Wenn man authentisch und frish essen will ist das einen muss. Carbonara war super lecker. Könnte für mich ein bisschen weniger Ei haben. Das liegt aber meinen persönlichen Geschmack und nicht die Restaurant. Habe als Vorspeise; die Bruscetta gehabt. Hauptgang; Carbonara mit ei, guten Speck und Pfeffer (so wie es sich gehört.) Nachtisch; Panna cotta mit Beeren Soße und Keks (Süss,cremig,Seite,und bissien Herb von dem Keks 2 alkoholfreie weizen Preis Leistung; 46 Euro für oben stehende Gerichte und getränke Definitiv gut Bin selber Koch und kann mit guten Gewissen dieses Restaurant empfehlen. Für mich ist das "Il Piccolo Mondo" aktuell mein "Lieblings-Italiener". Ich wohne zwar nicht an der Bergstraße, würde mir aber solch ein TOP-Restaurant an meinem Wohnort wünschen! Zu Hochform läuft das Küchenteam auf, wenn man gerade nicht eine Pizza wählt, sondern Pasta, Fisch oder Fleisch bestellt. Hier zeigt sich auf dem Teller, was "la tipica cucina Italiana" wirklich ist: frische und schmackhafte Zutaten, a punto gekocht, nicht zu viel "panna" und eine einfache und klare Präsentation auf dem Teller. Beispiele dafür sind der Beilagensalat (hervorragendes selbst gemachtes Dressing) und der Gemüseteller. (So haben Sie Karotten noch nicht gegessen.) Ich war die letzten Monate mehrfach im "Il Piccolo Mondo" und bin noch nie enttäuscht worden...besonders nicht bei den Tagesempfehlungen! Der Service ist übrigens schnell, kompetent und herzlich...wo findet man das noch in der Gastro. Meine Frau und ich werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Nette Location. Service aufmerksam und keinesfalls aufdringlich. Essen dauerte nicht lange und alle am Tisch fanden ihr gewähltes Gericht sehr lecker. Ausserdem gab es tagesaktuelle mündliche Tagesangebote.

Ein richtig nettes italienisches Restaurant mit viel Platz in einem großen Wintergarten. Man sitzt aufgelockert gemütlich. Der Betreiber und das Personal sind sympathisch, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß und typisch italienisch. Dazu gibt es noch wechselnde Tagesempfehlungen. Das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität und wirklich sehr lecker. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz und Verstand frisch gekocht wird. Die Pizza ist, genau wie die anderen Gerichte, hervorragend! Hier gibt's napoletanische! Lecker ausgebacken und mit breitem Rand. Der Pizzateig ist ein Traum. Alles in allem ein echter Tip! Ob's als Tagesangebot auch mal leckere Cannelloni geben könnte??? Die bekommt man leider immer seltener......😉👍👍👍😎

Lecker lecker! Es war alles köstlich! Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre war trotz des hohen Arbeitsaufkommens sehr ruhig.

Für uns das beste italienische Restaurant an der Bergstraße.

Wir freuten uns schon sehr darauf, wieder, wie bei unserem letzten Besuch, eine leckere, knusprige, gut belegte Pizza zu verspeisen. Sie ahnen, was nun kommt...! Aber erstmal das Positive: die gemischte Vorspeisenplatte für Zwei war zwar mit 24,50 preislich recht gehoben, aber auch sehr üppig, vielfältig und lecker, mit zweierlei Bruschetta, Melone mit Parmaschinken, mariniertem Gemüse, Vitello Tonato und Carpaccio auf Ruccola mit Parmesan, dazu wurden leckere Pizzabrötchen gereicht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bewirtet und saßen im schön adventlich geschmückten "Wintergarten", der Widererwarten sehr gut geheizt war, trotz winterlicher Temperaturen. Es war zwar trubelig und laut, auch aufgrund größerer (Weihnachts)Gruppen, aber man konnte sich dennoch gut unterhalten. Als Hauptgang hatten wir Pizza gewählt und freuten uns schon darauf. Sie sah zwar mit ihrem ungewöhnlich dicken Rand (siehe Foto von einem der Vorbewertenden) sehr vielversprechend aus, aber bei näherem Hinsehen fiel auf, dass der Rand ca. 2/3 der Pizza ausmachte. Für den Belag blieb wenig Fläche übrig und sie war auch nicht sehr üppig belegt. Der Boden war seeeehr dünn und matschig, statt wie erwartet, schön knusprig. Der Rand war zwar lecker, aber viel zu viel und es gab auch nicht genügend Belag, mit dem zusammen ich die Pizza sonst immer gerne esse. Das war leider eine Enttäuschung! Sehr schade! Denn im Sommer kann man hier sehr schön draußen im Grünen sitzen. Aber vielleicht nimmt sich der Koch meine Kritik ja zu Herzen und die Pizza ist dann wieder so lecker wie früher.

