Terrible service, I'm giving one star because unfortunately it's impossible to give zero, the waitress was not at all friendly with the restaurant half empty, if we didn't let her know we were there she would never have come to the table to take the order, when she finally arrived after 30 minutes looking pissed off and from macho to asking what we wanted, it's a shame because the pizza is good but the service leaves something to be desired, shameful.

Pizza was okay but made lazy. Too much bread and too little ingredients. Cashier guy/Service was rude and seemed in a bad mood when answering questions.

BEWARE RIP-OFF TRICK Unfortunately, we were cheated out of 6 euros by the waitress during our visit today: we ordered a bottle of carbonated water, didn't receive it and was on the bill despite returning it. Unfortunately I only noticed it after paying. When we went back the waitress didn't know anything. Unfortunately there was no money back.

Pizza Tonno was well topped, Pizza Napoli unfortunately only had 3 anchovies, but more than plenty of olives on it. Tomato sauce very natural. The service was bad. Drinks didn't come until we had already eaten half our pizza. I had to fetch glass for soda. We charged for our food, which we found to be very disruptive and rude. All in all not a good experience. Won't be coming back.

First of all, the positive: The pizza was really very good. However, the service was poor. The statement “I would like a pizza Margherita” was only followed by “English please”. I understand that there are also difficulties in finding German-speaking staff in the catering industry, but I think "Pizza Margherita" is understandable. It was just a defiance on the part of the waitress that we should please speak English because we are in Kreuzberg and that's how they do it there. The English drama continued throughout the rest of the visit, even when my companion asked in English about the size of the bruschetta, it apparently wasn't pronounced American enough, and again only "English please" followed.

The pizzas have been abandoned by all good spirits, pure madness. In terms of taste, the shed can keep up with pizzas in Napoli.

The food is great but there is a man on staff who serves with a terrible attitude, he seems to be annoyed by everything and everyone, tall and with a beard, if you want a quiet evening I can't recommend this place.

Service is horrible. It was just one dude. And it took ages for him taking our oder, bringing uns cutlery and finally to pay. Pizza is basic. It’s nothing special. I’d go so where else

The service is bad. Ordering and paying are a horror. The atmosphere is way too loud. The Pizza Tonno I had was cold and dry. One star is too much. Never again. A shame for Neapolitan pizza that had to be banned. Everyone had to be warned.

The boss is extremely unfriendly, I was supposed to pick it up as a delivery person, the order would have taken another 30 minutes, after I said I'd cancel it, another driver came, he got loud, insulted me as a "stupid pig" I don't have to put up with that … very disrespectful and not recommended!

Terrible service - Waiting too long. We waited almost an hour. We also asked the waiter but none came. We then decided to leave the place.

Good pizza, awful staff! There is a terrible vibe from the staff and management here, seemingly stemming from the fact that they resent serving people. I can’t think of two people that are less suited to their roles. Here are some of the things you can expect here: - When we got in, we asked for the front door to be closed as it was fairly cold inside the restaurant (15°C). Initially, it was, but the manager quickly came out and reopened it without acknowledging why it had been closed. When we asked him, he told us that a window in the back of the restaurant had been closed, which would stop the room from being cold. Spoiler alert: it didn't, meaning we had to sit inside with our coats on for the duration of our meal. - Every time we ordered something to the table, it felt like we were inconveniencing our waitress; she'd roll her eyes and screw up her face and make a snarky comment about us not being able to decide what we wanted. Honestly, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but she's like this every time we go. - A member of our party paid and we left the restaurant. As we slowly walked down the road we could hear this screaming gradually getting louder. The waitress was chasing us shouting obscenities that we hadn't paid. Unfortunately, the payment hadn't gone through - an honest mistake but it does happen sometimes. It was obvious that she thought we'd done this on purpose. My most recent trip will probably be my last as I can’t bring myself to support an establishment that cares so little about its customers.

Finally, a different pizza experience. The dough is really soft and delicious, with lots of cheese and a great mix of ingredients. The venue is nice, and the service was sufficient. I would come here again when in the area. Now it's time for the gym after that delicious meal 🥘😝.

The pizzas were delicious: perfect stone-oven crispy edges and juicy middle, the ingredients on top were measured in just the right amount. We also celebrated the salads, almonds, avocado, rocket... delicious! The food came quickly, even though the store was full, and the service was very friendly. We will be back!

The staff are rotten to the core

Pizza was a 4, but the restaurant and service is a 1. Was made to feel very unwelcome, waiter argued with us about payment (it’s apparently cash only, but it didn’t say anywhere), the staff were shouting at each other, the wine was warm and the place was very dirty.

Empty Restaurant and 3 waiters ignored us for 20 minutes, even taking an order from a person that came way later than us. Bad business.

