Everything happens quickly, orderly and friendly. Typical Ikea self-service restaurant. Simple, cheap, but tasty. Great. Gladly again 😃

Large restaurant with breakfast from 9:30 a.m. with always friendly staff. Good breakfast plates and a small, fine selection.

Beautiful dining room, extremely friendly staff and the duck is awesome for this price!!! We'd love to come back.

I have seen dogs being served food with more grace then the worker standing behind the counter and handing food to the costumers. He does not as much as say hi, and filled up my plate with 50% of stuff i did not wish for. If he is not able to interact socially maybe you guys should consider having someone else in that position. Price is low, food is okay. Let’s try to make it look like you are not forced to be there but rather want to help the costumers.

It's just an Ikea restaurant. Unfortunately, that's why it's often overcrowded. But very clean.

Old familiar things. Köttbuller with a side dish as has been known for years. Plus drink to refill. It's all ok.

The portions are also getting smaller and smaller.

The breakfast is good value for money. You can get in as early as 9:30 a.m. On Saturday it was very crowded, people were already lining up, but you could still get your food quickly. I wouldn't recommend lunch.

Good selection, clean, nice atmosphere

Nobody needs to learn the trade to cook here. When I see the watery scrambled eggs, I feel sick.

Once again I bought way too much :-] The food was lukewarm and bland. The cola is almost non-carbonated. At just under €15 per person I would have expected a little more.

Absolute disgrace that real food (meat) is only offered from 5 p.m.! Because of the 5% vegan population on the planet, you can't get a proper meal before 5 p.m. This is simply discriminatory and unacceptable. Shame on you!!!

We were pleasantly surprised and spontaneously went shopping and eating at Ikea. We got everything and got a discount on top of that. Also the food discount. As retirees we had a great day. Thank you very much .

Great park location and not overcrowded during the weekday holidays. We found everything we needed with the ServicePointSystem. But we didn't understand drawing numbers for 4 ice cubes and then queuing up for soft ice cream.

Unfortunately, there are hardly any original Swedish products or dishes. The Ikea own brands are just a small imitation. The restaurants have declined significantly. Except for the same old Köttbullar...no feeling. Typical local dishes are completely missing. The breakfast was also so bad, which was a shame

I am always thrilled because you are always inspired by the decorations and the qualities, and the staff, who are always helpful and friendly, are very nice. I can always recommend it is always interesting to buy something there. 👍

Ikea, if you know what you want and want, everything is great

Very generously laid out. Rich selection of food and drinks. I ate a tomato bread on garlic, with herbs, onions and garlic and a jelly. When the weather is nice, on the terrace. Wonderful.

I like having breakfast here. Always a nice selection with something for everyone. You can also have lunch here very well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

It's just mass production. You can't talk about ambience here. Like a canteen. The food is always the same. Carelessly filled and far too expensive. Eating and drinking something quickly is enough. The conveyor belt for returning dirty dishes usually stands still and the dishes pile up. The staff is there, nothing more can be said about it. Given that Ikea is so well known and represented everywhere, I find the restaurant really uncomfortable and poor.

There is vegan food but not every time

When I visit Ikea, I always eat a hot dog. Unfortunately the rolls have become smaller and the price has been increased by 2 euros. That's not nice

The restaurant and the food are canteen level. However, the price is cheap. Ikea has made the restaurant more modern and is still doing so.

The star is only there so I can post something! Today I wanted to combine a stroll through Ikea with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, I was annoyed. The restaurant is closed even though it says open on the website!!! Bad service! Now it's time to go to Schweinske and I won't go shopping at Ikea again. That's better.

I didn't go to the restaurant, but bought the hot dog package so I could make these myself. Everything is there for 32 hot dogs with the bags. It's fun to make them yourself, and they're all available individually. I'm thrilled and so is my family, best regards Christel Ps. There were also fried onions

Unfortunately currently closed due to renovations. You can get food at the bistro but there are no seats and it is very crowded

Today I was at IKEA in Schnelsen. I have to say top against Moorfleet. Great explanation about vouchers, everyone is super friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was currently being remodeled. But in general it is cleaner there too.

Quite OK, the food is good but the atmosphere is like a canteen

I had the schnitzel with potatoes and asparagus which was very tasty but the other dishes also looked very tasty

It's just an IKEA snack bar standard in the low price segment.