Ich hatte ein tolles Erlebnis im Il Piccolo Mondo in Heppenheim! Die Pizza war köstlich – frische Zutaten und perfekt gebacken. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprachen sogar Englisch, was alles sehr angenehm machte. Die Terrasse war gemütlich und hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nach weniger als 15 Minuten stand meine georderte Pizza vor mir, obwohl der Laden gerammelt voll war. Der Pizzateig war aromatisch, außen knusprig und innen locker - wunderbar. Kartenzahlung möglich!

Il Piccolo Mondo is much larger than it looks from the outside. We had a lovely seat in the conservatory. The atmosphere was pleasant. In addition to the à la carte menu, they also offer daily specials. The service was friendly and attentive at first, then gradually lessened. The food was perfectly fine. It tasted good, but nothing exceptional. Just a typical Italian restaurant with pizza, pasta, fish...

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We were simply forgotten. The salad was very meager. We all got up hungry. Addendum: And yet: we were with you. We sat right at the back by the radiator, which the staff then turned down because it was getting too hot! It's a disgrace to claim we weren't there and tell me to delete the post!

It's a manageable menu, but I think it's very good because every dish so far has been convincing. Pasta, pizza anyway, but also meat and fish dishes are always world class. Nice, very friendly service. Reasonable waiting times. Better make a reservation, the restaurant is no longer an insider tip.

Fine restaurant, if I were at home here, certainly my favorite restaurant. So it is the Piccolo Mondo in Heidelberg.. All three courses were very tasty and beautifully presented, very attentive and friendly service!

Very tasty pizza with an airy thick edge and wafer-thin in the middle - Neapolitan style! The service is super friendly and fast. The prices are a little higher, but the quality makes up for it.

A special ambience because you are sitting in a former greenhouse. It's always busy here, so unfortunately it's usually very loud. It is advisable to reserve a table in advance. There are a few parking spaces in the backyard.

Finally a taste highlight again. The vegetables were well seasoned and not overcooked or fresh from the grill. Delicious fish. Homemade pasta. Very attentive staff without being intrusive. Should be reserved in advance.

Authentic, very good Italian. We recently ate at Piccolo Mondo in Heppenheim and we really enjoyed it. The food was great. The pizza was crispy and had great toppings, and the bruschetta was excellent. We particularly liked that it is a very family-friendly restaurant. We wanted to share dishes and they were served directly on different plates. Very attentive. The atmosphere at Piccolo Mondo is very cozy. The ambience invites you to linger and you immediately feel at home. I would particularly like to highlight the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt well looked after and will definitely come back. A real insider tip for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian food in a pleasant environment!

Delicious Italian cuisine, the staff are passionate about it! Starting with the friendly and attentive service, through delicious starters such as vitello tonnato and carpaccio to the main course: pizza (you have to try it!) or, as in our case, Argentine Angus rump steak strips with a side dish. By the way, the rump steak is a little insider tip. Great quality, straight to the point - one or two steakhouses can take a page from this! All in all a lovely visit, we would love to come back! By the way: if the portion is too big, you can take your food home in a food storage container and bring it with you next time. The environment is happy! ***Update*** My parents, who moved to HP last year, have long since declared this restaurant to be their new favorite restaurant. Of course, when we visited HP, we couldn't miss a visit to the restaurant here. In addition to the menu, some changing daily dishes are also offered. This time, among other things, a veal rump steak in Gorgonzola sauce with pasta. Large portion, tasty and the rump steak is on point!

I'll get straight to the point: The really well-coordinated (family?) team at Piccolo Mondo provides its guests with high-quality and delicious food that couldn't be better! Simply a delight! Our evening was perfect! After grilled vegetables as a starter, my wife had the sole and I had the Saltimbocca Romana. Again: you can't do it better! As foreigners, we were in this restaurant for the first time and when we arrived we were a bit surprised by the kind of winter garden atmosphere, the many guests and the background noise. But after a short while we started to enjoy it. Yes, people want to exchange ideas over food, it's part of the culture. The team kept asking very carefully whether everything was right for us - we felt we were well looked after. For us this evening it was a place of well-being, a highlight that we will remember. Absolute and enthusiastic recommendation! THANKS!