Very dirty place, especially the flow under the benches. If you go to the toilet you can also see the overall condition of the place. Hygiene level is very poor. Pizza is tasty!

I'm not sure if its always like this, but this time the waiters where very rude and pretended to be busy when actually they were just hanging out and talking with eachother while ignoring People waiting to be seated. Not a one star review because the chef knows how to make good pizza.

Good food and pleasant atmosphere (music and such) but unfortunately this doesn't compensate for the fact that waiters make you feel not welcomed, even reasoning that they are "crowded" (which was definitely not the case). All in all I suggest searching other places.

Decent Napolitan style pizza but quite overpriced compared to the competition. Tasty ingredients, nice dough (but too much of it, occasionally) and cordial service. You can do better than that in Kreuzberg, but it's still an ok option if you find yourself in the area.

Staff are very rude, takes ages to get served. Some staff refused to serve usm pizza was burnt and horrible. Don't come here.

Yes, it is on a busy road. But as a non-Berliner, that didn't bother me. Stopped there spontaneously today and didn't regret it. The employee came immediately and was nice the whole time, but not intrusive at all. Pizza was really great, it was a pesto pizza. Subtly burnt on the edges, but I love that kind of thing. The taste is really top notch. If I end up there again, I'd be happy to come back.

As if I was sitting at the pizza baker in Naples, it was fantastic and super fun! There is also a cozy atmosphere, and the pizzas are really great! Highly recommended if you are in Berlin, it will not easily be bettered anywhere else!

Super unfriendly and rude personnel! The interior architecture is nice 👍 however, they need to give education to all waiters. They don’t know how to talk with customers. Additionally, the tabels are so close to each other, the restaurant was so loud and unorganized. Looks rather like a school canteen rather than a chic & elegant Italian restaurant. Disappointment.

They have really good delicious pizza and salad. Usually they are understaffed and it takes some time to order and to pay but it's fine if you know and have good company;)

Sind regelmäßig dort, weil die Pizza einfach besonders und sehr frisch schmeckt… Ebenso ist Preis/ Leistung angenehm. Allerdings fällt auf, daß der Teig in der Mitte ( also Alles, was nicht der hohe Rand ist), mittlerweile so dünn gezupft ist , daß Essen mit der Gabel schlichtweg unmöglich scheint und man so immer mit den Fingern essen muß. Ambiente eher lieblos, der zumeist Englischsprachige Studenten- Service ist ‚Mitte- typisch’ unaufgeregt, meist ungelernt und wechselnd, dafür aber freundlich. Pizza ist und bleibt für mich die Leckerste!

Ist Geschmackssache, wer auf super dünnen Boden steht , welcher eher labberig, weich als knusprig ist.Ist hier genau richtig um diese Art von Pizza zu essen. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, Portion für die Preise etwas klein. Ist ein Restaurant mit Imbiss Flair.

Letztes Mal war der Service super. Ich konnte Pizza Teig mitnehmen für 15€ 12 Stück. Ich finde auch 2€ pro Pizza Teig noch angemessen. Wir sprechen hier schließlich über Mehl und Wasser. Jetzt ist es auf einmal mehr als das dreifache. Man will nun 50€ für 12 Stück. Frechheit! Die Preise haben sich in den letzten Monaten vlt minimal gesteigert. Aber sicher nicht um mehr als 300%!

Essen war super! Mir gefällt der Stil der Einrichtung nicht so, ist etwas kühl und man muss etwas lautere Musik mögen. Aber für so eine Pizza kann man darüber hinweg sehen 😁

Die Pizza war sehr lecker! Aber einen Stern muss ich abziehen, weil nur Bargeld-Zahlung angeboten wird. Das ist nicht wirklich zeitgemäß.

Essen war sehr lecker , Personal (2 Damen ) sehr unfreundlich und beachten nicht die Hygiene Maßnahmen .

Pizza Margherita schmeckt genauso lecker wie in Neapel

We frequently come there to grab a couple pizzas to takeaway, as our office is located nearby, and I'm always happy to come for more. The assortment is nice. You'll likely find something to fit your fancy. The pizza is made in a proper oven, and you can follow the baking process if you want. The service is always nice. You can pay with either cash or card, which I also like a lot. The prices feel above average, but the quality of pizza is also great. It's always warm and tasty. I would recommend this place.

The food is great, the staff is nice, but at lunch it's constantly under staffed. Waiters is changing seemingly on a weekly basis, so it seems it would be better to have two people for front of the house, and have them stay a bit longer. One more thing: music is always too loud. Pizzas a great though.