Everything was great, value for money was excellent, the entire restaurant option was clean and everything was according to my expectations. My absolute recommendation

Breakfast with a good selection and good price/performance ratio and Köttbullar is always a go for lunch.

15 years ago people used to say that it was OK to eat at IKEA, what is now on offer is just disgusting, in terms of taste but also the temperature of the food, and I also question the hygiene in some places. You can also tell that they don't feel like selling when there are only 1-2 people behind the counter, there is hardly any food there and only one of the cash registers is occupied, while long queues form and the already lukewarm food then becomes cold . concept fail.

The restaurant has a good ambience. Self service but nice and friendly employees. The food tastes good. Refills for drinks.

Nice restaurant to take a break every now and then, overall ok. but the food on offer was better.

Not like it used to be, but kodbullar is still there, you get full in the shopping spree, so everything is ok.

Salmon was very dry, with peas with a sweet dill sauce mush¿ the mashed potatoes were ok. I can't recommend it.

Good range of food. The hygiene rule is well thought out. Only the coffee cup is very small and when you fill it it is only 1/2 full, so you have to go to the machine at least twice. If you can walk easily then that's not a problem but if not?

Nice Chinese food but I find the Duck lacking in something, quite dry and not that crispy. Other items I have tried are great, especially the Spring Roll.

Einfaches, aber leckeres Essen. Das Personal ist immer höflich und auch das Restaurant und die Toiletten sind sehr sauber.

Der Preis für Lachs ist anständig , eine große Auswahl an Menüs . keine Notwendigkeit, Essen zu bestellen und lange zu warten, bis der Kellner fit ist ))

Mit Ikea Kundenkarte kann man ein Kaffe gratis trinken.

Das Personal hat gestreigt und es gab nur eingeschränkt Essen und alles war sehr dreckig.

Ein klassisches Ikea Restaurant, weder besonders gut noch schlecht. Das Essen ist OK, aber nicht besonders gut.

Ich besuche das IKEA Restaurant regelmäßig und schätze die Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und gemütlich, und das Personal ist stets freundlich. Allerdings habe ich in letzter Zeit bemerkt, dass die Hygiene nicht immer einwandfrei ist, und es gab ein paar Vorfälle mit schmutzigem Besteck. Das hat meinen Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt, daher gebe ich vier Sterne. Ich hoffe, dass das Restaurant weiterhin an der Verbesserung dieser Aspekte arbeitet, denn die Qualität des Essens und die Preise sind definitiv ein Pluspunkt.

Habe im IKEA Restaurant in Schnelsen eine Pause gemacht und war echt zufrieden. Der Kuchen war lecker und der Cappuccino hat genau meinen Geschmack getroffen. Schneller Service und freundliches Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wenn wir zu Ikea fahren ist ein Besuch im Restaurant immer mit dabei. Ich mag die Gerichte mit Lachs und die Kinder natürlich die köttbullar. Aber auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Man hat reichlich Auswahl.

Sehr leckere Veggie Köttbullar, leckerer Nachtisch und immer nettes Personal. Der Cappuccino könnte besser sein. Man kann dort auch keine Hafer/Laktosefreie Milch auswählen.

Preis-Leistung des Essens stimmt echt garnicht mehr. Ich vermisse die Zeiten wo jedermann sich hier ein Gericht leisten konnte.

Fünf Punkte für das Restaurant und dessen Lage direkt an der A7 in HH-Schnelsen. Schneller und preiswerter kommt man nicht an Kaffee und Essen auf der Durchreise...

Inzwischen wohl Personal outgesourced, also nicht mehr Ikea-zugehörig ( momentan Dussmann). Höflichkeit und Auswahl geringer geworden. Bei den Getränken fehlte jetzt komplett "heißer Kakao" - für Kinder und auch mich wichtig. Warum wird dies nicht mehr angeboten?

Ich bin jedesmal zufrieden und gehe oft mittags hin ! Ich kann es jedem empfehlen!!!

Das Essen ist nicht mehr so wie es mal war. Beim Frühstück muss man aufpassen, da wird alles wild eingetippt, oft auch falsch. Hat alles nachgelassen....schade

Moorfleet ist besser aufgestellt von den Mitarbeitern und der Auswahl an Beilagen