Top value for money, friendly service, delicious food. At the end of a short trip to the Odenwald we went here for dinner. We had a pizza with fior di latte and the papardelle with strips of beef. Both excellent. Plus a nice Primitivo. The pizza in particular was excellent both visually and in taste. Cozy winter garden. I'll be back!

We have been regular guests at Piccolo Mondo for years. We can only recommend it. The food is always great, always delicious and always varied. “Off the menu” is always particularly recommended. The familiar hospitality of the whole family is always good.

I was in Germany for work for more than 3 weeks, I went to Piccolo Mondo almost every evening, as an Italian, I can say that in this restaurant you can feel the atmosphere of home, the food is excellent, the hosts welcome you with their hearts from southern Italy…Truly excellent place.

The pizzas, topped with fresh ingredients, are absolutely fair in price. You can pick up your food there or eat in the restaurant. If you want to do the latter, a reservation a few weeks in advance is definitely mandatory. However, if you want to pick up, a lot of patience is required, as we discovered last time. We were told 30 minutes over the phone. So when we got there a few minutes later, we were told it would take about 10 minutes.....ok, so wait. After another 20 minutes and a repeated "food is almost ready", we heard from the service staff and kitchen that they hadn't even started cooking our food. After more than an hour, we received our two pizzas with a succinct “bon appetit”. All in all, a good place with good food, but the service could be improved.

Yesterday we ordered three pizzas to take away - 2x parmigiana and a rocket - and fell off our chairs when we got the bill. 50€!!! For three pizzas? 17€ for a pizza that was already cold when I picked it up and the pizza or whatever on it was totally inedible. It was like plastic, so hard you could hardly chew it! If a pizza costs almost as much as a meat dish, then at least it should taste good and be warm! Unfortunately, the restaurateur doesn't provide any prices on his online menu. Why can't you be transparent for your guests? I wouldn't have ordered a pizza at that price! And that will probably be the reason! Is that fair? I really don't like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately I see a development here that isn't nice and doesn't fit the price-performance ratio at all! I think that's a real shame! During our last visit we even had to pay money for the plastic packaging in order to take the food with us. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else! Everything good for you!

Sehr gutes Essen. Ambiente zum Advent sehr schön, aber wie immer italienisch-hektisch recht laut. Bedienungen sehr nett. Preisniveau angemessen bis günstig für diese Qualität. Ein Tipp: Wenn bei einer Pizza steht, sie sei scharf, dann stimmt das... ;-)

Unbedingt reservieren. Selbst unter der Woche randvoll. Der Service war sehr nett. Das Essen war richtig toll und wurde trotz übervollem Lokal relativ zügig gebracht. Jedoch sehr hochpreisig. Für 2 Personen (1 gemeinsame Vorspeise, 2 Hauptgänge, 3 Cola und 1 Espresso) haben wir 76€ bezahlt.

Ich war gestern mit Freunden dort und es war sehr lecker! Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich und das Essen war ebenfalls überragend. Ich habe lange nicht mehr außerhalb bei so einen guten Italiener gegessen!

Unser Besuch im Restaurant Piccolo Mondo letzte Woche war wirklich ein großartiges Erlebnis. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Das Highlight war jedoch das Essen. Die Pizza war absolut phänomenal und zweifellos die beste in Heppenheim. Mein Mann und ich haben unser Abendessen hier wirklich genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr netter und schneller Service. Essen hervorragend vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ich hatte Saltimbocca. Das Fleisch war gegrillt und hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Auf Sonderwünsche wird unkompliziert eingegangen.

Gestern waren wir spontan am Abend im Restaurant eingekehrt. Trotz das es voll war, wurde schnell ein Tisch für uns gefunden. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns schnell bedient. Die Getränke und auch die Speisen kamen sehr schnell bei uns an. Das Essen war wahnsinnig lecker und wir haben uns sehr gefreut wieder bei Picolo Mondo einen Tisch bekommen zu haben.

Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service nett,aber von selber Fragen nach Getränkewünschen fand nicht statt....Wir saßen draußen auf der Terrasse neben der Tür....diese wurde von den Gästen so weit aufgestoßen, dass Sie gegen unseren Tisch knallte und wir die Getränke gerade noch retten konnten.....und das mehrmals....vlt. macht man dort mal eine Sperre hin

Sehr leckeres italienisches Essen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.Leider bekamen wir keinen Tisch mehr im Freien weil wir nicht reserviert hatten. Da das Lokal aber ohnehin sehr gut besucht war,hatten wir Glück überhaupt noch einen Tisch zu bekommen. Also auf jeden Fall reservieren.
