Il Pallazzo has been my family's and my absolute favorite restaurant for years. Consistently good service and excellent food.

Whether it was bruschetta for a starter, truffle pasta as a main course, or crème brûlée for dessert, all the dishes were perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The food and service are excellent. I'm always delighted. I recently celebrated my birthday there – everything was perfect. The lady with glasses and blonde hair, in particular, is outstanding – incredibly friendly and professional.

The best Dover sole in the Erft district. We come here regularly to eat and always look forward to the Dover sole. The liver and steak are also excellent. The delicious food is complemented by friendly and attentive service. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

A very beautiful, stylishly furnished restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious; we had vitello tonnato, steak, and pasta with mussels. Everything was perfect. There was also a selection of very good wines! The staff was very attentive and friendly, which unfortunately isn't always the case in restaurants these days. All in all, highly recommended. I've been coming here to eat since the restaurant opened, whether alone, with friends, or for takeout. I've never had a meal that wasn't good, whether it was fish, meat, or pasta. It is and always will be my number one choice, and the manager is always approachable and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Even the older ladies from my building come here to eat, alone or in groups. That's not something you see often elsewhere, and they're very, very satisfied, too. Unfortunately, they don't have cell phones.

We were looking forward to the pasta served in the cheese wheel. Unfortunately, it was somewhat lacking in flavor. The salad still had some tough stems on it, which shouldn't happen. I've been a guest at Il Palazzo for years. I've been satisfied so far, but today my visit was a terrible experience. I was alone without a reservation and wanted to treat myself to a relaxing evening after a stressful week. The employee assured me it was fine. But apparently, guests who are alone aren't served very well. I'd barely received the greeting from the kitchen when my starter, prawns, hot and fresh from the oven, was on the table. When I'd eaten half of it, my main course arrived. The waitress said she was sorry the kitchen was working so quickly and put the plate on the table. Unbelievable; I found the situation so uncomfortable and felt pressured to eat quickly so my main course wouldn't get cold. And the table was completely overloaded. Having to swap plates for a change was a real challenge, considering how difficult it was for a guest to fit it all in on the small table. I told the waitress my criticism. My wish to simply eat in peace and reward myself with a meal after a stressful work week, without proper breaks and overtime, completely backfired. The icing on the cake was when the waitress brought me the bill without being asked. My drink was still two-thirds full. I asked her why things were so rushed today and whether there was a reservation available for the table. She felt personally attacked and said I was just late (8 p.m.) (after me, women arrived next to me, so things weren't moving very quickly). Outside the door, I complained to the manager in private and expressed my anger again. I also mentioned that if I'd wanted something quicker, I would have gone to a chip shop. He tried to take the blame for the bill and said the waitress might have misunderstood him. For me as a guest, this still leaves the impression extremely unsatisfactory and anything but satisfactory. Conclusion: I will no longer visit the restaurant for my time out and to treat myself to something special

By far the best wine bar, and also one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The salmon pizza is unbeatable—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and simply perfect. Everything is just right here: quality, taste, ambiance, and the overall package. A truly unique place that you'll want to visit again and again, and one that delights me every time.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my family about two weeks ago, and I was very satisfied. The truffle pasta was a bit overcooked, but the service from the young, dark-haired lady was fantastic. She looked after us throughout the evening, served us well, and entertained us. Entry Sunday, June 15, 2025 For health reasons, we haven't been to il Palazzo in a while. Yesterday, we spontaneously stopped by (without a reservation) for a small family celebration (6 people). We were welcomed with open arms. We had a very pleasant afternoon/evening there (staying for almost 5 hours). The food (starter, main course, dessert) was delicious, and the service was very friendly. Everyone was very satisfied. We look forward to visiting il Palazzo more often in the future.

Evening. If I couldn't give this carbonara a star I would... I've never experienced that before... It had nothing to do with carbonara. The food simply tasted like oil, salt, pepper. The bacon has no taste other than being burnt and hard to stand on the pepper mill.... I think it's cheeky to give a guest a slice of fried bacon on top of the pasta they brought out. Please just tell me that the sliced ​​bacon isn't from the Lidl.... this dish is an absolute disgrace!

The pretty dark-haired waitress was so motivated and had such a positive energy that it infected us despite hours of meetings and our tiredness. The blonde waitress was also really nice and totally committed! We were recommended this restaurant by Google and we were simply surprised since we are not from the area. Good selection, we would love to come back if our meetings take us in that direction ❤️ thanks to the whole team

Were there for a celebration with family, twelve people in total. The food was a bit expensive for the quality, but completely okay. The service, however, was hard to beat in terms of impudence. Consistently unfriendly, at one point she made a loud noise because we didn't want to drink alcohol. We weren't asked about any other drinks orders, and there was generally hardly any service staff present, even though the store was empty. In the end we were asked to leave three quarters of an hour before the end of the agreed table reservation time.

We ate there with 9 people on Christmas Day. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of dishes. In contrast to the visit 2 years ago, there were also different types for the vegetarians among us, such as pasta with truffles or pizza. The food was very tasty, although at least for me the vegetables were cold again, but the rack of lamb was wonderful. However, we all found the antipasti we ordered too expensive at €18.50. The pictures we viewed previously suggested at least twice as much. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. The operation and service were fine. We'd love to come back.

Nice atmosphere and that describes everything positive. The food served had nothing to do with Italian cuisine. The pizza dough was lacking in sophistication and underbaked. The pasta consisted of 50 to 70 grams of pasta mixed with canned tomatoes that were only made spicy. 1 cherry tomato was included, all without oregano and parmesan cheese. So overall poor.