Nice pizzas, great service. The waitress was on her own when we were there with a group of 11, and while the reservation hadn't come through, she quickly managed to arrange a table big enough. The food came quick (super tasty pizzas) and her wine reco hit the spot (white: Grillo & red: Nero d'Avola). Would definitely recommend!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen dort, die Pizza äußerst lecker. Jedoch verschiedene Punkte, aufgrund derer wir eine negative Bewertung geben müssen, leider. Die Musik war sehr laut, ich habe bei unseren Unterhaltungen nur die Person direkt neben mit verstanden. Eine Freundin wollte Salat bestellen, die Antwort war, man habe heute keinen Salat da. Nachdem sie sagte, sie würde keine Pizza bestellen wollen, wurde ihr noch irgendwie ein Salat gemacht, aber schon komisch, an einem Samstag Abend keinen einzigen Salat anbieten zu können, wenn mehrere auf der Karte stehen. Wir wollten eine Flasche Wein bestellen. Den gewünschten Wein gab es leider auch nicht. Die Alternative, die wir uns ausgesucht haben, war leider nicht gekühlt und daher auch nicht geeignet. Somit mussten wir auf den dritten, günstigsten Wein zurückgreifen, der leider nicht gut geschmeckt hat. Bei der Frage, ob wir Leitungswasser dazu bekommen könnten, war die Antwort nein, Wasser müssten wir kaufen. Sehr schade dieser Service. Das Essen kam bei einer Person vor der bestellen Cola und das Abräumen am Ende kam sehr spät, so dass wir lange vor den leeren Tellern und Gläsern saßen. Wir hätten ggf. gerne noch etwas zu trinken nachbestellt, aber es wurde sich nicht wirklich um uns gekümmert. Die Rechnung war dann auch nur enttäuschend. Wir konnten nur zusammen bezahlen, nicht separat (das sei ab einer Gruppe von mehr als 4 Personen nicht möglich). Haben aber auch keinen Beleg bekommen, um es auseinander rechnen zu können. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, hieß es nur, wenn wir separat mit Karte bezahlen möchten, müssten wir das Gerät nutzen, welches auf dem Tisch lag. Wir kannten dies nicht und am Ende haben wir es auch nicht genutzt, da das zu unserem Tisch gehörige Gerät mit der Nummer 20 wohl nicht auffindbar war. Es lagen aber zwei andere auf dem Tisch. Unverständnis.....Widerwillig hat die Serviceperson dann doch bei jeder Person einzeln abgerechnet.

Ich finde das kulinarische Angebot toll. Am liebsten esse ich die Pizza Vegetariana. Leider aber scheint häufiges Personalwechsel stattzufinden! So vermisse ich den sympathischen jungen Kellner, welcher lange Zeit immer unter der Woche gearbeitet hat, sehr! Auch fällt mir auf, dass mittlerweile an jedem Tisch Möglichkeiten zur direkten, kontaktlosen Kartenzahlung angeboten wird. Da fehlt mir die Zwischenmenschlichkeit und auch mache ich mir Gedanken bezüglich der Fairness gegenüber den stets freundlichen Kellner*innen ….

Ich habe selten so eine gute Diavola Pizza gegessen wie diese. Sie mag vielleicht etwas zu fettig sein aber das hat mir persönlich sehr gute gefallen. Auch die Schärfe der Salami war perfekt. Das Tiramisu konnte mich auch absolut überzeugen und ist zu empfehlen. Die Kellnerin war nett und aufmerksam. Die Musik war mMn auch nicht zu laut, wie ich es in einigen Rezessionen gelesen habe. Ich werd hier definitiv nochmal eine Pizza essen gehen, denn Lust hätte ich jetzt schon wieder auf eine.

Die Pizza ist wirklich zu empfehlen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach. Leider hat man noch nicht ganz den Übergang zu herbstlichen Temperaturen wahrgenommen, sodass alle Fenster und Türen weit offen standen und es ziemlich kalt war. Über Geschmack soll man ja nicht streiten aber Tische sollten, auch wenn sie stylisch sind, nicht dermaßen wackeln, dass man die Gläser am Umkippen hindern muss, während man seine Pizza schneidet. Der Service war freundlich, aber hauptsächlich mit Freunden des Hauses am Nachbartisch beschäftigt, sodass nicht sichergestellt wurde ob das Essen in Ordnung ist.

Sehr lecker, auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

Leckeres italienisches Essen. Nicht super fancy oder speziell aber sicher nicht schlecht. Angenehm eingerichtetes Lokal. Verbesserungspotential hat das Restaurant bei den Toiletten.

Pizza was very tastefull, but the service was horrible. Waited a long time and they forgot to bring the dessert. Also, they didn’t clean the tables and it was cold in the restaurant. Not friendly staff.

Essen war mittelmäßig. Ich würde nicht nocheinmal kommen. Es gibt bessere restaurants in der Nähe. Die bedienung war schlecht und unfreundlich.
