollte man in Stuttgart italienisch essen wollen und es einem die paar Euro wert ist, ist Perbacco sehr zu empfehlen !

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Tolle Karte. Allerdings mussten wir 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten und es war dann leider nicht wirklich warm.

Ein super Restaurant, mit allem was man haben kann. Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Essen war sehr lecker.😋 Allem in allen war es für uns eine gelugender Abend ich komme gerne nochmal her zum Essen. P.s. es ist nur zum weiterempfehlen macht weiter so.

Sehr gutes Essen, auch ausgefallene italienische Spezialitäten. Sehr freundliches Personal und schneller Service. Das Ambiente ist von Sichtbeton dominiert, sehr kühl.

Finde das Restaurant hat keinen Charakter geschmacklich 7/10 war ok, aber nicht der beste Italiener... Mehr kann man nicht sagen, das Geschäft war überfüllt und man wurde eher nicht beachtet.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Perbacco. Trotz eines vollen Restaurants (zur Mittagszeit), ist das Personal immer freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam geblieben und es war keinerlei Stress zu spüren. Das Essen war vorzüglich und der Geschmack war auf die Produkte konzentriert. Die Krönung allerdings war am Schluss ein wirklich genialer Espresso. Immer wieder gerne.

Per esser un ristorante Italiano all'estero tutto sommato non è male, personale.gentile, ma non puoi confondere un filetto con una bistecca. La pasta un po' scotta, prezzi nella media.

Probably the most enjoyable experience at a restaurant in our 18 day holiday. There were 8 of us and we had done a reservation. From the start, staff were extremely accommodating and warm. Food was outstanding. Starting with complimentary breads with olive oil. We ordered the bruschetta which was delightfully fresh with a nice crunch. In the mains we ordered some ravioli, penne arrabiata and the pizza verdure and caprese. Everything was very good and the penne stood out. We tried the tiramisu which was brilliant. The service was efficient and staff were very helpful with the selections. Got chatting with the barman at the end and catching up on how families work similarly in Sicily and India. He insisted our server and myself down some great limoncello on the house. All in all a memorable experience.

We had starters, pastas and pizzas. Everything was very good. Real italian style. Big portions, did not left space for dessert. Good vines & very kind service.

Man muss immer reservieren und es ist immer voll - aber trotzdem ist dort eine tolle Akustik. Auch der Service und die Organisation im Haus ist gut. Die Vorspeise - Rote Beete Carpaccio mit Zigenkäse - war originell und sehr lecker. Wir haben zusammen eine bestellt, das ist auch gar kein Problem, man bekommt 2 Teller. Die Pizza dagegen ein Reinfall. Einserseits eine Mogelpackung, weil sie durch den viel zu großen Rand nur halb so groß ist, wie es auf den ersten Blick aussieht. Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Tomaten, Oliven, Sardellen, Knoblauch. Die Tomaten waren viel zu flüssig, so dass in dem großen Pizzarand ein Gematsche aus Tomanten und Pizzateig schwamm. Die restlichen Zutaten waren sparsam verteilt, so dass es auch nur nach Tomaten mit Matschteig schmeckte. Gerne hätte ich etwas mehr für eine gescheite Pizza bezahlt. Die Pizza meines Begleiters sah außer dem großen Rand besser aus, allerdings wirkte der Käse wie Labornahrung und er hat die Hälfte auch runtergekratzt. Mozarella war das auf jeden nicht. Pizza würde ich dort nicht noch mal essen, die Gerichte an den Nebentischen sahen aber lecker aus.

Hier hebben we de lekkerste bruschetta's en pizza's ooit gegeten. Een fijne plek net buiten het centrum met een gezellige tuin, vriendelijke bediening en een geweldige keuken.

Das Perbacco ist ein sehr schönes und modernes Restaurant mit Aussenbestuhlung. Am Wochenende ist eine Reservation fast unerlässlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und speditiv. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Preise sind für die schönen Portionen absolut fair. Ich kann diesen echten Italiener mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe im Perbacco. Der Service war top, Die Vorspeisen und Nudelgerichte sind sehr gut, Pizza ist nicht die Stärke des Restaurants. In Summe aber durchaus mal einen Besuch wert.