Unfortunately, the old blonde waitress treated us in a derogatory way. And completely ignored us, asked other employees to bring us food or clear away the dishes. It was 100% ignored that she didn't want to serve us. It's a shame that employees like this can make you miss the evening. Oh yes, we also had to speak to the lady to order because she always walked past and always looked to the other side. This lady completely missed her jib. Therefore unfortunately no recommendation. It's time to rate this insider tip. The restaurant is rather inconspicuous on a side street in Wesseling. However, the quality of the food and the always friendly service are outstanding. All the dishes we have eaten so far have been very tasty and are simply better in a different way. The fish soup is simple with many different types of fish in a stock lightly thickened with tomato, the black tagliatelle with monkfish in a light, spicy sauce, the tiramisu is loose and perfectly balanced between espresso and sweet mascarpone. We'll be back and regularly.

First of all, we have eaten here very often and now, after the change of ownership, we wanted to try it out. The menu is nowhere near the online menu, which is much more extensive. The burgers, for example, are not sold at all. The pizza, which was topped with parmesan cheese among other things, was very bad. Burnt on one side and the Parmesan cheese was not grated, but rather large, like slices of processed cheese, placed on the pizza, which by the way was only lukewarm. The Caesar salad was without croutons, but with fried onion rings and also large slices of parmesan. The taste was very far from a Caesar salad. Onion rings really don't belong in there. We also noticed this and they wanted to ask in the kitchen. Unfortunately there was no response. Two stars instead of one because the atmosphere is very nice.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. It was fully booked. Reservation recommended. The background noise (conversations/music) was a bit loud. Maybe it was at our table, which was in the middle of the room. The food was very tasty, without a long wait, beautifully prepared and hot. The price of the Hg: €22.50. We'll definitely come back, we really enjoyed it. There is no dedicated parking lot, but you can find parking in the area.

Everything is fine, everything fits

The last time we were there was on New Year's Eve. A great menu. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

There was a limited menu at Christmas, unfortunately without a vegan alternative and only a vegetarian one (with mushrooms). No salad. The minced meat in the lasagna was gristly, the rest of the food was good. There was a young, very friendly woman in service. Extremely attentive and helpful. It makes up for everything else ☺️

Das Essen war Lecker und auch gut. Nur war das Brot leer für den Vorspeisen Teller. Das Essen wurde auf dem Platz abgestellt und danach, also beim Essen, kam niemand und hat gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Leider kamen die Kellner nicht so oft vorbei, oder in die Nähe. Zum Bezahlen musste ich an die Theke gehen, nur zu meinem Pech war da niemand. nach 2 min kam erst jemand und das obwohl 1x Barkeeper und 4 Kellnerinen da waren.

Das Essen war sehr Schmackhaft, eine kleine feine Karte, und man kann seine Wünsche äußern. Man kann dieses Ital. Restaurant mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Leider war der Servicemitarbeiter heillos überfordert. Da geht manchmal das Ital. Temperament mit Ihm durch. Nun waren wir gestern erneut dort. Das Essen ist nach wie vor sehr sehr lecker. Nur die Portionen sind erheblich geschrumpft. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zeigen immer Präsenz. Dann bis zum nächsten Mal

Gehobeneres Restaurant, Preis-/Leistung passt, sehr aufmerksames u. freundliches Personal. Ambiente eigentlich sehr schön, leider etwas ungemütlich, da sehr hell.

Vorspeise lecker, Hauptspeise mittelmäßig bzw. In Fett ertränkt, Dessert entsprach nicht unserer Bestellung, Service konnte sich teilweise nicht mit uns verständigen da sie kein deutsch sprachen.

Mit meinen Frauen hab ich mich getroffen, sehr gut gegessen und viel Spaß gehabt. Bedienung war fit und sehr freundlich. Es lohnt sich immer wieder da hin zu gehen. Was eine Freundin bemärkelte, es war zu wenig Auswahl bei den veganen Gerichten. Mir egal🙈 mir hat das Steak gut geschmeckt 😋

Heute im "'il Palazzo": trotz weniger Gäste zur Mittagszeit brauchte der Service einige Zeit, um uns nach unseren Wünschen zu fragen. Vielleicht bestand heute kein Interesse an Gästen. Es kam niemand nach draußen, um nach eventuellen weiteren Wünschen zu fragen. Andere Gäste saßen, ebenfalls draußen, wurden nicht gesehen, weil sie nicht genau im Blickfeld des Service Personals waren. Da wir noch etwas bestellen wollten, sind wir in das Restaurant rein gegangen. Es war niemand da, auch auf Rufen kam niemand. Erst nach klopfen an die Tür kam jemand, der dann die Erklärung "technische Probleme" gab. Andere Gäste meinten, es gäbe immer "technische Probleme". Uns ist das zum ersten Mal passiert. Wir waren über den heutigen Service sehr enttäuscht....über das Essen natürlich nicht.

Also der Service ist 1A. Sofort am Tisch und Essen super schnell fertig. Nette Kellner. Essen ist sehr gut, wenn auch nichts spezielles, halt ein Italiener. Im weißen Palast gegenüber Garagen, aber haben das beste rausgeholt was man hätte machen können

Wir können dieses Lokal sehr empfehlen. Alles toll. Immer wieder und auch Freinde von uns haben es schon ausprobiert, bestens.
