Ordered a large pizza (36cm) a week ago, a 30cm pizza with a 4cm border was delivered, 22cm of topping was left. Called the boss after delivery and he wanted to make improvements for the next order. When ordering today, the same 36 cm ordered, 30 cm delivered, 20-23 cm diameter covering. Fuck to the power of 10. That's it for regular customers. Regarding your comment from 11/1/24: Unfortunately, this is not true, after the complaint you told me on the phone that a pizza would be on the house with the next delivery. And this pizza corresponded to a diameter of 22 cm when filled. Ordered 36 cm. I'll allow for a margin of 2 cm, but not 8 cm [both sides of 4 cm]. I paid 25.00 for delivery, so nothing was free. So stick to the truth. It's not the first time something like this has happened either. Fortunately, there are plenty of other restaurants where the proportions are adhered to.

The best pizza I've ever eaten.

Incredibly good, authentic pizza. You can tell that the dough is prepared long in advance (several days) and the other ingredients are also of high quality. I have high expectations for pizza and am often disappointed, but not here 👍 The operator Giuseppe rounds the whole thing off. Great guy. Edit: Sorry, Giovanni was the owner of another pizzeria 😂

Let's come to the pizza: We Italians are very critical when it comes to food, especially when it comes to pizza, but one thing I can say is that the BEST PIZZA IN SAARLAND is only available from him! I've already visited several pizzerias, most of them use products from Metro or VLG. Giuseppe's is 100% Made in Italy. He doesn't make sheet pizza, he makes 100% handcrafted pizza. He lets the pizza fly high and spins it like a breakdancer turns on the ground !! The pictures I uploaded are not standard pizzas, the man also responds to customer requests! So folks, in short, if you want a pizza with a southern touch, you have to go to Papi in Heusweiler and treat yourself ✌️

We ordered for the first time today and picked up the two pizzas (Pizza Diavolo and Pizza Rucola) on site. I received a very friendly welcome while the pizzas were baking in the stone oven. Super fresh and authentic Italian ingredients were used. Unfortunately, this is not the case with most pizzerias these days. The dough was baked on semola and was very crispy and still fluffy. You can definitely tell that the dough has matured, which gives it its characteristic taste. Personally, I like to eat a thick crust, which was present in the Rucola pizza, but was missing in the Diavolo as it was a bit larger. It would be nice to have a larger size to choose from for parties. The restaurant is more suitable for pickup/delivery, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I can highly recommend the pizzaria.

The Bella Rucola pizza is a delight: crispy dough, perfect tomato sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, ham, high-quality mozzarella and fresh basil. Baked in a stone oven, it develops a wonderful smoky note. Excellent service completes the experience. Simply the best pizza!

Once and never again…. I have to be honest: once you've eaten a pizza here you'll never want to order anywhere else again...! Respect! Rarely have I had such a good pizza. Pizza Bella Rucola is my favorite so far. For dessert there was a Nutella pizza. I can only recommend it.

Ordered for the first time today. We were given a time of 45 to 60 minutes. We ended up having to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes after we called again and asked. I ordered the pizza pazza without garlic...there was still garlic on the pizza. The edge of the pizzas was totally charred...we are disappointed and would have expected much more.

Today we decided to order another party pizza. It was said several times that there were no onions on the Pizza Tonno, as has happened several times in the past, there were onions on it. The dough also tasted completely different than usual, the hunger was stronger. That was the last time we got pizza again. The delivery person was very nice and friendly.

After almost 2 hours of waiting, a cold, bland pizza arrived... What a shame... Once and never again...

Spontaneous visit to pick up pizza 🍕 for a football evening. I received an extremely friendly welcome, pizzas were recommended to me and the ingredients were explained to me and where they came from. The owner is a very nice and open-minded “pizza expert”. If you want to eat exceptionally good pizza, this is the place for you! Great dough with super fresh, high-quality ingredients directly from Calabria. It's always a complete pleasure. By far the best pizza we have ever eaten and one we would happily drive 300 km for!!! You will also receive a super friendly and, above all, child-friendly welcome from the staff. So far everything tasted great. Very good dough, good ingredients. Unfortunately I think the party pizza is too small. If someone plans to order party pizzas for several people, then they have to order one more here than from competitors. The party pizza in particular is not easy to eat by hand because the dough is too thin in the middle and is not crispy or is not baked well enough and is therefore just a mess. Regular size pizzas are very good. Unfortunately, the delivery times for the last 2 orders were not even close to being adhered to. If I said 1 hour, I drove to pick it up myself after 1.5 hours. Last time the time was 30 minutes and the pizza arrived after 80 minutes. Both times the reason was a short-term cancellation from the pizza chef. So it's better to pick it up yourself. The pizza is usually ready in the oven in a few minutes. But in terms of taste, it's definitely the best pizza I know in Heusweiler.

The boss greets you in a friendly and enthusiastic manner as he swirls a pizza through the air. It was truly an unsurpassable service. Dough can rest for 5 days, caputo flour ... no analogue cheese ... Pasta Arrabiata al Forno, you can taste the quality of the tomatoes, not watered down, very good cheese… the 20km journey is definitely worth it

Yesterday we ordered pizza again from Il Calabrese. The last time was probably a few years ago. We are totally thrilled. We haven't eaten such delicious pizza for a long time. We'll definitely be ordering more often now.

My husband surprised me with pizza for lunch yesterday. I am absolutely thrilled. This pizza cannot be compared to a typical delivery service. Delicious! I can only warmly recommend it.

Rating corrected: After the first order unfortunately didn't go well, we gave the company another chance and didn't regret it :) We were lucky enough to be able to exchange a few words with the boss himself and the joy and passion that someone can put into a pizzeria alone deserves 5 stars :) We also had the pleasure of trying a “sweet pizza” with Nutella, strawberries and bananas. After initial skepticism I can say: "Sau leggah" :D you have to try it!

Buonissimo!!! We arrived here because we had to charge our electric car at the Aral station and enjoyed the very good real Italian pizza’s! An Italian family that makes the food ‘con amore’! They do take away, but you can also enjoy your meal at one of the tables inside.

Ich war von den Beiden Pizzen enttäuscht! Schmackhaft war keine. Die eine hatte eine so gummiartige Konsistenz das ich nach zwei Stücken nicht mehr weiter essen konnte obwohl ich Riesen Hunger hatte. Sehr schade

Wir bestellen hier öfters und das aus gutem Grund. Die neuen Salate, an Geschmack und frische nicht zu übertreffen. Jeder der hier einen Salat isst, wird sofort verstehen, warum ich hier so bewerte. Pizza, bekommt man hier so wie man sie will, extrawünsche werden sehr genau wahrgenommen. Hier auch Geschmack erste Klasse, das selbe kann ich auch über die Pasta sagen. Durch und durch perfekt! Ich kann das essen hier wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.

Beste Pizza im sehr weiten Umkreis!

Leider waren wir von unserer Pizza Bella Rucola sehr enttäuscht 😞 sie war zum Einen nicht gut gebacken und zum Anderen bei der Lieferung zu kalt. Auch die gelieferten Bruschetta waren nicht wirklich lecker. Sehr lieblos und ohne Geschmack.

Sry natürlich gebe ich noch ein Feedback. Das fängt an das ihr beim Käse extrem spart was schon ein no Go ist. Bei den Zutaten generell werden Abstriche gemacht zumindest ist das unser Eindruck. Ihr seit zum Kunden nett alles schön und gut, aber eure Pizza ist einfach enttäuschend. Tut mir leid wenn ich es so hart ausdrücken muss.

Wir haben schon einige Male Pizza bei Il Calabrese bestellt und waren jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Heute zum 1. Mal die Pizza Il Capo bestellt...und wir waren total begeistert!! sehr lecker!!! Leider gibt es keine Tortellini mehr.

Wir waren gestern eigentlich nur kurz auf der Durchreise und wollten etwas kleines essen. Dabei sind wir auf Giuseppes Pizzeria gestoßen und ich muss sagen, wir sind begeistert! Ladenbesitzer Giuseppe hieß uns gleich beim betreten des Geschäfts willkommen, unterhielt sich sehr freundlich und offen mit uns. Man hat sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Pizzen, auch mehrere vegane/vegetarische Alternativen waren darunter, was mich als Vegetarierin sehr gefreut hat. Lange warten mussten wir auf unser Essen nicht, obwohl alles sichtbar frisch und selbst zubereitet wurde. Wir waren beide total begeistert. Nicht nur optisch absolut ansprechend, sondern auch geschmacklich einfach ein Traum! Hier schmeckt man die Qualität! Pilze aus der Dose oder Ähnliches wird man hier nicht finden. Ganz vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
